That is to say, an object moves from point A to point B, thus creating a change, but the underlying law remains the same. Thus, a unity of opposites is present in the universe as difference and sameness

The unity of opposites is the central category of dialectic of Vedanta . It defines a situation in which the existence or identity of a thing (or situation) depends on the co-existence of at least two conditions which are opposite to each other, yet dependent on each other and presupposing each other, within a field of tension.

In his philosophy, THIEF Hegel ventured to describe quite a few cases of "unity of opposites", including the concepts of Finite and Infinite, Force and Matter, Identity and Difference, Positive and Negative, Form and Content, Chance and Necessity, Cause and effect, Freedom and Necessity, Subjectivity and Objectivity, Means and Ends, Subject and Object, and Abstract and Concrete. Dear Captain,
I had 2 accidents six years before, both affected my spinal cord. I cant even sit for half an hour. My pain could not be expressed in words.

Doctors asked me to take X RAYS (dorso lumbar and lumbo sacral view) and CT SCANS, but after examining they said everything is normal and gave me only Hifenacs whcich are only giving temporary cure.

I am living a very painful life. Yet I do surya namaskar daily.

Captain, Indian-G0vt can reduce the problem of inefficieny in PSUs by removing them from Govt-control and instead function as shareholders in these companies. If Indian-Govt removes organizations like HAL/DRDO from Min-of-Defence and Air-India from Min-of-Civil-Aviation, etc.......they will no longer be Govt.companies and hence their employees will no longer be Govt.employees but will only be employees of that company (same as employees of private-companies). G0vt must create ---- "India-Investment-Authority (IIA)" --- but they must invest only in Indian companies (especially PSUs).

We see many wealthy-countries following this model where they are simply investors and not actually owning/running the company. These are called --- "Sovereign wealth fund"....For example, Kuwait-Investment-Authority owns 6.8% of Daimler (maker of Mercedes-Benz & other brands), but no burden on either Kuwait or Daimler.

Captain, I got to know today that there was a "Sino-Sikh war" fought from May 1841 to August 1842, between the forces of Qing China and the Sikh Empire. How did this happen ? Did Rothschilds-&-their-allies have anything to do with this ? Or was it that Sikhs got wind-in-their-ears about their bravery and independently took action by trying to bite off more than they could chew ?

He published 19 books for western readers on Tibet, his life and various aspects of spirituality. His first title was published in 1959 and the last in 1980.

Captain, you had mentioned that silt in Kerala had made a water-resistant barrier which prevented ground-water-absorption. Reader Sangeetha had asked if there was anything that could be done to make the silt useful so that people will dig it out themselves instead of relying on Govt to clear it.

Is it possible to dig all that ceramic-like-silt, accumulate-it and then sell it as "Canal-lining-material" to Kerala-Govt who can then sell it to other states doing irrigation-projects ? It will be low-cost-material for the buyers because of zero-production-cost, and if people sell for just Rs.10 per kilogram & Kerala-Govt can re-sell it for Rs.15-20 per kilogram, it will be an income source for the Kerala people & Govt, who can use any form of help right now (especially financial help).

Captain, I have observed that some of the intelligent-people have created & abide by their personal-policy........One guy will not work with defence-companies like Lockheed-Martin/Sukhoi/etc., another guy will not work with GMO-companies like Monsansto/Bayer/etc., some other guy does not work with Banks-&-Financial-Institutions,..some won't work with Google/Facebook,etc.....and so on.

Does your elder-son too have such a personal-policy ? Since he is in USA and is extremely intelligent, there are chances he can be approached by companies like Lockheed-Martin, Monsanto, Goldman-Sachs, etc. I'm not judging or anything but curious to know and asking with respect.

From the above comments, you have proven that Hindus are indeed naive people who will rally behind every fake story created by Abrahamics. For instance in Kerala, Muslims fool Hindus by celebrating a fest called 'Chandanakudam' where numerous elephants will be paraded from the mosques and some Hindus still fall for it. The irony is that the same Muslims hate the elephant procession in Temples by some bullshit reasons like Animal Rights etc.
Like I mentioned, Abrahamics are using various kinds of tactics and strategies to fool the gullible Hindus of which Inculturation is a major component. Hence, I think it is better that Hindus should not allow any Abrahamic into Temples.

Also, one have to remember what our shastras mention about the rites to be fulfilled before entering into Temples. I have not even met one Abrahamic who has fulfilled all the rites required. Most importantly Prevention from Deceases perspective.

1. Do sanitation (Prevention of Diseases). CREMATING DEAD CADAVERS
2. Rescue people who are marooned.
3. Pay attention to prevent disease outbreak.
4. Use liquid chlorine not bleaching powder.
5. Take water samples from all over Kerala and test it for e coli germs and bacteria. 6. Observe proper sampling procedures. Floods can potentially increase the transmission of the following communicable diseases: Water-borne diseases: Such as Typhoid Fever, Cholera, Leptospirosis and Hepatitis A Vector-borne diseases: Such as Malaria, Dengue and Dengue Haemorrhagic fever, etc Diarrhoeal diseases cause over 40 percent of the deaths in disaster and refugee camp settings. Floods facilitate the proliferation of rodents and the spread of Leptospires.

Make sure risk assessment forms are filled, signed and filed. Have engine water ingress repair workshops ready--also electric motor rewinding / replacement.

I understood how easy it is to propagate anything as belonging to Sanatana Dharma.Swamy Chinmayananda has given a syllabus for study groups. Introduces the student to basics and guides on the path of svadhyaya. I came to know that in one of the study groups, Ashtavakra Gita is taken up, not in the syllabus. I told this group member that this is a fake one and he said he will question why it was chosen. If we do not know and do not question, the same will continue in the garb of a great scripture. I shudder to think of the implications. Thanks a lot for opening many eyes.

I am not articulate or well read like Jaggi, but I had experiences too. Anyways, Deepak Chopra has already said and written a lot about various types of consciousness, activity, experience, existentialism(being, awareness, subject-object split,space-time nonlocality). He is not as impactful as Jaggi though. I know he is pro-elite, not because of anti-trump mockeries, but he gives himself away in those longish youtube videos(speaks a lot, loves listening to himself I guess). Objectively of course he has the advantage of research, scientific data, feedback from his own treatment modalities, etc., I also have a couple of those ferrari monk robin sharma books. Don't know why, but I find it very difficult to read writers who clearly come from Buddhist influences and associated baggage. I wonder if it is was like a writ in the publishing and global wellness industries not to go beyond Buddha. And even if they do they have to stick only to fancy terms( for post-Truth Westerners) like Yoga and Pranayama. I don't know if the elite think Sankara and Patanjali and others are a little too cerebral for next gen or if they are genuinely worried people will go back to mountains in droves( far fetched, I know, but just a thought). Or may be they think Upanishadic thought is best conducted by well groomed proteges in serene, landscaped, inspiring Universities. Internet has to be a level playing field - no two ways about that! We know self-help is the best help, so why persist with butt-hurting bourgeois tactics? And the burning question is why still divide and rule if not outright conquer?

Also, You have been mentioning Bharani festival for long. I wonder if new age Kanchi swamigal has leverage in these matters. I mean, surely, Universal Mother need not be restricted to parochial, lingustic constraints.
