THIS POST IS A CONTINUATION OF PART 21, BELOW--
Sanatana Dharma classifies all knowledge into
two parts: sense-experienced and
suprasensory .
Very few on the planet have gone to the suprasensory.
Sanatana Dhama has the advantage of being
kick started by seers and 12 strand maharishis , with wide sense bandwidths who
transgressed beyond the 5 narrow senses
The Greek philosophy of ETHODS-LOGOS-PATHOS
is totally , 100% lifted from Indian Vedanta.
Greeks never really understood the real
essence of profound subjects like Epistemology, though Indian sages taught them
in their own lands.
Pythagoras ( died 495 BC ) and Plato studied in India. Aristotle lifted from Vedanta material taken
out of India
Plato (
died 348 BC ) , a homosexual shared his stolen from Kodungallur University spoils
with his mentor Socrates ( died 399 BC ) , and fellow homosexual side kick
Aristotle ( died 322 BC ) and got himself immortalized as the founder of the
Academy in Athens, the first institution of higher learning in the Western
world.
Aristotle,
Socrates and Plato were hardcore homosexuals
. Aristotle initiated Alexander
the great into homosexuality.
Both knowledge of the senses and subtle
knowledge are gained by six methods of knowledge. Epistemology in Indian
philosophy is divided into six pramanas.
Pramanas examines the nature of knowledge and
how one can acquire . Pramas cover the philosophical
analysis of the nature of knowledge and how it relates to such concepts as
truth, belief, and justification. It investigates the origin, nature, methods,
and limits of human knowledge.
Even today, the modern mind has NOT reached
the bottom of the ancient Indian sage’s mind.
The white historian must know that Greek philosophy was stolen from Indian philosophy written 4500 years earlier.
The white historian must know that Greek philosophy was stolen from Indian philosophy written 4500 years earlier.
The six pramanas as correct means of accurate
knowledge and to truths are:
Pratyakṣa (perception),
Anumāṇa (inference),
Upamāṇa (comparison and analogy),
Arthāpatti (postulation, derivation from
circumstances),
Anupalabdi (non-perception,
negative/cognitive proof) and
Śabda (word, testimony of past or present
reliable experts).
Each of these are further categorized in
terms of conditionality, completeness, confidence and possibility of error, by
each school of Indian philosophies.
Pramaṇa refers to
epistemology in Vedanta-- Yukti which means active application of epistemology
or what one already knows, innovation, clever expedients or connections,
methodological or reasoning trick, joining together, application of
contrivance, means, method, novelty or device to more efficiently achieve a
purpose.
The focus of Pramana is
how correct knowledge can be acquired, how one knows, how one doesn't, and to
what extent knowledge pertinent about someone or something can be acquired
Pramaṇa concept is
derived from the Sanskrit root, prama which means "correct notion, true
knowledge, basis, foundation, accurate notion".
Yukti and Pramana are
discussed together in some Indian texts, with Yukti described as active process
of gaining knowledge in contrast to passive process of gaining knowledge
through observation/ perception.
The texts on Pramana,
particularly by Samkhya, Yoga and Advaita Vedanta schools of Hinduism, include
in their meaning and scope "Theories of Errors", that is why human
beings make error and reach incorrect knowledge, how can one know if one is
wrong, and if so, how can one discover whether one's epistemic method was
flawed, or one's conclusion (truth) was flawed, in order to revise oneself and
reach correct knowledge.
In some texts such as
by Vedavyasa, ten pramanas are discussed. Vedanta gave importance to circumstantial
implication (arthāpatti), which appeals to common sense (e.g., one does not see
the sun move from minute to minute, but, as it is in a different place at
different times of day, one must conclude that either earth or sun has moved.
Digression:
On our training ship
with 250 cadets ( 16/ 17 years age ) in 1973, we had a young Punjabi boxing instructor. One day he was too harsh on us during our
morning drill . So one guy put chewing gum in his cabin door
lock.
When he came back at night from ashore , he tried his lock it would NOT open. All cadets in the dorm were pretending to sleep. There were 8 dorms for 250 cadets .
When he came back at night from ashore , he tried his lock it would NOT open. All cadets in the dorm were pretending to sleep. There were 8 dorms for 250 cadets .
So we hear our
instructor ( slightly inebriated ) utter loudly this profound Punjaabi paraatha phaado rustic wisdom –
YAH TOH KISSI NEH KUCH
KIYA HAI, YAH TOH KUCH HO GAYA HAI— APNE AAP TOH HO NAHIN SAKTA
..
( maybe somebody did something OR maybe something happened - BUT --this cant happen by itself)
The cadets ( 30 of them ) pretending
to sleep found it so funny, that all burst out laughing.
The cat was out of the bag and next morning the whole dorm paid the price,.
Pratyakṣa means perception.
It is of two types in Hindu texts: external and internal. External perception is described as that arising from the interaction of five
senses and worldly objects, while internal perception is described by this
school as that of inner sense, the mind.
The ancient and
medieval Indian texts identify four requirements for correct perception :-
Indriyarthasannikarsa (direct experience by
one's sensory organ(s) with the object, whatever is being studied),
Avyapadesya
(non-verbal; correct perception is not through hearsay, according to ancient
Indian scholars, where one's sensory organ relies on accepting or rejecting
someone else's perception),
Avyabhicara (does not
wander; correct perception does not change, nor is it the result of deception
because one's sensory organ or means of observation is drifting, defective,
suspect)
Vyavasayatmaka
(definite; correct perception excludes judgments of doubt, either because of
one's failure to observe all the details, or because one is mixing inference
with observation and observing what one wants to observe, or not observing what
one does not want to observe
The internal perception
concepts included pratibha (intuition)-
samanyalaksanapratyaksa
(a form of induction from perceived specifics to a universal),
jnanalaksanapratyaksa (a form of perception of
prior processes and previous states of a 'topic of study' by observing its
current state).
In Indian yoga,
intuition is the single greatest tool to finding happiness .
"Intuition is soul
guidance or the inner voice " wrote the great master Yogananda
Paramahamsa. Intuition helps you stay in the present, like what is advocated in
the Bhagavat Gita.
It has little to do
with predicting the future. . Intuition is a gift of crisis--- It tells you the
right thing to do when you don't have time to figure it all out.
Intuits are able to see
possibilities and alternatives that aren’t immediately apparent. Your inner
knowing comes from first your instincts, second your intellect, and third from
your intuition.
Intuition is not pseudo-science . It is an essential
psychological function like thinking, feeling and sensing. The divining power
of intuition comes from our inner self. It arises from very rapid processing of
bits of information that are stored in our subconscious.
Intuition thinks in
terms of metaphor, feelings, pictures, and the spatial whole and doesn't fit
neatly into the cause-and-effect model. Your intuition will not force you to do
things that are truly wrong for yourself or other people in contradiction with
the laws of the universe. Intuition is listening to the inner voice or heeding
the promptings from within.
Intuition is a ability
to cut through the thickness of surface reality . Intuition and confidence go
hand in hand. Your sub-conscious which operates a dozen times faster than your
conscious mind has picked up on signals that your conscious mind has not yet
processed.
We function through partial information, and intuition gives us an
overview, a whole sense of things. Intuition acts like a bridge between your
logical reasoning and the sum total of your experience-based knowledge.
Intuition is a knowing,
a sensing that is beyond the conscious understanding — a gut feeling-- flashes
of spontaneous thought that are done apparently without relating to facts or
logic. Intuition is fast, based on pattern matching. Very few people are good
in pattern matching
The divining power of
intuition comes from our inner self-- very rapid processing of bits of
information that are stored in our subconscious. We cannot command our gut
feeling to use it at will. It just surfaces spontaneously when certain
circumstances are present. Intuitive insights suddenly appear as ideas or
feelings.
Intuition is now an EQ
competency. It’s considered something necessary to successful living, and
something to be respected and valued. Intuitive decisions are NOT guesswork .
Intuition has an important role to play in decision making . Intuition is not
limited to opinions but can encompass the ability to know valid solutions to
problems.
Intuition usually shows
up in the areas where you have passion and talent. By logic that we prove, by
intuition we discover. Intuition is a sudden and inexplicable knowing. It lies
at the roots of spontaneity, humor, creativity, inspiration, and even genius.
Intuition has its own unique language for communicating with you through touch,
sight, taste, sound, and smell. As you pay attention to your senses, you’ll
begin to understand the “vocabulary” of your intuition.
Mental static and ego
can get in the way of tapping into intuition. Intuition bubbles up from within
and can be overwhelmed by old mental or emotional "tapes" . Intuition
gone wild becomes “jumping to conclusions”. By going too far out on a limb ,
you risk misinterpreting the situation and start harming others. Intuition
should not be overused.
Your brain is a complex
tapestry of interacting neurons, all working together to provide you with
insights that guide you through life. It’s complicated. So complicated that
your conscious brain cannot keep up with everything it’s trying to tell you.
So
what exactly is intuition?
It is the messages from your unconscious mind making
contact with your consciousness. . The uncanny ability to detect patterns in
the world around us, and to extrapolate larger truths . Use it always, never
ignore it.
Our instincts and intuition are more reliable in a decision making,
than our conscious brain. . By listening to what our heart and soul tells us to
do - and then doing it - we can take ourselves anywhere we have ever dreamed of
going.
Your consciousness only
uses a tiny proportion of your brainpower and your intuition accesses the
residual power and communicates to your consciousness the bank of wisdom and
knowledge it has available.
This is done subtly through thoughts, feelings,
sensations, images, sounds or any combination of them. Just as animals have a
natural survival instinct so humans are born with the natural ability to be
intuitive; your human instinct.
Traits often found in
those with high intuitive intelligence include-- an awareness of one's personal
value system, a healthy awareness of one's own feelings, an ability for
self-direction and self-management, a powerful level of self-trust, a desire
for innovation, a refined knowledge of one's strengths and weaknesses, and a
high degree of self-regard and freedom.
Never ignore the inner spark , the gut
feeling, the sixth sense or hunch that ignites vision and leads you to success.
Intuitive insights motivate us to grow closer to the creative source, thereby
igniting our own creative spark and expression, which is the essence of our
true self.
When you feel excited about something, that's a hint about what to
pursue. Decisions are made in the mind—choices are made in the gut. Choices come from your essence and attunement
to your higher self.
Being in the zone is a
state of mind—where you are free of thinking and negative emotions and in A
FEELING MODE. The less you think, the more you achieve—for you own your
destiny.
GENIUSES ARE ORDINARY
PEOPLE WHO CAN MAKE CONSCIOUS THEIR UNCONSCIOUS PERCEPTIONS.
REMEMBER ,
EVERYTHING YOU DO WELL WITHOUT AWARENESS ,IS DONE BY THE SUBCONSCIOUS.
When the left and right
lobe of the brain works in harmony, the unleashed mysterious K force can made
you achieve the extraordinary . Our intuition is like the weather vane,
pointing us in the right direction. It does not take your decisions.
Any idea
or thought you yourself accept as true will be taken as a command by the
subconscious mind, as it cannot distinguish between dreams and reality . You
can program or harness or fool the subconscious mind by imagining, unrestrained
by left lobe censorship and conventional inhibitions .
Never squelch the
hunches and perceptions spewed by your subconscious. Do not think inwards,
think in feelings and images— if possible using all 5 senses—like texture ,
smells etc.
Any problem if approached from a unpredictable angle can give
unexpected creative results. This is called lateral thinking. The subconscious
responds to stimuli, not pressure.
We have heard athletes
describe the phenomenon of BEING IN THE ZONE.
The frontal lobe is that part of the brain that allows us to be in the
PRESENT MOMENT.
Arjun saw only the eye
of the fish before his shot the arrow to win princess Draupadi —at that time
the activity in the neocortex ceases and there is no thinking. The cerebellum
takes over at that point. When the frontal lobe is activated you have focus,
clarity, decisiveness, concentration, pro activeness and individuality.
We are what we
repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an action, but a habit.
TT players, high board divers –let the body do the work and tell the
minds to FO.
When the mind has repeatedly instructed the body to perform an
action, the body will begin to remember the action better than the thinking
brain. Communication between cells is faster than the speed of light. Nerve
cells are called neurons.
The face of a high
board diver in the Olympics just before the jump for the gold medal --is the
face of a human being in the zone. The brain has surrendered to the body.
CIVILISATION HAS ADVANCED BY EXTENDING THE NUMBER OF IMPORTANT OPERATIONS WHICH
WE CAN PERFORM WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT THEM.
Do not think about clutch , brake and accelerator pedals--just drive. Let your fingers fly on the laptop keyboard .
Do not think about clutch , brake and accelerator pedals--just drive. Let your fingers fly on the laptop keyboard .
Vedanta says that
perception that does not require the possession of concepts when you are
spiritually evolved.
Maharishis with exploded consciousness went beyond the quantum screen where the 5 human senses do NOT take a role.
Maharishis with exploded consciousness went beyond the quantum screen where the 5 human senses do NOT take a role.
It was impossible to fool a maharishi by
illusions or magic tricks . This is beyond the shallow intellect of white
men.
In 4000 BC, when Arjun
of Mahabharata shot an arrow into the red ruby eye of a unsteady floating
magnetic compass revolving fish overhead, by looking at its reflection into a
pool ripple at the bottom, ( to win the hand of princess Draupadi ) it was a
supreme test of consciousness.
You may be aware that your animal or bird pets
cannot see themselves in the mirror.
Only a couple of animals like elephants, dolphins and bonobos can see
themselves in a mirror.
My character has been
moulded by a CLASSIC MASTERPIECE Hollywood movie—MY COUSIN VINNY. I doubt if
such a great movie can be ever made again . It was a low budget movie of 11
million USD.
Two young New Yorker
boys are charged with man slaughter in hilly billy rural Ala- fuckin'
-Bama -- for a crime they never
did.
Joe Pesci , who has
never contested a case , is a lawyer related to one of the boys. He meets them in jail and asked them "
Did you kill the store clerk?".
When the boys said
NO!--he tells them ( to this effect ) .
" -- if you have
not done the crime, then the prosecution will try to show that you did it. Their case is like a building which they will
try to show the judge and jury as real and solid -- while actually it is just a
facade . I am smart enough to expose
the illusion from the right angle and perspective "
This is the meaning of PERCEPTION
, ladies and gentlemen!
SHE GIVES CONFIDENT BULL -

On chemical tankers our lives depend on "dead on balls" CALIBRATION
The Vedic philosophy of
perception deals extensively with exteroception. The ancient Indians seers
wrote down that there is a huge world beyond the quantum screen , which our 5 squelched
senses of narrow bandwidth cannot detect.
Perception in ancient
India was powered by amazing flora and fauna, the types of which are NOT
available anywhere else on the planet.
When my ship had to
escape from this planet’s worst storm, my perception was rooted in ancient
Indian Panchatantra. There are many who
will teach stuff to others but will never apply it on themselves , because they
do NOT have the balls.
When you look at a
person you see only his physical body. A Maharishi can see 7
extra layers or auras surrounding it. He also knows after you die which
astral layer your soul ( YOU ) will be parked before the next re-induction ,
determined by you KARMIC BAGGAGE.
A Maharishi reading the
auras at this level may pick up thoughts that are not conscious to the person
being read but that are unconsciously influencing his behavior. he can pick up messages about future events
that will impact the person being read. This is because on a etheric level,
events in the future already exist. The feeling of being pushed or pulled by
fate is also the influence of the higher cosmic forces.
The 3 higher spiritual
auras are the seat of the higher self. The higher self or super conscious is
our personal link between visible and invisible universe. It communicates and interrelates with higher
cosmic consciousness.
The higher self
transmits messages to the subconscious mind in the form of dreams, intuition
and psychic insight. The subconscious then communicates these to your conscious
mind through images, thoughts and feelings. Dreams are symbolic and need
interpretation by a man of perception.
he auras contain seven
chakras . The crown chakra is the point of access to the spiritual universe.
The Chakras are traditionally considered the "nervous system" of the
metaphysical body, since it is through them that life energies are received,
processed, and transmitted, and through them that body, mind, and spirit are
linked together into one holistic system. The energy-information frequencies
found in the Aura are identical to those found in the Chakra channels
The chakras are
connected to each other through etheric channels. Physical, emotional, mental
and spiritual ailments can be correlated with energy blocks or dysfunctions
within the chakras. Balancing the chakra through psychic healing allows the
appropriate flow of energy to a chakra to reestablish health on each level.
Logical left brain
thinking is held in high esteem by the western society.you can overturn this
and pay attention to your hunches and grow your clairvoyance. The spirit world
exists in a dimension of higher vibration.
A medium forms a link or channel , a
route of communication with those who have passed to the other side. He does so
by raising his vibration or frequency to a point where the link can be formed.
As this same time the spirits lower their vibration. They communicate the energies through
pictures , feelings, sounds and thoughts.
The medium interprets these through his broadened sense bands.
The universe cannot
distinguish between a positive and negative thought. A negative thought will bring a negative
manifestation towards you. Karma is the law of cause and effect.
When you use psychic
power you tap into the level of the universe, where individuality does not
exist. At this level each of us is a part of a universal and cosmic
consciousness where we are connected as though held together by invisible
threads. This interconnectedness means that every thing we do or think affects
everything and everyone else.
Everything is made out
of energy. What appears to be solid is made up of vibrating particles, atoms
and molecules. This includes human beings. According to psychic theory all the
beings that live in the universe are made up of vibrating energies. The higher
and faster the frequency, the higher the plane of the universe.
Psychic development
will teach you how to raise your vibration or lower it at will.
Time and space are
features in the material world , not the invisible world. There the present past and future are all
occurring right now. This means when you contact the higher realms you can tap
into past lives or the future.
By learning to project
your will and change your vibration through altering the state of your
consciousness , you will begin to develop psychic powers.
All psychic exercises
require you to alter your state of consciousness to reach ALPHA ( 7 Hz )
state. It is a light trance state achieved by meditation. Your breathing
slows down, you cease to notice noise, and visual distractions. You must be in the NOW.
Self hypnosis is a form
of meditation in which the mind is stilled to reach an altered state of
consciousness.
Gold colour can balance
disturbed energy. Indian did not start wearing gold , quartz and diamonds for sheer investment.
Dark spots in the aura
may indicate illness. Aura’s energy-information can be used to accurately
analyze a patient’s psychological and emotional states. Each part and level of
the human Aura is related to different aspects of the person's psychology or
physical health, and reveals an interaction of both physical and mental
factors.
When you touch
something you implant your psychic imprint on it like a magnetic recording on a
tape. By holding the object and tuning in through your ESP you can pick up
these subtle vibrations. Be careful of inherited jewellery especially if it
contains gem stones and crystals, which pick up magnetic imprints very easily.
Every building has its
own energy. Having ill, mentally unstable or negative people in a home can
leave a residual energy in the building. Hindus do Ganapati Homam to neutralize the
negative residual energy when they move to second hand homes. This is NOT superstition.
Bursting firecrackers at the end of Thrissur
Pooram is NOT superstition or entertainment, like New Year fireworks .
A healer is only a
medium—or a bridge between two worlds. If he closes down the channel he has no
innate ability. Healers generate electrical voltages >60 V during healing
sessions --as measured by electrometers.
Russian inventor Semyon
Davidovich Kirlian, experimented with
the qualities and meanings of Auras using photography and electrofield imaging.
Maharishis do NOT need
Kirlean cameras.
EEG
(electroencephalogram) technology analyses and monitors mental activity
entirely by electromagnetic principles.
Science also has the
electrocardiogram (EKG), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the
electromyogram (EMG).
We exist in a sea of
various EM waves that are continuously interacting and interfering with each
other. Living beings transmit EM waves with numerous frequencies and strengths,
and these interact with EM waves traveling throughout our environments that
have multiple frequencies and strengths.
The practical result is
a “boundary layer” of interaction between the person and the environment, in
which waves are constructively and destructively interfering to various
degrees, until RESONANCE is achieved,
causing an amplification of the vibrations
much the same way that constructive interference occurs with waves.
The result can be that
the increase in vibration reduces the object’s structural stability – hence,
the breaking of a glass when a soprano singer hits a high enough note to match
the fundamental frequency or a harmonic frequency of the glass.
Psychic ability is the
natural extension of intuition. Aura is a magnetic energy and is a protective
shield.`. All thoughts , emotions and feelings are contained in the aura and
sent out to the universe. All 7 chakras have their own frequencies of resonant
vibration. Clairsentient people are sensitive to energy.
All have psychic power-
but it remains repressed. The ordinary man ignores his intuition in favour of
commonsense—and so in the course of time untuition stops manifesting clearly.
The psychic is a supersensitive soul. He can figure out the nuances of
intuition.
For him intuition works at his beck and call in a clear way.. he
does not need to go into a trance or even meditate. He will answer all your
questions effortlessly. A true psychic's intuition can spot falsehood
immediately. His intuition ecompasses
space and time.
A reiki practitioner,
projects “white light” ( SCALAR ENERGY ) toward a person with a “disharmonious”
energy field. Depending on the experience of the healer and the strength
(intent) of the projection, the white light, which is comprised of the
theoretical highest frequency (and strength) will entrain the weaker EM field
of the patient, eventually inducing resonance to occur, which strengthens the
patient’s own EM field.
The movement of blood through the circulatory system is
another way that EM fields are produced.
Each cell in our bodies is a transmitting antenna. Our DNA is the master
tuning fork of our body.
Newton's ideas of
absolute space and time and Einstein's ideas of relative time and space, are
replaced by a truer picture by true psychics, for whom the universe exists in a
vast here --where HERE represents all points of space and time at a single
instant. In the quantum world of the zero point field, subatomic particles
exist in a state of all potential unless observed, when it gets frozen down to
a single state.
Psychic remote viewers
can see information encoded in quantum fluctuation. On the subatomic level MIND
IS OVER MATTER. We create time and space
on the surface of our retinas. Nothing in this universe exists as an actual
thing independently of our perception of it.
WHEN I WANT TO HAVE FUN, I READ WESTERN BOOKS ON PHILOSOPHY AND EPISTEMOLOGY -- THEIR INCREDIBLY SHALLOW MINDS MAKE ME LAUGH .
Epistemology is the
branch of philosophy that studies the nature, acquisition, and validation of
knowledge. The epistemology of perception matches patterns and fills gaps. All the
obligatory duties of the Hindu owe their allegiance to the Vedas.
They draw forth the thought of successive
generations of Maharshi seers -- spiritual giants who were ultimate in
epistemology. Vedic texts include hymns, liturgical instructions, and
philosophical courses.
The ancient Maharishi passed on Vedanta whose theories
deal with puzzles about the source, nature, foundation, scope, validity and
limits of human knowledge. The shallow western mind ( who come to India for life's answers ) can never come to grips with such
profound wisdom.

HEY, WHY NOT BURPS AND FARTS LIKE THE HUMPLESS COW ?
Vedas show how ancient rishis experienced the
divine reality and how they responded with exuberant joy, confidence and a
feeling of intimacy. This literature is not rustic or primitive but highly
developed in its literary form, in its intellectual insight, and in its
questioning attitude. The glory of this vast literature is its imaginative and
emotional qualities.
The Maharishis were
experts in Metaphysics to determine the real nature of things—to determine the
meaning, structure, and principles of whatever is in so far as it is-- with
reality as a whole.
It is a call to recognize the existence and overwhelming importance of a set of higher realities that ordinary men could not deduce--the science of ultimate reality , as opposed to appearance or the contrast between appearance and reality .

The Vedic metaphysician
was a sort of super scientist, unlimited in his curiosity and gifted with a
capacity for putting together other people's findings with a skill and
imagination that none of them individually commands. He can refute by debate,
through a method for systematic evaluation of definitions
The Indian rishis were
the first to engage their great minds in dialectics in philosophy—the method of investigating the nature of truth
by the criticism of initial concepts and hypotheses—all in the most peaceful
natural surroundings .
The ancient Indian
Vedic dialectic is based on a dialogue between two or more rishis , master or
student - people who may hold differing views, yet wish to pursue truth by
seeking agreement with one another.
This is in contrast to
debate, in which two or more people hold differing views and wish to persuade
or prove one another wrong (and thus a jury or judge is needed to decide the
matter), or rhetoric, which is a relatively long monologue oration conducted by
a single stupid person.
THE PRIME TIME DEBATE -- NAY FISH MARKET SCREAMING , CONDUCTED BY A COCAINE SORTING ORANGUTAN IS
NOT VEDIC DIALECTIC.
From the Vedas evolved the Upanishads, whose copious enquiries into the nature of man, the Universe, and God, strike the intelligent and high IQ modern scientific mind with speechless wonder.
Vedas are verses written in the most digitally
perfect language in the world, Sanskrit, with a scientific alphabet and
perfected vocabulary, and a grammar which is itself a great work of art.
The Vedic seers ,
propounded six systems of philosophy explaining man, universe, and God, before
which Aristotle's and Plato's theories look like juvenile endeavors. They stole

The seers discovered
the Earth's rotatory and revolutionary motions, and studied the courses of
constellations and stars, and founded the twin sciences of astronomy and
astrology. These seers were by no means
dreamers – their great minds were fractal and they could do 4D geometry inside
their heads .

These are not
shepherds’ verses as ridiculed by jealous Vatican- but an amazing encyclopedia of the most mind
boggling philosophy of thought. All the obligatory duties of the Hindu owe
their allegiance to the Vedas.
The white historian writes that contemporaries
Buddha ( died 483 BC ) and Maharvira (
died 527 BC) shunned the Vedas.
Sorry, this duplicate DUO are NOT the
original Buddha ( 1900 BC ) or the
original Mahavira, the 24th Thirthankara
(4500 BC)
The whole of the West
tried even to prove that Aryan invasion happened inwards, so that they could
claim credit for writing the Vedas. Now
since the DNA age has nailed their foul LIE, they now use people like SHELDON
POLLOCK to say that Vedas are MERE EXPRESSIONS
Our modern culture is
oriented towards reducing one’s self awareness rather than expanding it. The
Vedic revelations are so cosmic that they approach more closely the findings of
modern quantum physics and astronomy than the pious pronouncements of rabid
preachers.
The rishis made claims so cosmic that even modern physics is only
catching up with them and realizing, after every scientific breakthrough, that
the ancients were there long before them. The Vedas are the world's oldest intellectual legacies—30
millenniums on oral route before being penned down 7000 years ago.
Vedas record the
spiritual experiences of souls strongly endowed with the sense for reality.
They are held to be authoritative on the ground that they express the
experiences of the experts in the field of religion.
The Vedas bring together
different ways in which the religious-minded of that era experienced reality
and describe the general principles of religious knowledge and growth. The
experiences themselves are of a varied character, so their records are
many-sided (visvatomukham) or 'suggestive of many interpretations'
(anekarthatam).
Vedic hymns are used
today at Hindu wedding ceremonies, and temple and school prayers in an astonishing example of continuous
tradition. The feat of memorizing and handing down a vast amount of oral
literature is a hallmark of Hinduism. It would not have been handed down if
even one generation asked WHAT NONSENSE IS ALL THIS?
While the Vedas look
outward in reverence and awe of the phenomenal world, the Upanishads look
inward, finding the powers of nature
only an expression of the more awe-inspiring powers of human consciousness.
Vedas and Upanishads thus work in a Tamas Rajas ( Yin Yang ) way.
Vedanta taught the
technique of self-development. The ultimate destiny of man is to discover
within himself the true Self as the changeless behind the changing, the eternal
behind the ephemeral, and the infinite behind the finite. Free from theology
and dogma, Vedanta remains the primary source of inspiration and guidance for
millions of Hindus and non-Hindus alike.
The Upanishads are the
concluding portions of the Vedas and the teachings based on them is called
Vedanta. The Upanishads focus on philosophical questions such as the purpose of
life, origin of the universe, concepts of time, space and matter, as well as
concepts of atman, Brahman, maya, immortality, rebirth, karma, and the world.
In the Indian
tradition, the guru would be seated under a tree, near a river or lake, and one
or more disciples would cluster around him to learnt he wisdom. They are the
dialogues between guru and sisya—the teacher and student.
These teachers and
students are NOT like the stupid COMMIE professors and students of JNU.
The Upanishads tell us
that there is a Reality underlying life which rituals cannot reach, next to
which the things we see and touch in everyday life are shadows.
They teach that
this Reality is the essence of every created thing, and the same Reality is our
real Self so that each of us is one with the power that created and sustains
the universe. The Upanishads are not philosophy but are darshanas, “something
seen” and therefore to be realized.
The ancient Maharshis
understood the staggering scale of the divine play. Many centuries later the
scientific mind still boggles at the scale of creation which makes infinity
intelligible.
Science, in its most
advanced stage, is closer to Vedanta than ever before. The intuition of Indian
mystics led them to understand the multidimensional reality and of space-time
continuum which is the basis of the modern theory of relativity.
The Upanishads are
summits of thought on mankind and the universe, designed to push human ideas to
their very limit and beyond. They give us both spiritual vision and
philosophical argument, and it is by a strictly personal effort that one can
reach the truth.
In the Upanishads we
get a glimpse into the workings of the minds of the great Indian thinkers who
were unhampered by the tyranny of religious dogma, political authority,
pressure of public opinion, seeking truth with single-minded devotion, rare in the history of thought.
THIS TYPE OF LOFTY THINKING

Anumaṇa means inference
-- an exact process of logical deduction
Poonam Pandey JI’s baby
is in bed upstairs. She hears a bang and
crying. She can infer that her baby fell out of bed.
A woman walks into a
store soaking wet and it is raining. It can be inferred that she does not have
an umbrella.
Watching a man run
towards the gate at the airport, one can infer that he is running late for his
flight.
You triangulate a truth
from one or more observations and previous truths by applying reason. The method of inference
has three steps: pratijna (hypothesis),
hetu (a reason), and drshtanta
(examples).
The hypothesis is in
two steps : sadhya (that idea which
needs to proven or disproven) and paksha (the object on which the sadhya is
predicated).
The inference is
conditionally true if sapaksha (positive examples as evidence) are present, and
if vipaksha (negative examples as counter-evidence) are absent.
Vedic epistemology
requires Vyapti - the requirement that the hetu (reason) must necessarily and
separately account for the inference in "all" cases, in both sapaksha
and vipaksha.
A conditionally proven
hypothesis is called a nigamana (conclusion).
Anumana can also be
classified into 3 types:-
Pūrvavat (inferring an
unperceived effect from a perceived cause),
Śeṣavat (inferring an
unperceived cause from a perceived effect) and
Sāmānyatodṛṣṭa (when
inference is not based on causation but on uniformity of co-existence).
The word Anu means “to
follow” and Maanam means “to gauge, guess or infer”.
Anumāna can be of two
types – inference for oneself (Svārthānumāna, where one does not need any
formal procedure, and at the most the last three of their 5 steps), and
inference for others (Parāthānumāna, which requires a systematic methodology of
5 steps).
By inductive inference
we open doors to new knowledge . Anumana
Pramana is the act of inferring i.e. knowledge of unknown from the known facts. It is indirect knowledge based on reasoning.
Anumana is a logical
conclusion based on reasoning and prior perception.
It is of three types & is related to the
three times.
a) Inference of the
cause from the effect -relates to past ( retrospective study)
b) Inference of the
effect from the cause – relates to future ( prospective study design )
c) The commonly
observed events at present. (Time
prevalence study)
Anumana or Inference
helps in establishing correlation between two factors or to establish
cause-effect relationship between two variables. Anumana (Inference) is used extensively as means to acquire knowledge. Various
causes of non-perceptibility can create
hurdles in direct perception. In
this field, Anumana helps in acquiring
knowledge.
Anumana Pramana plays a
vital role in interpretation of results. Interpretation refers to the task of
drawing inferences from the collected facts after an analytical or experimental
study. It is search for broader meaning of research findings. Generalization of
results is based on inference only.
Anumana Pramana is of
two types –
a) for one’s own self i.e.Swarthanumana
b) to provide knowledge
to others i.e.Pararthanumana
Swarthanumana
(Inference for one self) is the cause of
deduction of logical reference in one’s
own mind. For this; one should have
inquisitiveness or curiosity. As it
is said; inquisitiveness is the mother of all knowledge. A person with curious & questioning attitude
will search for truth in a scientific manner and by applying logical process of
reasoning he will reach to valid conclusion.
Pararthanumana (Demonstrative inference) – A person after getting inferential knowledge;
it should be demonstrated to others by Panchavayavi vakya ( 5 components of
reasoning), it is known as Pararthanumana.
Panchavayavi Vakya
contains:
a) Pratidnya
(Proposition)
b) Hetu (Reason or
Cause)
c) Udaharana (Example)
d) Upanaya
(Justification)
e) Nigamana
(Conclusion)
Pararthanumana is an
important means through which the knowledge recognized by one person is
distributed to others. This can be
correlated with report writing according to process of research. The purpose of research is not well versed unless
the findings are made known to others. Research
results must invariably enter the general store of knowledge.
The epistemology of
logic focuses on issues concerning the normative status of our beliefs about
logical truth and logical validity.

Inferences
are not achieved with mathematical rigor.
Inference is a conscious
mental process by which we reach a conclusion based on specific evidence.
Inferences are the stock and trade of
detectives examining clues, of doctors diagnosing diseases, and of car
mechanics repairing engine problems. We infer motives, purpose, and intentions.
Inference is part of, being human. We engage in inference every day. We interpret actions to be examples of behavior characteristics, intents, or expressions of particular feelings.
But hey today , we do
NOT infer that evidence in a text is
authoritative when it is attributed to a PEER REVIEWED Jewish scholar in the
field.
The more evidence we
have before us, and the more carefully we reason, the more valid our
inferences.
There is an old joke
about an optimistic kid that is left in a room full to the brim with horse
shit. The people who left him there return about an hour later, and to their
surprise, they find the boy happily digging through the shit and ask “Hey Boy!
What are you doing?,” to which the boy responds: “With all this shit I figured (
inferred ) there’s got to be a pony in here somewhere.”
Why does USA welcome
Indian doctors? Because they have infer better and provide better diagnosis
than white doctors . Once diagnosis is done even an IDIOT or a nurse can treat
the patient.
Upamaṇa means analogy.
Greek philosophers
Plato , Socrates and Aristotle who stole philosophy material from Kodungallur
University and patented it in their own names, used mindless broad spectrum analogy.
These half wits saw analogy as a shared abstraction .
Analogies should also
make those abstractions easier to understand .
A similarity between like features of two things, on which a comparison
may be based: the analogy between the
heart and a pump.
Analogy is NOT a simile
or a metaphor
A metaphor is a figure
of speech that uses one thing to mean another and makes a comparison between
the two. The key words here are “one
thing to mean another.”
So, when someone says
“He’s become a shell of a man,” we know not to take this literally, even though
it’s stated directly as if this person had actually lost his internal
substance.
A simile compares two
different things in order to create a new meaning.
In this case, we are
made explicitly aware that a comparison is being made due to the use of “like”
or “as” (He’s like a shell of a man).
A simile is a figure of
speech that compares two things that are alike in some way. To help you identify
a simile versus a metaphor, know that the words “like” or “as” are typically
used in a simile.
Well-known similes are:
as busy as a bee
as black as
coal
as blind as a
bat
Writers, poets, and
songwriters make use of similes often to add depth and emphasize what they are
trying to convey to the reader or listener
They fought like cats
and dogs.
He is as strong as an
ox.
That guy is as nutty as
a fruitcake.
As cool as a cucumber
As tough as nails
An analogy is
comparable to metaphor and simile in that it shows how two different things are
similar, but it’s a bit more complex. Rather
than a figure of speech, an analogy is more of a conscious logical argument.
The presenter of an
analogy will often demonstrate how two things are alike by pointing out shared
characteristics, with the goal of showing that if two things are similar in
some ways, they are similar in other ways as well.
A metaphor carries so
much more power than a simile, because it’s direct. Using “like” or “as” to
make an open comparison will often diminish the vivid visual you’re trying to
paint in the reader’s mind. Likewise, a spot-on metaphor will spark
instant understanding for a reader, without the elaboration that an analogy
requires.
Few metaphors-

Analogy is a cognitive
process of transferring information or meaning from a particular subject (the
analogue or source) to another (the target), or a linguistic expression
corresponding to such a process.
In a narrower sense,
analogy is an inference or an argument from one particular to another
particular, as opposed to deduction, induction, and abduction, where at least
one of the premises or the conclusion is general.
Analogy plays a
significant role in problem solving such as, decision making, perception,
memory, creativity, emotion, explanation, and communication.
Sometimes words and
phrases can prove inept in conveying the exact depth of our expression. When
someone presents a concept or an idea, which is contrasted with a similar
concept, then the central idea becomes more apparent
Analogy also spices up the
sentence preventing it from getting monotonous. That is why analogy has been
extensively used in rhetoric.
Analogy is a figure of
speech that is used to make a concept or an idea clearer to the listener. An
analogy creates a visual representation of the concept, making it easier to
grasp the subject matter. So, when you are at a loss on how to explain
something, then simply compare it with another relative concept.

Specific analogical
language comprises exemplification, comparisons, metaphors, similes,
allegories, and parables
Analogy is important not only in ordinary
language and common sense (where proverbs and idioms give many examples of its
application)
The subject of
comparison is formally called upameyam, the object of comparison is called
upamanam, while the attributes are identified as samanya.
In various ancient texts of Hinduism, 32 types of Upanama and
their value in epistemology are debated. The word Upa means similarity
and Maanam means to cognitively gauge.
There are main three
characteristics of Upamana; i.e,
1. In Saharmaya-
Upamana (when) the description of an unknown object given in terms of its
similarity to a well known object by some authoritative person. A
class concept to certain facts on the basis of some observed similarity between
them and other known facts are applies here. The concept is given to us and the
facts to which it applied are selected by us.
2. In Vaidharmaya-Upamana
the objects denoted by a word are described in terms of their contrast or
dissimilarity to some well known objects of experience. This negative
description enables a man to recognize certain objects as denoted by a word or
as belonging to a certain class in so far as he finds that they fit in the
given description.
3. In Dharmamatra-Upamana
the object denoted by a name is described in terms of its particular attributes
to any combination of attributes which is particular to it. This description
enables us to discriminate between the things denoted by the name from all
other things and consequently apply the name to just that class of things.
One thing common to all
cases of upamana is the knowledge of the denotative relations, between a word
and a certain class of objects. Thus upamana is a process of reasoning by which
we know that a word denotes a certain
class of objects on the basis of some authoritative statement.
Upamana is the source
of our knowledge of the relation between a name and things so named or between
a word and its denotation (sanjnasanjnisambandha).
Epistemology is the
branch of philosophy concerned with the origins, structure, methods, and
validity of knowledge. In order to theorize about the nature of knowledge,
epistemologists have often used analogies
Epistemological
theories can be classified as either foundational or coherentist. Foundational
theories attempt to ground knowledge in a solid base such as sense experience
(empiricism) or a priori reasoning (rationalism).
In contrast,
coherentists argue that there are no foundations for our beliefs, whose
justification derives from how well they fit together with each other. Many of
the most influential foundationalists and coherentists have expounded and
defended their theories using suggestive metaphors and analogies.
In sum, the uses of
metaphor and analogy in epistemology and philosophy in general are much the
same as their uses in science. Analogy is a powerful mode of thought that is
indispensable in the formation, development, evaluation, and exposition of
theories, in philosophy as well as science.
Like science,
philosophy is primarily theory development, not poetry or rhetoric, even though
rhetoric and even poetry can sometimes be displayed in both fields.
Philosophy is not the queen, handmaiden, or under-laborer of the sciences, but rather a partner in a collaborative endeavor to understand and improve the world.

Arthapatti is knowledge
arrived at by circumstantial implication. Proof of facts offered as evidence
from which other facts are to be inferred (contrasted with direct evidence ).
It is about derivation
from circumstances - indirect evidence that tends to establish a conclusion by
inference. It is statement that is
agreed by everyone to self evident and hence be correct.
This is useful for
creating proofs in mathematics and science, and postulates are often the basic
truth of a much larger theory or law.
Arthapatti is a
fundamental principle, a
prerequisite, a basic principle.
from which a further idea is formed or developed example of a postulate. A line can be drawn between two points.

Long ago a tuft named
Vinod Dua told Ram Jethmalani on TV — all you have is circumstantial evidence. This
is NOT enough for courts. We know you have been to Zurich, and this can
mean that you have a bank account there. We the media will NOT accept your
arguments.
I am a trained journalist like
you are a trained lawyer.
Ram Jethmalani just
shut him up with one sentence “ If you are my judge I will never win any case!”
In criminal cases,
"eyewitness" ("I saw Poonam Pandey JI shoot Sunny Leone JI") type evidence is
often lacking and may be unreliable, so circumstantial evidence becomes
essential.
Prior threats to the
victim, fingerprints found at the scene of the crime, ownership of the murder
weapon, and the accused being seen in the neighborhood, certainly point to the
suspect as being the killer, but each bit of evidence is circumstantial.
In criminal law, the
inference is made by the trier of fact in order to support the truth of an
assertion (of guilt or absence of guilt).
Circumstantial evidence
is used in civil courts to establish or refute liability.. Forensic analysis of
skid marks can frequently allow a reconstruction of the accident. By measuring the length of such marks and
using dynamic analysis of the car and road conditions at the time of the
accident, it may be found that a driver underestimated his or her speed.
Circumstantial evidence
is used in criminal courts to establish guilt or innocence through reasoning.
Most criminals try to
avoid generating direct evidence. No
criminal admits to a guilt. Hence the prosecution usually must resort to
circumstantial evidence to prove guilt and that the crime was deliberate , NOT
an accident.
.
One example of circumstantial evidence is the
behavior of a person around the time of an alleged offense. If someone was
charged with theft of money and was then seen in a shopping spree purchasing
expensive items, the shopping spree might be circumstantial evidence of the
individual's guilt.
Say. you go to a slum hovel and you find 30 broken gold
chains and 40 empty expensive mens wallets hidden under a pot.
Other examples of
circumstantial evidence are fingerprint, blood analysis or DNA analysis of the
evidence found at the scene of a crime..
Owing to developments in forensic
methods, old undecided cases (or cold cases) are frequently resolved.
The Indian judiciary is
NOT yet mature enough to understand that live witnesses can lie or be
bought.
DURING GUJARAT RIOTS
PAID WITNESS ( BROUGHT OUT OF THIN AIR ) TESTIFIED THAT THEY SAW WITH THEIR OWN
EYES , A CURVED KNIFE PUT INTO A PREGNANT MUSLIM WOMANs VAGINA AND HER UTERUS WITH
FETUS WAS REMOVED .
NONE OF THEM COULD EVEN
DESCRIBE THE PLACE WHERE THE CRIME WAS DONE OR WHAT THE WOMAN LOOKED LIKE OR
WHAT SHE WORE.
A popular misconception
is that circumstantial evidence is less valid or less important than direct
evidence.
Direct evidence is
popularly, but mistakenly, considered more powerful.
Many successful
criminal prosecutions rely largely or entirely on circumstantial evidence, and
civil charges are frequently based on circumstantial or indirect evidence.
Circumstantial evidence
can be, and often is much more powerful than direct evidence. Indeed, the common metaphor for the
strongest possible evidence in any case—the "smoking gun"—is an
example of proof based on circumstantial evidence.
Similarly, fingerprint
evidence, videotapes, sound recordings, photographs, hidden video cams . and
many other examples of physical evidence that support the drawing of an
inference, i.e., circumstantial evidence, are considered very strong possible
evidence.
In practice,
circumstantial evidence can have an advantage over direct evidence in that it
can come from multiple sources that check and reinforce each other. Eyewitness testimony can be inaccurate or
false at times, strong circumstantial evidence can provide a
more reliable basis for a verdict.
In cases where one
conclusion implies a defendant's guilt and another his innocence, the
"benefit of the doubt" principle would apply.
Circumstantial Evidence is indirect evidence.. The party offering
circumstantial evidence argues that this series of facts, by reason and
experience, is so closely associated with the fact to be proved that the fact
to be proved may be inferred simply from the existence of the circumstantial
evidence.
The following examples
illustrate the difference between direct and circumstantial evidence:--
If Dick testifies that he saw Prick raise a gun
and fire it at Mary and that Mary then fell to the ground, Dick’s testimony is direct evidence that Prick
shot Mary.
If, however, Dick
testifies that he saw Prick and Mary go into another room and that he heard Prick
say to Mary that he was going to shoot her, heard a shot, and saw Prick leave
the room with a smoking gun, then Dick’s testimony is circumstantial evidence
from which it can be inferred that Prick shot Mary.
The judge must determine
whether John's testimony is credible.
Circumstantial evidence
is most often employed in criminal trials. Books, movies, and
television often perpetuate the belief that circumstantial evidence may not be
used to convict a criminal of a crime. But
this view is incorrect.
In most cases,
circumstantial evidence is the only evidence linking an accused to a crime;
direct evidence may simply not exist.
INDIA IS THE ONLY NATION
WHERE A WHORE CAN SAY A MAN WINKED AT HER AND CALL THE NCW TO PUNISH THE MAN.
The U.S. Supreme Court
has stated that "circumstantial evidence is intrinsically no different
from direct evidence ".
If a witness testifies that he saw a defendant fire a bullet into the body of a person who then died, this is direct testimony of material facts in murder, and the only question is whether the witness is telling the truth ( he could not have been present at the scene and might have agreed to be a witness on a monetary payoff ) .
If a witness testifies that he saw a defendant fire a bullet into the body of a person who then died, this is direct testimony of material facts in murder, and the only question is whether the witness is telling the truth ( he could not have been present at the scene and might have agreed to be a witness on a monetary payoff ) .
If, however, the
witness is able to testify only that he heard the shot and that he arrived on
the scene seconds later to see the accused standing over the corpse with a
smoking pistol in his hand, the evidence is circumstantial; the accused may
have been shooting at the escaping killer or merely have been a bystander who
picked up the weapon after the killer had dropped it.
Most criminal
convictions are based on circumstantial evidence.
In a case of a theft,
examples of circumstantial evidence include:--
Evidence of the
defendant's fingerprints at the scene of the crime
The fact that the
defendant was found with a large amount of money without being able to give any
reason
In the case of a
murder, examples of circumstantial evidence include:---
The fact that the
accused had an intense dislike of the victim
The fact that the accused
behaved in a bizarre and suspicious way after the offence
The fact that he or she
lied about his or her alibi
The fact that he or she
was in the area at the time that the offence was committed
The fact that the
defendant's blood or DNA corresponds to blood or DNA found on the victim's
body.
A court would be very
slow to convict a defendant on the basis of one piece of circumstantial
evidence alone, for example, the fact that his or her fingerprints were found
at the scene of the crime.
For example, in a theft
case, if the defendant was seen in the area at the time of the theft, his or
her fingerprints were found at the scene of the crime and if he or she was
later found with a large sum of money that he or she could not explain, then the
court would be more likely to convict the accused.
Generally, evidence can
be classified into two categories: direct and circumstantial,. Classic examples
of direct evidence are eyewitness testimony,
or hidden cam video of the
defendant in the act of committing a crime, and incriminating statements made
by the defendant, victim, or witness.
Unlike direct evidence,
which relies on personal observation and
yields a definite conclusion, circumstantial evidence is based largely on
inference and uses inductive reasoning ( arthapatti ) .
Indirect or
circumstantial evidence implies that the defendant was involved in the crime,
and is typically sufficient to convict a defendant if the evidence and
inferences drawn from the evidence can be used to establish that the defendant
is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
This is the standard of
evidence used in criminal trials to overcome the presumption that a person is
innocent until proven guilty. Thus, evidence need not prove that the defendant
is absolutely guilty or guilty beyond any question, but rather that there are
no other logical explanations resulting from the case facts that anyone other
than the defendant could have committed the crime.
Guilt can be easily be proven
using a process of arthapatti or logical deduction. The
burden of establishing proof beyond a reasonable doubt is the responsibility of
the prosecutor. Real, direct, or physical evidence must be
presented in court through testimonial evidence to establish a foundation for
admissibility.
Forensic evidence
generated by the wide variety of forensic specialty areas including fingerprint
identification and DNA analysis, fall under the category of circumstantial
evidence .. Scientific evidence is often
sufficient to resolve a criminal matter.
An exception to
physical evidence that does not fall into the category of circumstantial
evidence includes illicit drugs, which simply by their presence violates a law.
Consequently, there is no need for a
judge to make assumptions or inferences to reach a conclusion that the
defendant is guilty of a crime.
Unlike the incorrect
examples perpetuated by television shows, movies, and novels, a majority of
convictions are based solely on circumstantial evidence if for no other reason
than this type of evidence is more commonly encountered at crime scenes than
direct evidence.
In USA they have done
statistics and have come to the conclusion that eyewitness identification has
proven to be mostly unreliable. There is NO system in India to give harsh punishment
to false witnesses who have taken bribes and appeared out of thin air.
The confession of an
accused is direct evidence. But the judge must be careful to find out if the
confession is under duress. -- that man’s

‘Arthāpatti’is
described as the necessary supposition of an unperceived fact which alone can
explain a phenomenon that demands an explanation.
For example it is also observed that a man goes on an indefinite fast and after 10 days he has put on weight . It means he is eating while in the toilet where the camera is NOT on him. It is impossible to reconcile these two facts, fatness and fasting—such postulation is ‘arthāpatti.’

On chemical tankers if
there is an accident, the Captain has to take alcometer readings ( drug test if

The purpose for obtaining

fundamental.

Anupalabdi means negative-cognitive proof.
Anupalabdhi pramana
suggests that knowing a negative, such as " there is no duster at the blackboard“
is a form of valid knowledge.
If something can be
observed or inferred or proven as non-existent or impossible, then one knows
more than what one did without such means.
Anupalabdhi as
epistemically valid –it can be either sadrupa (positive) or asadrupa (negative)
relation - both correct and valuable.
Vedic sages refined
Anupalabdi to four types:
non-perception of the
cause, karana-anupalabdhi
non-perception of the
effect, vyapaka-anupalabdhi
non-perception of
object, svabhava-anupalabdhi
non-perception of
contradiction. viruddha-anupalabdhi
Anupalabdi literally
means non-apprehension. Non-existence of a thing is apprehended by its
non-perception.
On automated ships we
rely on negative affirmation for emergency shut down of machinery. For example zero sump luboil pressure causes
interlocks to operate or the engine will seize and cause a fire.
When I hold management
meeting on board my ship, I look for negative feedback. I can make instant risk
assessment and decisions based on this. During emergency drills my senior most and
best qualified officers are put as ROVING SQUAD for such negative feedback.
When my company told
that this system is NOT part of their blue book and safety policy , I told them

When they threatened to
screw me for insubordination I unleashed the SWORD OF CAPTAINs AUTHORITY .
This
was later regularized by IMO ( ISM code ) .
Not many people know how much I worked for this
too happen.
The use of this method of
knowledge is crucial :
‘ Pressure guage shows 7 kilos pressure but there is NO sound of liquid flow in the pipeline - looks like the shore valve is shut ”.
Absence of a thing
established by the absence of another is
anupalabdi.
‘ Pressure guage shows 7 kilos pressure but there is NO sound of liquid flow in the pipeline - looks like the shore valve is shut ”.
It may seem paradoxical
that non-apprehension of a thing is a means to the apprehension of its
non-existence (abhava).
But in fact both
non-perception as well as perception serve as a means to get various knowledge,
for the simple reason that the knower is conscious of both.

Dear Sir
Is there any reference to menstruation in the vedas or other hindu scriptures? Why do hindus consider menstruation, child birth, etc as "Ashuddhi"?
I'm not a highly spiritual or learned person. I have gone to Sabarimala only thrice. But i find the arguments put up by devaswom layer not very convincing.
As a common man and a hindu, what i understand is
1. Lord Ayyappa is a celibate and even his consort is waiting outside the temple. How can the women activist challenge these beliefs.
2. All the pilgrims visiting the shrine are following celibacy or brahmacharya for 41 days by abstaining from sex or sexual thoughts or masturbation. They focus their thoughts only on lord ayyappa and abstain from any influence of sexual thoughts like tv, films, close contact of females, even abstaining from their wife during menstruation.
3. The concept of "tatvamasi" means that all the pilgrims are Lord Ayyappan himself. Thats why all the pilgrims who have put mala are considered to be Lord Ayyappan and called Swami. So all the pilgrims are celibate and should not be distracted.
4. Now are women impure during menstruation? I dont have an answer to that because i understand that mentrual blood, child birth, are considered "Asshudhi". But on logical thought, sabarimala bans all women who may be sexually active so that the pilgrims who become Swami Ayyappan after putting mala are not distracted.
5. Women activist are saying they will take 42 days vratham and visit sabarimala. I doubt that they can do that. Men can avoid sexual thoughts, sexual acts and prevent release of semen/sperm consciously. Nightfalls during sleep cannot be compared as they are unconscious occurence. But women cannot prevent ovulation and menstruation, which is a normal reproductive cycle. It is medically recognised that during ovulation there are lots of harmones getting released by which there is sexual drive in women to conceive. This biological phenomenon cannot be controlled, moreover the male pilgrims who are normal human beings and not a real God, cannot control his normal sex drive when women come in close contact. All the vratham and brahmacharya will be lost if women are allowed by SC judgement.
6. The women activist are comparing this as bad tradition like Sati. I really dont understand why men like Rahul Easwar cannot tell them that Sati, Dowry death, female infanticide, child marriage, rape, forced polygamy, forced prostitution are atrocities against women. Going to Sabarimala is a choice, women can go to other temples, there is no life threatening force used by males.
7. The women are considering this as discrimination against them. Then reservation is an official discrimination, why do they fight for women reservation bill? Why do they want separate toilets, hostels, coaches, seats in buses, separate teams for men and women, let Sania mirza play against Nadal, let Mary Kom fight with Mike tyson.
Sir, i may be wrong by saying all this. But i dont find any Hindu organisation or Ayyappa Seva Sangam coming out with justification and protest against this attempted judicial over reach. I really feel that it is judicial overeach, has the SC judges read all the vedas, upanishads, smrithis and have understood all the diverse customs and traditions followed in hindu way of life.
Sir, my humble request to provide more clarity with your great knowledge and wisdom. Also please ask all the right minded hindus to come out and make peaceful protest in their own way to tell the world and SC judges that we are concerned by such indirect attacks on our basic beliefs and to protect Sabarimala.

hi sn,
PM CHANDRASEKHAR GAVE AWAY 67 TONNES OF INDIA GOLD TO ROTHSCHILDs IMF.
THERE WAS NO ECONOMIC CRISIS .
THIS FALSE CRISIS WAS USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR IMF/ WORLD BANK TO INSIST THAT THEY WANT MANMOHAN SINGH ( ROTHSCHILDs MAN ) AS FINANCE MINISTER
MANMOHAN SINGH WAS BROUGHT IN VIA THE RAJYA SABHA BACK DOOR --LIKE OUR MR THIN UPPER LIP.
i had predicted that arun jatley would lose--but he would still be brought in via the back door like manmohan singh -- as finance minister/ defence minister --
-- and as soon as the BARAK MISSILE DEAL is paid up-- he would be shifted to I&B ministery where he would push to make india an UIMMORAL NATION ( anal sex )
NAVJOT SINGH SIDHU WOULD HAVE TRASHED CAPT AMRINDER SINGH IN AMRITSAR .

EVEN TODAY I CHALLENGE MANMOHAN SINGH TO STAND FOR ELECTIONS IN HIS HOMESTATE IN PUNJAB--HE WILL LOSE HIS DEPOSIT.
BR AMBEDKER LOST HIS DEPOSIT EVERY TIME HE STOOD FOR ELECTIONS --EVEN DALIT MAHARS DID NOT VOTE FOR HIM
WHY WAS RAJIV DIXIT MURDERED ?

Long ago we had a cadet
jumping overboard from the ship off Durban.
His shoes were laid out neatly at the ships railing. It showed suicide .
The absence of the MDs
car in his parking slot means that he has left office .
The absence of the car
is 'hetu' and conclusion of his absence
in the office is ' saadhya'. This
follows a concomitant relation between the hetu and saadhya -
Anupalabdhi is a way to
apprehend an absence
All things exist in
places either in a positive (sadrupa) or in a negative (asadrupa) relation, and
it is only in the former case that they come into contact with the senses,
while in the latter case the perception of the negative existence can only be had
by a separate mode of movement of the mind, a separate pramana – anupalabdhi.
The lack of perceptible
(yogya) adjuncts (upadhi) is known through non-perception of what is
perceptible (yogya-anupalabdhi) and the lack of imperceptible adjuncts is known
by showing that which is thought to be an adjunct.
Abhava means non-existence. Abhava-pramana has been
discussed in ancient Hindu texts in the context of Padartha . A
Padartha is defined as that which is simultaneously Astitva (existent),
Jneyatva (knowable) and Abhidheyatva (nameable).
Specific examples of padartha, include dravya (substance), guna (quality),
karma (activity/motion), samanya/jati (universal/class property), samavaya
(inherence) and vishesha (individuality).
Abhava is explained as
"referents of negative expression" in contrast to "referents of
positive expression" in Padartha.
Abhava was further
refined in four types, by the schools of Hinduism that accepted it as a useful
method of epistemology: dhvamsa (termination of what existed), atyanta-abhava
(impossibility, absolute non-existence, contradiction), anyonya-abhava (mutual
negation, reciprocal absence) and pragavasa (prior, antecedent non-existence).
Shabda means reliable
expert testimony .
People are willing to listen what Maradona has to say on the subject of soccer - he needs NO introduction or production of bonafides. He needs NO peer review.
People will vouch , Maradona knoweth soccerETH..
But beware –
Jew Rothschild cloaked
Gandhi in ETHOS before he imported him from South Africa and unleashed him on
unsuspecting Indians, to sit on the drivers seat of our freedom struggle—always
to utter the right words , but always to steer away from the goal.
Jew Rothschild who ruled
India gave instant cooked up ethos to Gandhi using his monopolized media.
Today in India we know
the PERCEPTION MOLDERS who come on primetime TV are stooges of powerful desh
drohi forces .
None of them have any
ETHOS. Nobody cares for them though
they blabber away.
We have a man termed
SENIOR JOURNLIST –Kumar Ketkar whose mind is full of poison. I do NOT remember when he spoke for the watan
last --I have been watching this an for a decade . He was a sidekick of Commie late SA Dange , who went to Moscow in 1951 to see Stalin
The modern world knows
NOTHING of the ancient art of mentorship. A mentor must have ethos oozing out of every pore.
Ethos involves the
speaker’s/ writer’s authority on the subject,
sterling character , credibility , reputation , inherent ethics, trust he generates, integrity , compassion, fairness,
accountability, superior style , tone,
ethics, behavior , personal
warmth , clarity of mind , knowledge , experience , family history, code of
conduct , transparency , selflessness etc . His reputation precedes him.
In the Vedic days a
mentor was called a GURU.
Long ago when I wrote the
Chemical Manual for my shipping company, some Captain and Chief Engineer colleagues
asked during a lunch break “Ajit, how do you know all this highly
technical stuff you are churning out every day for the past two months ?”
To this I replied “ The
painting is mine alone. I have NOT
discovered the colors, I have NOT
invented the canvas / paint brush / oils
. I have NOT created the female I
painted “
I USED THE PERIODIC
TABLE OF DMITRI MENDELEEV.
DIMITRI SAID THAT HE
USED PANINIs SANSKRIT ALPHABETS .
PANINI USED THE SRI
YANTRA PICKED OFF THE AKASHIK RECORDS BY A UNKNOWN MAHARISHI . .
DIGRESSION:
Since Panini wrote the
adaptable Sankrit grammar 7500 years ago, there has been NO changes, it is that
perfect-- the work of a genius!!
Sanskrit has a
construct like geometry in cymatics and can be digitalised. The way words
unfold from their seed forms is amazing.
The mathematical
precision throughout the language and give it its extraordinary power, and hence
only Sanskrit mantras work . There is a direct link between the sound and
signs,it is phonetic.
The writing of Sanskrit
language is based on the sound of the spoken form. Sanskrit has no spelling,
nor there are any silent letters .
There is logic in its
sound system, and a natural continuity in its word-making as well as
sentence-making. Sanskrit sentence structure is flexible--to hell with syntax.
The order of words in a sentence does not matter.
Sanskrit has three
genders (masculine, feminine, and neuter), three numbers (singular, dual, and
plural), and eight cases (nominative, accusative, instrumental, dative,
ablative, genitive, locative, and vocative), although only in the singular of
the most common declension does a noun show different forms for each case.
Adjectives are
inflected to agree with nouns. Verbs are inflected for tense, mode, voice,
number, and person. There is a vibration
or resonance in the sounds of Sanskrit.
Sanskrit grammar has extensive
grammatical tenses.
There are ten tenses:
one form for the present tense, three forms for the past tense and two forms
for the future tense.
There is also
imperative mood, potential mood, benedictive mood (called asheerling, which is
used for indicating a blessing), and conditional. Each tense has three separate words for each
of the three grammatical persons (first person, second person and third
person), and it further distinguishes if it’s referring to one, two, or more
than two people (called eakvachan, dvivachan and bahuvachan).
There are three
categories of the verbs called atmanepadi, parasmaipadi and ubhaipadi. These
forms indicate whether the outcome of the action is related to the doer or the
other person or both. In this way there are ninety forms of one single verb.
Sanskrit words are
formed of a root word called dhatu. For
instance: kri root word means ‘to do,’ gam root word means ‘to go.’ So, there
are ninety forms of each of these verbs like, karoti, kurutah, kurvanti, and
gachchati, gachchatah, gachchanti etc.
There are ready-made single words for all kinds of uses and situations.
There are words for all
the three genders and each word has twenty-one forms of its own which covers
every situation. Then there is a very elaborate and precise system of
composing, phrasing, making a sentence, joining two words and coining any
number of words according to the need.
Sanskrit grammar has
the capacity for creating any number of new words for a new situation or
concept or thing.
The morphology of word
formation is unique and of its own kind where a word is formed from a tiny seed
root (called dhatu) in a precise grammatical order which has been the same
since the very beginning.
Any number of desired
words could be created through its root words and the prefix and suffix system
as detailed in the Ashtadhyayi of Panini.
Furthermore, 90 forms of each verb and 21 forms of each noun or pronoun
could be formed that could be used in any situation.
Its vowels are the
actual ‘voice pattern’ of the sound and consonants are only the ‘form’ of the
‘voice pattern’ of the sound. So a consonant
alone cannot be pronounced as it is only a ‘form’ of the ‘voice pattern’
until it is attached to a vowel. hus, a vowel, which itself is a ‘voice
pattern,’ can be pronounced alone (like,) or it can be modulated by adding a
consonant to it (like,)
S is the subject, V is
the verb and O is the object; the three exhaustive elements of a simple
sentence.
Malayalam is
subject–object–verb (SOV) language is one in which the subject, object, and
verb of a sentence appear or usually appear in that order.
If English were SOV,
" Dick apple ate" would be an ordinary sentence, as opposed to the
actual Standard English " Dick ate apple". Hindi is SOV.
Hebrew is
subject–verb–object (SVO) is a sentence structure where the subject comes
first, the verb second, and the object third. English is SVO.
BILBLICAL HEBREW WAS VSO
LIKE CLASSICAL ARABIC .
SANSKRIT IS THE MOTHER
OF ALL LANGUAGES
Simple sentences in
Sanskrit do not need to follow any specified structure. They are attached
either to the subject or the object in form of ‘vibhakti’. Thus, in principle,
every simple sentence in Sanskrit can be condensed into three distinct words:
the subject, the verb and the object. We can write these three words in any
order we want (all 3! = 6 ways) and the sentence will bear the same meaning. A
unique meaning.
Sanskrit like Malayalam
is usually used in SOV format though.
Sanskrit's grammatical
structure, words carry extra information with them. Because of this extra
information, word order is more flexible in Sanskrit than in English.
IN STUPID ENGLISH
BANANA CAN EAT ELEPHANT, WHICH CANNOT HAPPEN IN SANSKRIT.
Sanskrit, uses
inflection to a great extent. In Sanskrit, a complex idea can exist as one word
and still carry a single and precise meaning.
Malayalam and Hindi
employs postpositions, whereas English employs prepositions
Term/Definition

Shabda Panama , verbal
testimony is the statement of a trustworthy perceptive person --a man of great ethos
Verbal testimony is of two kinds—laukikam (
academic- master ) and vaidikam (scriptural- guru ).
Verbal testimony can be in the form of spoken or written words. This is
adopted in vedanta .
A human being usually
has a useful learning life of 70 years . He cannot possibly discover or invent
everything. He needs to start off from a foundation he chooses for himself.
It is accepted and
epistemically valid that a human being needs to know numerous facts, and with
the limited time and energy available, he can learn only a fraction of those
facts and truths directly.
He must rely on others,
his parent, family, friends, teachers, ancestors and kindred members of society
to rapidly acquire and share knowledge and thereby enrich each other's lives.
This means of gaining
proper knowledge is either spoken or written, but through Sabda (words).[
Sabda pramana is
testimony by words, written or oral. It is also called ‘apta-vakyas’ (statement
of a trust-worthy person’, and agama (authentic word).
Note: THE WHITE INVADER
USED HIS FAKE KANCHI MUTT TO COOK UP RIDICULOUS TAMIL LANGUAGE AGAMA SHASTRA ,

A verbal statement,
uttered or written, is man’s most potent instrument for transmitting knowledge.
We learn mostly by means of words.. In
India we had our amazing jungles full of animal and plant life.
We Indians observed and
inferred too . Our ancient kings were taught by Gurus , just by telling them
stories about jungle life and asking the young prince child to made a moral for
the story.

NOW ALL FAKE GURUS ARE BUSY DELETING AND CORRECTING ON THE INTERNET AND IN THEIR NEW EDITION BOOKS.
We constantly get
various information, direction and knowledge through words. People read books.
There is a limit to getting knowledge from
books unless you are good in SPEED READING where your mind rapidly and effortlessly vacuums in the gold
specks and leaves out the dirt mud.
Only a competent person
possessed of knowledge can impart accurate knowledge. In my chemical posts I
give my photo in uniform and my experience in years. My words( SHABDA ) in the post can be

Then Chemical tankers

Shabda pramana needs no
verification, unless of course there is doubt about its reliability. If all
that we know from verbal testimony were to await confirmation, then the bulk of
human knowledge would have to be regarded as baseless.
The process of verbal
knowledge cannot be clubbed with inference because it does not involve any
knowledge of invariable concomitance ( fact of existing or occurring together
with something else) as is the case in
inference. So it is a category by
itself.
Shabda pramana needs no

The process of

case in inference. So it is a category
by itself.
Apart from being the
words of a trustworthy person , the next
condition laid own for a statement to be a means of valid knowledge is that it
should not be contradicted by any other means of knowledge, such as perception,
inference, commonsense etc.
In such a circumstance
the knowledge from the academic statement, which was till then considered to be
valid, would become invalid.
Our ancients have
clearly demarcated the spheres of authority of the Veda on the one hand and all
the other means of knowledge on the other.
As regards matters
which fall clearly within the scope of perception Adi Shankaracharya says in
his bhashya on Bri. Upa. 3.3.1:--
“Nor are the Srutis
supposed to have authority in matters that are contradicted by other means of
knowledge, as, for instance, if they said, ‘Fire is cold and wets things’. If, however, a passage is ascertained (by
the application of the six tests, namely, beginning and conclusion, repetition,
originality, result, eulogy and demonstration) to have the meaning given by the
Srutis, then the evidence of the other means of knowledge must be held to be
fallacious”.
It is through verbal
statements, spoken as well as written, that knowledge is transmitted. The scope
of verbal testimony is much wider than that of the other means of knowledge.
Through perception we can know only what is here and now. Inference, etc., also have their own
limitations. But it is through verbal
testimony in the form of books, newspapers and other records that we come to
know what has happened in the past and what is happening elsewhere at the
present time.
The meanings of words
are of two kinds, primary (shakti) and implied (lakshya).
The primary meaning of
a word is its literal meaning. The word
‘cow’ means the animal known by that name.
In Vedas a cow standing on one leg is Dharma in Kali Yuga
Adi Shankaracharya has found this theory useful for refuting the
contention of an opponent in his bhAshya on brahmasUtra 1.3.28.
He says there, “Words are connected with the
general characteristics and not with the individuals, for the individuals are
infinite, and it is impossible to comprehend the relation of a word (with all
of them)”.
The primary meaning of
a word is known as ‘vacyartha’.
If in a particular
sentence the literal meaning of a word does not give rise to the intended sense
of the sentence as a whole. In such cases the literal meaning of the word is
discarded and an implied meaning is adopted.
Such an implied meaning is known as
‘lakshyartha’ and the implication is
known as ‘lakshana’.
There are three kinds
of implication. These are:--
1.
jahal-lakshana—exclusive implication.
2.
ajahal-lakshana—inclusive implication.
3.
jahad-ajahal-lakshana- quasi-implication or exclusive-inclusive implication.
These three kinds of implication will now be
explained.
1. Exclusive
implication—When we say “India won the match” it does not mean the country as a
whole, but the Indian team.
2. Inclusive
implication. A hawker selling plantains
is going along my street, pushing a cart containing plantains. I call him by
shouting, “ Hey, plantain, come here”.
What I mean is that the plantain-seller should come along with his cart
of plantains. So the word ‘plantain’ is retained and ‘plantain-seller’ is added
by implication.
3.
Quasi-implication. Here the primary
meanings of the words of a sentence are partly included and partly excluded.
The classic example for this is the sentence,
“This is that girl”. Here ‘this’ refers to the person in front
now and ‘that’ refers to the same person seen at some other time in some other
place. The identity of ‘this’ and ‘that’ is to be understood by discarding the
person’s connection with the past time and place on the one hand and the
present time and place on the other. This implication is also known by the name
bhagatyagalakshana since one part of each of the items is discarded.
Greater
wisdom has and will never be compressed
into three little words as done by the Chandogya Upanishad which proclaimed the
true Self of man as part of the Infinite Spirit.
TAT
TWAM ASI ( That Thou Art )
Chandogya Upanishad 6.8.7 ( Sama Veda ) 5000 BC
The
ultimate destiny of man is to discover within himself the true Self as the
changeless behind the changing, the eternal behind the ephemeral, and the
infinite behind the finite.
CONSCIOUSNESS
IS WITHIN YOU – BRAHMAN IS EVERYWHERE
I AM A
MORTAL ON EARTH -- WHO AM I ( NAAN YAAR ) ? -- “HEY WAVE , YOU ARE JUST A PART OF THAT MIGHTY
OCEAN!”
YOUR
SOUL IS A SMALL PART OF THE MORPOGENTIC CONSCIOUSNESS FIELD-
WHEN
YOU GET MOKSHA , YOUR SOUL MERGES WITH THE MOTHER FIELD—YOU ARE NOW BRAHMAN ,
YOU ARE NOW GOD
THE
AIM OF EVERY HINDU, IS TO ATTAIN MOKSHA ( BY REDUCING KARMIC BAGGAGE TO NIL )
IN INDIAN COURTS ,
JUDGES USUALLY GIVE WRONG JUDGMENTS
THE INDIAN JUDGE MUST
KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT SHABDA PRAMANA TO DO JUSTICE TO HIS JOB.
IF A JUDGE ASKS A PAID
WITNESS ( PRODUCED OUT OF THIN AIR ) "HOW SURE ARE YOU OF YOUR WITNESS TESTIMONY?"
HE WILL ALWAYS SAY “I
AM 100% SURE “.
BECAUSE OTHERWISE , THE
PERSON WHO BRIBED HIM WILL BREAK HIS LEGS.
When people fail to
perceive that a significant event is transpiring, their attention is not focused
on the event, and the lack of attention leads to poorer perception and memory
of the event.
The more violent the
act, the lower will be the accuracy and completeness of perception and memory
and hence the SHABDA
Contrary to the popular
belief that stress heightens perception and memory, perception and memory acquisition function
most accurately when the subject is exposed to a moderate amount of stress.
When stress levels are
too low, people do not pay sufficient attention,
and when stress levels are too high, the ability to concentrate and perceive
are negatively impacted.
When I hold meetings on
the ship I usually pounce on someone and will ask him “What did I just say?”
When people are
concerned about own personal safety, they , they pay less attention to the other details of the crime
scene, such as characteristics of the perpetrator (e.g., facial features, hair
color and style, clothing, height, weight, etc.), the crime scene, and other important
details. This phenomenon manifests itself particularly
when a weapon or bomb or chance of a stampede is present.
The so-called weapons
effect describes crime situations in which a weapon is used and witnesses spend
more time and psychic energy focusing on the weapon rather than on other
aspects of the event. The weapons effect
results in incomplete or inaccurate information about the crime scene and the
perpetrator.
This effect is
magnified when the use of a weapon comes as a total surprise to a witness ( FHATT
GAYA USKA GAAND ).
A person's expectations
and stereotypes can also affect both perception and memory: what he perceives
and encodes is, to a large extent, determined by cultural biases, personal
prejudices, effects of training, prior information, and expectations induced by
motivational states, among others.
Effectively, expectations
and stereotypes cause people to see and remember what they want or expect to
see or to remember.
Remember , elderly
witnesses are much less reliable than younger ones. The elderly frequently believe events they
imagined were actually perceived—Judges have hung innocents because they do NOT
understand the human psyche.
Both children and the
elderly are particularly "susceptible to the effects of suggestive
questioning or post-event misinformation.
I had objected when
NARCO TEST was being conducted on vulnerable and helpless servants ( suggestive
) during the trial of the Talwar girl murder .
IF I WANT I CAN CONDUCT
A NARCO TEST ON ANY BOLLYWOOD ACTRESS , AND MAKE HER CONFESS THAT SHE IS JUST
BACK FROM AN ORGY WHERE SHE FUCKED ALL THE BOLLYWOOD ACTORS AND DIRECTORS IN
ONE ROOM
A woman pays more
attention to clothing, while a man might take notice of the make of a car.
An eyewitness is much
more likely to identify accurately someone of his or her own race than someone
of a different race.
When sequential viewing
is used, witnesses should be asked how certain they are of an identification.
Obtaining a statement of confidence level before other information can prevent
contamination of a witness' judgment, thereby increasing the reliability of an identification.
In the US Jury system
they have determined "Expert testimony has been proven to improve juror knowledge,
sensitize jurors to witnessing and identification factors, and desensitize them
toward witness confidence."
However overwhelming
majority of US courts have excluded such expert testimony. In MY COUSIN VINNY
check out how the heroine female makes an ass of the Judge by EXPERT TESTIMONY
ON CARS
The reason most
frequently cited by courts for excluding expert testimony is that expert
testimony regarding the accuracy of identifications usurps the role of the jury
as the sole judge of the credibility of witnesses.
It is high time we
bring the JURY SYSTEM back in India. It was done away with after a case which
catapulted Ram Jethmalani into an ICON status ( letting down his own Singhi
community )
The white wife of a

Vedic Nyaya school's

Authoritative verbal
testimony is the statement of a
trustworthy person (aptavakya)
A sentence is a collection of words and a word is defined as
that which is potent to convey its meaning. The power in a word to convey its
meaning comes, according to ancient Nyaya, from long established convention.
Verbal Testimony is of
two kinds:--
Vaidika and secular
(laukika). The Vaidika testimony is perfect and infallible because the Vedas
are spoken by God;
Laukika testimony, being the words of human beings who
are liable to error, is not infalliable.
A sentence in order to
be intelligible must conform to certain conditions. These conditions are four:
1. Akanksa: It is
mutual implication or expectancy. It is the capacity of the words to become
objects of enquiry. When we hear a word describing or signifying a course of
action something of that course of action becomes our object of enquiry. The
words of a sentence are interrelated and stand in need of one another in order
to express a complete sense.
2. Yogyata: the words should possess the
fitness to convey the sense and should not contradict the meaning. It is the
condition of consistency.
3. Sannidhi:. The words must be spoken in
quick secession without any long intervals. If the words ‘take ’, ‘this, ‘gift’
are uttered at long intervals they would not make a logical sentence. It is defined as contiguity.
4. Tatparya: The valid of a sentence depends
on it purport not on its literal meaning. It is the condition of the intention
of the speaker if the words are ambiguous. In English the same word has different
meanings –unlike Sanskrit.
Tatparya is
used to indicate the original intention of the author in putting down a certain
statement. Nyaya is a Sanskrit word which means a universal rule which includes natural justice,
the science of rational, coherent inquiry and pursuit of real knowledge.
In philosophical
context, Nyaya encompasses propriety, logic and method. Nyaya is related to
several other concepts :--
Hetu-vidya (science of
causes),
Anviksiki (science of
inquiry, systematic philosophy),
Pramana-sastra
(epistemology, science of correct knowledge),
Tattva-sastra (science
of categories),
Tarka-vidya (science of
reasoning, innovation, synthesis),
Vadartha (science of
discussion) and
Phakkika-sastra
(science of uncovering sophism, fraud, error, finding fakes
The Nyaya metaphysics
recognizes sixteen padarthas or categories and includes all six (or seven)
categories of the Vaisheshika in the second one of them, called prameya.
These sixteen categories are pramāṇa (valid means of knowledge), prameya
(objects of valid knowledge), saṁśaya (doubt), prayojana (aim), dṛṣṭānta
(example), siddhānta (conclusion), avayava (members of syllogism), tarka
(hypothetical reasoning), nirṇaya (settlement), vāda (discussion), jalpa
(wrangling), vitaṇḍā (cavilling), hetvābhāsa (fallacy), chala (quibbling), jāti
(sophisticated refutation) and nigrahasthāna (point of defeat)
The focus of Pramana (
of which SHABA is a part ) is how correct knowledge can be acquired, how one knows,
how one doesn't, and to what extent knowledge pertinent about someone or
something can be acquired. Pramana, a Sanskrit/ Malayalam word, literally is
"means of knowledge".
The focus of Pramana is how correct knowledge
can be acquired, how one knows, how one doesn't, and to what extent knowledge
pertinent about someone or something can be acquired .
Nyaya scholars, along with those from other
schools of Hinduism, also developed a theory of error, to methodically
establish means to identify errors and the process by which errors are made in
human pursuit of knowledge.
These include Saṁśaya ( problems, inconsistencies,
doubts) and Viparyaya ( contrariness, errors) which can be corrected or
resolved by a systematic process of Tarka ( reasoning, technique).
A cause is defined as
an unconditional and invariable antecedent of an effect and an effect as an
unconditional and invariable consequent of a cause.
The same cause produces the
same effect; and the same effect is produced by the same cause. The cause is
not present in any hidden form whatsoever in its effect.
The following Nyaya conditions
should be met:
The cause must be
antecedent [Purvavrtti]
Invariability
[Niyatapurvavrtti]
Unconditionality
[Ananyathasiddha]
Nyaya recognizes five
kinds of accidental antecedents [Anyathasiddha]:--
Mere accidental
antecedent.
Remote cause is not a
cause because it is not unconditional..
The co-effects of a
cause are not causally related.
Eternal substances, or
eternal conditions are not unconditional antecedents,.
Unnecessary superfluous things,.
Nyaya recognizes three
kinds of cause:
Samavayi, material
cause, e.g. thread of a cloth.
Asamavayi, colour of
the thread which gives the colour of the cloth.
Nimitta, efficient
cause, e.g. the weaver of the cloth.
THE
ENTIRE WESTERN PHILOSOPY IS LIFTED FROM ANCIENT INDIAN PHILOSOPHY, WHICH WAS MOSTLY
PENNED DOWN 7000 YEARS AGO, WHEN THE
WHITE MAN WAS DOING GRUNT GRUNT FOR LANGUAGE.
BECAUSE
THE NON-SPIRITUAL WESTERN PHILOSOPHERS HAD NOTHING ORIGINAL TO OFFER ( EXCEPT
COMMIE THEORIES AND SIGMUND FREUDs RIDICULOUS SEX THEORIES ) THEIR SHALLOW PHILOSOPHY
IS A FUNNY CARPET IN TATTERS , FULL OF HOLES-
HAVING NO REGULAR WARP AND WEFT.
Nyaya distinction
between qualificative and non-qualificative perceptual cognition will further
illuminate Bertrand Russell’s distinction between knowledge by acquaintance and
knowledge by description.
CHOOT Russell’s concept of
acquaintance leads to overbearing CHOOT John Galt type solipsism.
In epistemology,
solipsism contends that knowledge of anything outside one's own mind is unsure
and unreliable . As a metaphysical position, solipsism concludes that the world
and other minds do not exist. There is never a sense of gratitude .
The Nyāya concept of
non-qualificative perceptual cognition does not lead to solipsism, it is
superior to shallow minded Bertrand Russell’s concept of knowledge by acquaintance.
In Indian philosophy ,
the cognition of words, the memory – cognition of objects, the cognition of the
relation between a word and its referent, the syntactic expectancy between the
words (akaikua), semantic compatibility (yogyata), contiguity of words (asatti)
and the intention of the speaker (tatparya) are treated as causal conditions
for understanding the meaning of a sentence.
Nyaya philosophers have
explained both the atomistic and the holistic understanding of a molecular
sentence. Shallow minded and
non-spiritual western philosophers have not
developed a logic or mechanism for holistic understanding.
Nyaya philosophers have
described the phenomenological
properties of perceptual, inferential and verbal cognitions- the difference
between them in terms of the ways cognitions are related to the same object.
The difference between
them is explained in terms of the following pairs of the Nyaya philosophy:
1. anuyoga- pratiyoga (
first term- second term)
2. adhara- adheya
(substratum- supersratum )
3. visheshya- visheshuana
(qualificand- qualifier)
4. visheshya – prakara
( qualificand- relation qualifier)
5. uddesha- vidheya (
subject- predicate)
6. paksa - sadhya ( the
locus of inference- probandum )
7. hetu- sadhya
(probans- probandum )
Note: “factum
probandum", means “the fact to be
proved”
Like: “hermigas
pantalunas” means “ants in pants “
The western philosophers have sprinkled Latin
words in their works to show that their thoughts are original—NOT stolen.
ANYBODY WHO HAS READ INDIAN PHILOSOPHY , AND THEN READS ITS LIFTED WESTERN EQUIVALENT, WILL ROLL IN LAUGHTER .
ANYBODY WHO HAS READ INDIAN PHILOSOPHY , AND THEN READS ITS LIFTED WESTERN EQUIVALENT, WILL ROLL IN LAUGHTER .
Perceptual cognition
involves four pairs,
verbal cognition three pairs, but
inferential cognition
involves all the seven pairs.
THE WHITE HISTORIAN HAD HAJAAAAR PROBLEM IN ACCEPTING THAT ANCIENT HINDU SCRIPTURES LIKE VEDAS/
UPANISHADS WERE PENNED DOWN IN 5000 BC AFTER 30 MILLINIUMS ON THE ORAL ROUTE –
WHY ?
BECAUSE AS PER THE
RIDICULOUS BIBLE COOKED UP IN 325 AD BY EMPEROR CONSTANTINE THE GREAT AT THE
FIRST COUNCIL OF NICEA, THE BIG BANG HAPPENED AT 9 AM ON 23RD OCT IN
4004 BC
Below: See, we Jews built the pyramids and Moses Paaji led us out by parting the Red Sea --remember the EXODUS and our Kosher Promised land .
The JEWS have to LIE , that they are the best , the oldest, the wisest, the most beautiful , the most intelligent -- right?
THE OLD TESTAMENT NEVER MENTIONED THE EGYPTIAN PYRAMIDS EVEN ONCE .
HEY LYING JEWS , - - -THE OLD TESTAMENT MENTIONS HILLY AREAS , AND NOT FLAT EGYPT
NO EGYPTIAN ANCIENT DOCUMENT EVER MENTIONS THAT THEIR KING WAS PHAROAH.-NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE TIME . THE TERM FARAON WAS USED FOR TRIBE LEADER OF MIZRAIM SECT
ISRAELITES ARE NOT MENTIONED IN EGYPTIAN RECORDS EVEN ONE - REPEAT ONCE.
JEWS WERE NEVER EVER SLAVES IN EGYPT - NOT A SINGLE WORLD IN THE OLD TESTAMENT ABOUT A GREAT AND CURIOUS STRUCTURE CALLED SPHINX.
THE COOKED UP BIBLE IN 325 AD, MENTIONS EGYPT MORE THAN 700 TIMES -JUST TO SHOW JEWS ARE ANCIENT PEOPLE .
NO ANCIENT WRITER BEFORE 325 BC HAS EVER MENTIONED THE WORD PHAROAH. OR WORD ISRAEL
ARMENIAN GENOCIDE WAS DONE BY ZIONIST JEWS (
not Muslims ) WHO WANTED TO PRESERVE THE LIES AND DIABOLICAL HATE IN THE OLD
TESTAMENT .
The Book of Exodus relates that Joshua fought
against Amalek under the inspiration of Moses, who was supported by Aaron and
Hur, and that he mowed them down with the sword. Amalek was not destroyed,
however, and at the end of this war Moses was ordered to write in a document,
as a reminder, that the Lord would one day blot out the memory of Amalek from under
the heaven.
The ADL for long denied the Armenian
genocide, because sooner than later the whole world will know that Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was a Jew and NOT a
Muslim.
Armenia is called Amalek by the Byzantines
ARMENIANS ARE CONSIDERED AMALEKITES BY THE
JEWS .
Armenian was one of the first languages into
which the Bible was translated.
Armenia adopted Christianity in 326 AD
IN 7000 BC INDIA RULED ARMENIA.

Today we live in a age
where almost all witnesses produced in court are bribed . Many innocent Hindus were sent to jail on
the basis of Teesta Setalvad chosen and coached
“witnesses produced out of thin air “
The judges knews that
their doctored testimony cant be trusted – yet they convicted innocent Hindus.
Because and judges do
not have access to the original event, it is paramount to know whether a
testimony is based on actual experience or not.
A LYING AND SOLD OUT
WITNESS IS NOT “OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE “.
SUCH BRIBED LYING WITNESSES MUST BE PUNISHED SEVERELY.
Let me quote Wikipedia-
QUOTE: In November 2010, Setalvad was accused of
pressuring Zaheera Sheikh, the key witness in the Best Bakery case, to make
certain statements, leading to the unprecedented transferral of the case
outside Gujarat. In August 2005, the Supreme Court of India committee absolved
her of the charges of inducement levelled against her by Zaheera and awarded a
one-year jail sentence to Zaheera for perjury.[41] In 2013 Tehelka in an
undercover investigation discovered that Zaheera had been paid to alter her
testimony. Teesta Setalvad's former aide Rais Khan Pathan has filed an
affidavit in the Supreme Court alleging manipulation of evidence, which were in
the form of statements of witnesses, by her in five sensitive post-Godhra riot
cases.[43] In April 2009, the Times of India ran a story claiming that the
Special Investigation Team (SIT) set up by the Supreme Court of India to
investigate and expedite the Gujarat riot cases had submitted before the Court
that Teesta Setalvad had cooked up cases of violence to spice up the incidents.
The SIT which is headed by former CBI director, R K Raghavan has said that
false witnesses were tutored to give evidence about imaginary incidents by
Teesta Setalvad and other NGOs.[44] The SIT charged her of "cooking up
macabre tales of killings".[45] The court was told that 22 witnesses, who
had submitted identical affidavits before various courts relating to riot
incidents, were questioned by SIT and it was found that the witnesses had not
actually witnessed the incidents and they were tutored and the affidavits were
handed over to them by Setalvad.[45] The report which was brought to the notice
of the bench consisting of Justices Arijit Pasayat, P Sathasivam and Aftab
Alam, noted that the much publicised case of a pregnant Muslim woman Kausar
Bano being gangraped by a mob and foetus being removed with sharp weapons, was
also fabricated, and false.[44][46] eesta's Sabrang Communications and
Publishing (not registered under FCRA) had between 2004 and 2014 accepted
$290,000 from the US-based Ford Foundation without the government approval .The
Ford Foundation, one of the largest international donors, was put on the
watch-list following a Gujarat government complaint that it was interfering in
India's "internal affairs" and encouraging Teesta's NGOs to promote
"communal disharmony".[72] Ford Foundation has been accused of such
allegations in another country also.[73]:UNQUOTE

False verbal
information can integrate with original memory. In experiments , when participants were
presented with either truthful information or misleading information, and
overall it showed that even the false information verbally presented became
part of the memory after the participant was asked to recall details.
Facial recognition is a
good indicator of how easily memories can be manipulated. In this specific experiment, if a misleading
feature was presented, more than a third of the participants recalled that
detail. With a specific detail, almost 70% of people claimed that it had been
there, when it had not been present.
People were highly
susceptible to suggestion, and Judges do NOT warn slimy lawyers to have a a better approach to questioning witnesses.
Mistaken or flawed
identification has assumed a newfound prominence in recent years.
In USA more than 80% of
convictions were later overturned by DNA testing, according to the New
York-based Innocence Project, which works to free the wrongly convicted.
Innocence Project has led to the freeing of
337 wrongfully convicted people, including 20 who spent time on death row.
Almost all (99%) of the convictions proven to be false were of males with
blacks getting the short end of the stick.
Police and Judges must
nore the confidence levels of eyewitnesses when they select a suspect.
In India police wrangle
promotions and medals when they arrest innocent people and keep them as
undertrials without being charged . A
lot of high ranking police officers are such characterless people.
The nature of erroneous
perception are termed Khyatis.
There are six important Khyatis in Indian philosophy.
There are six important Khyatis in Indian philosophy.
They are:
1. Satkhyati, ( what is
experienced is real , non-existent cannot be perceived )
2. Akhyati, ( memory
mistaken for perception, lack of right discrimination vis-à-vis memory )
3. Anyathakhyati, (misapprehension, one reality is mistaken for another,
4. Atmakhyati, (subjective
existence and objective non-existence, error not in the object but in the
subject)
5. Asatkhyati, ( error
consists in the apprehension of the unreal or in the perception of non-existent
entities )
6. Anirvachaniyakhyati.
( indeterminate judgement , apprehension of the indescribable )
