Police Service Commission, on ways in which police corruption and serious
police misconduct may be eliminated.
To gather evidence
which may be admissible in the prosecution of a person, who is NOT a police
officer ( many police officers use agents and shell companies ) , for a
criminal offence in relation to the Police Service and to furnish that

evidence for appropriate action.
To gather evidence that

The desi farmi variety is whitish in color and the other one is reddish. Wheat were the most difficult to find, now other seeds can be found easily . The French Foreign Legion is a military service wing of the French Army established in 1831, unique because it was exclusively created for foreign nationals willing to serve in the French Armed Forces--commanded by French officers.

NEW DELHI: "Censorship was necessary and doing away with it would mean filmmakers will resort to showing pornography and vulgarity even in normal films", sacked chairman of the Central Board of Film Certification, Pahlaj Nihalani, told ET on Friday. To preserve the culture of the country and uphold its traditional values, censorship was needed, he said.
"The cinematograph Act of our country is very nicely drafted keeping Indian sentiments in views. Films are audio and visual medium. They make impact on young minds. The more you show vulgarity and obscenity in films, more such incidents will increase in society. People see Swachh Bharat ads on TV and get influenced to not litter. They will get influenced to do wrong things when they are shown too. How can people not understand that?" contended Nihalani.
Nihalani alleged some people in government were "confusing people that the role of CBFC was only certification not censorship."
"The CBFC will always be known as the ‘censor board’ not certification board but some people in government have forgotten that. They created some confusion that CBFC shouldn't cut, only certify. That is not the way it works. Even the tribunal cuts. Also some producers show different versions of movies to the CBFC and to the tribunal only to humiliate me," he claimed.
Nihalani said he was in favour of a rating system and according to him, rules of censorship were firmly required in the digital and TV world too. "Look at how TV is showing paedophilia and child abuse. Should the government allow that in a society like ours?"
"I have done my duty honestly. I came to know from the media about my appointment and about my sacking too," he claimed and added under his tenure, CBFC had become "free of corruption, middle men and agents."
He said that he was not angry with the government. "The PM is especially is doing an excellent job. I will always admire him. Ninety eight per cent of the producers were happy with me but for two percent of producers, today is Diwali.
