Captain Ajitji is not telling properly. Let me explain my experience.
I have not seen my father or my mother wishing each other for birthday or anniversary. Did they forget .. Absolutely not.
There is BIG difference in Forgetting to wish and forgetting the anniversary day/date itself.
Every year my parents on anniversary would have a special time. Maybe my mom will cook something special for my Dad. Or my dad would come early from office or take leave. Or they go out. Same with birthdays.
They would never do anything extravagant.
Its about the time between them and not the material celebration.
Bhai sahab... thats why I didnt know their wedding anniversary date or even birthdays for a long time.
So imagine, in such a relation if the husband is staying away from the wife due to circumstances during such anniversary dates, he mostly wont wish the wife, because he has never done.
Amma must have been thinking from a month back itself what dress and what color Kurta/Mundu would go best on Captain. Sometimes a person will go lengths to just get the right color / right fabric. But actually the person wants to drag the time one is enjoying in selecting the best for the loved one. Not like idiots who will just shell out big money in one go and say we bought such an expensive gift.
This is not about the gift. But to feel and express the love for the one a person has.
Who cares for a big bash on a single day when you can enjoy that special feeling for the loved person for over a month.

Happy anniversary dear Capt. Capt me and hubby never pay much importance to "wishing" each other on anniversary or birthdays. It's usually our grown up kids that want to celebrate. It feels ajeeb also capt, to want to go away on a "holiday" just the two of us . our 29 yrs of wedded life, post children, have always meant holidays, treks, pilgrimages ALL with KIDS/ our parents/ siblings and now I notice that my daughter & son in law, ask us to join them on their outings which we love to go! Of course they go on their own outings alone or with their friends, but I notice that the younger generation also has learnt to value family over " me/ me time/myself/me alone " idea sold to us. Again mustard, my favourite colour chosen by Mrs Vadakayil. Besh besh, as old tamil mama's would say approvingly.Landed in Mumbai capt last week. Bit overwhelmed but enjoying every bit of it. I GOT TO KNOW THIS TRUE STORY FROM MY WIFE’S CLASS MATE WHO WAS WITH MY WIFE RIGHT THROUGH SCHOOL TO COLLEGE -- LKG TO BA . SHE HAD COME TO MY HOUSE AT CALICUT WITH HER HUSBAND FOR A 2 DAY HOLIDAY .
THIS IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME.
MY WIFE WAS ALWAYS A CLASS LEADER AND LATER ON THE SCHOOL LEADER. WHENEVER THE NUNS AT AUXILIUM CONVENT, WANTED TO GIVE A BAD GIRL WHO WAS HEADING FOR HELL , A GOOD ROLE MODEL , IT WOULD BE MY WIFE.
THESE NUNS , DUE TO SEXUAL REPRESSION WERE VERY MEAN.
THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW THE GIRLS TO TOUCH THE WALLS, IN AS MUCH AS EVEN WHILE CLIMBING THE STAIRS THEY HAD TO BE IN THE MIDDLE WITH HANDS TUCKED IN.
SO THAT HAD THIS SCHOOL MARCH PAST IN MUMBAI.
WHEN THEY WENT FOR A DRESS REHEARSAL FOR THIS REPUBLIC DAY PARADE , WITH DOZENS OF OTHER SCHOOLS, SOME BOYS JEERED LOUDLY WHEN THE AUXILIUM CONTINGENT MARCHED PAST.
THIS WAS PUT TO A DEBATE, WITH MY WIFE MEDIATING , NOT LIKE ARNAB GOSWAMI , WHO WILL PUSH HIS OPINION AHEAD OF OTHERS, EVEN AS A DEBATE MODERATOR. I WISH I HAD A TETE A TETE WITH THIS MAN ON NATIONAL TV. I CAN CURE HIS SELF OBSESSION IN JUST 5 MINUTES.
ONE GOOD LOOKIN' CATHOLIC GIRL ( MOST OF THE GROUP WERE CATHOLICS ) , CRIED COPIOUS TEARS AND WAS DISCONSOLATE .
SHE WAS OF ZE HUMBLE BUT FIRM OPINION THAT ALL OTHER GIRLS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS WERE SMARTLY TURNED OUT, WHILE THE AUXLIUM GIRLS WERE NOT.
AND TO ADD TO HER WOES HEY BOY FRIEND WAS THE LEADER OF THE HOOTING PARTY.
WHEN ASKED TO BE MORE OBJECTIVE—THE GIRL SAID , THAT OTHER SCHOOL GIRLS WORE MINISKIRTS, WHILE AUXILIUM CONVENT GIRLS, WORE THEIR BOTTOM HEMS 2 INCHES BELOW THE MANGY KNEES.
SO MY WIFE TOOK AN INSTANT DECISION.
HUNDREDS OF SAFETY PINS WOULD BE PROCURED- EL PRONTO .
AS SOON AS THE NUNS LEFT THEM ALONE , AS THE GIRLS MOVED TO THE HUGE MARCH PAST GROUND. EVERY GIRL WOULD SHORTEN THE NEXT GIRL’S SKIRT BY FOLDING IT INWARDS AND PINNING WITH SIX PINS, TO OBSERVE THIGH DISPLAY PARITY WITH OTHER SCHOOL GIRLS.
THEY PRACTICED IT , SO THAT THEY WOULD DO IT IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES .
MIND YOU, MY WIFE WAS THE LEADER WITH THE SCHOOL FLAG.
THE SAME ROWDY BOYS CLAPPED AND WHISTLED IN APPRECIATION WHEN THE REAL MARCH PAST TOOK PLACE.
AND ALL INCLUDING THE CHIEF GUEST WERE WONDERING , WHAT THE FU#K HAPPENED . THEY THOUGHT THAT THE AUXILIUM CONTINGENT WOULD BE THE PRETTIEST, AND INDEED THEY WERE.
THE NUNS GOT WILD AND FROTHED FROM THEIR MOUSTACHED MOUTHS AND PROBABLY THEIR PANTILESS TWATS TOO, FOR GOOD MEASURE — SURELY THERE IS NO PLACE IN HEAVEN FOR SUCH WANTON GIRLS.
EVERY GIRL WAS SEVERELY SCOLDED , WITH MY WIFE BEARING THE BRUNT , ABOUT HOW JESUS IS SO ANGRY WITH THEM. THEY FELT LET DOWN THAT MY WIFE WHO WAS A GRACEFUL ROLE MODEL , WAS IN CAHOOTS .
ALL THE GIRLS WERE ARBITRARILY SUSPENDED FROM SCHOOL AND THEIR PARENTS HAD TO COME THE NEXT DAY.
THE PARENTS HAD THEIR OWN DRESS REHEARSAL. SOME OF THEM WERE IAS, SOME POLICE, SOME LAWYERS, SOME EVEN MLA S AND MEDIA GIANTS .
THE PARENTS DECIDED TO GO FOR SCORCHED EARTH TACTICS--ON THE ADVISE OF A HIGH COURT LAWYER .
THEY WOULD THREATEN TO GET THE SCHOOL SHUT DOWN , BY CREATING A STINK IN THE MEDIA WITH DEMAND FOR THE PMS RIDDEN HEAD MISTRESS NUN TO BE SACKED.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE NUNS HAD WEAK HEARTS AND LESS FAITH IN THEIR LORD, WHEN THE CHIPS WERE DOWN .
THE FALL OUT WAS THAT MY WIFE WAS SACKED AS THE SCHOOL LEADER - RATHER SHE DECLINED THE JOB .
BUT WHEN THE ANNUAL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CAME, MY WIFE GOT THE MOST THUNDEROUS OVATION, PISSING OFF THE HOLY , BUT MEAN NUNS.
SO POOR WIFE OF CAPT AJIT VADAKAYIL—SHE DOES NOT HAVE A MIND OF HER OWN, SHE IS A SLAVE, SHE WILL BE A BAD MOTHER IN LAW, RIGHT?

The PULS Cardiac Test measures multiple protein biomarkers, including hepatocyte growth factor [HGF], soluble Fas, and IL-16, and uses the results to calculate a 5-year risk score for new ACS. The PULS score increases with above-normal elevation. Acute coronary syndrome is a term used to describe a range of conditions associated with sudden, reduced blood flow to the heart. One such condition is a heart attack (myocardial infarction) — when cell death results in damaged or destroyed heart tissue. Acute coronary syndromes result from a sudden blockage in a coronary artery. This blockage causes unstable angina or heart attack (myocardial infarction), depending on the location and amount of blockage. A heart attack is death of heart tissue due to lack of blood supply. Heart disease is a broad term for group of conditions that can affect the heart and prevent it from properly functioning. This includes coronary heart disease which is the build up of fatty plaque within your blood vessels. Over time as plaque hardens, it begins to narrow your arteries and reduce the flow of oxygen rich blood to your heart and other parts of your body. Plaque can also weaken or injure the walls of your arteries causing unstable lesions which could lead to a rupture. When these lesions are present, they leak unique proteins that can be detected in your blood stream. Seventy-five percent of heart attacks are caused by unstable cardiac lesion ruptures. Detecting the presence of these lesions can be an indicator of your overall heart health and predict your risk for having a heart attack. The PULS test (Protein Unstable Lesion Signature Test) measures the most clinically-significant protein biomarkers that measure the body's immune system response to arterial injury.

initial mental condition is called, by a wishful anticipation,
as Yoga. For learning and living the Geeta, the Arjuna-
condition is the initial Sadhana.

your hope post remained above verse and gave me different dimension from divine.
It gave real divine insight , a real story happened.
The villagers planned to do kumbha abishakem to temple, the planned to chnage the old deities with new diety - they charged the new deity with all poojas yagnas and mandala poojas. They placed the old deities in a place, but sometimes , the people step on it. few days after suddenly few in temple got it in trance mode with the old deities divine energy and complained that people are stamping on me, and villagers took the old deities and thrown the in sea. The stone was made divine with intensions and hope from various ways from mantras, cosmic energies and from intension and hope and shraddha from people.
Here the stone deities have really took form of god with kumbha abisheka and mandala poojas placed at divine grabhagraha which absorbs cosmic energies and the villagers who come to pray. They pass on the intensions as energy treating the deity as divine god. The hope and shraddha makes the deity to fulfil the wishes.
it just remind me the bhagavad gita verses above - your hope blog gave me more insight - the hope that becomes bhavana and shraddha charges us to achieve any thing we want to achieve with shraddha even at last second to death.
