LIKE I SAID-
TANTRA AND SWARA YOGA WERE NOT PENNED DOWN IN 5000 BC—AS THEY COULD BE MISUSED
VEDAS WENT ON ORAL ROUTE FOR 330 CENTURIES BEFORE THEY WERE PENNED DOWN 70 CENTURIES AGO.
WHATEVER BOOKS YOU READ ABOUT TANTRA AND SWARA YOGA ARE A PACK OF LIES
BOTH TANTRA AND SAWRA YOU ARE IN THE FORM OF CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN SHIVA AS DAKSHINAMURTHY AND HIS WIFE SHAKTI ( PARVATI / DURGA/ KALI/ DEVI/ PRAKRITI/ BHAGAWATI ) AS AN EAGER STUDENT
BOTH SHIVA AND PARVATI ARE COSMIC ALLGORIES—NOT MORTALS -- WHO CREATED THE UNIVERSE AS PURUSHA ( CONSCIOUSNESS ) AND PRAKRITI ( ENERGY )
Purusha symbolizes consciousness, the masculine principle. Pragati symbolizes the feminine principle, the activating energy.
Purusha is the changeless static aspect of Consciousness, and Prakriti is the kinetic, active aspect of the same Consciousness. Through uniting with Purusha , Pragati gave form to his spirit and created the universe.
We are talking about CREATION OF THE COSMOS here- not filthy street side sex as figured out by small minds..
When the insentient Prakriti comes in contact with the sentient Purusha , the universe evolves.

THE WHITE INVADER WHO POISON INJECTED INTO TANTRA AND SWARA YOGA DID NOT KNOW THIS..
SADGURU JAGGI VASUDEV TOLD ON NDTV THAT SHIVA IS LIKE SACHIN TENDULKAR ( GOD OF CRICKET )—HEARD THIS RASCAL SAYING THIS .

Why not ?
He is BCCI created GOD OF CRICKET , right ?
WANNA READ THE FAKE FOUNDER MATSYENDRANATH OF THE FAKE NATH SAMPRADAYA COOKED UP AND BACKDATED BY JEW ROTHSCHILD?
CHECK OUT THE RUBBISH WRITTEN BY THE WHITE INVADER IN WIKIPEDIA--
QUOTE: Legends tell that Matsyendra was born under an inauspicious star. This warranted his parents to throw the baby into the ocean. It is here that the baby was swallowed by a fish where he lived for many years. The fish swam to the bottom of the ocean where Shiva was imparting the secrets of yoga to his consort, Parvati. Upon overhearing the secrets of yoga, Matsyendra began to practice yoga sadhana inside the fish's belly. After twelve years he finally emerged as an enlightened Siddha. UNQUOTE

Before the white invader came to India there were zero temples for Hanuman.
In 1947 when the white invader left India, we had 20 times more Hanuman temples than Ram temples .. Hanuman is a monkey in Ramayana .

Gandhi recruited 13 lakh ( 1.3 million ) Indian soldiers in the first world war – out of which 111000 ( 1.11 lakh ) Indian soldiers were killed .
Gandhi recruited 25 lakh ( 2.5 million ) Indian soldiers in the second World war. Out of this 243000 ( 2.43 lakh) soldiers were killed.

Swara yoga equates Shakti and Shiva with prana and chitta, which manifest in the body as the two nadis, pingala and ida ( micro level ).
PRANA in Sanskrit and Malayalam means primal energy or “vital force"
Prana is the master form of all energy working at every level of our being. The entire cosmos is a manifestation of prana.
Prana awakens the three and a half coils of kundalini shakti, with a HISSSSSS --- the serpent power or inner energy which transforms our consciousness, develops from awakened prana.
Shiva and his wife Shakti are the characters in SANKHYA vedanta..From the unmanifest prana of pure awareness comes the manifest prana of creation, through which the entire universe comes into being.
There is no SEMEN here.
THE WHITE INVADER HAS REDUCED TANTRA TO PERVERTED ANAL SEX.
ALL OF TANTRA ARE SRUTIS WITH DIVINE MATH EMBEDDED --IN THE FORM OF AMAZING CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN PURUSHA AND PRAKRITI ( SHIVA AND HIS WIFE SHAKTI ) ABOUT CREATION OF THE COSMOS AT MACRO AND MICRO LEVELS.
Tantra affirms that the creative force of the universe resides in all the 54 letters of the alphabet ( Sanskrit/ Malayalam ) .

"Persons who are learned and who have true knowledge define sound as that which conveys the idea of an object, indicates the presence of a speaker and constitutes the subtle form of ether"
Sound is not just the vibration created by the meeting of two objects. Sound is that which conveys the idea of an object. The exact word used in this connection is "artha-ashraya" or "the shelter of the meaning". In the Vedic conception the aksharas (letters) are bijas, or seeds of existence.
The audible sound is categorized into 54 alphabets of Sanskrit/ Malayalam--the triple intersections of the Sri Yantra divine geometry.
The different letters symbolize the different functions of that creative force, and their totality is designated as matrika or the "mother in essence".
Tantra sees the mantras as not just a mere combination of whimsical sounds but as the subtle form of the presiding deity; and the real purpose of one’s meditation through the mantra is to communicate with the deity of that particular mantra.

The Shiva-Shakti dance generated a rhythmic spiritual sound which the Vedic Rishis termed as NADA BRAHMAN, the initial primordial sound of extremely high frequencies that were beyond one’s imagination.

SEERS HEARD THE SRUTIS OF PARA VAK
Paraa Nada is a high frequency sound, so high that it does not stir or produce any vibrations.

The seers who have searched within with wisdom

In the Tantras the aksharas are traced back to their material source level which is a particular deity of Shakti. Each of her stages of manifestation are phases in the evolution of the universe.
Yogakundalyupanishad III.18-19 ( 5000 BC) says that sound sprouts in Parā (supreme) form, it becomes two-leafed (that is first manifested) in Pashyanti (radiant) form, buds in the Madhyama (subliminal) form and blooms in Vaikhari (acoustic) form; sound thus produced will become unmanifested, when the order is reversed.
Shabda Brahman is the source of sound and is in the form of sound which is unmanifest, therefore it is called PARA.
SANATANA SHARMA IS ROOTED IN SOUND
Shabda brahmAn manifests through his power of maya first as para vani in the mooladhara chakra at the perineum, then as pashyanti in the manipura chakra at the navel, next as madhyama in the heart and then eventually as vaikhari in the throat and mouth.
The first three are internal and yogic and can be experienced only by seers. The fourth stage is Vaikhari is the audible speech, which is used by all human beings.
These states of consciousness correspond with the four states known technically as Jagrat, Svapna, Sushupti, and Turiya - or the wakeful state, the dreaming state, the dreamless state, and the transcendental state.
Para-vak is also known as "rava-shabda" - an unvibratory condition of sound beyond the reach of mind and intelligence (avyakta), only to be realized by great souls, the 12 strand maharishis, parama-jnanis.
Para is pure intention. Pure because it is a direct expression of the will of reality, unadulterated by any personal preference. Para means transcendental, ‘beyond’ or ‘the other side’. It is beyond the reach of the indriyas, or sense organs, and the mind and other means of cognition.
Hence para nada is the transcendental sound. It is indicative of a truth that there is a sphere of super-consciousness where the sound is heard in different dimensions
“catvari vak parimita padani tani vidur brahmana ye minishinah, guha trini nihita neengayanti turiyam vaco manushya vadanti” -- RIG VEDA 1.164.45--5000 BC
"The cognoscenti know of the Vak that exists in four forms . Three are hidden and the fourth is what men speak"
PARA VAK is the transcendent speech, it is the unified field, the seat of super consciousness where the I is merged in the whole, the ultimate divine vibration that creates the cosmos.
TANTRA WAS REDUCED TO DEVIANT SEX BY ROTHSCHILDs FAKE MUTTS.
Tantra does NOT mean sex—it just means method- in both Sanskrit and Malayalam
Bhairava is “ beyond consciousness “—a NO MIND STATE.
Today a FAKE Guru named Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev is minting money by selling his FAKE Linga Bhairavi
Vigyan Bhaiva Tantra starts with a question from Parvati ( Prakriti ) to her husband Shiva ( Purusha ) regarding the nature of reality.
Parvati asks Shiva about Universe, about fundamental nature of this world, how one can go beyond space and time to understand this truth.
He does not tell her what is. He goes on and on giving her different dharanas.
The book starts with Parvati asking her husband Lord Shiva ---
O Shiva, what is your reality?
What is this wonder-filled universe?
What constitutes seed?
Who centers the universal wheel?
What is this life beyond form pervading forms?
How may we enter it fully, above space and time, names and descriptions?
Let my doubts be cleared!
She is NOT asking him about how to lick an purulent asshole or suck a syphilitic dick or slimy methods to steal another man’s wife while he is meditating.
Single messiah/ holy book readers will NOT understand the ramifications of Lord Shiva’s replies, as it is in such a loft plane. It is beyond shallow minds
It is NOT a dialogue between a Guru and shishya—but a dialogue between two lovers—and hence is refreshingly incisive, where the BEYOND IS EXPRESSED.
You need not be a woman to be a disciple, but you need to be in a feminine attitude of receptivity.
Philosophy ( every fuckin’ philosophy is a lie ) is concerned with the mind and the brain is enough; your totality is not required. Tantra needs you in your totality, your every cell among trillions .
Lord Shiva gives his wife Parvati most profound methods of centering oneself using a lover ( this is NOT sex) , achieving pure awareness, quantum entrainment, consciousness , prana amplification , focusing the mind like a laser beam using Bose condensate method , the meaning of OM, channeling the breath for Nitric oxide boost, the alpha / theta frequency states, nadis, bindu of Sri Yantra geometry , shabda brahman, advaita brahmAn , raising kundalini, the chakras, mudras, tattwas, delusions of Maya, core of Shakti , shifting dominant nostril etc etc –
All this is beyond the intelligence of FAKE homosexuality pushing Padma Vibhushan gurus for whom Rothschild has opened out hundeds of branches abroad.
The modern man is NOT intelligent enough or perceptive enough to understand the ancient Tantra—which has been reduced to sex and perversion.
Tantra stands for deep experiences. Anything experienced can be transcended; anything suppressed can never be transcended.
If at all sex is involves it is only to achieve egoless purity. A small child is NOT aware that he is stealing . He is NOT aware of his nakedness.
This is why we Hindus do NOT cremate our young children who die. They do NOT have egos . Their minds are not harnessed by laws .
Tantra transcends the mind and accept the whole of the human in complete totality . Mind is an order and it lives with definitions and disciplines..
One of Lord Shiva’ methods of PURE AWARENESS in Vigyan Bhairava tantra is used at Sabarimala—the world’s largest pilgrimage centre where people worship Lord Ayyappa , the 9th avatar of Lord Vishnu.
Shiva tells Parvati –take your pick-- he tells her to choose anyone of the 108 methods.
Yoga is suppression with awareness; tantra is indulgence with awareness.
Tantra method is to be aware of the desire , NOT to create any fight, but to move in desire with full consciousness, and only then you can transcend it.
Yoga is outgoing energy, while tantra is energy moving inwards.
Tantra is about depth, while yoga is about height.
The jealous white christian man has put the FAKE Vigyana Bhairava Tantra as 800 AD.
You see the white man with the help of Amish Tripati--has converted Shiva from a god ( comic allegory ) to a sex starved mortal. They have even converted him into a AGHORI--a corpse eater .
′Vigyana Bhairava Tantra is a technique of going beyond consciousness.
′Vigyana′ means consciousness, ′Bhairava′ means the state which is beyond consciousness, and ′Tantra′ means the method: the method of going beyond consciousness
Vigyan Bhairav Tantra teaches 108 methods of contemplation.
There is no meditation technique in Sanatana Dharma which has not been covered in Vigyan Bhairav Tantra-- and is cast as a discourse between the god Shiva and his consort Shakti
These include several variants of breath awareness, concentration on various centers in the body, non-dual awareness, chanting, imagination and visualization and contemplation through each of the senses.
When we breathe, in addition to the oxygen, we also take in a lot of prana. The oxygen gets diffused in the lungs and then gets into the bloodstream, while the prana goes throughout the body. It enters into every area—physical, vital, and mental.
Every cell of our body vibrates with new life. We get prana from food, from the sun and from the air we breathe. We can live for many weeks without food, days without water, minutes without air, but not even for a fraction of a second without prana.
PRANA LEAKS OUT THROUGH BLACK HOLES IN THE AURA
Nitric Oxide (NO) simply makes the blood vessel walls relax thereby increasing blood flow. Nitric Oxide is formed and released in human sinuses.
Nitric Oxide concentration in the nasal cavity increases as much as 16 times if you make a “buzzing sound”, ( MMMM ) because it creates vibrations, which mixes air from the sinuses with nasal air.
This is the purpose of BHRAHMARI PRANAYAMA written down in Vedas 7000 years ago..
Nitric Oxide is a key biological messenger playing an important role in various biological processes at the cellular level. Nitric oxide is known as endothelium-derived relaxing factor and is biosynthesized endogenously..
Nitric oxide contributes to nonspecific host defense against bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic infections, hence takes care of infection in the body.
Nitric oxide improves ventilation–perfusion ratio in the lung along with relaxation of bronchial tree smooth muscles, hence oxygen uptake is increased..
Nitric oxide plays an important role at this level in functioning of INNER EAR physiology by regulating cochlear blood flow..
The inner ear gives the cycloid spiral space curve motion. Vedic seers used the inner ear method for bending space time. Melatonin resonates into DMT- the spirit molecule that bends space time.
When the head moves, so does the fluids, inside the cochlea like a spirit level. A sound wave is a longitudinal wave--a series of compressions and rarefactions.. Higher the frequency, higher the perceived pitch.
Nitric oxide is produced endogenously from the blood vessels and mucosa of nose and paranasal sinuses. Nitric oxide is naturally produced in youth and goes down with aging, mainly hampering the blood circulation to ear, brain, heart, and sex organs.
Humming increases the production of nitric oxide from sinuses and nasal mucosa. Humming increases the endogenous generation of nitric oxide level by 16-fold as compared with the quite exhalation.
Better air flow and ciliary clearances of nasopharyngeal tubes influence the ventilation and impedance of the middle ear resulting in improvement in the quality of hearing.
The nitric oxide generated during humming, by increasing the Eustachian tube function and ventilation of cochlea through the round window affects the cochlear physiology, neurotransmission and regulation of cochlear blood flow
BRAHMARI PRANAYAMA is a breathing exercise; a humming sound is produced during exhalation with an effort to generate the echo in the ears. Bhramari releases nitric oxide in the body.
Shanmukhi Mudra is a modification of Bhramari Pranayama for better and earlier improvement. The procedure is place your both thumbs at tragal cartilage or at the inlet of external auditory canal, both hands' index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on the eyes, ring fingers on the nostril, and little finger on upper lip.
Take a deep breath and tuck your chin into the chest, close your mouth, with ballooning of cheek high pitch humming sound is produced.. Nitric oxide helps memory and behavior by transmitting information between neurogenic cells in the brain, apart from calming the brain by improving the quality of REM sleep.
Below: REMEMBER THE THUMB IS INSIDE THE EAR
BY DOING BRAHMARI PRANAYAMA YOUR CHILDREN SCORE BETTER MARKS IN SCHOOL --AND WONT FALL SICK
Nitric oxide levels in the sinuses were 16 times higher during humming than during normal, quiet exhalations. Nitric oxide (NO) helps to dilate the capillary beds and increase blood flow.
Humming had the effect of dramatically increasing the gas exchange in the nasal sinuses. During normal exhalation the gas exchange between the nasal passages and the sinuses was about 4 percent.
When volunteers hummed, MMMMMM-- the gas increase increased to about 98 percent.
When you inhale deeply, ( deep diaphragmatic ) the lungs expand and the chest wall stretches, stimulating the vagus nerve, which runs from the brain down into the chest and beyond.
The pressure on the vagus nerve triggers the body’s natural “relaxation response,” a physical state of deep rest that:--
Slows your heartbeat
Slows your breathing
Decreases blood pressure
Increases levels of nitric oxide which relaxes blood vessels to increases oxygen and blood flow
L-arginine is a chemical building block called "an amino acid." L-arginine is used along with ibuprofen for migraine headaches
L-arginine to the skin to speed wound healing and for increasing blood flow to cold hands and feet, especially in people with diabetes. It is also used as a cream for sexual problems in both men and women.
L-arginine is converted in the body into nitric oxide. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. L-arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body.
Because it is so small and diffusible Nitric Oxide passes through cell membranes and is a biological signal.
In certain places, nitric oxide serves as a neurotransmitter. However it is very different from other neurotransmitters in that it can easily diffuse short distances and affect more than one cell.
An important role for nitric oxide is as a paracrine in the circulatory system. Paracrine signaling is a form of cell-to-cell communication in which a cell produces a signal to induce changes in nearby cells, altering the behavior of those cells
Nitric oxide produced by endothelial cells causes relaxation in vascular smooth muscle, leading to blood vessel dilation. Endothelium refers to cells that line the interior surface of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, forming an interface between circulating blood or lymph in the lumen and the rest of the vessel wall. It is a thin layer of simple squamous cells called endothelial cells.
TANTRA SEX CAUSES NITRIC OXIDE FLOODING
KUNDALINI ASCENT IS BOOSTED BY NITRIC OXIDE.
In mammals Nitric Oxide ( NO ) helps to maintain blood pressure by dilating blood vessels, assists the immune system in killing invaders, and is a major factor in the control of penile erection (Viagra works by blocking an enzyme in the NO/cGMP pathway).
In the brain, NO plays a role in development, neuron to neuron signaling, and contributes to the formation of memories.
EVERY MANTRA DURING SURYANAMASKAR STARTS WITH OMMMMM AND ENDS WITH OMMMMM .
THERE IS A NITRIC OXIDE BOOST WHILE THE VAGUS NERVE IS BEING STIMULATED
Nitric oxide is a factor present at the very cusp of our existence, both birth, death and resurrection.
NITRIC OXIDE PLAYS A MAJOR PART IN FUCK, FREEZE, FIGHT AND FIGHT
NO is a labile, free radical gas, although in most biological situations NO is in solution.
NO is not stored in synaptic vesicles, instead it is synthesized as needed by NO synthase (NOS) from its precursor L-arginine. There are three forms of nitric oxide synthase enzyme: a neuronal type called nNOS, an epithelial type called eNOS, and an inducible form called iNOS.
Being of such a small size Nitric Oxide molecule ( NO ) is freely diffusible across membranes. That is it does not react with receptors but diffuses into adjacent cells.
The molecule possesses a small dipole moment because of the similar electronegativity of oxygen and nitrogen, making it essentially hydrophobic, that is it's not soluble in water. Its reactivity is due to the unpaired electron in the outer valence orbital of its oxygen constituent.
A soap molecule has a polar end which is water soluble (hydrophilic) and a and a non polar end which is not water soluble (hydrophobic ).
NO is a short-lived chemical transmitter, that is almost unreactive as free radical compared to other oxygen radicals.
NOS is mainly found in the hypothalamus which is the controller of enzyme excretion, and controls the release of oxytocin and vasopressin. In the adrenal gland, NOS is highly concentrated in a web of neurons that stimlate adrenal cells to make adrenaline.
Oxytocin stimulates the release of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) by releasing nitric oxide.
NO has many roles in the cardiovascular system as it is a blood vessel dilator, it thins the blood, reduces platelet stickness, is involved in blood coagulation and wound healing and is associated with the hearts function.
The endothelium (inner lining) of blood vessels uses nitric oxide to signal the surrounding smooth muscle to relax, thus dilating the artery and increasing blood flow.
NO and its associated release of vasopressin is obviously a major factor in the phenomena of heart expansions during an awakening. It has been shown that hemoglobin is a major transport vehicle for NO in blood.
NO is a major signal transduction molecule in vertebrates and serves as a neurotransmitter in the CNS and the GI tract and is involved in memory and learning.
Unlike most other neurotransmitters that only transmit information from a presynaptic to a postsynaptic neuron, the small nitric oxide molecule can diffuse all over and can thereby act on several nearby neurons, even on those not connected by a synapse.
This process is involved in memory through the maintenance of long-term potentiation, or long-lasting strengthening of the connection between two nerve cells.
As a free radical NO enables white blood cells (macrophages) to kill tumor cells and bacteria. NO is involved in apoptosis (programmed cell death), DNA breakage and mutation.
Swara means the sound of one's breath; the flow and sound of the incoming and outgoing breath. It is the yoga of every breath to harmonise the notes of the body and the mind, of thought and action and eventually, the cosmos
Pranic rhythms are biorhythms such as the circadian rhythms (which make the body yearn for sleep or get ready to face a day's work) and ultradian rhythms to adapt to the environment.
The breath too has a rhythm — the rhythm of life. Though you have two nostrils, at any given time, only one is fully engaged in breathing.
The dominant nostril alternates periodically, denoting a rhythm. Both nostrils become active momentarily when this transition occurs. Medical science calls it "the ultradian rhythm of the nasal cycle," and it is associated with various neuro-endocrine and cardio-vascular functions.
Balancing the breath cycle, naturally balances the three "doshas": vata ( gas ), pitta ( bile ) and kapha ( mucous ).
Nitric oxide is a gas.
Hydrogen Sulphide is a gas. Man can be made to HIBERNATE by unlocking the secrets of Hydrogen Sulphide. This is one of my revelations . It will take modern dctors another 200 years to get to terms with this
By controlling the swara you can get good REM sleep without tranquillisers, work the whole day without experiencing fatigue and extract 100% energy from food.
Significantly greater airflow occurred through the right nasal chamber (relative to the left) during periods of REM sleep
At about 70 to 90 minutes into your sleep cycle, you enter REM sleep. You usually have three to five REM episodes per night. Your eyes jerk rapidly in various directions under your eyelids, thus the name Rapid Eye Movement (REM) Sleep, where most muscles are paralyzed with occasional twitches.
REM stage has increased heart rate, raised blood pressure, erection in males, and the body does not regulate its temperature. Most of the vivid dreams occur during REM sleep, once awaken at this stage a person can remember the dreams.
The function of REM sleep is still NOT yet determined by modern science.. All scientists know is that a lack of REM sleep will impair the ability to learn complex tasks.
Children who do NOT get REM sleep score poor marks in school. They forget what they studied after 3 months Backing up or information from left lobe to right subconscious lobe ( for right handers )happens during REM sleep . Some information is exchanged with Akasha .
A newborn baby spends almost 9 hours , or 50% of the day in REM sleep. By the age of five or so, only slightly over two hours is spent in REM. An adult reaches REM approximately every 90 minutes, with the latter half of sleep being more dominated by this stage. Adults spend 20% in REM. Older adults spend progressively less time in REM sleep.
Dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep—when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. REM sleep is revealed by continuous movements of the eyes during sleep.
Dreams can last for a few seconds, or as long as twenty minutes. People are more likely to remember the dream if they are awakened during the REM phase.
During a normal night of sleep the penis and clitoris may be erect for a total time of from one hour to as long as three and a half hours during REM.
The fact that a penis becomes erect and a clitoris becomes engorged, regardless of whether the dreams in progress have any erotic content or not is used to determine whether a man’s impotence is of physiological or psychological origin.
Twice the amount of blood flows to your brain during REM than when you are conscious.
Primarily REM is the brain's way of ensuring that the consciousness can be “booted up”, in the absence of an external trigger. In the absence of external stimulus, the brain might stay in deep sleep coma continuously until dehydration causes death.
Humans cannot go into HIBERNATION
REM sleep restores us mentally. REM sleep thus plays a huge role in learning and memory. During REM sleep, your brain consolidates and processes the information you’ve learned during the day.
It forms neural connections that strengthen memory, and replenishes its supply of neurotransmitters, including feel-good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine that boost your mood during the day.
REM has an UNLEARNING and memory-consolidating function . Some of these memories taken in by our senses may be rejected by the mind as useless, while others may be seen as valuable and retained.
There is information exchange from the conscious left lobe ( for right handers ) to be sub conscious right lobe.
Learned skills consolidate in the brain during the REM sleep.
This is why after a BRAINSTORMING session the thoughts must be left to incubate till an REM sleep. Major decisions are kept pending till then.
REM sleep, is particularly important to the developing brain, possibly because it provides the neural stimulation that newborns need to form mature neural connections and for proper nervous system development.
Deprivation of REM sleep early in life for new born babies can result in severe behavioral problems, permanent sleep disruption, decreased brain mass, and will result in an abnormal amount of neuronal cell death.
The amount of REM sleep in humans drastically decreases with age. About 50% of infant sleeping is spent in REM, compared to only about 20% for adults. Fetuses and infants need heightened neural activity to stimulate brain development.
MORNING AZAN BY MOSQUE SPEAKERS DEPRIVE CHILDREN OF REM SLEEP.
MORNING AZAN ( EVEN WITHOUT LOUDSPEAKERS ) MUST NOT BE DONE EARLIER THAN “CIVIL TWILIGHT” OR BEFORE THE SUN COMES WITHIN SIX DEGREES OF THE HORIZON.
REM sleep stimulates the brain regions used in learning.
This is most important for normal brain development during infancy, which would explain why infants spend much more time in REM sleep than adults . REM sleep gives the brain a chance to exercise important neuronal connections that may otherwise deteriorate from lack of activity.
Like deep sleep, REM sleep is associated with increased production of proteins. People taught a skill and then deprived of non-REM sleep could recall what they had learned after sleeping, while people deprived of REM sleep could not.
REM sleep provided endogenous stimulation to prevent the brain from being shut down too long.
REM sleep also acts as an escape valve for letting off the “psychic steam” that accumulates from emotional stresses during the day.
People become anxious, irritable, and sometimes borderline psychotic, when they have been experimentally deprived of REM.
People who have deviated nasal septums ( affecting swara nostril exchange ) are often considered mad-- they are not mad .
The body is designed to breathe through the nose. When nasal breathing is hindered the body forces you to begin mouth breathing, which is not the optimal way to pass air into the lungs.
Nasal obstruction can be caused by a deviated nasal septum, enlarged turbinates, nasal polyps, enlarged adenoids, tumors and nasal congestion. Nasal obstruction encompasses anything which hinders the airflow in and out of the nose affecting one or both nasal passages.
Nasal obstruction is usually caused by either swelling of the nasal tissue or an anatomical blockage which results in a narrowing of the nasal cavity and the feeling of the passages being congested. Nasal obstruction and can lead to sleeping disorders, snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Common anatomical factors which can contribute to nasal obstruction or congestion include: -
Nasal Obstruction due to Nasal polyps (benign growths within the nasal cavity)
Deviated nasal septum (crooked cartilage within the nose blocks the airway)
Enlarged turbinates (bony structures within the nasal cavity)
Nasal polyps (benign growths within the nasal cavity)
Enlarged adenoids (block the back of the nasal passage)
Nasal tumors (benign or cancerous)
No matter what the cause, nasal obstruction, can become a hindrance to your quality of life.
Treatments for Nasal Obstruction:---
Radiofrequency turbinate ablation (coblation): Minimally invasive procedure which involves shrinking the turbinate tissue with radiofrequency energy
Other surgical procedures which may be recommended to treat anatomical nasal obstruction are:--
Septoplasty: Surgery performed to straighten the nasal septum
Image Guided Endoscopic Sinus Surgery: Outpatient procedure performed using an endoscope to restore ventilation and drainage within the nasal cavity
Turbinate Reduction (also called turbinectomy or turbinoplasty): Surgery, typically performed under general anesthesia, to decrease airway resistance by reducing turbinate size
Nasal Valve Surgery (functional rhinoplasty): --
Surgical procedure, usually performed under general anesthesia, in which the internal and/or external structures of the nose are repaired or reconstructed to enable proper airflow into the nasal passages
The Nasal Alar Valve is the narrowest part of the nasal passage. It is a three-sided passage between the upper and lower lateral cartilages of the nostril, the nasal septum, and the inferior turbinate. The purpose of the nasal valve is to regulate airflow in the nose by flaring in as deeper inhalation occurs.
During REM dreaming almost all neurons in all parts of the brain increase firing rate. This firing rate is indicative of biologically significant information processing.
During REM sleep, the brain’s oxygen consumption , which reflects its energy consumption , is very high– even higher than when someone is awake and thinking about a complex cognitive problem.
This is at a time when there is almost total muscle paralysis tonus during REM sleep. Only the respiratory and cardiac muscles maintain “essential services” , and the eye muscles remain active, producing the rapid eye movements characterizing this form of sleep. The small muscles of the middle ear also remain active.
During REM sleep, the body’s inner temperature is no longer well regulated and tends to shift toward the temperature of its surroundings, just as in reptiles.
The brain contains more than 20 billion neurons. Each of these brain cells have 10000 connections with other nerve cells through out the brain. The electric, magnetic and chemical fields of your brain are in perpetual flux.
Neurons do not reproduce after birth. But glial cells, axons and dendrites increase in number throughout life. When we cease learning or having REM sleep these connection shrivel and dwindle away.
I USE A SLEEP MONITOR ON MY WRIST TO MONITOR MY REM SLEEP.
The alternating rhythmicity associated with the nasal cycle decreases with age. The nasal cycle is determined by the autonomic tone of capacitance vessels located in the deep portion of the mucosal lining of the nasal turbinates and septum.
Non-REM sleep periods are associated with a more symmetric EEG across hemispheres, whereas REM sleep periods are associated with a more asymmetric EEG across hemispheres, and that the direction of the asymmetry may not be consistent
Awakening from REM or NREM sleep is associated with different effects on left or right hemispheric dominance. This rhythm plays an important role in cognitive performance, memory processes, visual perception, levels of arousal and performance, mood, and individual and social behavior.
90 minute ultradian rhythms to 24 hour circadian rhythms of cell cycle activity, replication and entrainment by environmental signals
All the major systems of mind-body communication such as the CNS, autonomic, endocrine and immune systems have evolved ultradian and circadian rhythms that apparently integrate the molecular-epigenetic cycles within cells with the organisms external and internal environments for "adaptive homeostasis"
Ultradian relationships whereby short term memory is converted to long term memory over a 90 minute cycle contralateral relationship between cerebral hemispheric activity (EEG) and the ultradian rhythm of the nasal cycle.
They found that relatively greater integrated EEG values in the right hemisphere are positively correlated with a predominant airflow in the left nostril and visa versa. Ultradian theory of hypnotic suggestion found that "time of day" was a statistically significant factor in hypnotic susceptibility
Understanding the Basic Rest and Activity Cycle ( BRAC ) is one of the key elements to unlocking your brain’s potential and sustaining mental energy levels throughout the day.
You can take advantage of your natural undulations in wakefulness. This is actually the origin of polyphasic sleep, physiologically. When people are at leisure or in a state of extreme stress they will naturally take naps when there is a drop in wakefulness.
When you are sleeping your body’s BRAC will manifest itself as stages of sleep. Instead of increasing in brain wave frequency over the first half of the cycle it will decrease in brain wave frequency (going from light to deep sleep) then rise and finish with a period of REM sleep.
The brain transits from a Beta frequency state to an Alpha state at the end of each BRAC, and if you use certain techniques, such as meditation here are a wide variety of ultradian rhythms. The most prominent are pulsatile hormonal release and the alternance of REM and non-REM stages in sleep.
In the human, the approximately 90-minute REM–non REM cycle is accompanied by similar periodicity of dreaming, penile erections, sympathovagal balance, and breathing. This ultradian rhythm during sleep is a reflection of a basic rest-activity cycle (BRAC) that would occur during wakefulness as well ultradian and circadian clocks are interrelated.
In complex organisms, the master circadian clock synchronizes ultradian clocks with the external light–dark cycle and many processes have both ultradian and circadian rhythmic components.
For example, the cell cycle has an ultradian rhythm that varies by the organism and type of cell, but cell populations tend to enter into the cell cycle at the same time each day. Another example is the secretion of numerous hormones that have both pulsatile and circadian secretion patterns.
Some ultradian rhythms may actually share molecular components with the circadian clock . circadian rhythms have lesser known cousins that can help us optimize our internal body clocks for maximum efficiency and well being. These are ultradian rhythms, or rhythms that play out in increments shorter than a day.
Examples include everything from heartbeat to digestion to the varying stages we go through during sleep.
For productivity, we are concerned with the specific ultradian rhythm known as the Basic Rest-Activity Cycle (BRAC). This is a rhythm that plays out in approx. 90 minute cycles non-stop, day and night. It is most detectable during sleep, when we move from non-REM sleep to REM sleep and back, over and over again throughout the night.
Your nose is lined up with the same kind of erectile tissue as your genitals and those tissues become swollen when you get excited. That is not the only time when those tissues in the nose get swollen. In fact, there is a predictable pattern of swelling and shrinkage observed periodic cycles of congestion and decongestion that alternated between the right and left nostril, which was later termed “nasal cycle”.
We have erectile tissues in our noses, which engorge with blood when we lie. This causes a tingling or itching sensation that requires a nose touch to satisfy. ...
Next time when Raj Thackrey of MNS comes on TV—watch how he wipes the tip of his nose using a handkerchief when he gets an inconvenient question.
The nose has tissue which, like the genitals, can become engorged with blood, which is part of the reason we get a stuffy nose. To counter this, most nasal decongestants contain a drug which acts as a vasoconstrictor to reduce blood flow
We have erectile tissues in our noses, which engorge with blood when we lie. This causes a tingling or itching sensation that requires a nose touch to satisfy. The absence of a nose touch doesn't guarantee truth, but the presence of a nose touch often means deception.
All this has been penned down in our Vedas 7000 years ago when the white man was running around naked doing GRUNT GRUNT for language. Yogis used it effectively to change the body’s temperature and mental state,
Nasal dominance is controlled by the central nervous system ..Swelling and shrinking is related to sympathetic (SNS) and parasympathetic (PNS) nerves. Most organs in the body (including cerebral hemispheres) are innervated by fibers from both SNS (fight-or-flight) and PNS (rest-and-digest). There are a bunch of those nerves in the nose, too.
We have one set of the nerves that covers the right side of the body and the right nostril, and another one that covers the left side and the left nostril.
These fibers have opposing effects. This means that at any given moment you have sympathetic dominance on one side of the body (and breathe mostly through that nostril) and parasympathetic dominance on the other.
Then some time later they switch. This is called “lateralized ultradian rhythms of the ANS”. So basically the nasal cycle is an indicator of the switch that happens between the SNS and PNS from one side to another.
Then some time later they switch. This is called “lateralized ultradian rhythms of the ANS”. So basically the nasal cycle is an indicator of the switch that happens between the SNS and PNS from one side to another.
The way your body functions is quite different based on which side of the body has sympathetic dominance. Swara Yogis had full control.
When the sympathetic system is dominant on the right side and parasympathetic system is dominant on the left, you get:--
One nostril breathing RIGHT:--
Right nostril dominance
Right lung dominant
Generally more active state
Locomotor activity increased
Heart rate increased
Blood pressure increased
Respiration rate increased
Body temperature increased
Prolactin secretion reduces
When the sympathetic system is dominant on the left side and parasympathetic system is dominant on the right, you get:
One nostril breathing LEFT:--
Left nostril dominance
Left lung dominant
Generally more resting state
Locomotor activity decreased
Heart rate reduced
Blood pressure reduced
Respiration rate reduced
Body temperature reduced
Prolactin secretion increased
So basically in the course of the day you alternate between more active and more restful states, which is confirmed by a widely accepted BRAC hypothesis (basic rest-activity cycle).
Yogis arrived at a similar discovery thousands of years ago, though they have used different language to describe it. They said that our energy balance is affected by the flow of energy along three major channels: ida, pingala and sushumna nadis.
Ida (lunar channel) is cooling and has overall feminine quality; it terminates at the left nostril. Pingala (solar channel) is heating and has an overall masculine quality; it terminates at the right nostril.
Breathing in through a nostril will emphasize the qualities of that channel; breathing out through the nostril will sedate the corresponding channel.
Sometimes there might be too much heat in the system (for example, if somebody has hot flashes or feels angry/irritable), which can be helped by breathing in through the Left nostril (to stimulate the lunar channel) and out through the right (to sedate the solar channel).
This pranayama practice is called one nostril breathing Chandrabhedana/ Suryabhedana
This pranayama practice is called one nostril breathing Chandrabhedana/ Suryabhedana
When there is not enough heat in the system (for example, cold limbs, low blood pressure, depression), it can help to breath in through the Right nostril (to stimulate the solar channel) and out through the Left (to sedate the lunar chanel). This pranayama practice is called Suryabhedana.
According to the yogic tradition, when two sides are balanced, prana can enter the central channel – sushumna nadi – and travel upwards to the top of the head. Then eternal bliss (samadhi) is achieved.
The ability of the ANS and CNS to lateralize can facilitate the conservation and production of energy whereas one side functions in an ergotrophic state (energy production) while the other is simultaneously in a trophotropic state (energy conservation)-- referred to as BRAC.
Ultradian rhythms serve as a neural matrix for coupling mind and metabolism manifesting as a pendulum of ANS-CNS activity to help maintain allostasis of two polar states.
Homeostasis can be described as the way the body maintains and returns to stability. Allostasis is concerned with the whole dynamic process of achieving this balance. Homeostasis implies remaining stable by being the same, while allostasis suggest remaining stable by changing.
Stress is part of life but people will differ in their ability to manage it. In many instances stress can actually be a positive force because it motivates people to perform at their best.
If people fail to cope with stress it can mean a high level of stress hormones circulating in the body. This interferes with the normal stress response and even small triggers can be enough to have people feeling stressed out. This type of chronic allostatic overload can be very damaging on the body.
Allostasis offers an interesting explanation for why addicts so frequently relapse after a period of recovery. The cause of this return to addiction may be the changes to the brain which occurred during the addiction.
One of the most important changes to occur will have been to the brain’s reward system. Even though the individual has entered recovery this reward system can still be associated with substance abuse. It can take 21 DAYS before this reward system has recovered.
People who let their left brain lobe ( for right handers ) dominate their lives cannot increase their soul frequency .
Most humans today are functioning in a narrowly focused, egocentric, objective reality characterized by left hemisphere dominance. ..
This dominance is being fueled by both the natural physiological evolutionary development of our powerful language, reasoning, and motor control skills- in addition to a culture that prizes rewards thus further reinforcing these traits.
Hot flashes are normally associated with middle-aged women who are approaching menopause or whose monthly cycle has ceased. However, sometimes much younger women can experience the discomfort of hot flashes, especially with premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or its more severe form, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
Deep diaphragmatic breathing can help women who experience hot flashes during menopause.
Frequency of hot flashes can be reduced to less than 20% through slow, deep breathing. Women going through menopause who use belly breathing and slow down their respiratory rate (to seven or eight cycles of inhalation and exhalation a minute) at the onset of a hot flash cany either “abort” it or “reduce its severity.”
Hot flashes that occur at night are called night sweats, and are especially bothersome when heavy, drenching sweat, which can soak you and your bedding
The hypothalamus is part of the brain but also directs much of the activity of the brain, and of your endocrine, or hormonal, system. The hypothalamus has a large role in regulating body temperature, which is why hot flashes occur with the hormonal changes associated with PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause.
The sudden withdrawal of estrogen, more characteristic of perimenopause and menopause than PMS and PMDD, is a chief culprit in hot flashes.
Perimenopause is the transition phase your body goes through as it approaches the cessation of your monthly cycle and thus, menopause. During this time, as your ovaries begin to exhaust the supply of eggs, or ova, in which you were born, the levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone, that are released along with those eggs, drops dramatically.
Perimenopause can begin anywhere from age 35 to 50, though for the majority of women it doesn’t truly begin until their mid- to late-40s. The symptoms of perimenopause range from mild to severe menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, problems with sleep and memory, mood swings, decreased sex drive, as well as irregular periods.
Because menopause tends to receive more attention than PMS and PMDD, perimenopause is often assumed to have more in common with menopause, but in fact it varies from woman to woman. Perimenopausal symptoms can last from months to years, and can range from an inconvenience to a downright problem.
Hot flashes—whether they are premenstrual, perimenopausal, or menopausal—can be normal, and not a sign of disease or of anything seriously wrong. They are really just symptoms of a passing, temporary disruption of your brain chemistry and hormones.
Right nostril is surya nadi and left nostril is known as Chandra nadi-- Ida nadi (left nostril) and Pingala nadi (right nostril).
Chandra Bhedana Pranayama is an effective breathing technique. Moon is the symbol of coolness, so by doing this pranayaam we feel some coolness in our body.
How to perform Chandra Bhedana Pranayama: –Chandra Bhedana Pranayama-steps
Choose a comfortable sitting asana like Swastikasana or Padmasana e.t.c sit comfortably.
Make a pranayam mudra by your fingers (press the index and middle finger of your hand towards the palm).
Now use your right thumb to shut the right nostril. (If you are left handed then make the pranayam mudra with your left hand and shut the right nostril with index and middle finger of your left hand).
Now inhale slowly and deeply through your left nadi until your lungs fills with maximum air.
Now hold your breath for some time or as per your capacity.
Breathe out (exhale) slowly through right nadi.(Exhalation should be longer than the inhalation)
Repeat this process around 10 times.
Maintain the ratio of inhalation, retention and exhalation as 1:4:2. Perform pranayama with empty stomach.
Nitric Oxide is produced by epithelial cells in the paranasal sinuses. Paranasal sinuses are a group of four paired air-filled spaces that surround the nasal cavity.
The maxillary sinuses are located under the eyes; the frontal sinuses are above the eyes; the ethmoidal sinuses are between the eyes and the sphenoidal sinuses are behind the eyes.
NO is an "aerocrine" hormone that is produced in the nose and sinuses and transported to a distal site of action with every inhalation. NO levels in the sinuses are several times higher than those in the nose.
Erectile tissue in your nose, which is very similar to the erectile tissue in a penis or clitoris. Erectile tissue will swell up in one nostril, mostly blocking it, and at the same time erectile tissue in the other nostril will shrink, opening it up for breathing.
Breathing through your right nostril significantly increases blood glucose levels, while breathing through your left nostril has the opposite effect.
When you are breathing through your right nostril, you will use significantly more oxygen than when breathing through your left. Again, when you are breathing through your left nostril, the right hemisphere of your brain will be more active or dominant and vice-verse when you are breathing through your right nostril.
Swara Yogis did HYPERVENTILATION only to shift the predomeniant nostril..
Even though this switching happens naturally in a cyclical fashion, you can affect it to force breathing through the one you want.
If you lay down on one side or the other, after around 12 minutes, the erectile tissue in the nostril on that side will begin to swell up and the other side will decrease its swelling so that if you are lying on your left side, then your right nostril will open up and your left nostril will close up.
When your your body needs to switch which nostril it is breathing out of, so you feel the urge to roll over to your other side while you sleep.
All this is written down in Ayurveda 6200 years ago in Charaka Samhita.
A German Jew doctor Richard Kayser lifted and patented all this in his name thanks to a THIEF named Hermann Gundert, whom Kerala Commies pray to.

The nasal vestibule opens into the nasal cavity. The nasal cavity is divided into left and right sides by a wall of cartilage and bone (called the nasal septum).
The nasal cavity is above the roof of the mouth (called the palate) and surrounded by the paranasal sinuses. It joins with the nasopharynx, which is the upper part of the pharynx, or throat, at the back of the mouth.
Paranasal means around the nose. The paranasal sinuses are air filled cavities around the nose within the skull. The paranasal sinuses are connected to one another and to the nasal cavity.
There are 4 pairs of paranasal sinuses.
Maxillary sinuses are in the maxilla (the upper jaw) on each side of the nose, behind the cheeks and below the eyes. They are shaped like pyramids. They are the largest of the paranasal sinuses.
Frontal sinuses are in the frontal bone, above the nose and behind the eyebrows. They are 2 cavities divided by a thin wall of bone.
Ethmoid sinuses are small cavities in the ethmoid bone, above the nasal cavity and between the eyes. They can vary in number and size.
The sphenoid sinus is found in the sphenoid bone, which is deep in the skull. It is behind the ethmoid sinuses and nasal cavity. It is separated into a left and right sinus by an incomplete, thin wall of bone.
Several types of cells make up the lining of the nasal vestibule, nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
An important functions of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are to vibrate, or resonate, which helps to give your voice a unique sound.. The paranasal sinuses are a major source of nasal Nitric Oxide
NO provides a first-line defense against micro-organisms through its antiviral and antimicrobial activity
With proper pranayama we begin to use the entire lungs. We can take in much more than our normal quota of oxygen and prana.
In a normal breath, we inhale 500 CC of air, and then breathe out the same. After an exhalation, the lungs are almost empty, but still there is residual air in the lungs. After we breathe out our normal five hundred cubic centimeters, IF WE PULL IN THE ABDOMEN SLIGHTLY , WE CAN EXHALE SOME MORE AIR , which has been measured as 1600 CC
After this type of full exhalation, if we begin to inhale, we first breathe in the air that we squeezed out –1600 CC
When we do deep diaphragmatic breathing , we supercharge the blood with extra oxygen.. along with the air we take in more prana. Every cell of the body vibrates with new life. At that point no virus can even think of coming near. As soon as it comes near, we burn it out. Proper breathing can heal.
Pickle Johns who try to impress Chutney Marys by wearing tight T shirts and sucking in their stomachs ( for surfboard flat 6 pack stomach ) fall sick and have shit for brains.
An example of an ultradian rhythm in the body is the nasal cycle as defined by an alternation of vasoconstriction in one nostril and vasodilation in the other .Nasal tissue is highly innervated by the sympathetic nervous system..
Nasal shifting is coupled to lung inflation. Forced inhalation through
one nostril is paired with increased ipsilateral lung inflation referred to as the pulmonary reflex mechanism.
There is a sympathetic coupling mechanism where vasoconstriction in one nostril is associated with vasodilation of the ipsilateral ( same side ) lung .
The nasal cycle is associated with REM (rapid eye movement) and NREM (non-rapid eye movement) stages during sleep where the right nostril dominates with REM and the left with NREM stages.
Insomnia is associated with unilateral nasal obstruction. There are coordinated rhythms between hemispheric dominance, sleep stages, autonomic, digestive, and endocrine systems.
Hemispheric cerebral metabolic rates are consistent with these patterns. There are lateralized alternations of peripheral concentrations of norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine in the body.
Generally, as concentrations rise on one side they fall on the other side. The nasal cycle is paired with these patterns.
During sleep, 90 minute gastric cycles are related to REM stages. Testosterone secretion is associated with penile tumescent cycles, and REM sleep.
MEN DERPIVED OF REM SLEEP ARE USUALLY TATTUS OF THE FIRST ORDER
Most of ADHD in children boils down to improper breathing.
One of the major symptoms of ADHD is the avoidance cycle. Poor access to specific brain functions result in difficulty performing tasks that are dependent upon these brain functions and this difficulty will generate stress when trying to perform these tasks, often resulting in avoidance behaviors.
The brain is born with the desire to learn and we begin learning in the very first moments of living. But when integratiion of certain areas of the brain fails and learning becomes difficult, it is a natural reaction to avoid the stressor to begin with, triggering a cycle that is on a continuous repeat.
Almost all western step father / step mother put small children on ADHD drugs-- - for showing genuine dissent , scoring poor grades in school or not obeying their unreasonable orders.

Disorders such as deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are caused by low levels of serotonin in the brain. Proper breathing an Surya Namaskar cures ADHD.

By regulating the breath, we can gain mastery over the prana within. When we gain mastery over prana, we have mastery over the inner nature, too, because it is the prana that creates all the movements in an individual—physical and mental
Parathyroid hormone, elevated calcium levels, and endorphins are paired with REM sleep. Prolactin production is correlated with NREM cycles.
Other examples of ultradian cycles and lateralization are:--
Oxygen consumption in a resting state demonstrates cyclic patterns of about 90 minutes.
Body temperature has an ultradian rhythm where a rise is associated with increased grip strength and thus left hemisphere dominance.
Cerebral rhythms impact immune function. Lateralized neocortical lesions affect spleen weight, thymus weight, number of T cells, percent of helper T cells, percent of cytotoxic/suppressive T cells, and antibody production, T and B lymphocyte proliferation, and natural killer cell activity.
A case of a woman with multiple personality disorder revealed significant hemi differences depending on which personality (aggressive vs. timid) state she was in.
In the aggressive state, there was a pattern of hypersensitivity to touch, smell, vision, on the right coupled with increased right nasal clarity. Salivation and abdominal reflexes were also reduced, pupils were constricted, and there was absent sweating on the sole and palm.
The hypothalamus couples the BRAC, nasal cycle, sleep stages, eating-oral-gastric activity, pituitary cycles, and cerebral rhythms. It is the main regulator responding to the needs of the individual and environmental stressors.
The suprachiasmatic nucleus or nuclei (SCN) is a tiny region of the brain in the hypothalamus, situated directly above the optic chiasm. It is responsible for controlling circadian rhythms.
Stress is induced rhythms become out of sync. If a pattern becomes locked in an ergotrophic state of increased left brain and right sympathetic dominance, patterns of stress sequelae may ensue.
The ultradian episodic pattern remains intact when circadian rhythmicity is eliminated by lesioning the suprachiasmatic nucleus.
In order for the asymmetrical body to exist in a healthy and balanced state, it is essential for it to be able to fully shift between both the left and right sides. This is imperative for not only the neuromuscular system but the autonomic, central nervous, endocrine, and gastrointestinal systems as well.
Deviated septums and other factors negatively impacting the ability to primarily nasally breathe can potentially affect ultradian rhythms. If you are unable to breathe through your nose it is in your best interest to address this problem— OR you waste your life .
Your tongue should normally rest on the roof of your mouth (palate) during all activity except eating, drinking, and talking. This provides a beneficial expansion force to the palate, helps decrease excessive muscle tension in the body, and facilitate nasal breathing.
Nasal airflow is greater in one nostril than in the other because of transient asymmetric nasal passage obstruction by erectile tissue.
Again, the extent of obstruction alternates across nostrils with periodicity referred to as the nasal cycle. The nasal cycle is related to autonomic arousal and is indicative of asymmetry in brain function.
The physical mechanism underlying the nasal cycle is an asymmetry in blood flow leading to engorgement of erectile tissue in the anterior part of the nasal septum and inferior turbinate of one nostril over the other .
This asymmetrically enlarged tissue physically blocks the passage of air in one nostril more than in the other. Although this physical mechanism has been identified, the physiological mechanisms that drive it are not equally well understood by modern doctors .
These mechanisms are clearly related to the autonomic nervous system in that unilateral sympathetic dominance is associated with vasoconstriction and decongestion in one nostril, while simultaneous parasympathetic dominance is associated with vasodilatation and congestion in the other
The nasal cycle is related to various physiological measures beyond direct brain measurement such as heart rate and blood pressure , glucose blood levels , intraocular pressure blink rate , and alternating lateralization of plasma catecholamines .
The the nasal cycle is altered in a host of neurological and non-neurological conditions including high spinal cord injuries , autism, Parkinson’s disease , schizophrenia Kallmann's syndrome , cardiac symptoms , fever and electrolyte imbalance.
Characterization of the nasal cycle has significant diagnostic value for neurological conditions and beyond.
What is electrolyte imbalance?
Most of the Chutney Marys behave like TURDs ( nag nag nag ) because of electrolytic and hormonal imbalance.
Read all 4 parts of the post below- it should be in the Indian coaching manual. Most of our coaches ( Indian and foreign ) are idiots of the first order.
A right nostril breathing exercise, that primarily stimulates the left hemisphere, reduces symptoms more quickly for hallucinations.
When the left nostril is more open, the right hemisphere of the brain is more dominant; when the right nostril is more open, the left hemisphere is more dominant. Swara Yogis made use of this fact for their own well-being.
The subconscious mind does not think—it is only a store house of our experience. It has no sense of time. It cannot differentiate between positive and negative input. It cannot tell the difference between real and imagines experience.
The conscious mind can be engaged 100% in talking or deep thinking while the subconscious keeps the car on the road. The conscious and subconscious minds are connected through a filter. So we cant read the contents of our subconscious mind
Conscious = induction+ deduction ( determines what is to be done ). LEFT BRAIN LOBE ( for right handers ): Numbers, written language, reasoning, spoken language, scientific skills , RH control
Subconscious = only deduction ( no thinking , draws conclusions, does not care for right or wrong, gives the power to do the job ) RIGHT BRAIN LOBE ( for right handers ): Insight, 3D forms , art, imagination, music, left hand control
The conscious mind has limited memory. The subconscious mind has unlimited memory.
Subconscious mind never sleeps even in a coma. the Subconscious has a tendency to accept what it imagines as real.
The central nervous system does not know the difference between visualization and the event. Visualizing you are having sex and doing the real thing has the same effect. Yogis in solitude knew how to remain happy..
Persons who can do self hypnosis has discovered the secret of successful living. All hypnosis is self hypnosis.. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, during which the conscious critical mind is relaxed and relatively inactive, and the doorway to the subconscious, inner mind is opened with a person’s permission.
A hypnotic stage is not mysterious. You actually enter and exit this state of mind many times during a ordinary day. Swara Yogis knew how to trigger this state. They could hypnotize themselves as well as others. Yogi could sit in snow and melt it around them
The picture in our mind has an impact on every cell in our bodies. Thinking is not an action of the mind , but an action of our entire body. Tell your subconscious what you want repeatedly and it will produce it. You can call this visualization or intention.
The subconscious has a perfect memory. Every thing you have experienced using your 5 senses is part of the permanent memory of the subconscious mind, which never sleeps
The subconscious mind acts on old beliefs stored over a lifetime. Many of those beliefs you may have accepted without thinking. Or you may have absorbed them when you were too young to exercise choice..
Subconscious mind has a memory of 100 trillion images, all our experiences, emotions and feelings are stored as an image or a sound in a digitised manner . Data that cannot be recalled are retained in the subconscious.
A person may be unconscious of ever having been locked in a closet as a child, yet under hypnosis he may recall the experience vividly.
Negative suggestions with growing children gets rooted in their subconscious mind and is reflected later in their behavior.
During hypnosis –our conscious mind goes into a trance and suggestions are given directly to the subconscious mind, which cannot argue but accepts the suggestion at its face value.
We do self hypnosis unknowingly several times an a day while doing our day to day activities. This is how our body learns to relax otherwise we would die of stress at a very early age.
MOST CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED AS ADHD AFFECTED —DO CHEST BREATHING (HYPERVENTILATION)
When we HYPERVENTILATE we take quick, shallow breaths from the top of our chest. This kind of breathing sharply REDUCES the level of carbon dioxide in our blood.
This reduced level of carbon dioxide causes the arteries, including the carotid artery going to the brain, to constrict, thus REDUCING the flow of blood throughout the body.
When this occurs, no matter how much oxygen we may breathe into our lungs, our brain and body will experience a shortage of oxygen.
The LACK of oxygen switches on the sympathetic nervous system– our “fight or flight reflex”–which makes us tense, anxious, and irritable. Such breathing also reduces our ability to think clearly, and tends to put us at the mercy of obsessive thoughts and images.
Hyperventilation can actually magnify our psychological problems and conflicts, and that chronic hyperventilation is intimately bound up with our anxieties, apprehensions, and fears.
MANY HEALTHY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN FALSELY DECLARED AS PARANOID SCHIZOPHERENICS
The key to slowing down our breathing is not to try to slow it down, but rather to learn how to breathe more fully, using our diaphragm, belly, rib cage, and lower back in the breathing process.
Such mindful breathing helps us “enter the mind-body conversation without judgments or opinions, releasing peptide molecules from the hindbrain to regulate breathing while unifying all systems.
Patients who learned to slow down their breathing through special deep breathing exercises ended up with higher levels of blood oxygen.
It is most important to breathe through the nose. This has to do with maintaining the correct balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in our blood. When we breathe through our mouth we usually inhale and exhale air quickly in large volumes. This often leads to a kind of hyperventilation (breathing excessively fast for the actual conditions in which we find ourselves).
IT IS CRITICAL TO RECOGNISE THAT IT IS THE AMOUNT OF CARBON DI OXIDE IN OUR BLOOD THAT GENERALLY REGULATES OUR BREATHING
If we release carbon dioxide too quickly, the arteries and vessels carrying blood to our cells constrict and the oxygen in our blood is unable to reach the cells in sufficient quantity. This includes the carotid arteries which carry blood (and oxygen) to the brain.
The lack of sufficient oxygen going to the cells of the brain can turn on our sympathetic nervous system, our “fight or flight” response, and make us tense, anxious, irritable, and depressed.
Laughter, especially a good belly laugh, is also a good source of cardiac exercise and promotes better breathing. It strengthens the breathing muscles in a natural way, and makes them more supple.
Breathing through the mouth tends to inflate only the upper lobes of the lungs, which are connected to sympathetic nerve fibers, the branch of the nervous system that activates the flight-or-flight fear response. …
When you switch to deep nose breathing, you inflate the entire lung, including the lower lobes, which are connected to the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, the branch that calms the body, slows the heart rate, relaxes, and soothes.
Through proper nose breathing, you employ both branches of the nervous system.
Never let yourself become “breathless” during your workout. When we become breathless, we undermine our breathing coordination, BURN sugar instead of fat for fuel, and become tight and tense (which can promote injury).
The simplest way to know whether you are exercising too intensely and becoming breathless is to try to speak several sentences out loud while you’re working out. If you can’t do it without gasping for breath, then your workout is no longer “aerobic”–it is, or is about to become, “anaerobic,” which means that it is proceeding without oxygen and you are no longer burning fat for fuel.
Breathing problems is the main cause of bed wetting among children and some adults.
80% of children who wet their beds have a narrow palate that causes breathing problems. When the roof of the mouth is too narrow, the tongue is often pushed back and, during sleep, can partially block the airway.
This can be eaily figured out. Using a brace to widen the palate with a can produce dramatic improvements. A study in the UK found that all of the children who used the brace stopped wetting the bed.
Low blood oxygen, which influences the hormones , are involved in the production of urine.
Out of 300 bedwetting children who had surgery to reduce airway obstruction, 25 percent stopped wetting their beds almost immediately
Those people who had the worst sleep apnea at the beginning of the study were the ones most likely to later develop high blood pressure. Sleep apnea is a condition in which a person’s breathing stops between several and dozens of time an hour, without the person knowing it.
People who see POOCHAANDI ( sinister ghosts ) while they sleep have breathing problems which reduce oxygen in their blood.
Reduced oxygen in the blood puts the sympathetic nervous system, the part of the nervous system that reacts to stress and prepares the body for action, into “high alert.”-- mostly false alerts—when people see this too often they declare the person a Paranoid Schizophenic
People with sleep apnea are likely to snore loudly and to wake up feeling unrested.
Too much talking conditions the diaphragm to move in constricted, staccato ways, as we breathe through our mouth while struggling for breath in the middle of our words, which means that the diaphragm will not be able to function rhythmically and efficiently in helping to empty the lungs, massage our internal organs, and promote lymph flow.
If you are in a profession that requires a lot of talking, one thing you can try is slowing down your speech, make it more rhythmical and steady, and, when you’re not talking, breathe when possible through your nose. You can and should also practice breathing more from your belly as you speak.
At a given moment, if you're breathing through your nose, the lion’s share of the air is going in and out of one nostril, with a much smaller amount passing through the other.
Every few hours, your autonomic nervous system, which takes care of your heart rate, digestion and other things you don’t consciously control, switches things up and your other nostril does all the heavy lifting for a little while.
The opening and closing of the two passages is done by swelling and deflating erectile tissue - the same stuff that’s at work when your reproductive organs are aroused - up in your nose.
The alternating congestion gives the mucous and cilia (the tiny hairs up in your nose) in each nostril a well-deserved break from the onslaught of air and prevents the insides of your nostrils from drying out, cracking and bleeding.
Lying on the right side of the body, which yogis have long suggested it a good way to sleep, slows down left brain dominance and opens the left nostril and activates the right side of the brain for inner work, creativity, relaxation, and sleep.
Turbinates consist of bony projections covered by erectile tissue, much like the tissues of the penis and clitoris. The turbinates in one fossa filled up with blood while the opposite turbinates decongested by shunting blood away.
The cilia of the congested side suspend their motility until that side decongests. Thus the cycle ensures that one side of the nose is always moist, to facilitate humidification, which is one of the three functions of the nose, the other two being filtration and warming of inspired air prior to its entering the lungs.
With high airflow on one side and low airflow on the other side, the olfactory center detects a greater range of smells –like I said before
The special branch of yoga that studies the upsurge (udaya) of flowing energy (svara) within these nadis is called svarodaya, or svara yoga. This was passed down for millinuums by oral route and was NOT penned down in 5000 BC
Through the practices of svara yoga, you can learn to be aware of the presence of these streams of energy, to discern how they shift and flow, and to observe their relationship with inner and outer life.
The tantric text, the Shiva Svarodaya, ( as told by Shiva to Parvati ) states that ultimately such knowledge “is like a lamp capable of illuminating the vessel of one’s own Self.”
Again, the nadi ending in the right nostril is called pingala. The nadi ending in the left nostril is called ida. The central nadi, sushumna, ends at the point between the nostrils where the nasal septum joins the upper lip. The relative activity of these nadis is reflected in the flow of breath within the nostrils.
Thus, when pingala is active, the breath flows more prominently through the right nostril, and when ida is active, the breath flows more freely through the left.
When the central nadi (sushumna) is awakened, the two nostrils flow equally. Thus, the easiest way to identify the subtle activity of energy flowing in the nadis is to observe the relative dominance of the breath in the nostrils.
According to Swara yoga, nostril dominance (or more precisely, svara dominance) tells a great deal about our state of being. The energy flowing through the right nostril is described as masculine energy and is characterized by an expansive mood.
It is symbolized by the sun, expressed in physical activity, manifested in logical thinking and left brain activity, reflected in good digestion, and generates internal heat. When the right nostril is dominant, the mind favors the active senses (hands, feet, organs of procreation, elimination, and speech). This is conducive for undertaking actions that require strength and mental determination.
Energy flowing through the left nostril is described as feminine energy and is characterized by a more introspective mood. It is symbolized by the moon, expressed in self-reflection, manifested in intuitive or artistic forms of thought and right brain activity, receptive by nature, and generates coolness.
When the left nostril is dominant, the mind favors the cognitive senses (taste, touch, sight, smell, and hearing). This is conducive for undertaking actions that are restful, require receptivity, and are inwardly oriented.
Finally, when the nostrils flow equally, the energy is associated with psychological balance and a state of quiet self-observation. This state is androgynous by disposition, symbolized by fire, expressed in mental quiescence, manifested in concentration and balanced brain hemisphere activity, and wise by nature.
This is a highly desirable state for meditation. But since it is conducive to states of mind that are detached and lack worldly motivation, this is not a beneficial state for everyday activity. Fortunately, except during purposeful meditative states, equal levels of nostril activity occur only briefly during the course of the day.
Milliniums ago, in the course of deep introspection, yogis found that for a person whose biorhythms are regular, nostril dominance will shift periodically throughout the day; each nostril is active for about 90 minutes
This periodic shift was first observed by the scientific community in the late 19th century and is called the “nasal cycle.” ( in reality stolen from 400 century old Sruti verses and patented )
The yogis paid attention to nostril shift-- by becoming aware of the rhythms of these internal energies, they developed sensitivity to them. They learnt how to flow along rather than struggle to natural rhythms. They learnt to forcefully shift the dominant nostril by various techniques including hyperventilation
The yogis discovered by self experimentation that some activities awaken the energies of a particular nostril.
Some of these dominant nostril shiftings involve concentration alone—for example, slowly “pulling in” each inhalation and “pushing out” each exhalation while focusing on the nostril he wants to open.
Other yogic techniques for changing nostril dominance involve activating a reflexive response which opens one nasal passage and closes the other: Lying on one side, for instance, or putting pressure under the armpit with fist or a wooden arm crutch
A simple technique for measuring your nasal dominance at home involves exhaling onto a mirror. Hold the straight edge of a pocket mirror against your septum and gently exhale. When you examine the mirror, you will notice two puffs of condensation, one from each nostril.
The mirror surface must be cooler than your breath for condensation to form. The puff that takes the longest to evaporate came from the dominant nostril.
Yoga is a process of self-exploration. As you begin your experiments, keep in mind that we live in a complex world, one that is vastly different from that of the ancient yogis. The key to self-exploration is to honestly and systematically explore, not to duplicate their findings.
The Shiva Svarodaya assures us, “there is no secret more secret, no wealth more valuable, than swara yoga.”
Prana is not only the basic life-force, it is the original creative power of the cosmos. It is the master form of all energy working at every level of our being. Indeed the entire universe is a manifestation of prana.
Even kundalini shakti, the serpent power or inner energy which transforms our consciousness, develops from awakened prana.
The pranamaya kosha is the “vital sheath” .. The pranamaya kosha, which is connected to the five motor organs (excretory, urino-genital, feet, hands, and vocal organ), contains our urges for survival, reproduction, movement, and self-expression. It provides us with enthusiasm and motivation for all we do.
Most of us are dominated by the vital body and its deep-seated urges, which are necessary in order for us to remain alive. The vital body is the home of the subconscious ego, which harbors our various fears, desires, and attachments.
Most of us spend our life seeking enjoyment through this kosha in the form of sensory pleasure and acquiring material objects.
People with a strong vital body are able to impress their personality on the world and often become prominent in life.
Without a strong spiritualized pranamaya kosha, we lack the energy to do our practices in an intense and sustained manner.
The pranamaya kosha is composed of the five pranas, also called vayus or “forces of the air.” These five pranas are categorized according to movement and direction. This is an important topic in Ayurvedic medicine as well as in yogic practices.
Prana vayu literally means “forward-moving air,” because it moves inward and governs all kinds of reception into the body, from eating, drinking, and inhaling, to the reception of sensory impressions and mental experiences. It is propulsive in nature, setting things in motion and guiding them, and it provides the basic energy that drives us in life.
Apana vayu, “the air that moves away,” moves downward and outward, governing all forms of elimination and reproduction (which also has a downward movement).
It governs the elimination of stool and urine, the expelling of semen, menstrual fluid, and the fetus, and the elimination of carbon dioxide through the breath. On a deeper level, it rules the elimination of negative sensory, emotional, and mental experiences. It is the basis of our immune function.
Udana vayu, “the upward-moving air,” moves up and brings about qualitative or transformative movements of the life-energy. It governs the growth of the body and the ability to stand, as well as speech, effort, enthusiasm, and will. It is our main positive energy, helping us to develop our different sheaths and to evolve in consciousness.
Samana vayu, “balancing air,” moves from the periphery to the center, through a churning and discerning action. It aids digestion on all levels, working in the gastrointestinal tract to digest food, in the lungs to digest air or absorb oxygen, and in the mind to digest experience—sensory, emotional, and mental.
Vyana vayu, “outward-moving air,” moves from the center to the periphery, governing circulation on all levels. It moves food, water, and oxygen throughout the body, and keeps our emotions and thoughts circulating in the mind, imparting momentum and providing strength.
Prana vayu governs the movement of energy from the head down to the navel, which is the pranic center of the physical body. Apana vayu governs the movement of energy from the navel down to the root chakra at the base of the spine.
Samana vayu governs the movement of energy from the entire body back to the navel. Vyana vayu governs the movement of energy out from the navel throughout the entire body. Udana vayu governs the movement of energy from the navel up to the head.
In brief, prana vayu governs the intake of substances, samana governs their digestion, and vyana governs the circulation of nutrients. Udana governs the release of positive energy, and apana governs the elimination of waste materials. This is much like the working of an efficient machine.
Prana brings in the fuel, samana converts this fuel to energy, and vyana circulates the energy to various worksites. Apana disposes of the waste products produced by the conversion process. Udana manages the energy thus created, enabling the machine to function effectively.
The key to health is to keep our pranas working in harmony. When one prana becomes imbalanced, the others tend to lose their equilibrium as well, because they are all linked. Generally prana and udana balance apana, as the forces of energization balance those of elimination. Similarly vyana and samana coordinate with each other in terms of expansion and contraction.
Breathing is the main form of pranic activity in the body.
Gross prana is taken in as food through the digestive process, The heart is the main energy center for the pranamaya kosha. The head is the main energy center for manomaya kosha, or the mental sheath, which is energized by sensory perception, dominated by the eyes and ears.
Breathing is the main form of pranic activity in the body. Prana vayu governs inhalation; samana governs absorption of oxygen, which occurs mainly during retention of the breath; and vyana governs its circulation. Apana rules exhalation, particularly with regard to the release of carbon dioxide. Udana controls exhalation by releasing positive energy through the breath, for example in speech or song.
Apana rules the elimination of toxic ideas and negative emotions. Udana provides positive mental energy, strength, and enthusiasm.
On a psychological level, prana governs our receptivity to positive sources of nourishment, feeling, and knowledge through the mind and senses. When deranged it causes unhealthy desires and insatiable cravings, and we become misguided, misdirected, and generally out of balance.
Apana governs our ability to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions. When deranged it causes depression, and we get clogged up with undigested experience that weighs us down in life, making us fearful, suppressed, and weak.
Samana gives us nourishment, contentment, and a balanced mind. When deranged it brings about attachment and greed. We cling to things and become contracted, stagnant, and possessive in our behavior.
Vyana gives free movement and independence of mind. When deranged it can cause isolation, hatred, and alienation. We become unable to unite with others or to remain connected with what we are doing.
Udana gives us joy and enthusiasm and helps awaken our higher spiritual and creative potentials. When deranged it can cause pride and arrogance, and we become ungrounded, trying to go too high and losing touch with our roots.
Samana regulates our inner fire, which must burn evenly. Without the peace and balance samana creates, we cannot return to the core of our being or concentrate our mind.
Vyana governs the movement of prana through the nadis, keeping them open, clear, clean, and even in their functioning. Apana protects us from negative astral influences and illusory experiences. Prana vayu gives us the proper aspiration necessary for spiritual development.
Udana governs our growth in consciousness and carries the mind into the states of dreaming and deep sleep, and into the after-death realms. Udana also governs movement up the sushumna. Because the mind moves with udana vayu, it is generally the most important prana for spiritual growth.
As we practice yoga, the subtle aspects of these pranas begin to awaken
Proper nutrition increases prana on a physical level. Proper elimination also helps . Apana is the most important prana for physical health.
Mudra is about free electrons at the finger tips having concentrated nerve root endings , getting redirected back INTERNALLY to the brain along chosen neural circuits. This is very differnt from external acupressure aue acupunture.
Five forces are controlled by Mudra. They are Prana, Apana, Samana, Vyana, and Udana, and they are part of the Kundalini's energy.
Through Mudras you gather these five forces together, bringing them to their home, the Mother Kundalini, which is sleeping at the Muladhara Chakra, as Static energy of the Mother of the Universe. Your Kundalini is sleeping. It has to be awakened , or you have NOT experienced ecstasy and bliss on this planet.
When the Apana rises upward to the 'Fire Chakra,' the flame of divine fire grows strong and bright, being fanned by Apana. When the Apana fire mixes with the Prana, which is naturally hot, the spiritual heat of the body becomes bright and powerful.
When the Kundalini feels this extra heat, she will awaken from sleep; then she goes into the Sushumna. The Kundalini is coiled like a serpent, and by Mudra the Kundalini will certainly move and open the mouth of the Sushumna.
Without moving the Kundalini, there are no other means that will clear away the impurities of the 72000 Nadis. The Great Goddess Kundalini, the Energy of the Self, sleeps in the Muladhara.
Parvati’s son Ganesha opens the Muladhara Bandhana ( knot/ gate ) for his mother to move up and unite with his father Shiva ( sorry Zakir Naik-you know SHIT ).
Below: No Muslim talks like this- Christian evangelists do this!
This bastard Zakir Naik does NOT know that Shiva, Parvati and Ganesha are cosmic allegories .

The eternal and indestructible union between Shiva and Shakti gives birth to the whole Macrocosm, in its stable, static aspect as well as in its dynamic one. Not only is Shakti responsible for creation, it is also the agent of all change
Shakti is manifested by Shiva only during creation and is withdrawn into himself at the end of creation. This is for the perceptive.
Modern science repeats from our Vedas that matter and energy are interchangeable. So does consciousness and energy . In the highest planes they are interchangeable, which is why we see a great incongruence between our spiritual experiences and the external reality.
In the higher metaphysical realms and subtle planes of our consciousness the physical laws of our universe lose their validity.
She has the form of a serpent, having three coils and a half. As long as she is asleep in the body, (finer body), the jiva is a mere animal, and true wisdom does not arise.
All above is in a nutshell. You can write a 500 page book on this subject.
The Vedas say that mortals eat food with apana, while the gods eat food with prana.
Regular alternate nostril breathing is the most important method for keeping our pranas or energies in balance.
Yoga emphasizes purification of both body and mind as a means to Self-realization, and for this reason it emphasizes a vegetarian diet rich in prana—that is, foods full of the life-force—and a mind rooted in ethical values such as truthfulness and nonviolence, and in spiritual disciplines.
White men who say that vegan food cant deliver proteins---must try eating MUTHIRA.

In ancient Kerala Kalari warriors ate MUTHIRA – the most potent source of PROTEIN. It has more protein than RED MEAT— listen up Kancha Ilaiah SQUEAK .
They gave it to their horses too , this is why it is called HORSE GRAM..
Horse gram (Macrotyloma uniflorum) is a pulse crop. It does not require too much water to cultivate this pulse.
It does NOT cost and is literally a poor man’s food. Fishermen have it as it keeps their body warm in winter , cold spraying seas. It is good food for diabetics and heart patients
I LOVE HORSE GRAM—IT IS THE MOST TASTY BHAJEE I HAVE EATEN
As per 6000 year old Ayurveda this humble horse gram gives enough energy and there is NO need to overeat and become obese
In Hindi: Kulthi
In Bengali: Kulthikalai
In Tamil: Kollu
In Telugu: Ulavalu or Guggillu
In Kannada: Hurule
In Oriya: Kolatha
In Gujrati: Kadthi Ni Dal
Men must know—Horse Gram ( Muthira in Malayalam ) increases the sperm count and gives you a hard on like BIJLI KA KHAMBAA
PATHAR PAR MARENGA TOH TUNGGG BOLENGA..
BACCHA LOG SOCHENGA PATHSHAALA MEIN CHUTII HO GAYA..
Muthira addresses female menstrual problems as per Ayurveda . This can help women in excessive bleeding and irregular menstrual cycle. The iron content of the seed helps to maintain the haemoglobin count.
MY WIFEs RECIPE:--
Soak overnight required quantity of gram in water. Next day in pressure cooker , cook the gram along with salt , little chillie powder , a teaspoon of coriander powder. Once the whistle blows reduce heat and cook on low heat approx 10 - 12 mins. Switch of flame . After draining excess water if any add GRATED coconut and curry leaves and stir over flame. Season with jeera and red chillie.

An impure, toxic, or disturbed body and mind cannot realize the higher Self. The key to purifying body and mind is prana, which links the two. The main method is purification of the nadis through which prana flows.
Prana means the original life force.
Prana is an energy responsible for the body's life, heat and maintenance.
LACK OF PRANA MAKES YOU LOSE REM SLEEP
PRANA EXITS FIRST ( LOSS OF AURA ) AND THEN THE SOUL. WHEN PRANA EBBS PSYCHICS WHO CAN SEE HUMAN AURA KNOWS.
WHEN PRANA EBBS FROM A HUMAN AT A DISTANCE HALF WAY ACROSS THE GLOBE, MY WIFE WHO DOES DISTANT REIKI KNOWS ..
The human nose is very significant, for at the root of the nasal cavity is a uniquely designed prana-detecting device. This is a thin, perforated bone, known in medical terminology as the cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone.
The cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone is received into the ethmoidal notch of the frontal bone and roofs in the nasal cavities.
Within these perforations the minute filaments of the olfactory nerve reside. They relay information to the brain concerning the constituents of the air. When electrically charged ions contact these filaments, the brain and main nervous system automatically become energized.
This charging travels to the limbic system of the brain, in which perception is transformed into experience.
Breathing directly affects our emotional responses to life, and conversely the arousal of different emotions is reflected in the breath.
If one breathes through the mouth, the entire air mass and prana travel straight down the trachea without stimulating the brain and nervous system. Therefore the activation of the entire nervous system is dependent on nasal breathing.
Once the MD of a shipping company employed me with one request – take my nephew as your Chief Officer and make a sailor- man out of him. Within 24 hours of contact with this boy I send the MD an email “ It will be a waste of my time. He breathes in and out through his mouth. First he has to do surgery and correct this “
Solely due to prana, the whole universe exists and without its presence no creature can live. Although prana exists in the air and in all forms of matter, it is neither of the two.
Nor is prana the breath, but it is contained within the breath, being a part of the swara. Prana maintains all organic life. Just as a battery stores electrical energy, so it is essential for every organism to store prana in order to enable activity and mobility.
By practising swara yoga, the store of prana can be increased, thereby activating the latent areas of the brain. Swara yoga directly controls the input and output of prana, enabling us to regulate our whole physiological system.
Ancient Yoga says that, the upper part of the body corresponds to the positive, northern pole and the lower part to the negative, southern pole. The right side and back portions are also positive poles and the left and frontal portions are negative poles...
These positive and negative charges of energy are the basis of swara yoga. This is quantum physics
The ancient rishis called the negative flow ida and the positive flow pingala. The maharishis of yore knew the techniques to channelize bio-energy or prana throughout the body.
Just as electrical power is at our disposal by connecting a switch to the main power line, so the rishis knew how to connect the switches and circuits of energy in the body.
They understood that the flow of energy, whether internal or external, is constantly being circulated from the more highly charged to the lesser charged centres in order to create a balance between the positive and negative poles.
Swara yoga teaches us to manipulate the flow of breath through the nostrils, thereby controlling the energy switches in our own body which regulate the flow of positive and negative currents.
Throughout the human body are secret Marma points that are used for healing. Marma translates from Sanskrit as “secret, hidden, or mystical”. These sacred points are like switches, when gently stimulated, bring divine energy directly into our bodies.
This divine energy, or Prana, is the life force which sustains us, which keeps us alive. Prana must constantly be flowing through our Nadis, or energy channels/meridians. When this prana becomes stuck due to poor breathing, toxins, emotional stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, age, etc, our health suffers and we become ill.
Marma points are located along these Nadis, so that when they are activated, they clear any stagnation of prana, and immediately bring healing to that organ or that part of the body. Marmas literally are control points, where prana can enter and be directed.
Physically, marma point locations are where tendons, bones, muscles, joints, veins, nerves, and other tissues meet anatomically. Energetically, marmas are extremely subtle points where the physical and divine energetic realms intersect in the human body.
They’re also identified as neurolymphatic points, stimulating the removal of lymph and enhancing the efficiency of the body’s organs
They are where vata, pitta and kapha doshas come together. There are 108 marma points in Kalari and Ayurveda
Similar healing modalities such as acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, and polarity therapy have their origins in the ancient science of Ayurveda/ kalari. The famous Ayurvedic surgeonr, Sushruta, mapped out the location of these vital points 6200 years ago in his texts on surgery.
He emphasized the extreme sensitivity of these points that hold our prana, and wrote in Susruta Samhita that the marmas should never be cut during surgery.
Knowledge of marma points was used by the Kalari, Indian martial art masters. They studied which marma points could inflict pain or even death to their opponents. On the other hand, they also knew which marmas, when pressed correctly, could quickly heal their own injuries.
Knowledge of Marma allows the practitioner to influence the flow of prana through both the gross and subtle bodies for the purposes of restoring health and peace of mind.
Marma therapy is the original point system of healing in the body. As it spread out of India, it influenced the development of Chinese acupuncture and Kung fu. Its origins are in Kerala martial arts tradition known as Kalaripayattu.
Chinese Kung Fu was taught by a huge hairy chested Kalari expert from Kerala name Bodhi Dharma ( BUDDI DHARMAN ).
A kalari warrior was invincible as he used a 3 metre long flexible sword named URUMI
Nobody could conquer the most beautiful, fertile , richest, fountainhead of every vestige of ancient knowledge, renown land of Kerala , which ruled the whole planet before 7000 BC –till Rothschild gave long range rockets to Jew Tipu Sultan
The Marma Kalari master, called Gurikkal Aasan would also tend to the wounded before he let him go home after a practice session.. The Gurikkal had the knowledge both of how to cause injury as well as how to use the knowledge and awareness of prana for healing.
The “Aasan” was a rare prana grandmaster , who could both kill and heal a person with a touch.
