Jet streams are fast flowing, narrow, meandering air currents in the atmospheres of some planets, including Earth. On Earth, the main jet streams are located near the altitude of the tropopause and are westerly winds (flowing west to east). Their paths typically have a meandering shape.
Unchecked global warming due to potent greenhouse gas Methane will inflict irreversible , widespread, and irreversible impacts on people and the natural world. This adverse impact will NOT be confined to the area of Methane leaking permafrost.
Arctic ice provides a powerful feedback loop for global warming.
As the Arctic ice melts, it reflects less of the sun's warming rays back into space. The permafrost releases humongous amounts of Methane. Greenland ice is melting at record levels due to Methane.

When an omega-shaped wave is present on the jet stream which arcs over Europe, warm dry air from southern Europe and Africa can be pulled north, pushing temperatures higher than normal. If this upper level feature coincides with high pressure at the surface with relatively low pressure to the east and west an omega block is formed.
Warm air fills the peaks of the Rossby wave, while cold polar air drops into the troughs. Rossby waves normally continue to move from east to west – shifting high- and low-pressure weather systems with them. However, they can also stall – which can lead to heatwaves, droughts and floods as the regions of hot and cold air hover over the same regions for several days, or weeks.
The Jet Stream has slowed down and is behaving erratic . The disruption of ocean currents has affected India’s monsoons.
Warming Arctic decreases the strength of the jet stream.
JET STREAM IS JUMPING LIKE A MONKEY AND HAS COME CLOSER TO THE EQUATOR FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE MAN CAME ON EARTH..
The jet stream is driven by the flow of air between the cold Arctic pole and warmer air that moves upwards from nearer the equator. As the warmer air advances polewards, it is swung eastwards by the Coriolis force which comes from Earth’s spin, creating a snake-like stream. It’s a fast-moving river of air
As the cool air of the Arctic becomes warmer, the jet stream is slowing down, almost to the point of stopping trapping weather systems in one place for prolonged periods. Instead of swirling round the world, winds reverberate back and forth in the same place, creating “extreme waves”.
When permafrost thaws, microbes get active and start decomposing the carbon in the soil to release massive amounts of Methane ( not CO2 ).
All over the northern areas giant craters are releasing Methane –this is being kept a secret and the Zionist Jews are trying to cash in on CARBON TAX from CO2 from unsuspecting nations like India.
THE NORTHWARD FLOWING GULF STREAM ( EAST COAST USA ) CONTAINS METHANE DUE TO FRACKING LEAKS..
THE WARM GULF STREAM HAS SLOWED DOWN.. . THE THERMOHALINE OCEAN CIRCULATION HAS NOW GONE HAYWIRE…
THE GULF STREAM CURRENT HAS BECOME WARMER DUE TO METHANE IN THE WATER...
A warmer North Atlantic significantly weakens the AMOC. The system is driven by changes in salinity and temperature; as the warm water moves north, it evaporates to become saltier and gets cooler in the northern latitudes, making it denser so it sinks.
Changes in water temperature in the North Atlantic could throw a wrench into this whole process. The AMOC has started weakening drastically. This will have widespread impacts on climate and weather patterns.
In the summer of 2003 an anticyclone stationed above western Europe prevented precipitation and led to record high temperatures over sustained periods.
During the heat wave, which began in June 2003 and continued through mid-August, temperatures soared to 30 percent above average. Even nightly temperatures were higher than the average summer midday highs.
The heat was particularly severe in France, where the temperature remained around 99 °F (37 °C) for more than a week in August in some areas. The intensity of the heat, as well as its duration, wrought havoc on the unprepared European population.
The elderly were particularly susceptible to the heat, as were those who were chronically ill or isolated from sources of aid.
INDIA DID NOT HAVE A VOICE IN PARIS COP 21 -- WE WERE SILENT ABOUT METHANE AND NITROUS OXIDE EMISSIONS BY THE WEST . .

A heat wave is usually measured relative to the usual weather in the area and relative to normal temperatures for the season. Temperatures that people from a hotter climate consider normal can be termed a heat wave in a cooler area if they are outside the normal climate pattern for that area.
Severe heat waves have caused catastrophic crop failures, thousands of deaths from hyperthermia, and widespread power outages due to increased use of air conditioning. A heat wave is considered extreme weather, and a danger because heat and sunlight may overheat the human body. Heat waves can usually be detected using forecasting instruments so that a warning call can be issued.
Heat edema presents as a transient swelling of the hands, feet, and ankles and is generally secondary to increased aldosterone secretion, which enhances water retention. When combined with peripheral vasodilation and venous stasis, the excess fluid accumulates in the dependent areas of the extremities. The heat edema usually resolves within several days after the patient becomes acclimated to the warmer environment.
Heat rash, also known as prickly heat, is a maculopapular rash accompanied by acute inflammation and blocked sweat ducts. The sweat ducts may become dilated and may eventually rupture, producing small pruritic vesicles on an erythematous base. Heat rash affects areas of the body covered by tight clothing. If this continues for a duration of time it can lead to the development of chronic dermatitis or a secondary bacterial infection.
Heat cramps are painful, often severe, involuntary spasms of the large muscle groups used in strenuous exercise. Heat cramps tend to occur after intense exertion. They usually develop in people performing heavy exercise while sweating profusely and replenishing fluid loss with non-electrolyte containing water. This is believed to lead to hyponatremia that induces cramping in stressed muscles.
Rehydration with salt-containing fluids provides rapid relief. Patients with mild cramps can be given oral .2% salt solutions, while those with severe cramps require IV isotonic fluids. The many sport drinks on the market are a good source of electrolytes and are readily accessible.
Heat exhaustion is considered by experts to be the forerunner of heat stroke (hyperthermia). It may even resemble heat stroke, with the difference being that the neurologic function remains intact. Heat exhaustion is marked by excessive dehydration and electrolyte depletion.
Symptoms may include diarrhea, headache, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, tachycardia, malaise, and myalgia. Definitive therapy includes removing patients from the heat and replenishing their fluids. Most patients will require fluid replacement with IV isotonic fluids at first. The salt content is adjusted as necessary once the electrolyte levels are known.
After discharge from the hospital, patients are instructed to rest, drink plenty of fluids for 2–3 hours, and avoid the heat for several days. If this advice is not followed it may then lead to heat stroke.
Heat waves often lead to electricity spikes due to increased air conditioning use, which can create power outages, exacerbating the problem. During the 2006 North American heat wave, thousands of homes and businesses went without power, especially in California. In Los Angeles, electrical transformers failed, leaving thousands without power for as long as five days
If a heat wave occurs during a drought, which dries out vegetation, it can contribute to bushfires and wildfires. During the disastrous heat wave that struck Europe in 2003, fires raged through Portugal, destroying over 3,010 square kilometres (740,000 acres) of forest and 440 square kilometres (110,000 acres) of agricultural land and causing an estimated Euro 1 billion worth of damage
