Now let me talk briefly
about VIVEKA
Viveka comes not from
the mind but from the inner being (soul)
The Sanskrit term for
conscience is viveka. Conscience is the inner voice. It is the voice of the soul.
By the application of
viveka (spiritual discrimination or discernment) to life experience, the
aspirant gradually develops a strong attraction for the inner spiritual source
of fulfillment and happiness and limited attachments fall away naturally
Viveka is the faculty
of judging, seeing right and wrong, and deciding between the two. He who is able to control his mind by his
intellect-that is, control his desires by his faculty of making decisions and
discrimination, progresses towards his goal.
Viveka involved
conscience. Conscience is a servant of
the individual’s value system. An immature or weak value system produces a weak
conscience, while a fully informed value system produces a strong sense of
right and wrong.
Conscience is doing what you believe is right even though it
might be unpopular, difficult, or dangerous.
Conscience is the light
of the soul that is burning within the chambers of your heart. It is the little
spark of celestial fire, which makes known to you the presence of the
indweller, the author of the divine laws of truth.
It raises the voice of
protest whenever anything is thought or done contrary to the interest of its master.
Conscience is the voice
of the Self which says ‘yes or ‘no’ when you are involved in a moral struggle.
It raises the voice of protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary
to the interest of its master.
Conscience is a form of
truth. It is the knowledge of our own acts and feelings of right or wrong. It
is a sensitive balance to weigh actions. It is the faculty or principle by
which we distinguish right from wrong.
It is a guiding voice from within. Sense
of duty is conscience. Scrupulousness is conscience. Conscience is a silent
teacher.
Conscience is above
reasoning and discussion. It is a dictatory command to plunge deep into the
depths of virtue, or to rise high above the level of vice. The positive
elements, which adorn conscience, are truth, courage and justice.
Conscience is the
consciousness of the moral worth of one’s own conduct or motives together with
a feeling of obligation to do right or to be good. Conscience is a needle that
points steadily to the Pole Star of eternal justice.
Conscience is your
preceptor. It dictates to you: “Do this action. It is right.” It warns you
also: “This is wrong. Do not do this act.”
Conscience is a great
ledger book. All your offences are written and registered in this ledger. It is
a terrible witness. Conscience is the best minister of justice. It threatens,
promises, rewards and punishes, and keeps all under its control. If conscience
stings you once, it is an admonition; if twice, it is a condemnation. To act
against conscience is to act against reason and divine law.
When you do a wrong
action, the conscience pricks you. You experience pinpricks. It says to you in
a clear, small, shrill voice, “Do not do this wrong action, my friend. It will
bring misery to you.” A conscientious person at once ceases to act further, and
becomes wise.
Conscience warns you
like a teacher or a friend, before it punishes as a judge. It tells you to do
the right. Cowardice asks: “Is it safe?” Avarice asks: “Is there any gain in
it?” Vanity asks: “Can I become famous?” Lust asks: “Is there pleasure?”
But
Conscience asks: “Is it right?”
Conscience prompts you
to choose the right instead of the wrong, and tells you that you ought to do
the right. The first impulse of conscience is apt to be right.
If there are pinpricks
and twists in the conscience, if there is a sense of shame, depression in the
heart, know that you have done a wrong action. If there is exhilaration,
cheerfulness, feel you have done a virtuous action.
Conscience is obscured
through human weakness. The faint inner voice of the spirit is stifled by the
rumbling of emotional conflicts, base impulses and dictates of the flesh. It is
awakened and sharpened to new clearness through purity of conduct and practice
of ethical virtues.
Through misuse, conscience
becomes blunt. Through abuse or misuse, it is even destroyed. Through
wickedness, it becomes perverted. Uttering falsehood and taking bribes destroy
the conscience altogether.
A virtuous person alone
can use the instrument of conscience. He alone can clearly hear the inner voice
of the soul. In a wicked person, this faculty becomes dead. The sensitive
nature of conscience is destroyed by base actions or corruption. Hence he is
not able to discriminate right from wrong.
If you do wrong actions
and treat them lightly today, you will not hesitate to do serious crimes the
next day. If you allow one negative action to enter and dwell in your
conscience, you certainly pave the way for the entry of a thousand more.
Your
conscience will become blunt. It will lose its sensitiveness. The habit of
doing evil deeds will pervade the whole body like the poison of the scorpion.
If an honest person joins
the Customs , and begins to take bribe, for the first time he shudders. His
conscience quivers and trembles. He feels a lot of uneasiness. If he repeats it
again several times, his conscience becomes blunt. He will not feel anything.
The inner mechanism of conscience is very subtle. Keep it sensitive by doing
virtuous deeds only.
Keep the conscience
always bright and sharp by adhering to truth, dharma and virtue. It will be
your constant, elevating companion. Virtuous acts, charity, benevolence,
nobility, generosity, acts of mercy and practice of truthfulness, ahimsa sharpen the conscience.
Food plays an important
role in the development of a pure conscience.
A person of clear
conscience is ever pure, joyful and cheerful. A man of guilty
conscience is morose, cheerless.
A person of pure and clean conscience gets good
REM sleep and wakes up refreshed and happy.
A person of guilty conscience is dead even
while living. He hardly gets REM sleep
A person of pure conscience is a veritable god
on this earth.
A clean conscience
discerns evil quickly and shuns it. A good conscience bestows on you ease,
serenity, joy and happiness. It prevents calamities, troubles, afflictions and
miseries.
That noble man who has a clean and pure conscience is not afraid of
anybody in this world. He is not afraid of death even.
A good, clear
conscience is the temple of God. It helps the aspirant to reach the goal
quickly. What good health is to the body a good conscience is to the soul.
There is inward satisfaction of conscience when a good action is done, when
virtue is practised, when you lead a virtuous life.
The most natural beauty in
the world is honesty and moral truth. Be beautiful within. Have a clean
conscience. Be virtuous. Physical beauty fades.
Conscience or the voice
of wisdom speaks in all of Lord’s creation, but the little, finite, impure
human intellect does not comprehend it.. The voice of the soul will lead you to
safety, truth, peace and immortal bliss. The moment we are awakened our
conscience plays its most significant role.
The inner light
constantly inspires. Even now animal propensities quite often reign supreme in
our human consciousness. But the inner light warns us not to go back to the
animal life. It tells us to stay at least in the human life proper.
Viveka is one of the four principles of Gyana
Yoga; discernment of the real and unreal.
Viveka is the purest
form of knowledge. It can also be described as the supreme authority of our
conscience. Our conscience tells us what
is right and what is wrong.
Mostly we know very well what we should do,
however, our egoistic desires generally show themselves as stronger and drown
the voice of conscience within us.
Through Viveka we are
able to differentiate between truth and untruth, right and wrong, good and bad.
Viveka leads us to the knowledge that the material reality is relative, and
guides our endeavours towards the Absolute, the Eternal.
Our conscience tells us what is right and what
is wrong. Mostly we know very well what we should do, however, our egoistic
desires generally show themselves as stronger and drown the voice of conscience
within us.

NOW LET ME TALK BRIEFLY
ABOUT VAIRAGYA
Vairagya means to
liberate oneself inwardly from any desire for earthly pleasure or possessions.
Vairagya is detachment
or dispassion from sense objects. An ascetic who has subdued all passions and
desires is called a vairāgika..
It is a process of
gently reducing the coloring of attractions and aversions in the inner field of
mind.
This dispassion does not mean abandoning ones responsibilities to other
people or to fulfilling of ones duties to society at large.
Non-attachment
(vairagya) is a natural byproduct of
discrimination, there is an decrease in attraction to the objects of the world
and the inner desires for those worldly fruits.
That which you reject
as unnecessary, redundant, meaningless, an interference – that process of
rejection is called vairagya. It
involves dispassion, detachment, or renunciation, in particular renunciation
from the pains and pleasures in the material world
True vairagya refers to
an internal state of mind rather than to external lifestyle and can be
practiced equally well by one engaged in family life and career as it can be by
a renunciate.
Vairagya does not mean
suppression or developing repulsion for material objects.. Balance is
maintained between the inner spiritual state and one's external life through
the practice of seeing all limited entities as expressions of the one Cosmic
Consciousness or Brahman.
The concept of Vairāgya
is found in the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali, where it along with practice
(abhyāsa), is the key to restraint of the modifications of the mind (YS 1.12,
"abhyāsa-vairāgyabhyāṁ tannirodhaḥ").
Non-attachment is a
major foundation of Yoga, and is described in Yoga Sutras 1.12-1.15. 2.
The term vairāgya
appears three times in the Bhagavad Gita (6.35, 13.8, 18.52) where it is
recommended as a key means for bringing control to the restless mind.
"There are four stages in Vairagya:
(1) Yatamana:- This is
an attempt not to allow the mind to run into sensual grooves;
(2) Vyatireka :-In this
stage some objects are attracting you and you are endeavouring to cut off the
attachment and attraction. Slowly Vairagya develops for these objects also.
Then the Vairagya matures. When some objects tempt and delude you, you should
ruthlessly avoid them. You will have to develop Vairagya for these tempting
objects and it must also mature. In this stage you are conscious of your degree
of Vairagya towards different objects;
(3) Ekendriya:-The
senses stand still and are subdued, but the mind has either Raga or Dvesha for
objects. Mind is, in other words, the only sense that functions independently;
(4) Vasirara :-The
objects no longer tempt you. They cause no attraction. The senses are perfectly
quiet. The mind also is free from likes and dislikes (Raga and Dvesha). Then
you get supremacy or independence. Now you are conscious of your supremacy.
Without Vairagya no spiritual progress is possible.
(5) Paravairagya :-In
this highest stage of Vairagya. In this state, it is free from the qualities of
the gunas and the sadhaka no longer worried about himself.
Vairagya is of three
kinds viz., dull (Manda), intense (Tivra) and very intense (Tivratara). Dull
Vairagya cannot help you much in the attainment of your goal.
One who has successfully cultivated
non-attachment is actually more effective in the world, as well as more
prepared for the subtleties of seeking Truth.
A Gyana Yogi has
realised that all worldly pleasures are unreal and are therefore without
lasting value. A Gyana Yogi seeks the unchanging, the eternal Supreme - God.
All things of this earthly realm are transitory and therefore a form of
unreality. Reality is the Atma, the Divine Self, which is indestructible,
eternal and unchanging.
Vekachudamani morally
right action (characterised as humbly and compassionately performing the primary
duty of good to others without expectation of material or spiritual reward),
helps "purify the heart" and provide mental tranquility but it alone
does not give us "direct perception of the Reality".

Mumukshutvam means the
burning desire for spiritual freedom. It
is an intense, passionate, longing or desire for enlightenment and liberation
from the levels of suffering that comes from the repeated cycles of suffering
and delusion.
When Mumukshutva is
coupled with burning vairagya, self-realisation will come soon.
It is a longing that is
so strong that it gradually swallows up all of the other, smaller desires.
Mumukshutva is intense
desire for liberation or deliverance from the wheel of births and deaths with
its concomitant evils of old age, disease, delusion and sorrow
The mind moves towards
the Source of its own accord when it has lost its charm for external objects.
It has no resting place
in this objective universe. Purification of the mind and mental discipline form
the rock-bottom foundation of yoga. When this is effected, the longing for
liberation dawns by itself.
If you want a thing
from the bottom of your heart, it will happen.
A complete detachment
from the outward things, the manifold objects of senses, together with a
capacity for metaphysical abstraction and concentration on inward things are
demanded from an earnest seeker after truth.
A hungry man, in order
to satisfy himself, must eat. His hunger is not satisfied by watching another
eat.
Let me attain MOKSHA.
This intense yearning is MUMUKSHUTHWA. The person yearning is called MUMUKSHU. A Mumukshu has a very clear goal.
A real Mumukshu does
not run away from the responsibilities of life. He does his work normally like
any other but the only difference is the way he perceives the result of the
work done. He works whole heartedly than a person who is interested monetarily
but never allows the result to go to his head.
Endurance, courage,
aloofness, faith, conviction, willpower, and joyfulness are his strength to
keep him going in his path towards self-realization.
Mumukshutva, the deep
desire to attain moksha, is the fundamental requirement for progress on the
path of spirituality.
Mumukshutva is wishing for the highest order,
because once this is fulfilled thereafter is a state of desirelessness. All
other desires lead to endless desires.
Mumukshutva overpowers
all other desires.
In Vedanta, a burning
desire for liberation is considered one of the qualifications for
enlightenment. It’s called mumukshutva in Sanskrit. It is wanting liberation
like a drowning man wants his next breath.
Adi Sankaracharya has
mentioned four qualities: nitya-anitya vastu viveka, ihamutra-phalabhoga-viragah,
shamadishatkasampattih and mumukshutva. --the last one, mumukshutva, means
‘wanting it’.
Mumukshutva should be
steady, unflickering and of a burning type.
Again, the four step
preparatory process is---
viveka (discrimination
of Real from unreal).
vairagya (detachment or
dispassion from sense objects)
mumukshtva ( intense
desire to achieve permanent bliss).
The sadhana chatushTaya
is described by Adi Shankaracharua in
Viveka Chudamai is --

virAgah tadanantaram
shamAdi shatka
sampittih mumukshatvam iti sphuTam
- Verse 19.
These four ways or
methods of practice are known as viveka, vairagya, shat sampat and mumukshutva.

Sir i wanna know about Shri Rambhadracharya, he is blind but do so many Katha, he used to be learnt so many scripture in age 5-6, He find out so many mistakes in Geeta and ramayna printed by Geeta press,his incident remind of surdas,
So sir i am confused few please tell me about him, one in my family is Folkower of him, he run School and gurukul for physically disabled person.
I am wonder how can a blind man know so many things, please sir tell about him.

Malayalam is subject–object–verb (SOV)
language is one in which the subject, object, and verb of a sentence appear or

If English were SOV, " Dick apple
ate" would be an ordinary sentence, as opposed to the actual Standard English
" Dick ate apple". Hindi is SOV.
Hebrew is subject–verb–object (SVO) is a

DeleteIt's been over a month since my family has been getting A2 milk, our budget for milk has increased 3 fold, as we are making yogurt and paneer from it, along with the children drinking it. But it is worth it. It taste is far superior to the Amul and Mother Diary crap that is being peddled. I am hopeful that more people will purchase locally which will give incentive for the local A2 milk men to sell more A2 milk.

DeleteThis airline was about to become bankrupt like Kingfisher Airlines -- just a few years ago.
Suddenly, some Founder stepped in and gave this airline loads of cash to survive.
There were International Investors who gave money from behind the scenes ---through their Indian proxies --- some stepped in directly through banks and all.
Many airlines in India are wonderful Money Circulation Schemes.
That is why we have so many Regional operators who open on Day 1 and close on Day 14.
The ridiculous rules and taxes on Civil Aviation also doesn't help the business case of Airlines at all.
Indigo gets all it's servicing and maintenance done in Sri Lanka --- where the taxes are much lower and other charges are more reasonable.
India charges 42% tax on Aircraft Parts which are imported.
Plus, each state taxes whatever it feels like for Aviation Fuel (ATF). This is Not Cheap.
This is one of the Main Reasons why Air India is always in the pits --- super expensive bills to foot --- they Cannot run to Sri Lank to service their Airbus planes like Indigo and GoAir ---- or run to Malaysia like Jet Airways and SpiceJet to get their Air India Express planes serviced --- everything must be done in India ONLY for them.
Other airlines Run to Sri Lanka (Airbus A320) and Malaysia (Boeing 737) where there are MROs in partnership with the the Aircraft manufacturers offering competitive rates and great service quality.
Basically, those MROs are like Official Service Center by the Manufacturers --- that's why these airlines run there ghadi ghadi.
India's Civil Aviation Market is somewhat like a Pyramid Scheme
Filled with High Taxes --- High Operating Costs --- Bad Servicing/Maintenance Facilities compared to the Best around the world --- High Cost of Fuel ---Excessive Red Tape --- High Interest on Bank Loans to Airlines,etc.
All this leads to higher ticket prices ---- there is a cartel like collusion in quite a few cases to keep the prices of tickets high.
High ticket prices leads to low yields --- people are then forced to take the Dirty Stinky and SLOW trains of the Indian Railways.
No competition in the form of High Speed Rail (HSR) allows the Ponzi Pyramid Schemes in the Indian Airline Industry to Flourish.
All this SEVERELY affects the National Mobility of the Average Indian.

This version which I posted has subtitles, these subtitles made me realize that lord Vishnu's first avatar "Matsya avatar" took place in south India 😳, It says that lord Vishnu as Matsya saved satyavratha the king of dravida (south India) from the great flood!!, Dravida meaning is obsolete I understand that it's not same meaning as what "western historians" show, I understand that geographically it's south India, this proves that everything started from south of India. Dint expect that a source like this would provide me with this sort of knowledge!
