Take care if causing trouble take eye patch or close one eye..reason is.in coming time putting strain on the right eye and at the same time left eye will create aches in the head so better close one eye(no need of patch though). I met a muslim man about 65yrs old or so. There was question about "education qualification". I asked uncle what's your 'education qualification. I had asked him these
edu. qual. words in english, he didn't understand. So, in telugu I asked him "entha varaku chaduvukunnav (till which standard have you studied" his reply amazed me and loved his reply, he simply said "nenu jeevithanni chadivina" that means I Studied Life.

I told her that she may learn just enough to answer questions at school, but not to take the story seriously, that it is all false and Einstein was not such a good guy. She was bemused and asked me, 'Are you sure about this? ' I told her that some bad people have written false history, but by the time you are a grown up, we are going to fix that.
I am glad that I have prevented her from getting brainwashed as I was in my school days.

TAKE TOOR DAL AND MOONG DAL IN THE PROPORTION OF 2 IS TO 1. WASH THOROUGHLY AND BOIL WITH PINCH OF TURMERIC POWDER. SHOULD BE WELL COOKED AND SOFT. IN A PAN ADD A TABLESPOON OF GHEE AND WHEN HOT ADD JEERA FIRST THEN SAUTE HALF OF A MEDIUM SIZED ONION ,CHOPPED VERY FINE, A COUPLE OF GARLIC SLICED VERY FINE, AND GREEN CHILLIES AS PER TASTE, ALSO FINELY SLICED ALONG WITH A ONE INCH PIECE GINGER GRATED OR FINELY SLICED. SAUTE TILL ONIONS TURN TRANSLUCENT AND RAW SMELL OF GINGER AND GARLIC LEAVE, ADD ONE FOURTH CUP HOT WATER OR AS PER CONSISTENCY REQUIRED. TO THIS ADD PINCH OF SALT AND RED CHILI POWDER .WHEN IT COMES TO A BOIL ADD THE COOKED DAL, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER,CHECK THE SEASONING, ADD HALF A TABLESPOON OF GHEE AND TURN OFF THE HEAT.

A stray cat gave birth to 4 kittens in the terrace 3 days before. It is raining heavy since morning and we were afraid that the mother cat might abandon them if we touch them and try to move them, but they were getting wet despite the plants cover. So we placed them in a shoe box and cushioned by soft towel and covered the corner with plastic sacks with sufficient gap between. They were drenched and shivering. But somehow they cuddled and dried themselves. They can't walk and still crawl(almost like a human baby). A few hours later I heard them crying which they just started since yesterday evening. Just one is left at that place and somehow it got out of the tall walled box. Will the mother and remaining 3 be ok? Will she come back for the fourth one? Zero pet experience here.

a cat stays at my building entrance. the ground floor residents feed her, but they are careless. She gave birth 3 times till now, to my knowledge most of the kittens died. One time a tom cat killed all the kittens, literally beheaded them. next time the residents tried to relocate the kittens in safe place then after sometime left them outside, but the kittens can't be seen. Seems the tomcat make sure only their offspring survive like in the lion kingdom.
DeletePrayers are answered. 4th kitten has been taken, too. A ttsp 1 percenter it is. Litter consisted of Blackie, Whitey, Greyie and Patchy. Greyie was left. I had guessed this was the smarter one. Earlier this day, it (Greyie) was helping Whitey to try crawl into the shelter box by acting like a platform and was pushing up Whitey so, that it may tumble into it, unsuccessfully though (very cute sight). When they were wet in the morning, other three were hiding from the rain, digging into the terrace corner, but this puss was crawling towards colder and wetter territory. And best, when it was all alone, it tumbled by itself over the box' side into its den (which Whitey failed at earlier) and waited patiently for mother, without crying. I pray them warmth and health in this cold and rainy weather. Wonder if we'll see them again.
