I was reading your blogs (google Khilafat Vadakayil) where you revealed that Khilafat united Mulsims and Hindus of India to fight for Ottomans (under Gandhi)...........but hardcore people like Ali Brothers used Khilafat to drive out Hindus from North-Kerala in the most brutal manner.

Captain, is it a good idea to keep a limit on number of seats from each state for services like IAS, IPS, IFS, etc ?

In past and even present, we see lots of candidates from Bihar and UP giving IAS, IPS exams. So even in the small list of candidates who clear the exams, it is specifically Bihar/UP candidates forming a sizeable majority. Instead of one region's population controlling the National-Services, will it be a good idea to give equal number of seats to each state ?

For fictional example, let's say each of the 29 states gets 5 seats (total 145 seats). Then only 5 candidates from each state will get selected. This means all people from all regions of India are represented. I don't mean something like reservation where standards are lowered to accommodate people. I mean a merit based system that equally represents all regions of India.

In current scenario, for example say 145 seats, 80-100 seats go to UP/Bihar region candidates. Now, if the same 145 seats are equally distributed where only 5 seats are alloted for each state, it will mean that only the Top-5 candidates of each state will get selected. This means North-South-East-West gets equally representd and any sort of caste/community/regional politics and favoritism within these National-Services can be reduced or even eradicated.

Is it a good idea for states be divided on population lines so that each region/state of India can get equal number of seats in Lok-Sabha and Rajya-Sabha ?

In current system, certain states like UP, Maharashtra, West-Bengal, etc. are allotted large number of seats in Lok-Sabha. This means that politics of those regions spills over into national-politics-and-policymaking. When these few states combined can out-vote any resolution, bill, etc against rest of India, it is an unfair balance of power.

Instead, if we divide states based on population (say 80 million for each state), it means that each state has less than or equal to 80 million people. A margin of 10 million can be given to each state due to ever changing migration trends. So, if a state becomes so populated that it crosses 80+10 million people, it should be sub-divided. So a big populated state like Maharashtra can be sub-divided into East-MH, Central-MH, West-MH........it will help retain the Marathi cultural identity but at the same time ensure that legally and legislatively, a single-giant-state does not wield too much power in the Assemblies.

Similarly, administrative-state divisions such as North-Bengal-South-Bengal, East-UP-North-UP-Central-UP-Western-UP can be made. This means each state can get (say for ficitional example) 15 seats each, which ensures equal voting power for each state but at the same time the cultural identity is retained so that people do not lose that "native-state" attachment that they have to the current big states.

If it is a stupid idea, please do tell me.

Captain, I was reading about Erdogan. I came across some recent news articles. Erdogan has blamed his former partner exiled-cleric Fetullah-Gulen as being the reason behind the July-15-Coup-Attempt.........both were corrupt and like brothers but a power struggle broke out and now Erdogan has taken control.

Erdogan's Govt (both as PM and now as President) has jailed/is jailing a huge number of govt-officials, military, journalists, etc. Turkish Govt and people online say that the people who are being jailed are Gulen supporters who wanted to pull of a Trojan-Horse move on the Erdogan Govt.

Strangely enough, Captain. This guy Erdogan is doing everything what YOU tell for INDIAN govt !!!! He is banning NGOs, blocking-Wikipedia (for spreading "misinformation"), jailing govt babus, journalists, etc who talk/act against him and his Govt, etc.

Captain, you have many times suggested that a National-Exam be conducted for Judiciary so that candidates can become Judges based on merit.

Will this system allow lawyers to take the exam in case they want to change career from lawyers to judges ? Or is it that lawyers are not allowed to write these exams ?

Captain, the Siliguri-Corridor (Chicken's-Neck) should be declared a Union-Territory and put under direct rule of Central-Govt similar to New-Delhi. This will ensure that votebank politics of Momota, etc. will not pose a risk to national security.

Captain, Europeans love to say that there was no concept of India before they (led by British) invaded India, conquered it and united it.

If that was the case, then there should be no concept of Europe and European as well. Why are colonization called European-Colonization, European-Invasions and so on ?

Even Europe was never united under a Single-Empire, Single-Organization, etc. There was no European-Union before 1993. Does that mean the concept of Europe and European-ness never existed ?

Similarly, India may not have been fully united under One-Empire, One-Organization, etc......but the concept of India and Indian-ness certainly existed. That is why people like Chanakya and Adi-Shankaracharya existed and travelled within India only.

If Europeans say that India-concept did not exist, then by the very same standards they apply, it also means that Europe-concept did not exist. This is a Self-Goal by those who rewrite history.

I was watching zee news and NDTV simultaneously. Zee new was showing the French national football team clippings from the World Cup finals. They were trying to prove how important nationalism is for a being.

On the other hand NDTV started comparing the death rate, child birth rate , crime rate and what not between India an France. They were hell bent to defame India on every parameters whithout any credible source.

In Japan, young women and girls suffering from severe chronic generalized pain following vaccination with Merck’s Gardasil have organized and are speaking out.

The issues are being debated at public hearings, at which scientific presentations have been made by independent medical experts who validated the women’s suffering with documented evidence of the severe nature of the pain related to the HPV vaccine.

The opposing view, presented by scientists aligned with the vaccine establishment, disregarded the scientific plausibility of the evidence and declared the pain was a “psychosomatic reaction.”

Such public debates do not take place where vaccine stakeholders are in full control of vaccine safety information. (Like in the U.S., for example.)

Following a public hearing (February 2014), at which scientific evidence was presented by independent scientists , the Japanese government, not only rescinded its recommendation that girls receive the HPV vaccine, but established guidelines and special clinics for evaluating and treating illnesses caused by the vaccine.

It is a scenario that Merck, GSK, and vaccine stakeholders globally are extremely anxious to suppress.

The Merck-commissioned, CSIS report, co-authored by Dr. Larson, paints a picture of an all-out war over media coverage – not over the high rate of serious adverse reactions.

The authors resort to the usual tactic of discrediting vaccine-injured individuals; they dismissed the serious health effects suffered by girls and young women following vaccination, as trivial.

The CSIS report presents the entire issue as an epidemic fueled by Internet rumors and “vaccine hesitators.”

Mr. Steele, the co-founder of London-based Orbis Business Intelligence Ltd, prepared a 35-page document that alleges the Kremlin colluded with Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign and that the Russian security services have material that could be used to blackmail him, including an allegation that he paid prostitutes to defile a bed that had been slept in by Barack and Michelle Obama.

Steele’s research was initially funded by anti-Trump Republicans, and later by Democrats.

Although Steele’s work reportedly was funded initially by anti-Trump Republicans, after it was clear Trump was going to be the Republican presidential nominee, the Republican money dried up – and Steele was hired by unidentified Democratic clients to continue opposition research on Trump.

A picture now emerges of how anti-Trump opposition research, consisting of unverified sources and unsubstantiated accusations – paid for by anti-Trump factions within both political parties – and the author of that material himself were used by at least one U.S. intelligence/law-enforcement agency (the FBI) to justify intelligence operations against Trump under the guise of “an investigation.”

On April 28, 2017, the Guardian reported that memos written by Steele were passed to DEEP STATE operative Senator John McCain who then handed over a copy of them to then-FBI Director DEEP STATE operative James Comey on December 9, 2016.

The Guardian goes on: The Steele dossier was referred to in an intelligence briefing provided by the FBI and US intelligence agencies to DEEP STATE operative JEW Obama and Trump in January. Comey has confirmed that counter-intelligence investigations are under way into possible links between Trump associates and Moscow, and CNN has reported that the FBI used the dossier to bolster its investigations.

So “chummy” were Steele and the FBI Deep State operatives that the Bureau was willing to pay him to continue his work, until, that is, the whole sordid affair became public.

In an effort to get to the bottom of the Trump dossier, Judicial Watch filed a FOIA lawsuit on May 16 against the U.S. Department of Justice for records of communications and payments between the FBI and former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele and his private firm, Orbis Business Intelligence

The Trump dossier is at the center of the anti-Trump Russian collusion and conspiracy theory. It is disconcerting that the Obama FBI and Justice Department trafficked this document and evidently used it to justify unprecedented surveillance of the Trump team.
