I went to PALAVA (a Mangal Prabhat Lodha's project), they treated me like Rat, 'Lena Hai to Le Nahi to Nikal', There are huge number of people buying flats, its their 2nd/3rd flats, how come they managed to get so much, even after earning more than 50000 per month, I am still in slum.

If I am in this situation, then what about those lacs of people which are earning around 20000 per months.
My Father was kind of unskilled labor who worked for company for 5000 Rs a month, as per industrial court his salary should have been revised periodically, that has not been done since last 25 years. Very sorry to hear this dear. But that's why I ran out of Mumbai as soon as I completed my graduation. Despite all the hype, Mumbai is not a city worth living in, simply because it is too congested. I advise you to find a job in any other big town. Delhi-NCR is your best option. You can get a decent 1 bhk in the NCR region of Noida or Ghaziabad.

I am talking about flats in City. The City in which I am born and brought, has become too expensive. If a person spends 20K on rent, it is so unproductive.
People are purposely buying flats so that they can earn money, which is not letting flat price to reduce, even after majority can not purchase it in the city.
Natives are forced to purchase flat in suburbs around 60Km away from city and
then people have to spend 3 hours daily in local trains, this is insane.
This can be resurrected with little political will.
I thought captain must have some insights about this unnatural hike in house prices.

Now one may argue as to what is the relation between housing prices with inflation and interest rates. By keeping interest rates for housing at 11% while lending rate for SME at 14%, RBI has crowded out money from all sectors and diverted it to housing. Given the power of leverage and faulty income tax laws, investors are earning 30% to 36% returns from real estate and thus creating capital scarcity and higher interest rates. Today, an SME or a hospital or an educational institute pay interest rates in order of 14%+ while housing loans are disbursed at 11% or lower, and on top of it get significant income tax rebate."

lot of people who have been reported as "died peacefully in sleep" actually died of apnea . sleep apnea is a breathing obstruction, causing the sleeper to keep waking up to begin breathing again.
while you sleep, the muscles of your throat relax, your tongue falls backward, and your throat becomes narrow and "floppy."
as you breathe, the walls of the throat begin to vibrate - generally when you breathe in, but also, to a lesser extent, when you breathe out.
these vibrations lead to the characteristic sound of snoring. the narrower your airway becomes, the greater the vibration and the louder your snoring.
sometimes the walls of the throat collapse completely so that it is completely occluded, creating a condition called apnea (cessation of breathing). this is a serious condition which requires medical attention.
normal snoring doesn’t interfere with the quality of your sleep as much as sleep apnea,
so if you’re suffering from extreme fatigue and sleepiness during the day, your problem may be more than just snoring.

keep nasal passages clear by using nasal steroid sprays and nasal decongestants. very little of the steroid is absorbed into the body from the nose so there are few side effects with these sprays.
in ayurveda we use a neti pot to rinse out the nasal passages with a salt-water solution to keep nasal passages clear. keep bedroom air moist with a humidifier. also we tie up the bottom jaw to the head.
people with sleep apnea are the last to find solutions to a problem in office meetings-- they become dimwits, due to lack of REM sleep and oxygen in the brain.

ReplyDeleteA little help needed here. It's as rgds my cousin who was diagnosed bipolar with no remission on psychiatric meds. We got him Ayurvedic medicines from a good hospital in Kerala (Aryavaidyasala) and he's been doing lots better. Many of his symptoms have subsided. However a new element of information came which I didn't know. They told me that a few months back they found a coconut enveloped in black cloth entrenched in his yard (looks like black magic). Sewage works found out when they were digging. We consulted a tantric priest who said this has a lot to do with his ailment. He had us burn the coconut. Some say we should have just let it into a river. We've also started giving him gomutra. He says he feels great with it, probably because of the divine properties of the desi cow urine (Pathmeda). He tells me it's like something is stuck to his abdomen which is why he probably is still anxious and still not fully recovered.
What is this coconut enveloped in a black cloth? Can it do such damage? What's the solution to this kind of dark arts?

Respected Sir, Please put a post on mafia of Diplomate National Board , they provide cheap labour to unethical greedy Private Hospitals..these Hospitals treat candidates as animals , or orphans extracting more and more work. There is no limit to torture.Bad words, breaking one's confidence, harassing, ridiculing, not giving operative chances,threatening to fail in exams..How can we learn in such a choking atmosphere !All the consultants says is, we have endured much more troubles during our training ! Nobody oversees teaching and training programs, during the time of DNB inspection , they ask " would you like to hit the axe onto your own feet " by reporting to them.Dear Sir, I am not the 85 lakh donation party..I missed clinical MD seat by a small margin.. instead of trying again I opted for DNB which is a hell.. ! now I cant leave nor continue this course, this is all because of no regulations on greedy private hospitals and unethical nexus between the board and hospitals, the board provides candidates (cheap labour) every year if thier money is paid.

One famous ALS survivor is the physicist Stephen Hawking, who was born in 1942 and developed ALS when he was only 21 years old. He has suffered from the disease for 52 years and is still alive. His symptoms have slowly worsened over time, however. He uses a wheelchair to move around and needs special equipment in order to communicate with others.
Stephen Hawking's long life with ALS is unusual.
When you have Multiple sclerosis MS, your body attacks the myelin sheaths in your brain and spinal cord. When myelin sheaths are damaged, signals from your brain to other parts of your body get short-circuited.
ALS breaks down the actual nerve cells in your brain and spinal cord. These cells, called motor neurons, are in charge of the voluntary muscles in your arms, legs, and face. You lose control of your motor functions, and as the motor neurons break down, the myelin sheaths harden. Most people with ALS live 5 years or less after their diagnosis..
As the disease progresses, the patient gradually loses their ability to move, speak, chew, swallow, and breathe. The patient usually dies prematurely due to respiratory failure. There are two types of cells in the human nervous system: neurons and glial cells. The neurons transmit nerve impulses, which are traveling electrochemical signals.
These signals are essential in order to keep us alive. Neurons need the help of glial cells in order to do their job, however. Glial cells have many essential functions. The brain actually contains more glial cells than neurons. ALS is characterized by gradual degradation and death of neuronal axons.
An enzyme called RIPK1 ( receptor-interacting protein kinase 1 )stops myelin production in affected individuals, causing damage to neurons.. The aberrant behavior of an enzyme called RIPK1 damages neuronal axons by disrupting the production of myelin, the soft gel-like substance enveloping axons to insulate them from injury. RIPK1 as a key regulator of inflammation and cell death.
When RIPK1 is out of control, it can spark axonal damage by setting off a chemical chain reaction that culminates in stripping the protective myelin off of axons and triggering axonal degeneration—the hallmark of ALS.
RIPK1, inflicts damage by directly attacking the body’s myelin production plants—nerve cells known as oligodendrocytes, which secrete the soft substance, rich in fat and protein that wraps around axons to support their function and shield them from damage.. he activity of RIPK1 could be blocked by a chemical called necrostatin-1.

I have been feeling pain in my body parts.It initially started with left ankle and right shoulder,then has been spreading upwards in the left side of my body through left knee and now has reached left hip joint. I consulted doctor who had me MRI done. I suspect it to be a case of AVN though the doctor is not saying anything openly.
Give me guru mantra what to do now.I have been feeling sad for quiet some time now. I have started cycling.
Please guide me through.
