SANATANA DHARMA , HINDUISM EXHUMED AND RESURRECTED, PART 144 , SOUL MATTERS – CAPT AJIT VADAKAYIL

THIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART   143

 https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2022/09/sanatana-dharma-hinduism-exhumed-and_61.html

your ego is a field of conscious awareness that identifies with your physical body. it thinks it has needs, and because it thinks it has needs, it develops fears about not being able to get its needs met. whenever you get, upset, impatient, anxious or fearful it is because you believe you have an unmet need. the principal needs of the ego are survival, safety and security.

he ego builds after 27 months of age to act as a buffer to protect itself from the pain of separation it experiences when it is operating in a three-dimensional material world. that the ego is not who you are; it’s who you think you are. it is the personality mask you wear to get your needs met in the cultural framework of your existence.

because the soul identifies with your energy field and not with your physical body, your soul knows it cannot die: consequently, it has no fears. not only does the soul have no fears, it also has no needs. at the soul level, we live in a state of oneness. there is no separation. at this level of existence, giving becomes the same as receiving:

if you want to feel a sense of well-being and find fulfilment in your life you must learn how to master or release your ego’s fears.

the ego is your body-mind self, or your false self. the ego is founded on identification with your body and mind at the object-pole of attention. the ego exercises iq and eq but has no access to sq.

sq as ‘our most fundamental intelligence. it is what we use to develop our capacity for meaning, vision and value. it allows us to dream and to strive. it underlies the things we believe in and the role our beliefs and values play in the actions that we take. spiritual intelligence explores how accessing our sq helps us to live up to our potential for better, more satisfying lives

spiritual quotient is going beyond your cognitive and emotional skills.

it is living in humility; bearing in mind that yoursoul is a splinter of brahman the mother field albeit at a lower frequency..   a understanding of sq motivates people to balance their work commitments, time with family and inner growth.

we humans are built-in with spirituality with soul as our core. we are spiritual beings.

during sannyasa, you gain a sense of the reason for human existence.

in sanatana dharma, sannyasa ashrama is set aside for inner dialogues and reducing the karmic baggage. being creative for society reduces the karmic baggage. vadakayil is creative in his vanaprastha ashrama , by penning blogs with no motive for profit.. to youngsters who are about to take up a career , i will tell them this—“never take up a job in which you cannot apply your own conscience” this is in case you want to happy , when your work is a continuous festival of joyful play. then you can have a face without lines, like yours truly- at the age of 66.

in the hindu system four stages of life have been prescribed: brahmacharya (student celibate life), grihastha (family life), vanaprastha (literally, living in a forest), sanyasa (total renunciation as sannyasi , total freedom with nothing left to lose ).

in grihasta ashrama, man must marry and procreate.. brahmacharyam is the “on the path to brahman” and this has nothing to do with semen the way jew rothschild injected into our scriptures and used his agents like gandhi to propagate.

self control as meant by brahmacharya brings a healthy relationship into your life and, being so channeled, gives great strength and energy, as patanjali has explained. the word brahmacharya literally means a lifestyle adopted to seek and understand brahman – the ultimate reality. it means “devoting oneself to brahman”.

brahmacharya is the virtue of celibacy when unmarried and fidelity when married. . procreation is gods equation..  love , when it culminates in procreation is the most beautiful thing..

sex must be face to face , eye to eye, chakra meeting chakra ( for electrified sperm prodicing champion babies  )  – not doggie position where the woman is fantasizing of the large dong of her filthy office peon. ..

it represents a virtuous lifestyle that also includes simple living owning only what you need. brahmacharya is a means, not an end. . brahmacharya is about allocation: using your resources effectively to achieve your aspiration. brahmacharya means not misusing sex.

brahmacharya means ‘to respect the creative power of sex and not abuse it by manipulating others sexually.. the sex you have with your wife is love. the sex you have with a whore is lust.

like the other yamas, brahmacharya has to do with balance, and how we choose to use or “invest” our resources. each and every act and thought is an outflow of energy. some thoughts and actions offer beneficial dividends, while others simply drain our resources. in the name of continence, we are asked to be wise investors.

the yamas all center around intuitive ways of being, and of treating ourselves and others, so that we can be more connected internally and externally. the yamas are about how to treat others – to achieve the aim of dissolving otherness.

yama is personal practices consisting of ahimsa (noninjury), satya (truthfulness), asteya (not appropriating what belongs to others), brahmacharya (moving toward ultimate truth or brahman), and aparigraha (non-acceptance of gifts).

brahmacharya is about harnessing the energy or power of our senses and directing that instead to greater personal understanding- not withholding semen. virya  implies the indomitable courage and will to follow the path of yoga. this determination will bring us back on the path of yoga when the mind is distracted by the sensual objects..

jew rothschild introduced “brahmacharya ” (celibacy ) and we have his agent rogues like vivekananda and gandhi making a virtue out of it.. vivekananda had very little prana within and suffered from 33 major illnesses.   so balls to his bullshit brahmacharya / ojas theory..

gandhi took fake vows of brahmacharya with a weeping wife kasturba in front of rothschild’s journalists.. it was jew rothschild who created fake mutts to introduce gay and unmarried pujaris into temples –and be gurus.. he had agents like vivekandanda extolling virtues of brahmacharya and semen retention.. the vedas and upanishadic sruti texts of hinduism in their discussion of brahmacharya, make no mention of any restraint on sexual activity.

now we have the fake brahmakumari cult peddling celibacy for women.   hinduism is not catholic christianity were priests do not marry.   in hinduism a pujari must marry and have children .

a man without a living wife cannot do a fire yagna..  all our ancient maharishis were married with children.  if you find any literature that a maharishi was unmarried , it is poison injected.  in ancient indian literature you do not find any mention of homosexuals , due to our y chromosome preserving gotra system..

barren women and unmarried childless men do not make good rulers or spiritual leaders —as per sanatana dharma.. jew rothschild used abhinavagupta to spread the lie of preserving semen and brahmacharya – and introduced anal sex receiving effeminate vermin as unmarried gurus in his fake mutts…

abhinavagupta is the fountainhead of agama shit— which is not part of hinduism. .. today tamil pride party ( of fake kanchi mutt ) tout these fake agama texts as the real vedas. ..

most passages in agama texts repudiate the authority of vedas.. jew rothschild used abhinavaguptas work ghatakarpara kulaka vivrithi to praise ghatakarpara , the fake work of kalidasa who never existed ..

when in brahmacharya stage ( birth till age 25 ), the student is asked to move away from tamas … ” tamasomaah jyothirgamaya“, my school morning prayer .. tamas in the prayer is not exactly darkness..

tamas is the quality of :– inertia/ stagnation/  decay/ darkness,/ chaos/ ignorance/ destruction/ negativity/ delusion/ fear of change/ apathy/ carelessness/ lethargy/ errors/ false beliefs/ laziness/ depression/ irritation/ self centredness/ cravings/ instability/ disease/ fatigue/ indecisiveness/ drive for short term pleasure/ messy/ forgetful/ prone to accidents/ doubt/ excessive belief in fate/ low living/ low thinking/ complacency/ loss of power of discrimination/ vulgarity/ malice/ despair/ emotional clinging/ splitting hairs faalthu mein/ sweating the small stuff/ forgetfulness/ inaction/ bewilderment/ indifference/ greed/ immorality/ deceitfulness/ hostility/ coarseness/ negligence/ insensitivity/ cruelty/ loss of self control/ impetuousness/ inability to adapt to change/ inability to move outside comfort zone/ cynicism/ procrastination/ surrender in the face of hostile forces….

when jew rothschild shat on bharatmatas face , we indian watched as impotent tattus with our thumbs up our assholes.. not any more..

whether gujju no 2 childless modi , the darling of the jewish deep state , wants it or not.. we the people know what to do..

in rothschild’s poison injected yajnavalkya smriti it is said:–“ a brahmana should not marry, he should observe brahmacharya, and, keeping his power of purity, should directly take direct sannyasa after brahmacharya”..

sorry sanatana dharma does not allow any hindu to jump from barmacharya to sannyasa stage ( retaining his semen like vivekananda with prostrate gland cancer ) – skipping grihasta and vanaprasta stages ..  it is taboo.

this is what rothschilds agent vivekananda did..  he followed the fake teachings of yajnavalkya who never existed.. jew rothschild made a kerala prince raja ravi varma paint all his fake and backdated creations.

hinduism states that we are the masters of our own destiny. it is for us to make it, to better it or to spoil it. this is our privilege. this is our responsibility. you have control over karma but generally you don’t have control over fate.

god holds the fate switch in his pocket.

if you utilize the sannyasa ashrama stage to its full potential, you can alter your fate for the future rebirth life too. such is the wonder of sanatana dharma.. remember, it is impossible to avoid your karmic destiny. .. this is energy absed quantum physics..

karma exists to protect us and to guide us back on track when we go astray. there is no authority in hinduism . the shankaracharya of original four mutts do not wield any power like the pope.

the tools of sanatana dharma like karma and moksha makes the hindu ethical and moral. you find white tourists coming to india and writing when they go home: “hindus do not care for the beggar on the street “..

hey mister tourist — did you care ? you took a photo for your own selfish reasons, right?.. this is like br ambedkar moaning to the white invader —the brahmin did not drink from my cup ..

hulllooo ambedkar paaji —did you check out if the white man would drink from the brahmin’s cup ( leave alone your cup )..

thiru evr periyar , mahatma phule saab , kancha ilaiah squeak etc do not know that in ancient times brahmins lived by begging ( except in kerala where they were protected by parashurama ) aryan namboodiris who knew vedas on oral route owned all the land . . every ancient purana and panchatantra story started off with there was a poor brahmin living in a hut..

no hindu ever fights in the name of god. . Jew Rothschild created fake sects and made them have pitchd bloody battles at Kumbh Mela, the reason why Himalayan Nagas Sadhus still come with sears and swords.

whatever divisions are fissures are there ( more than 1000 of them ) were all created by german jew rothschild who ruled india, as a divide and rule policy.. there are no inquisitions where the christian priests revel in torture and killing of kaffirs by fatwa of mullahs .

hindus do not rush out of temples on friday noon as a murderous mob to lynch people of other religions .

hinduism has never advocated conversion, all are aware of this truth. the exodus has already started.

i predict in another 10 years almost all christians will cremate their bodies . people of other religions now ponder about the soul.. their evangelists lecture on the soul, though it is not mentioned in their holy book..

Fake bhakti movement laid total emphasis on bhakti or devotion to god as the only means to achieve moksha. the word shraddha was replaced by bhakti in our scriptures. this kicked laws of karma and thus sanatana dharma in the teeth .

lot of fake gurus came out of the woodwork or fake mutts created by jew rothschild.. there are fake gurus who claim they are re-incarnations of some guru who got moksha before.

these pathetic idiots must know that once a soul gets moksha , it wont be re-inducted back on earth.. earth is a school for brahman..

life is the means by which brahman understands himself..

every bad act ( bad karma ) lowers the soul vibrations.. every good act ( good karma ) raises the soul vibrations. soul is a ball of energy. karma is thus scalar energy.. a brahmin can go to the lowest purgatory astral layer and a dalit/ shudra can rise to the highest astral layer seven get moksha .

it is about soul frequency and not which mortal body ( shudra / brahmin ) this soul dwelt in while on earth .. only within the broad framework offered by just such a sacred science can we hope to truly grasp the “whole elephant” of synchronicity, and not simply one of its appendages, as exemplified by the rare and dramatic coincidence..

western science has operated for centuries on the assumption that we can understand the universe without understanding ourselves. we are just now seeking to make the necessary connection between the general laws of nature the those of our own (inner) nature.

but the job won’t be done with “massive injections of the new consciousness” which we do at the vadakayil kalki ashram; we cannot democratize the sacred by cheapening its demands..

.. the whole of the west ridiculed the power of consciousness of hindu vedanta, as coolie verses and mumbo jumbo–about conscious observation, human intention and coconut breaking in rituals.. not anymore!..

the vedic system speaks of interconnectedness between the observer and the observed. erwin schrodinger (1961) wrote that the vedic slogan “all in one and one in all” was a vedic holographic idea that led him to the creation of quantum mechanics..

it was erwin schrodinger and his fellow scientist werner heisenberg who first said “quantum theory will not look ridiculous to people who have read indian vedanta”..

vishnu avatar souls ( rama / krishna / ayyappa ) are brahman himself– the highest frequency souls. they have more than 13 strand dna ( nil junk ) and are supermen. while on earth , they did not disturb the laws of karma , though they could. they subjected themselves to laws of karma

there is no speculation in vedanta. srutis were picked off from akasha by 12 strand dna maharishi seers . this is why 400 century old vedas has stood the test of time.. it is eternal –sanatana dharma.. it is not cock an bull of single holy book religions touted as word of god ..

imagine koran has verses on how to sell bad dates and buy good dates… tee heeeee. you call this spirituality—or a survival manaul in the desert?

each one of these four aspects of antahakarana or mind has specific functions and the quality of its functioning depends on the guna that is predominant. we identify with the ego, and we function most of the time as the ego.. the rajasotamasic ego functions through identification, projection and imagination, and makes us identify with the body and everything that exists and happens in the body, i.e. mind, senses, vital energy, thoughts, emotions, sensations etc.

due to rajasotamasic ego we feel the strong sense of ‘i am the body’ or more accurately ‘the body is me’.  this identification with the body creates the illusion that we are separate entities, living as if we were separate from god—that mind and soul are separate.

the ego makes us identify with the external objects and persons.  lower ego make us identify with thoughts, feelings, fantasies, beliefs, memories, opinions and externally with objects, people, situations, teams, religions and collective entities. this causes deceit to convert , inquisitions and “kill them kaffirs” mentality..

the ego makes us compete in a faalthu manner with the joneses..  purusha simply just is. but, because of the presence of prakriti, purusha gets attracted to nature in the way a man is attracted when he watches a beautiful woman dancing.

he cannot help but try to get closer. and then the disaster occurs: purusha becomes trapped inside prakriti.   purusha gets more and more entangled in prakriti. soon purusha forgets that it was ever separate and ceases to struggle to regain its freedom.

atman is intrinsically and unchangeably free, complete, whole.  it is pure awareness, self-contained.  when atman manifests as purush and ‘joins’ with prakriti, it is playing the game of life.  the object of the game is liberation, salvation, kaivalya, or complete isolation or freedom from all pain and imperfection.

because of these identifications and the attachment we develop towards them, they become an extension of ourselves. so, we feel everything that we relate with (my car, my wife, my child, my garden, my phone, my tablet, my jacket, etc..) as a part of ourselves (more precisely as a part of our ego).

that’s why when we lose them we experience unnecessary pain or suffering. the intensity of suffering depends on how strong is our attachment to them. a sannyasi is free as he has nothing left to lose.

the ego is the root-cause and creator of numerous identifications, projections, attachments and delusions, which cause suffering on a personal and collective level.  we must detach and disidentify with prakriti as body, mind and external world, which is to return to the purusha or consciousness principle as our true nature.

this is what yoga strives for in its control of the vrittis of the mind.  yoga teaches us to observe prakriti, including our mind-body complex, so that we can return to the purusha, our true nature as the seer.  man deluded by the sense “i”, thinks, “i am the doer.”..

the most powerful practice is svadyaya ( contemplation ) to bring attention to the forms of prakriti, progressing from the grossest experience of the material world to the subtle aspect of the mind. animals cannot contemplate , only conscious humans can.

whether it is sattva or rajas or tamas, the gunas are part of prakriti and responsible for our ignorance, delusion, bondage and suffering on earth. when they are active, we remain bound to one thing or another. we cannot be free, until they are fully resolved.  even though it is pure, sattva is but an instrument of prakriti, which is meant to serve its ends by keeping us bound to the worldly life under the sovereign control of its sovereign master.

hence, one may cultivate purity (sattva) to suppress the other two, but in the end must rise above all the three and become stabilized in equanimity, sameness, and oneness of the self.   one should go beyond the three gunas to attain immortality and freedom from birth, death, old age and sorrow..

don’t trust the bhagawat gita you get in the drawers of a posh 5 star hotels, benami owned by catholics missionaries.

have you ever tried reading the old bible testament? ..  it is not fit to be preached in church to a family with a 15 year old daughter.  she might ask what lot did on topof the mountain to his daughters. or she might ask what the hell is written in the first corinthians, about incest—about a young girl being at the fruit of her age, blah blah – he has done well and if he gives her in marriage he would have done better — blah blah.

this is why they have a new testament— an abridged one.  800 years of slavery to the beef eaters, has uprooted the hindu culture…

a man does a agnihotra homam for his own inward purity and for the well being of all things animate and inanimate. ..

in the fake composition fake bhaja govindam, adi shankaracharya ridicules an old sannyasi who was learning panini’s grammar and metering/ prosody / morae of vedic srutis…

adi shankaracharya will never ever call this old sannyasi a fool as he mastered the vedas at the age of six and knows the paramount  importance of grammar of the srutis. .  adi shankaracharya taunts the old man and tells him that only bhakti to govinda ( krishna ) can give him moksha..

sorry, this is against the basic tenets of sanatana dharma.. this is an example of cultural terrorism conducted by jew rothschild on indian hindus..

only an absolute idiot will try to change adi shankarachrya’s verse meter style and his basic thinking pattern —this includes the main advaita philosophy taught by him as he cannot change his basic philosophy, which has become a part of his life itself..the main methods of evaluation is perusing the sanskrit verse prosody ( chanda ) and this includes colophon, writing style, chanda, matra, meter, terminology, grammar, etc used..the chandas, as developed by the vedic schools, were notable for including both linear and non-linear systems..

the structure of meters in sanskrit prosody include those based on fixed number of syllables per verse, and those based on fixed number of morae per verse. in vedic culture, the chandas were revered for their perfection and resonance.. compilations of sanskrit prosody contain over 1000 meters. panini’s treatise on sanskrit grammar distinguishes chandas as verses that compose the vedas..

bhaja govindam is metrically highly irregular. it does not follow the same chandas throughout. not a single stanzas is the totaka meter. adi shankaracharya in all his wisdom created 4 original mutts in the 4 corners of india ( sringeri/ puri/ dwarka/ badrinath ) and distributed the 4 vedas and 108 upanishads..

there was a caveat, that each veda must be in the custody of a kerala namboodiri who is proficient in veda sruti oral transmission, to make sure the sound uttered has utmost purity and the  metering/ prosody / morae of vedic srutis are 100% congruent..

veda srutis were downloaded by kerala maharishis 400 centuries ago and penned down 70 centuries ago as the human dna was degrading and it would be impossible to memorize the humongous vedas and transmit it without losing sound purity…. writing down the vedas meant nothing.  veda srutis had to be recited by sound, as the magic lay in the sound ..

sanatana dhama is all about shabda brahman.. shiva’s damaru beat the divine geometry sri yantra which holds the theory of everything into existence.. shabda brahman ( sound ) is a great morphogenetic organizing force without which no matter can be formed by energy transformation..

the cosmos is a grand musical symphony.. this is why sanskrit mantras have extreme power.. this is why sanskrit is called “devavani” or the language of the gods..

this small hour glass shaped drum damaru is held by shiva in one of his arms.. 54 is the number of sanskrit alphabets ( my mother tongue malayalam too ) beaten out by the damaru of lord shiva which panini heard in his meditational trance..

shiva’s damaru drum gives binaural beats ..  shiva is never depicted without a damaru drum.  the damaru sound  produced symbolizes nada, the cosmic sound of aum ( inherit in sri yantra digital value of 108 ) of 7.83 hertz  which can be heard during deep meditation.

according to hindu scriptures, nada is the source of creation.. 7.83 hz this is schumann’s resonance frequency or earth’s heart beat or frequency of hindu king mantra om frequency – a sound which cannot be heard by the ears( unless it is a harmonic ) but can be heard by the heart..  yoga is suppression with awareness; tantra is indulgence with awareness..

in today’s era that is filled with hatred and insensitivity, perhaps a little dose of understanding about our own spiritual dimension would all do us some good.

through contemplative practices and spiritual aspiration, we can learn to live in a closer relationship with this deepest and unique aspect of ourselves, this place where inner guidance can come through when we need it most.

the more we meditate with love, and work upon ourselves with compassion, the more our personal impurities, both conscious and unconscious, will gradually leave us and be replaced by the growing energies of real love and understanding

iq measures the intellectual capacity of a person. eq measures the person’s self-awareness, feeling of empathy and their capability to be sensitive to other’s feelings. whereas, sq refers to a person’s ability to build their capacity for meaning of life, the vision and value they hold, and understand the elements that make them dream and strive for self actualization.

it has interface with spirituality to help oneself create a balance amongst the various facets of their life.

spiritual intelligence is linked to hemisphere synchronization and entire brain activation..

spirituality increases the ability of a person to be creative and to be aware and insightful. the power of intuition and awareness can be increased with help of spirituality

human beings have five senses: sight (eyes), hearing (ears), taste (tongue), smell (nose), and touch (sensatory). spirituality is the ability to recognize that there is intelligence beyond our five senses.

there is universal power that creates and governs everything within and beyond the worlds we know, and that power is omnipresent. we can surrender to this supreme intelligence through our awareness.

we call this universal power by different names as per our religious faith. spirituality makes things easier for us to go through the life’s journey with all its ups and downs. it makes our lives happier.

only sanatana dharma dealt with spirituality.. other 4200 keechad level religions lifted with half baked understanding.

our spiritual dimension gives us strength to find a sense of inner peace of both peace of mind and peace in the heart. it allows our inner values to steer through peaceful interactions with the world around us. it develops our concern for others, our concern for mother nature, and other living beings and it improves our conscious effort to make a positive contribution to society.

manu, a noble kerala maharishi was converted to a bigot by jew rothschild, the biggest drug baron and slave runner,  who ruled india.

the importance of spirituality has been historically neglected in education. even educational branches such as medicine, nursing, psychiatry, and psychotherapy lack spirituality aspect. the importance of emotional intelligence or eq has been established; spirituality needs have not been systematically researched, examined and studied.

sq makes us more responsible of ourselves, family, society, our surrounding, our country and then our universe too. it helps us to interconnect our personal vision with the larger good of humanity. it makes us more humble in our perspective. to a great extent it reduces our selfish intentions and curbs our ego, so that our karmic baggage reduces and soul frequency increases..

we, human beings, carry big egos, and want to feel all important. we tend to get swayed with our power, status and money. we never realize if we are that important in this world. our arrogance or our humility spoils our relations with so many people. human race has progressed on innumerable innovations made. with each innovation, the level of comfort enjoyed is higher

hough we have made materialistic progress, though we have too many comforts compared to previous generations are we really happier? here is where spirituality helps us to find our inner peace of mind. a long and healthy life is important for any individual. ill-health can either halt one’s progress or, even if one succeeds, result in the ‘gifts’ of a heart disease, blood pressure or diabetes. a happy individual also builds a happy family and society.

nowadays we have chutney marys’ giving lawyer talk “ i am soul hurt , instead of saying the truth, “ i am butt hurt boomeranged by my own ego”

spiritual quotient therefore is the ability of an individual to see his personal vision and the consequent endeavor to achieve the same through the understanding of the larger good to the society, bringing good health and happiness to him and the world at large.

people with a strong spiritual life had an 25% reduction in mortality and hospital bills..

unless we set apart time in our daily busy schedule to make steady progress in our spiritual journey, we will not get time to even think about these issues. spirituality brings depth to an individual’s approach and perspective towards leading a more meaningful life.

as humans we get wrong ideas about so many aspects; each of us is busy trying to prove our worth. each one of us is trying to be better than somebody, how many of us have destroyed ourselves in the rat race…..

how many of us have wasted our time, efforts, energy and almost everything on this planet just trying to look a little better than somebody else. do we really need all these fancy gadgets and golf courses to be happy?

it is such a horrible waste of life, because you will never blossom into your full potential if you keep thinking how to be better than somebody. sq helps us in fixing our priorities of life; it helps us in understanding do the best that you can – what has to happen will happen.

today, in the corporate world also most of the organizations and institutions have realized and acknowledged that their human element, what is called ‘human resource’ is not simply intellectual property consisting of human knowledge and skills, but is human spirit as well. corporate have realized that they need to nurture and value the human spirit which is an integral part of leadership. spirituality is not a mere element which needs reference and regular discussions on it; its practice and application will reduce commotion and misconduct to a greater extent. lot of awareness is growing in applying spirituality in the workplace.

we  see organizations breaking rules and law of lands. ethical practices remain only in books never to be practiced. the work place is considered good if it has special toilets for homosexuals with glory holes for suckig cocks and vagginas  and if the zionist company bears the cost of attending the”gay parade” it is a bonus ..

how many firms are socially responsible by providing a reasonable working environment while paying adequate wages and benefits? how many firms follow the human rights? even if it doesn’t directly commit abuses, a company may work with suppliers or subcontractors who are responsible for human rights violations, such as using child labor farmed off to desparate third world african nations.

AT THE VADAKAYIL ASHRAM AT CAMP UDUPI RUN BY KALKI AMY OFFCER ES MANIAN, WE PLAN TO HOLD CLASSES ON “ THE DANCE OF THE SOUL”

ALL WISDOM STARTS WITH KNOWING YOURSELF..  NAAN YAAR,   WHO AM I  ? —  Capt Ajit Vadakayil

MY BLOG SERIES ON “ SOUL MATTERS” BASED ON 6000 YEAR OLD BHAGAVAD GITA MUST BE PART OF OUR NCERT SCHOOL TEXT BOOKS..

 THIS IS REAL EDUCATION.

Childless traitor Modi, a darling of the Jewish deep state legalized prostitution/ adultery/ living together/ homosexuality  in India using the foreign funded Judiciary.  Cultural terrorism at its best

According to Hinduism, sex is sacred only if it is marital. Hinduism absolutely prohibits premarital or extramarital sex.

Any expression of sex in Hindu puranas and Itihasas are the expressions of genuine beauty to procreate out of love , and not pornography.

Sex in Hinduism is a god given act  by which a married couple surrenders the ego, at the same time achieving satisfaction and progeny.

There was NO prostitution in India till the white invader came in. The immoral white invader created whorehouses for their white troops and made a devious whoring system by the name of DEVADASIS

http://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.in/2014/02/devadasi-system-immoral-lie-of-temple.html

These verses from the 7000 year old Upanishads clearly indicate that, sex is a form of worship and also as an act of sacredness.

There is NO scope for perversion and homosexuality.

“This man (ama) am I; that woman (sâ), thou!

That woman, thou; this man am I!

I am the Sâman; thou, the Rig!

I am the heaven; thou, the earth!

Come, let us two together clasp!

Together let us fluids mix,

A male, a son for to procure!”  (Brhad-Âranyaka Upanisad, 6.4.20—5000 BC)

BG 12.13-14: Those devotees are very dear to Me who are free from malice toward all living beings, who are friendly, and compassionate. They are free from attachment to possessions and EGOTISM, equipoised in happiness and distress, and ever-forgiving. They are ever-content, steadily united with Me in devotion, self-controlled, of firm resolve, and dedicated to Me in mind and intellect.

YOUR EGO IS YOUR ( SOULs ) GREATEST ENEMY.

Quantum entrainment has been pounded into the head of Arjuna by Lord Krishna in 4000 BC.

Pure awareness is a simple experience —just a small gap in your thinking when you are without ego — a small space of nothing–shuniata.

Why did I talk about being ego less?  Because at Sabarimala all are same.  There is no special treatment given to the rich or powerful.  Nobody can wear better dress than others.  No jewellery is allowed.

“Nothing” doesn’t give answers, it IS the answer.   Deep peace is the side effects of this experience of “no-thing” or “no-thought.”

You experience that small gap in between your thoughts, between the second and third flash.

Thousands are experiencing the same along with you.

Thousands have opened the third eye for a few seconds –without raising their Kundalini.

Sabarimala Makaravilakku is the only experience on this planet which affords you this magic.

This is not a meditation. This is a shift in perception. It is the realization that you are more than your thoughts.  Something is there beyond your mind.

When Amitabh Bachchan was up shit creek without a paddle he took a pilgrimage to Sabarimala

Quantum entrainment  is a process that instantly gives the body, mind and spirit deep rest and fast healing.  It works in seconds.  Yes, pure awareness is the deepest rest you can get.

The quantum entrained pilgrim does “nothing,” yet everything gets done for him.

An inflated ego can never allow a person to behave normally.

Being in the zone is a state of mind—where you are free of thinking and negative emotions and in A FEELING MODE.    The less you think, the more you achieve .

All have a sense of finesse and grace, with mind and body working in perfect unison All of them are beyond the boundaries of human ego, and feel that they are part of something larger, where the laws of the physical world cease to exist, transcending the condition of being human.

When the left and right lobe of the brain works in harmony, the unleashed mysterious K force can made you achieve the extraordinary .

Nididhyasana is the last frontier the mind has to cross. It is the ultimate sadhana which one has to keep doing till the Truth is realised.

Nididhyasana is the final step of the spiritual journey but the most difficult one.   It is only with the grace of God and attunements received from of the Guru that one can reach and cross over this stage.

For nidhidhiyasan, the guide is the knowledge but finally the knowledge is also left behind and one remains as that Supreme Truth alone.    Nididhyasana is the practice of atma-vichara, self-enquiry, self-investigation, self-scrutiny or self-attentiveness.

The teaching of the Upanishads is divided in ten nididhyasanas, and the last is Aham Brahmasmi, I am Brahman.

“Aham Brahmasmi” – “I am Brahman, I am the totality”– Upanishads 5000 BC

When you remove the limitations of the mind, the ahamkara ( EGO ) is amputated , Brahman appears.

This utterance by the shishya together with his guru,  is very potent and it NOT a throwaway oath.

At the end of it all , the Guru and the shishya recite Aham Brahmasmi together- and then they part probably never to see again .

To milk Tamil votes childless traitor Modi told three times that Tamil is the oldest religion on the planet. You see Tamils love ego massages.

For poisoning the Hindu texts , in return he established Tamil as the oldest language— which gave an ego massage to Tamils Bishop Robert Caldwell academically established the Dravidian family of languages in a false immoral manner .

He served as Assistant Bishop of Tirunelveli from 1877. Poisoning Hinduism made atheists and British stooges like EVR Periyar happy. The Government of Tamil Nadu honoured his ‘historic contribution to Tamil’ with a memorial and issued a stamp in his name.

Every patriotic Indian must know what this white Christain man did to divide Hindus.

For 50 long years Caldwell worked tirelessly to give stimulus to the radicalisation of the Non-Brahmin movement .

Scotsman Robert Caldwell (1814-1891) who along with his wife Elissa Mault did massive conversions by offering sops.

The Madras Catholic Diocese, has been on a amazing campaign that, “Thiruvalluvar was a disciple of St. Thomas and that Thirukkural have been lifted from the teachings of St. Thomas—nonsense.

The Hindu , an ANTI-HINDU NEWSPAPER owned by Tamil Iyengar Jew N Ram, keeps praising Robert Caldwell as a ‘pioneering champion of the downtrodden’ and an ‘avant-garde social reformer’.

It Was Robert Caldwell, who wrote LIES that great Tamil kings were gullible enough to accept the title ‘Shudra’ when Brahmins told them that it was a title of honour.

He did propaganda that CUNNING ARYANS invented what is now known as Hinduism as a means to enslave Dravidians!

He drove the wedge of ARYAN/ DRAVIDIAN divide. EVR Periyar was instigated by Rothschild to demand for DRAVIDISTAN .

It was Robert Caldwell who firstly used the word “Dravidian” in 1856 to DIVIDE AND RULE .

It was Caldwell who first wrote that the Dravidian (South Indian) languages had their own independent origin (Malayalam is almost Sanskrit due to Namboodiri migration from Saraswati river in 4000 BC )

EVIL Caldwell did majority conversions during famine times-deliberately introduced by the white invader as a conversion weapon .

Conversion happened en-masse by rice bags for SURVIVAL and even today the term RICE BAG CHRISTIANS is used. Deliberate FAMINE in India was used as a conversion weapon .

WE DESH BHAKT INDIANS WANT THE STATUE OF THIS DESH DROHI WHITE EVANGELIST- WATAN KA DUSHMAN ON THE CHENNAI MARINA ( a gift of the Church of South India in 1967 ) TO BE DISMANTLED., ALONG WITH HIS HOUSE ( MEMORIAL NOW ) IN IDAYANKUDI / THIRUNELVELI .

In the 7000 year old Upanishads we get a glimpse into the workings of the minds of the great ancient Indian thinkers who were unhampered by the tyranny of religious dogma of men who became brokers of Gods or Gods themselves , burnings at the stake, political authority, pressure of public opinion, seeking truth with single-minded devotion, rare in the history of thought.

These Indian sages were not satisfied with their intellectual speculations. They discovered that the universe remained a mystery and the mystery only deepened with the advance of such knowledge, and one of the important components of that deepening mystery is the mystery of man and consciousness.

The Upanishads became aware of this truth, which modern science now emphasizes. The purpose of the Vedas was to ensure the true welfare of all beings, worldly as well as spiritually. Before such a synthesis could be achieved, there was a need to penetrate the inner worlds to its depth.

The purpose of the Vedas was to ensure the true welfare of all beings, worldly as well as spiritually. Before such a synthesis could be achieved, there was a need to penetrate the inner worlds to its depth. This is what the Upanishads did with precision and gave us the science of the self, which helps man leave behind the body, the senses, the ego and all other non-self elements, which are perishable.

The Upanishads tell us the great saga of this discovery — of the divine in the heart of man. Upanishads in an attempt to unravel the mystery of the human mind and of consciousness.

The ancient Maharshis understood the staggering scale of the human mind.

This is what the Upanishads did with precision and gave us the science of the self, which helps man leave behind the body, the senses, the ego and all other non-self elements, which are perishable.

In the modern age people get stressed, and they need to still the mind–the chattering monkey, which remains entangled in the past and the imagined future, but never in the present.

Meditation is about holding your mind to the present.  The aim of every form of meditation is to still the mind, or you cant purify it and get rid of deep rooted negativities , which affect your health and even give you severe migraines.

Introspection /  Meditation is a surgical operation of your subconscious mind to remove and discard negativity / ego and improve tolerance, grace and kindness.

For a layman– you are stressed when your hands feel cold, your heart rate, breathing, and muscle tension increases. The result is that your immune system goes for a toss and you get depressed or burnt out.. Depression is a weird feeling of loss .

Introspection/  Meditation  teaches you to look inwards, with awareness , within yourself and know the true nature of all sensations, and loosen the stranglehold of habits and vices..  He scans his own body and sees where the stress and tension is.

He just witnesses , he does not react.  His mind does not control him, rather he controls his mind.  It is a universal remedy for all universal ills.

When your ego powered mind is chattering like a monkey or the angry sea, you miss the truth.  Truth can be communicated only in silence. For this deep silence you need to have harmony between the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga can help improve your relationship with your spouse, parents, friends or loved ones, which has been damaged by ego and mind games ! A mind that is relaxed, happy and contented is better able to deal with sensitive relationship matters.

7000 years ago, Kerala maharishis Patanali wrote his sutra–  Tapah Svahdyaya Ishvarpranidhanani Kriyayogah” Austerity, self study and surrender of the ego is Yoga of action.  Patanjali’s definition of Yoga of action is Kriya Yoga

A yogi does NOT jump into conclusions . Nobody can make him jump into the bandwagon. He does NOT bow to precedent.  He will NOT get pre-occupied with stuff over which he has zilch control.

He does proactive change by seeking out reasons for change rather than waiting for them to arise. He can deal with change as a matter of heart as well as the head.

Change demands energy. Hours of worry will drain your energy. The path through change is rarely smooth or predictable. The first need is to recognise the need for change and let go of old ways.

He can build inner  awareness of the need and impact of change.  He drops his ego.  He admits to himself if he has made mistakes in the past. His new way is not to be judged as better/ worse or right/ wrong. They are simply new and need to be learned practiced and judged on their merits.

Yoga has given him a sense of autonomy and self direction. He forges the hinges of destiny on his own terms. He rarely seeks the comfort zone. He seeks new balance and direction.  He can  establish new attitudes and beliefs .

The Yogi uses his free choice and does NOT sweat the small stuff. He will NOT short sell himself . He knows how to let go at the right time.

Happiness is a victory lap of positive forces over negative forces in your life.  A yogi can weed out negative thought.  Freedom from want is his greatest liberator. The gambler who waits for one more throw of the dice  is not exactly liberated.

A yogi is free from worry, compulsive thinking , negativity and pathetic clinging . He can put himself in another person’s shoes to view from another perspective-laterally.  He does NOT engage in tunnel vision . His is NOT stuck in microscope mode— he can pull back his lens at will and go to telescope mode.

Of course he is NOT a dim-wit. He can use pain for feedback.  He uses  pain as a message from the universal forces. He can follow his  emotions but he know when to control them.  He knows that an easy and calm mind can only be attained when emotions are allowed a safe expression.

He can separate his  pride from the situation in hand.  He does NOT take things personally and get hajaar hypersensitive.. He does NOT swell on nasty remarks . He is able to ignore run down battery torches who endlessly challenges the sun.

He has the innate ability to move on after grieving. He does NOT get mired in self pity . He is NOT the crying type.  He sees possibilities in every problem.  He can enjoy even a uncomfortable moment and then give a moonh todh full blooded shot. The Gita teaches us to give full blooded shots.

The yogi has grace under pressure. He does NOT expect too much .He does NOT concentrate on what he does NOT have. He can count his blessings.

He does NOT break his own word to himself consistently. He is NOT addicted to emotional drama, hysteria and cynicism. . He does NOT seek happiness at the expense of anothers deep unhappiness – even if it were his enemy..

When you attend old alumni meets , you can notice how little some people have changed. You see deep rooted ego surfacing..

The bullies still remain bullies.  They subconsciously try to bully the same people whom they bullied 40 years ago. They still have all the negative traits and characteristics that they had when they were teenagers.  The same fears, attachments, ego and assumptions continue; they are only veiled.

The underlying emotion for the ego is fear, the fear of being a nobody.  Ego creates suffering without recognising it.  The ego thrives on reactivity.  There is a fine line between pride and arrogance, that line is called EGO.

When some ego laden cunts knew that I made the second highest donation to the school fund, they started their mind games. The highest donor used his dad’ money.. I was a self made man..

a REAL hindu spiritual guru, is devoid of EGO.

we do NOT need 5 star gurus for propagating sanatana dharma.

i went for an ART OF LIVING COURSE of triple sri ravishankar , at calicut taj hotel.

my wife sort of arm twisted me into doing this –as she attended an AOL course and she literally told the course lecturer female to FU#K OFF.    enough of bull.

the mannerisms were the same –same bull and then HOO HAAN ? exactly the way triple sri speaks.

she went through the SOO HUMM nonsense of hyperventilation and experienced the NITROGEN NARCOSIS ( MARTINI EFFECT ) –which was being touted as a great thing–

she called me up during the break — narrated what what she experienced to me ( i was on the other side of the planet on a ship ) –   that she had to tuck her body extremities ( hands and legs ) in a mobius pattern or there was this bizarre vibratory effect .

duping of the first order.

the last straw , was when the course participants had to mimic they were going around on a scooter and tell whoever comes in front ” I BELONG TO YOU” eye balling him ( tthis is banned in Sanatana Dharma )

my wife told  ” i have NOT come here to tell such nonsense to a stranger” .

MY WIFE IS VERY VERY LEVEL HEADED — AND SHE IS ONE STEP HIGHER THAN A REIKI GRANDMASTER ..

only if you know what this means– you will understand- –

for she is higher spiritually and as a healer , than triple sri ravishankar by several notches . only thing is that she shuns publicity.   she is cerebrally superior to triple sri too.

getting back-

it so transpired that myself and another guy were the only people who had paid and turned up at Taj.

so a white robed GURU saunters in — nay- sashays in , fashionably one and a half hours late –and he tells both of us, that the course is cancelled .

the other guy said thank you–and left immediately .

i hung around and told–

I WANT A REFUND RIGHT NOW.

they tried their level best to make me agree to attend the next course in calicut .

since i was PISSED OFF– i said NOPE.

i shall collect my refund on the spot , even if i have to get physical, call the police or hire a lawyer .

mind you all this is happening in a 5 star hotel.

they paid up !

On my Chemical tankers I commanded , there were GROUND RULES – I did the mentoring the Vedic way. Compliance came from commitment and never by submission. This happens when leadership is inspiration, fair and moral .

SOUL MATTERS, PART 20–  Capt Ajit Vadakayil

THIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART 19, BELOW–

The individual soul has become impure through cravings, desires, egoism, pride, greed, lust and likes and dislikes. The Supreme Soul brahman is Infinite, Omniscient and Omnipotent. It is an embodiment of knowledge and bliss.

A jivanmukta is one who does not see anything separate from the soul.   The Realized Man has transcended all destiny and is bound neither by the body nor by its destiny. His actions are cosmic movements and not the instincts of the sense of egoism

“The one who renounces his ego, who is liberated from arrogance, jealousy etc. , who performs actions without harboring likes/dislikes, is called a Jeevan – Mukta (liberated while yet alive) by wise men.”-          Mahopanishad (2/50)  5000 BC

As per our Hindu scriptures a human being is essentially an atman clothed in a physical body. The Sanskrit  word atman, means “God within,” is usually translated as soul, self, or spirit.

Atman or soul is immortal and divine.  Therefore, an individual is potentially divine and eternally perfect. There are two states of existence associated with atman: the bound state and the liberated state.

In the bound state, atman is associated with a physical body. As a result of this association, atman is subject to mãya, which causes it to forget its true divine nature and commit evil deeds in the world.

The powers of maya are two-fold.  As cosmic ignorance, maya deludes the atman into forgetting its own true nature.  As creative energy (shakti) of Brahman, maya is the material cause of the universe.  In the liberated state, atman is said to have attained moksha  (spiritual perfection) and consequently enjoys union with God.

When your ego powered mind is chattering like a monkey or the angry sea, you miss the truth.   Truth can be communicated only in silence. For this deep silence you need to have harmony between the mind, body and soul.

Shraddha means unwavering faith in the sacred scriptures or shastras and in the moral codes they contain as well as in the atma ( soul )…

The shastras are designed to ensure the peace and prosperity of the world and the spiritual perfection of mankind..

Happiness is FREE. It is about filling up the space deep inside, or gratification of the soul.   Freedom from unnecessary want ( to keep up with the Joneses ) is the greatest liberator.

Such liberated people are NOT found in PAGE 3 parties – they will NOT curtsy to kosher Prince Williams and his wife Kate at the Taj like Shobhaa De.  All things of great value are absolutely free, given an received in silence without an audience

Moksha does NOT make your soul extinct, rather this ball of energy within you merges with the mother field from which it has taken off on a long and difficult  journey.

It is true home coming.

It is now the  final end of anymore earthly sojourns for your soul.

The Hindu scriptures tell us  that the energy body of Atman is ‘na jAyate’ (never born), ‘na mriyate’ (never dies).

Remember you are immortal—  you were born with the stars , at the beginning of cosmic creation.  Your cadaver/ body is like a pair of jeans , you discard on death .

The Sanskrit  word atman, means “God within,” is the soul.. We do Namaste to the soul of the other person.

“Atmano mokshartham jagat hitayacha”‘Pursue  moksha while keeping in view the welfare of the world.’-  Rig Veda 5000 BC

Free will is our soul’s consciousness-light.  The essense of spiritual life is to use your freewill the right way.

Spirituality trains your mind to think—  it does NOT ask your to memorise past events or cooked up facts, like religion .  It makes you vigilant and guards you against negativity.

Sanatana Dharma is all about spirituality, it is NOT a religion. The west have puked out their religions- they  come to India  ( or Bali )  for spirituality.

They are curious—what is the wonder of Sanatana Dharma that it could NOT be extinguished by 800 years of slavery under Islam, Christianity and Judaism.

Plants and animals get killed or die as part of the grand plan of evolution of soul.     They will be humans in due course of course with samskaras ( soul impressions ).

Ganapathi is in charge of the Muladhara bandhana and NO expansion of consciousness is possible without his express permission.

Ganesha’s KARMA ADHYAKSHA sets the wheel of Karma into motion- he knows every subtle thing of your mind and past deeds.  Ganesha decides if the animal soul should enter a conscious body.

The law of karma does not apply to insect, animal or plant life, where the soul’s promotion to higher life forms is automatic.

Animals like humans are NOT exempt from fate .   BrahmAn decides fate by factoring in past samskaras

एवं बुद्धे: परं बुद्ध्वा संस्तभ्यात्मानमात्मना |

जहि शत्रुं महाबाहो कामरूपं दुरासदम् || 43||

Translation

BG 3.43: Thus knowing the soul to be superior to the material intellect, O mighty armed Arjun, subdue the lower self (senses, mind, and intellect) by the higher self (strength of the soul), and kill this formidable enemy called kama ( NOTHING TO DO WITH SEXUAL LUST )..

By practice of yoga one becomes gradually detached from material concepts.   This is the primary characteristic of the yoga .   Looking London seeing Tokya cockeyed ugly Trisha Shetty will never understand

Yoga, is the union of the individual soul with the Supreme Soul.   Just as camphor melts and becomes one with the fire; just as a drop of water when it is thrown into the ocean, becomes one with the ocean, the individual soul, when it is purified, when it is freed from lust, greed, hatred and egoism, when it becomes Satvic, becomes one with the Supreme Soul.

Yoga was devised to meet all the deepest needs of the soul.  Vedanta was seriously preoccupied with the structure of the human condition.

With a rigor unknown elsewhere, ancient India has applied itself to analyzing the various conditionings of the human being.

Yoga is a discipline which enables man to discover his true Nature.   According to Yoga, man’s essence is spiritual; and his true nature may be described as freedom.

The Bhagavad Gita is indeed a grand book of yoga. Can Trisha Shetty understand my blog series on “ SOUL MATTERS “  ?

Bhagavad Gita emphasizes self-discipline and control over the senses as essential techniques of a yoga that it defines as the “balance” of the individual and universal consciousness.

Maya is not false, it only clouds the inner Self and principles that are real.

Under maya’s influence, the atman, (the soul) mistakenly identifies with the body. When you look into the mirror , what you see is NOT  you. Your face is like your shirt. YOU are the soul within.

Thus the illusioned soul spun identifies with the temporary body and everything connected to it, such as race, gender, family, nation, bank balance, and sectarian religion.

Under this sense of false-ego (false-identity) the soul aspires to control and enjoy matter. However, in so doing he continuously serves lust, greed, ego , jealousy, fear  and anger.

WHEN EGO AND IGNORANCE IS SHED MAYA ALSO SLIPS OFF –YOGA IS A TOOL

There is NO western chemical DRUG for thinks like lust, greed, fear, jealousy , ego— only Yoga can handle it.

Where is the life we have lost in living.. Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?  Where is the knowledge we have lost in information? Hark again to the Upanishads:–

“There the eye goes not Speech goes not, nor the mind. We know not, we understand not, How would one teach it?”

Our ancient Sanskrit scriptures are summits of thought on mankind and the universe, designed to push human ideas to their very limit and beyond.

They give us both spiritual vision and philosophical argument, and it is by a strictly personal effort that one can reach the truth.

These graceful sages  gave us the science of the self, which helps man leave behind the body, the senses, the ego and all other non-self elements, which are perishable.

These ancient writings  tell us the great saga of discovery — of the divine in the heart of man. The sages had depersonalized themselves in the search for truth.

We can study the graceful conflict of thought with thought, the emergence of more satisfactory thought and the rejection and unlearning of inadequate ideas.

Hypotheses were advanced and rejected on the touchstone of experience and not at the dictate of a creed. Thus thought forged ahead to unravel the mystery of the world in which we live.

I have watched hundreds of hours of evangelist TV –where  pastors rant about sin.  They convince the viewers that they are all sinners and only Jesus or Pope and his minions can save them. And of course you have to repent.  They put FEAR in you.

“Repent,” urged Peter, “and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:38).

Frightening people with sin and threatening them with eternal damnation is meant to keep people in line. Religion is often about getting people to conform to the beliefs and mores of those who run the religion- a lot of them homosexuals and pedophiles.

We would be better served if our religions could uncover, cultivate, and support our capacity for justice and kindness, rather than harp on our failures and brainwash you into FEAR .

Religion is an institution established by man for various reasons. Exert control, instill morality, stroke egos, or whatever it does.

Organized, structured religions all but remove god from the equation. You confess your sins to a clergy member, go to elaborate churches to worship, told what to pray and when to pray it.

In India spirituality is born in a person and develops in the person..  Sanatana Dharma extends to all facets of a person’s life.

Spirituality is chosen while religion is often times forced—because you are born into the religion of your parents.. .

True spirituality is something that is found deep within oneself. It is your way of loving, accepting and relating to the world and people around you.

It cannot be found in a single holy book place of worship or by believing in a certain way.

There are dozens of religions and thousands of denominations—there is only ONE way to spirituality. Religion is for those who are asleep.  Spirituality is for those who are awake

Religion is for those that require guidance from others.  Spirituality is for those that lend ears to their own inner voice and conscience .

Hinduism insists that you use your own conscience, which is the greatest task master. Religion has a dogmatic and unquestionable assembly of rules that need to be followed without question.

Sanatana Dharma steeped in spirituality  invites you to reason it all, to question it all and to decide your actions and assume the consequences

Single messiah religion threatens and terrifies. Spirituality of Sanatana Dharma gives you inner peace

Single messiah religions speaks of sin and of fault.   Sanatana Dharma encourages “living in the present” and not to feel remorse for which has already passed – Lift your spirit and learn from errors.

Religion represses humanity, and returns us to a false paradigm.   Hindu Spirituality transcends it all and makes you true to yourself

Religion is instilled from childhood, like the milk you did NOT want to drink.  Spirituality is the food that you you seek, that satisfies you and is pleasant to the senses

Religion is not God.  Spirituality is infinite consciousness and all that is – It is brahmAn.

Religion invents and cooks up.  Indian spirituality discovers.  Religion does not investigate and does not question- nor is any devotee allowed to question.  Spirituality requires you to question everything.

Religion is based on humanity, an organization with military type rules from a book of law.  Indian spirituality is divine, WITHOUT rules

Religion is cause for bitter division.   Hindu spirituality is cause for harmonious union

Religion continues the teachings of a RIGID sacred book,  Spirituality requires sacredness in books within the fold .

Religion is in charge of the “to do”.   Spirituality is in charge of the “to BE”

Religion is a dialectic soaked in rigid ethos. Spirituality is truth and  logic

Religion feeds the ego. Spirituality burns ago – it makes you transcend

Religion is to continue adapting to the psychology of a template—to jump into the bandwagon . Hindu spirituality is individuality.

Single messiah religions live in the past and in the future.  Hindu spirituality lives in the present, in the here and now.

Religion lives in the confinement of your memory.  Spirituality is LIBERTY in AWARENESS.

The major difference between religion and spirituality is one of believing versus being and experiencing.

A religious person accepts a certain set of hardcore beliefs as true and observes a certain set of ridiculous rituals , lumped down throats .

A person of the Christian religion believes Jesus is God’s Son and observes baptism and Communion. A person of the Muslim religion believes Allah is God and observes Ramadan and salat.

In contrast, spirituality is the fact of being spiritual and is usually evidenced by the act of doing spiritual things.  Self imposed praying, meditating, reading scripture, and giving to a charity are all things that a “spiritual” person might do.

Religion usually promotes a creed and has a defined code of ethics; it is tangible.   Spirituality exists in the nebulous realm of the undefinable.

Because of this, an increasing number of people in postmodern Western culture view spirituality as good and religion as bad.  Freedom and ambiguity is IN today; slave mentality dogmatism is OUT

Single messiah religions makes you bow on terms and timetable which is NOT your own –   Hindu spirituality sets your free like a bird – to choose what you want on your terms and time table—subservient to NO mortal past or present.

Organized religion tells you what to FEAR and tells you dire consequences. Hindus spirituality makes you aware of the consequences but does NOT allow you to focus on the fear. . It shows you how to act on love and not on fear, it shows you how to control fear and use the best of it.

Organised religion arm twists or brainwashed you to believe truths etched on rock – Hindu spirituality slows you to discover truths. .

It lets you Connect With Your Higher Self and see with your own mind what truth is because the truth as a whole is same for each one of us. It lets you believe in your own truth through your own perception of your heart.

Single messiah religion makes you dependent and a potted plant –  Hindus spirituality makes you independent. . Happiness is always found deep in ourselves and only we are responsible for it. Divinity is in us and that is why we are always worthy. You can never be a piece of shit

Organised religion applies severe retribution method at the hour of judgement – Sanatana Dharma applies Karma.

Single holy book religion armtwists you to follow someone else’s journey –  Hindu spirituality lets you strike your own path and discover truth our your journey by experience. There is no true religion or spirituality without fairness , compassion , gratitude and love.

Organised religion by hindsight has been the cause of violence, wars, discrimination, bigotry, pain and suffering, all of which are a long way from kindness, compassion, comfort and spiritual reassurance.

AND WHAT TYPE OF RELIGION IS IT, WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO GET OUT OF THE FOLD BY APPLYING APOSTASY LAWS OF DEATH ?

IS IT SOME DRUG CARTEL TO BEHAVE THIS WAY?

Spirituality highlights qualities such as caring, kindness, compassion, tolerance, service and community.  What type of compassion is it where someone will exploit your vulnerability to make you convert. People have now seen through all this.

Religion is defined by its tradition and teachings, spirituality is defined by what is real in our own experience, arising from an inner search within ourselves, the finding of our own truth.

.Organised religion has always bred separation WE versus YOU — my religion vs. your religion, my God is the only real God, my ethics are better than yours, etc. — Hindu spirituality sees all people as equal.  In Sanatana Dharma we are spiritual beings whose purpose is to awaken to our true nature.

Spirituality places an emphasis upon the well-being of the “mind-body-spirit,” so “holistic” activities such as meditation and yoga are in use . In contrast to religion, spirituality has often been associated with the interior life of the individual.

While trying to misuse our WE ALL ARE SAME beliefs FAKE Indian gurus funded by Zionist Jews are now trying to push globalization in India.

These FAKE gurus who milk their devotees and push homosexuality on behalf of their masters abroad are EVIL humans.   Even Dalai Lama is now pushing homosexuality to curry favour with Zionist Jew media.

The western man, who can think clearly ,  is now no longer willing to be restrained and shackled by his religion. Church attendance has fallen drastically in the west and the Pope is HAJAAAR worried.

The people cannot contain the mass movement in the west to discover the “god within” – as told in Sanatana Dharma  .

The white man is now deeply suspicious of institutional structures and disgusted with homosexuals and pedophiles who have invaded churches as the Vatican rules do NOT allow clergy marry and be normal humans with happy homes.

The white man has released that spirituality is much more than going to church and agreeing with outdated church doctrines.  Today in the west spirituality is the shorthand term used to talk about a person’s relationship with God.

They come to India to kick start their journey on the road of spirituality. They are pleasantly surprised what while in India , nobody who assisted him in his quest , tried to convert him into Hinduism.

Single messiah religions are a complex adaptive network of myths, symbols, rituals and concepts that simultaneously figure patterns of feeling, thinking, and acting and disrupt stable structures of meaning and purpose.

Over time this has metamorphosed to including a whole lot of cultural phenomena not ordinarily associated with religion—as a part of OUR WAY OF LIFE.

People who turn to spirituality refer to their interior life of faith to mean the necessary communal andr organizational part.

The Vatican moans –Spirituality is just  “plain old laziness” and that  “spirituality without religion can become a self-centered complacency divorced from the wisdom of a community”.

AIYOOO !

–and that Neo Pagan forms of mysticism are “shallow and inauthentic.”

DOUBLE AIYOOO !

–and that when contrasted with professional or academic theology, Neo Pagan spiritual philosophies are  unpolished, disjointed, or inconsistently sourced.

TRIPLE FUCKIN’ AIYOOO !

VADAKAYIL ARMY OF KALKI CONSCIOUSNESS HAS MADE THE HINDU’S CHEST SWELL WITH PRIDE.

Well, Hindus spirituality places little importance on intellectual beliefs, but is concerned with growing into and experiencing the Divine consciousness or brahmAn.

The western man is now sick and tired of his religion which takes the approach of fearing God—which is hugely concerned with sin, guilt and a concept of a God who punishes.

The spiritual approach to God is through the path of love.  This is a love where there is no judgement – only acceptance.  In Hindu spirituality sins are really just ignorance based on a false belief of who we are and sometimes foisted on us by past life soul samskaras .

Spirituality shows us that God is omniscient and omnipresent and can be felt as a living presence in our own heart.  Vedanta says that there is no separation between the Creator and His Creation.

Christainity , Judaism and Islam falsely brandl Hindus idol worshippers.    Sorry BrahmAn cannot be picked up by the 5 human senses. They paint us black first out of ignorance/ spite  and then ridicule us of being black.

All this wont work any more.

So they feel the utter compulsion to convert us from black to white or green or whatever—because Hindus religion is all wrong .

So kind of them.

So merciful of them.

Hey,

SHOVE IT AND SHOVE IT GOOD !

Truth cannot be shut and locked up in a single holy book of any single messiah religion.

Single holy book religions place more emphasis on outer forms and outer rituals. Hindus spirituality is less concerned with outer rituals.  Never mind the long drawn  fake AGAMA rituals of the FAKE mutts of the white invader.

Spirituality says that what is important is a seeker’s inner attitude. Through practising spirituality we seek to develop an inner shrine in our own heart.

When we look at history in the Bible, we see that God created a religion for the nation of Israel at Mt Sinai after they came out of Egypt (Exodus 19)..

The truth is in the old testament – nowhere are pyramids or sphinx mentioned. And there are NO hills in Egypt

All were blind?PRAY ?

PRITHEE ?

Religion is an institution established by man for various reasons.

In the case of Christianity read the post below— read all 5 parts

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2016/04/apollonius-or-jesus-christ-who-is-real.html

Organized, structured religions all but remove god from the equation. There is too much of EGO MASSAGE demanded.

You confess your sins to a clergy member, go to elaborate churches to worship, told what to pray and when to pray it. All those factors remove you from god.

Spirituality is born in a person and develops in the person.  Hindus spirituality extends to every single  facet of a person’s life.    Spirituality is chosen while religion is forced—you are born into a religion .  Spirituality, is defined by God while religion is man defined. Religion is a manifestation of the flesh. But Spirituality, as defined by God, is a manifestation of His nature.

In Hindusim there can be NO pope— we have people like Sri Sri Ravishankar and Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev playing Pope and the Benami media props them up .

We Hindu don’t care for these two fellows with shallow minds -looking to grab the limelight —  every which way—   hour after hour

True spirituality is something that is found deep within oneself.  It is your way of loving, accepting and relating to the world and people around you. It cannot be found in a single holy book.

Religion is all about EVIL people pretending to be holy controlling other people.  Religion distances you from God and from the sacred.

Spirituality is the  ONLY way reach God and the sacred on your own steam.  Spirituality is the right thing to center your life on.

Spirituality is nothing but a deeply private and personal form of religion, in this religion only you exist with the almighty . This spiritual solitude soothes, awakens and liberates    Capt Ajit Vadakayil – 2022 AD.

WANNA READ ABOUT A RELIGIOUS CATHOLIC SAINT ?

SANATANA DHARMA IS ROOTED IN SOUL MATTERS

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/mother-teresa-myth_n_2805697.html?section=india

BRAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY !

As soon as the Pope knew that Monica Besra’s statement might scuttle his plans , he immediately latched on 35-year-old Brazilian man who had brain tumours in 2008,–but HEY mother Teresa died in 1997.

Very few Indians attended her funeral in Calcutta.

Mother Teresa was the recipient of numerous honours, including the 1979 Nobel Peace Prize.

Her canonisation was done on 4 September 2016.

On 28 August 2010, the Italian Catholic waitress struck a 5 rupee  coin –to commemorate the 100th anniversary of her birth.

IS THERE NOBODY IN THE CATHOLIC FAITH WHO CAN TELL THE TRUTH ?WHY THIS IMMORAL LIE ?HAS NOT THE WHITE MAN SCREWED INDIANS ENOUGH?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/06/22/mother-teresa-tried-to-brainwash-hindus-to-become-christians-and/

Sanatana Dharma encompasses such realms as the cognitive or philosophic, the experiential and emotional, and the behavioral.   The white man can also be outwardly “religious” in performing certain actions, with zilch  focus on the underlying principles of spirituality.

Sanatana Dharma has charmed the world with its inherent based on acceptance, appreciation, compassion, and interdependence.  It held within Dharma,  the conscience based law that governs all action. It has its own beliefs, traditions, advanced system of ethics, meaningful rituals, philosophy and theology.

Even our medical system of Ayurveda is spiritual and holistic where prevention is better than cure.  Today Ayurveda is nearly dead. 95% of magical herbs are gone with grabbing of temple lands by commies and destruction of snake temples by the white invader quoting superstition

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2012/07/king-cobra-and-snake-temples-of-kerala.html

Only spirituality holds the path to wisdom. A spiritual person is the one who understands the meaning of one’s real self- the divine within.  Commies tried to brainwash and lost .

Spiritual practice is the only means of acquiring mental comforts and peace.  Chemical medicines cannot address FEAR, greed, jealousy, ego , guilt , despair , negativity etc.

Spirituality has nothing to do with the social system.   It is entirely an inward concept.  A spiritual person is one who always remains calm even in difficult situations.  He doesn’t have any complaints at all.

He always bears a smile and tries to make others happy.  He is unshaken by the worldly joys and sorrows and he believes that everything happens in life for a reason.

Hinduism is a way of LIFE.  The white man comes to India for life management lessons, when he gets mentally and physically derailed. He leaves  India happy and centred- no longer a slave to his surroundings..  he now understands that without spiritual development , man is without love or positive emotions ( affection, care, respect, sympathy ) .

Without positive emotions man cant be happy. He now understands , that the purpose of life is to be happy. Happiness must alight on him like a butterfly, he cant chase it.

He now knows how to live in peace with things he cannot change.  He understands the laws of karma and that man alone is the architect of his destiny. He knows that inaction is worse than no action at all.

Faith and trust are the seeds which bring the sweet fruits of success. Faith is about “ can do”  think “ it is possible”  it gives you new energy. Faith is the bird which sings when the dawn is still dark.

He now has will power,  to carry on the fight.  This springs from self esteem,he knows the divine is within him. Nobody can make him feel small without his own consent.

This is liberation—ladies and gentlemen.

Only a liberated man has the maturity to evaluate himself , his own performance and behaviour.  To be successful you must be exited about life.   Life is a festival only to those who live with enthusiasm.

A liberated man knows that failure to hit the bulls eye is never the fault of the target.   Unlike what is tom tommed by the BENAMI media , a Hindu does NOT believe in  predetermined destiny –it is the is the only refuge of weak minds.  Lord Krishna said we must take responsibility for our failures and be in the moment.

India is the happiest nation on the planet.  The white man sans spirituality wonders how a poor black man can be happy .

For a Hindu the ultimate luxury is a happy home where inmates laugh together.   Laughter is a tranquiliser with no side effects.

You are responsible only to yourself. No order is higher than your own intelligence.

Creating guilt in you is the oldest trick of all religions. A happy person carries his own temple around him. Repressed sexuality causes almost all diseases.  A man of awareness never reacts and so is unpredictable.

Eliminate the needless wants of life. Never feel shy to show feelings.

You must allow life its freedom. All perfectionism is a deep ego trip. Never betray a trust.  Get along with people. Use soft words and hard arguments . Laugh, have fun. Most of your pain is self chosen.

You are in this river of life only for a short time on a raft–very soon 100% , you will plunge down the waterfall and die.  Enjoy the fish you caught–don’t keep fishing like a moron –for you cant take it all to your grave.

Don’t be in awe of death and demean life on the  raft.

YOU CANT BANISH THE DANGERS , BUT YOU CAN BANISH YOUR FEARS.

You have succeeded in life when all you really want is only what you really need.

YOU ARE NEVER A LOSER UNLESS YOU QUIT TRYING.!

One day you find, 10 years have got behind you. No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun. – Pink Floyd

Brahman is the ultimate, both transcendent and immanent, the absolute infinite existence, the sum total of all that ever is, was, or shall be.

The word Atman means the immortal perfect Spirit of any LININGg creature, all beings, including animals and trees.Ātman is a central idea in all the Upanishads, and “Know your Ātman” their thematic focus.

These 7000 year old  texts state that the inmost core of every person is not the body, nor the mind, nor the ego, but Atman – “Soul” or “Self”. Atman is the spiritual essence in all creatures, their real innermost essential being. It is eternal, it is the essence, it is ageless. Atman is that which one is at the deepest level of one’s existence.

Patanjali, in the Yoga Sutras, provides an excellent explanation of the suffering, its causes and the remedy. He describes five kinds of kleshas (sufferings) which are all caused by our ignorance of not knowing our true identity. We suffer because we allow our negative ego (ahamkara) to take over our intellectual capabilities.

Patanjali also tells us that suffering that has not yet come can and must be avoided

हेयं दुःखं अनागतम् – heyam duhkham anagatam (sutra 2.16).

Patanjali, in subsequent sutras, goes on to explain that the suffering is caused by ignorance and it is up to us to eliminate this ignorance through the practice of the eight limbs of yoga.

The third sloka of the second chapter of Patanjali’s Yogasutra , explicitly identifies Five Poisons ( panchaklesha):

अविद्यास्मितारागद्वेषाभिनिवेशाः पञ्च क्लेशाः॥३॥

Avidyāsmitārāgadveṣābhiniveśāḥ pañca kleśāḥ

These five (pañca) Kleśa-s or Afflictions (kleśāḥ) are:-Ignorance (in the form of a misapprehension about reality) (avidya),egoism (in the form of an erroneous identification of the Self with the intellect) (asmita),attachment to pleasure (raga),aversion to pain (dveṣa),

IN OUR PURANAS WE READ ABOUT PENANCE AND BOONS .   IT IS A MESSAGE ABOUT STARVING THE EGO TO FEED THE SOUL.

SOUL MATTERS PART 21 – Capt Ajit Vadakayil

HIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART 20, BELOW-

Laws of karma do NOT apply to animals as they do NOT have an ego.  Ego is the soul’s worst enemy.

Some ignorant people say: “Karma does everything. It is all destiny. If I am destined by my Karma to be like this or like that, why then should I exert? It is my destiny only.”

This is fatalism— as projected by Prof Godbole in PASSAGE TO INDIA..

Hindu fatalism is a terrible myth spun by Western, orientalist foul imagination. The idea is to denigrate Hindus as stone hearted savages.

In E. M. Forster’s A Passage to India, the reader experiences multiple layers within the novel beginning with the structure, the focus on relationships, and the characters.

The author makes a concerted faalthu effort throughout the novel to build a bridge between Western and Eastern societies by using the characters to demonstrate the deep differences in the cultures.

Professor Godbole, an instructor at Fielding’s local college, is the loopy guru of the school. He seems clueless and utterly oblivious to others’ suffering, with a streak of silliness . There is no fatalism in Sanatana Dharma

A person with fatalistic beliefs perceives health as being beyond one’s control and instead dependent on chance, luck, fate, or God.

Fatalism will bring inertia, stagnation and misery. This is perfect misunderstanding of the laws of Karma. You have made your own destiny from within by your thoughts and actions. You have a free will to choose now.

Man sows an action or thought and reaps a habit of doing or thinking. He sows a habit and reaps a character. He sows a character and reaps a destiny. Habit is second nature or rather first nature itself.

Man has made his own destiny by thinking and acting. He can change his destiny.

Man is the master of his own destiny.

Determinism is the doctrine that all things, including the will, are determined (limited) by causes. This is the converse of free will.

The doctrine of Karma is diametrically opposed to the doctrine of fatalism. Fatalism causes inertia, lethargy, weakness of will and bondage. Fatalism annihilates faith. It induces terrible fear in the people. It destroys ethics. It checks growth and evolution

The doctrine of Karma is an incentive to action to better one’s condition. It is a source of solace. It gives man an assurance of a broader and happier life. It presupposes freedom of the will.

In your present life you forge the hinges of your destiny on your own terms.

Your destiny is created by your karma, not only in this present life , but also your previous lives.

As per Hinduism you have a BACK LOG of karma –that is why you are still in a mortal coil.

Now — you can be given moksha by god even if your back log of accumulated karma is still heavy — based on good deeds or even a single HUMONGOUS good deed involving personal sacrifice .

This is not mere addition and subtraction OR snakes and ladders game as told by that anal sex receiving RASCAL Devdutt Pattanaik.

Sometimes a single good deed just before you die , can have a force multiplier — and give you moksha. Retired IIT professor ( Kanpur ) fasted 110 days for Ganges and died in Oct 2018..

Vadakayil says — his soul has got Moksha . Childless traitor Modi watched him die.  GD Agarwal was an intellectual not a illiterate army truck driver like Anna Hazare..

People who have not followed the laws of DHARMA accumulated bad karma.

People who go against their conscience and do wrong things accumulate bad karma.

You past karma does NOT affect your thinking/ action .

You know when you do something wrong — unless you are a mad man..  I have never seen a DRUNKEN man mistaking his sister for his wife.

People choose to ignore their conscience and do bad things.

A jivanmukta , or a man who attains moksha after death will NOT have ego or anger.

Lord krishna explained karma yoga to  Arjun– about doing his duty and being in the moment. – but then there is god as a judge who watches .

The Law of Karma is infallible and everyone  is subjected to it.. As per the law of karma, every positive deed which we do, generates  positive marks, while every sin ( laws of universe ignored ) results in negative arks , which subsequently we need to repay by enduring happiness or unhappiness in this life of the next

During our day-to-day interactions, we are either increasing or reducing the karmic baggage weight.  If the karmic baggage weights you will have another re-birth and another chance to lighten it.

We are not consciously aware of the give-and-take karmic accounts generated in our previous births.   In our subsequent births, we may or may not be equipped to settle our destiny and the paradox is that at the same time we are creating new karmic accounts.

Thus, this loop of karma and destiny binds us and we remain entangled in it. The only way through which we can nullify our give and take account and destiny is through sustained and regular spiritual practice.

In Sanatana Dharma the true purpose of life is to overcome karma (destiny) and attain moksha where you become god. The ball of energy within you ( soul ) merges with brahmAn ( mother energy field ).  The soul was once part of it. It is REAL home coming .

ONLY IN HUMAN LIFE FORM CAN WE CHANGE OUR DESTINY.

AN INTELLIGENT MAN WILL NOTE THAT KARMA AND DESTINY ARE AT LOGGERHEADS.

Destiny guides us towards a specific goal, but without our wilful participation we will not achieve our destiny.

Every choice we make affects our future and therefore our destiny

CONSCIOUS MAN HAS BEEN GRANTED FREE WILL BY GOD

AFTER ALL 99.999 % HINDUS HAVE BEEN FOOLED INTO BELIEVING BY THE WHITE INVADER , THAT THERE IS HEAVEN ( SWARG ) AND HELL ( NARAK ) IN HINDUISM  — AKIN TO THE SINGLE HOLY BOOK / SINGLE MESSIAH RELIGIONS..

Rothschild created the FAKE and backdated rishi Charvaka to inject poison into Hinduism.

Jew Rothschild’s agents LIED that Charvaka atheistic doctrines are part of Rigveda.

In Charvaka ( Lokayata ) Hindu school where there is “no God, no samsara (rebirth), no karma, no duty, no fruits of merit, no sin.”

KUCHCH BHI KARO—MAJJA MAARO !

Amish Tripati who denigrated Lord Shiva had told that he belongs to the Charavaka branch ( which never existed before the white invader came to India ).

If he is an atheist why does he want to denigrate Lord Shiva and convert him into a recent sex starved mortal?

For denigrating Sanatana Dharma Amish Tripati has been rewarded by Rothschild agencies– Forbes India has ranked him among the top 100 celebrities in India four times in a row, in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Amish Tripathi was selected as an Eisenhower Fellow, an exclusive programme for outstanding leaders from around the world.

The Sanskrit proverb is Rinam kritva ghritam pibet, yavan jivet sukham jivet is attributed to Charvaka.

It means – “Live so long you have a life and live with all comforts and luxury even if you have to take a loan”

Charvaka is “materialist hedonism” and supposed to be propagated by a the “father of Carnatic music” the FAKE Puranadara ( sic!).

As per the white Christian missionary , Purandara fuckin’ Dasa fought the evils of casteism through his songs.

Indians have NO idea what all false and fake ways the white man tried to subvert Indian thought. The fake mutts of the white invader created the fake “ Carvāka school of philosophy” ( Lokayata ) with its variety of atheistic and materialistic beliefs.

Sorry–such a school of thought never existed in India.

This Charvaka philosophy was about the virtue of selfishness ( Ayn Rand –mistress of Rothschild philosophy )and the belief that that wisdom lay in enjoying pleasure and avoiding pain.

They were extremely critical of the Vedas giving propaganda that Vedas were just incoherent rhapsodies , and that the Vedas suffered from three faults – untruth, self-contradiction and tautology.

Charvakas called Vedas as books to be read by buffoons, knaves and demons, which cannot be deemed to be honourable

The Charvaka philosophy spread the belief that Vedas were cooked up by men and had no divine authority.

The white historian invented a false Charvaka philosophy( Sarva-darśana-saṅgraha ) a fake poison injected work back dated and attributed to a 14th century Advaita Vedanta philosopher Mādhava Vidyāraṇya from Hampi India, which starts with a chapter on the Charvaka system.

This this chapter was never there.

Plea bargained Chitpavan Jew nay brahmin Veer Vinayak Savarkar , claimed that he was a Hindu atheist.   Sorry, a Hindu cannot be an atheist.

Charvaka’s atheistic argument happens to be a book, Sarvadarshansamgraha , written by the FAKE and backdated creation of Rothschild — dvaita Vedanta pushing Madhavacarya.

Nobody heard of Madhavacharya of the FAKE Udipi Mutt till the white invader came to India

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2014/01/my-visit-to-sringeri-mutt-exhuming.html

In addition to the FAKE Buddha and Mahavira contemporaries ( 2500 years ago ) Rothschild created the FAKE and backdated atheist Ajita Kesakambali as another contemporary who taught Charvaka Lokayata ) philosophy .

The Rothschild historian gave bull that the name Lokāyata, is found in Chanakya’s Arthashastra. First of all Arthashstra is totally poison injected by the white invader

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2014/08/chanakya-taxila-university-professor.html

The FAKE Sarvasiddhanta Samgraha states the Charvaka position on hedonism as follows-

“ The enjoyment of heaven lies in eating delicious food, having sex with young women, using fine clothes, perfumes, garlands, sandal paste… .. the wise ought not to take pains on account of moksha. Only a fool wears himself out by penances and fasts. Chastity and other such ordinances are laid down by cunning weaklings” — Sarvasiddhanta Samgraha, Verses 9-12

Charvakas school teaches that there is nothing beyond the senses, consciousness is a lie, and that it is foolish to seek what cannot be picked up by the 5 senses .

WELL ROTHSCHILDs GAANDMASTI DID NOT WORK IN INDIA.

THE WHITE INVADER GAVE A SPIN THAT IF YOU SIN AND HAVE EXCESS KARMIC BAGGAGE ,  YOU WILL BE BORN A LOWER CASTE.

THIS IS NONSENSE.

IT IS ABOUT HUMAN SUFFERING.

YOU CAN BE THE MOST POWERFUL MAN OF THE PLANET, YET YOU MAY BE IMPOTENT AND HAVE CHRONS DISEASE WHERE YOU SHIT FROM FIVE ASSHOLES INSTEAD OF ONE.

When you have 5 assholes ( Chrons ) oozing pus – well the most expensive suit, the most expensive wine, the most expensive house  and the most powerful chair in Bilderberg Club – is of NO use

Every person has a destiny. According to the Law of Karma, our individual souls have some control over many of life’s events.   Throughout each incarnation destiny and free will meet, again and again. They intersect in our individual karma.

Throughout our lives, we are either settling an old account of fulfilling our destiny, or creating a new one and once if it is not settled in this birth, it gets carried over to the next birth.. Karmic debt can never be closed for it gets carried over again and again till we repay it. Similar is the earning of karmic credit

Using Lokayata Rothschild converted both Buddhists and Jains to ATHEISTS—using a FAKE and back dated AJIVIKA SCHOOL OF PHILOSOPHY.

AJIVIKA doctrine pooh poohed the KARMA concept and FREE WILL , where you forge the hinges of destiny on your terms – basic Vedic philosophy.

AJUVIKA is based on destiny—no matter how much good you do , your destiny is NOT in your hands—you cannot lessen your karmic baggage –as there is NO karma thingy.

They LIED that good and honest living is NOT gonna do you any good- and taught you to be selfish and materialistic. Basically John Galt philosophy.

ROTHSCHILD INJECTED AJIVIKA PHILOSOPHY IS BOTH BUDDHIST AND JAINIST TEXTS AND MADE THEM ATHEISTS.

The white invader lied that both Buddha and Mahavira were influenced by Makkhali Gosala ( who never existed ).

The AJIVIKA nonsense was injected from the Sri Lankan side and Rothschild used BR Ambedkar to spread this when he converted to Buddhism himself along with lakhs of Dalit Mahars.

The Opium drug running Jain agents of Rothschild took care of injecting Makkali Ghosala into Jainism quoting a FAKE Bhagavati Sutra.

The white historian has put Mahavira as a contemporary of Buddha at 599 BC. This is wrong .

First of all Mahavira was just a reformer. He was the 24th Thirtankara . Mahavira was born in 4500 BC.

The white Christian invader has called Lord Mahavira as the founder of Jainism. This is absolutely wrong.

Emperor Rishabha ( Adinath ) , the father of Chakravatri Bharata is the founder of Jainism in 8190 BC, and is the first Thirthankara.

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2013/06/kalidasa-did-not-exist-jainism-is.html

JAINS DON’T EVEN KNOW ALL THIS

ALL THEY KNOW IS WE JAINS CANT EAT ONION AND GARLIC..

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2017/12/testosterone-boosted-by-onion-and.html

The white invader has placed Lord Buddha at 563 BC. Actually Buddha was born much earlier in 1900 BC.

Rothschild used his FAKE Kanchi mutt to introduce Ghoshala PRAAJI into AGAMA Tamil texts – they created FAKE mythology NILA KECHI , having Okkali and Okali . TEE HEEE !

Rothschild injected LOKAYATA into Chanaya’s Arthashastra.

Nobody in India heard of CHARVAKA philosophy till the white invader came to India.

Rothschild created and back dated the FAKE purandaraDASA for this.

Rothschild  injected CHARVAKA into Ramayana where Jabali tries to persuade Rama to be selfish .. Rothschild got his historians to write that Maharishi Brihaspati is the founder of Charvaka/ Lokayat philosophy. Rothschild  created and back dated the FAKE Sarvasiddhantasamgraha for this.

If you do an action, it creates a Samskara or subtle impression in the subconscious mind or Chitta.

The Samskara causes a tendency. Tendency develops into a habit by repetition of the actions. The habit manifests as character. Character develops into destiny.

This is the order: Samskara, tendency, habit, character, and destiny.

Translation

BG 13.8-12: Humbleness; freedom from hypocrisy; non-violence; forgiveness; simplicity; service of the Guru; cleanliness of body and mind; steadfastness; and self-control; dispassion toward the objects of the senses; absence of EGOTISM; keeping in mind the evils of birth, disease, old age, and death; non-attachment; absence of clinging to spouse, children, home, and so on; even-mindedness amidst desired and undesired events in life; constant and exclusive shraddha toward Me; an inclination for solitary places and an aversion for mundane society; constancy in spiritual knowledge; and philosophical pursuit of the Absolute Truth—all these I declare to be knowledge, and what is contrary to it, I call ignorance.

Modern civilisation is only another name for sensual enjoyment. Bimbettes attend page 3 parties or drag a long gown on the dirty red carpet of Cannes. The sincere aspirant will resolutely turn his back to all these sorts of shallow ego laden pleasures . He will treat them all as poison or shit.

The ego laden mind can rarely comprehend the intricate reasons why “bad” things happen, so it resorts to judging, blaming and condemning

As you shed your ego, the vibration frequency of your soul becomes higher.

Evil behaviour is the result of highly disturbed ego structures.  Most ego structures are the result of childhood traumas and poor parenting.

Fate can be changed by the Supreme’s Will— destiny is in your hands.

Destiny is a matter of conscious choice-  it is a thing to be achieved as per Bhagawad Gita..

Until you make the unconscious , conscious—it will direct your life and you will call it fate. Fate decides who comes into your life.

The egoism of the Jivanmukta is like a burnt cloth which has got the appearance of a cloth but is actually reduced to the state of ashes. The individual consciousness of the Jivanmukta is powerful enough to maintain the existence of his physical body, but it is not capable of bringing to him another birth as an embodied being.

His Sanchita-Karmas get fried by the fire of Brahma-Jnana or Knowledge of the Absolute Reality. He has no Agami Karmas to bring future births because he has no feelings of Kartritva and Bhoktritva. His actions are cosmic movements and not the instincts of the sense of egoism.

Carnivorous animals have been created by God.  They kill and eat other animals.

Animals do NOT have ego and hence are NOT affected by laws of Karma. They only have survival instincts which is governed by a strong mooladhara chakra ( will to survive and live).

The ego or its separation is an illusion. The goal of man is to preserve his Karma and to develop it further – when man dies his karma lives and creates for itself another carrier.

THE WHITE INVADER STOPPED SANSKRIT MANTRAS USING THEIR FAKE MUTTS AND STARTED VERNACULAR DEVOTIONAL AGAMA SONGS , WHICH CANNOT AFFECT DNA.

Factors like love , gratitude and appreciation ( positive quantum nutients ) or anxiety , ego, and anger ( negative QN ) influence a person’s DNA blueprint program.   Mantras must be chanted in a positive frame of mind to be effective.

In modern philosophical terminology, metaphysics refers to the studies of what cannot be reached through objective studies of material reality.

Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy concerned with the nature of existence, being and the world. Arguably, metaphysics is the foundation of philosophy:  Greeko Aristotle calls it “first philosophy” (or sometimes just “wisdom”), and says it is the subject that deals with “first causes and the principles of things”.

All ancient Greek scholars studied in Kodungallur University owned by the Calicut king..  Homosexual Aristotle was black balled though he passed out of the under graduate University of Heliopolis owned by the Calicut king—because he fucked both his mentor Plato and mentee Alexander the Great .

Yesterday’s metaphysics is to day’s physics. Some time ago atom was indivisible, today we divide it.. Material laws do not apply to divinity.

The link between physics and spirituality is found in the depths of mathematics.

Just as the mind mediates between body and soul so does mathematics connects physics and metaphysics.

7000 years ago Vedanta deals with the first principles of things, including abstract concepts such as being, knowing, identity, time, and space.

No other civilization on the planet has left behind such humongous philosophical material.  Rather they have left behind NOTHING of real value.

Yet the white invader called us savages .  He lifted and patented knowledge in his own name and then destroyed or HID the originals

Rothschild used his agents like BR Ambedkar and EVR Periyar to ridicule ancient India and Vedanta.

The first thing PM Modi did as soon as he sat on his chair was to ray to BR Ambedkar who wrote that Vedas are a worthless set of books

Just as math gives us deeper vision into the outer structures of the objective world, so the third eye of the seery sees into the deep structure of the subjective psyche. . .

The transformative power of mathematics lies not only in its form and logic, but also in its soul where it is felt with the heart.

The thinker must learn also to feel his thought, so that, in the highest degree, he thinks devotedly. It is not enough to think clearly, if the thinker stands aloof, not giving himself with his thought.

In the final state of perfection, he possesses no longer opinions of his own nor any private preference. Then Truth possesses him, not he, Truth. He who would become one with the Eternal must first learn to be humble.

He must offer, upon the sacrificial alter, the pride of the knower. You will know that NO ancient maharishi affixed his name to any text he wrote.  This can happen only in a egoless state.

He must become one who lays no possessive claim to knowledge or wisdom. This is the state of the mystic ignorance — of the emptied heart.

COMPARE THIS WITH THE MODERN MEDIA DARLING FAKE GURUS WHO THIRST FOR LIMELIGHT– WHO WANT TO ENTER THEIR NAMES IN GUINESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS BY HOOK OR BY CROOK.

THEY PUSH HOMOSEXUALITY SO  THAT KOSHER BIG BROTHER WILL OPEN MORE WORLD BRANCHES FOR THEM, AND INVITE THEM TO SPEAK AT UN AND FREEMASON WORLD SEMINARS.

THESE PEA BRAINED GURUS DO NOT KNOW MATH TO SAVE THEIR OWN LIVES.

The transformation of the heart is an essential part of the method which employs mathematics for spiritual realization. Mathematics can itself aid in this heart transformation by virtue of its embodiment of Truth in a particularly pure form.

MATH HAS SCOPE ONLY IN SANATANA DHARMA, NOT IN SINGLE HOLY BOOK, SINGLE MESSIAH RELIGIONS—WHO EXPOUND DOGMA AND BULLSHIT MIRACLES.

Mathematics provides an excellent object of devotion.

A desire for the transcendent Self and a love of universals also tend toward the required melting of the egoistic feeling

Math when practiced with great devotion and humility, necessarily involves the transformation of both mind and heart and leads inevitably to both Compassion and Wisdom. It is one path, albeit not for many, which combines logic with love and conception with compassion.

For a layman, mathematics started with the numerals. It is the science of numbers and their operations. We associate mathematics with arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and at advance level to calculus and field of computers.

So much so that it is called “Mother of all Sciences”.  The shallow minded white man called Maharishis DREAMERS.  Sorry, their fractal mind allowed them to do math inside their heads .

Math was a thread by which they knew the beyond. This was understood by the German quantum physicists who all threw away their bibles ad torahs converted to Hindusim.

Math allows maharishis to make predictions. Astrology was NOT intuition but pure math.

The eye of mathematics sees deep into the structures of living and nonliving entities. The X-ray machines reveal what is inside our body. There is lot of mathematics that goes in to produce the final images of body.

Vedanta proved that when math is practiced with great devotion and humility, it involves the transformation of both mind and heart which leads to wisdom.   Now you get an idea why ancient Indians were proficient in math –they developed math.

All modern math is lifted from Kerala school of math .

Wikipedia has given away lot of math / astronomy and philosophy to Arab Alhazen ( born 965 AD ) at Basra.

Alhazen (Ibn al-Haytham ) has been made out to be the first theoretical physicists, — a system where a hypothesis must be proved by  mathematical evidence.  The white man calls him the second Ptolemy.

Ptolemy himself learnt in Kodungallur University.

The credit for discovery of Polaris and Great bear constellation of 7 stars is given to Greeko Ptolemy in 140 AD.

LET ME REMIND THE LYING WHITE HISTORIAN , THAT OUR ANCIENT GOTRA SYSTEM IS BASED ON THE SAPT RISHIS—SEVEN STARS OF GREAT BEAR ,  WHICH CHANGES EVERYTIME BRAHMA INHALES AND EXHALES.

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2011/08/polaris-and-great-bear-capt-ajit.html

Swastika is Kala Chakra

Alhazen studied in Kodungallur University and in the Kerala school of Math —he has NOTHING original of his own. His science of optics is not his own. He just lifted and patented.

As regards Alzhazen’s OPTICS, the wolrd must know we Indians were masters in TOTAL INTERNAL REFLECTION – the ultimate in optics

Again. The greatest enemy of the soul is ego

Mystics perceived God, or Brahman, as an underlying Ground of Being out of which springs the reality we perceive.

Within each of us lies a spark of that divinity– the “Atman” of Hinduism.

Ultimately, upon achieving enlightenment, the mystic realizes that her inner self, her Atman, is exactly the same as the outer Ground, or Brahman. Atman and Brahman are one — “thou art that.”TAT- TWAM ASI.  Jivan Mukts has liberated themselves.  They have burnt their EGO , and desires , of thought, of all sense of an individual self.

If you can do this — if you can truly become nothing — then an amazing thing happens.

WHAAAAM —

Suddenly, in that moment of enlightenment, you realize that you are everything!

Asmita is the ego.

The problem with ego is not the fact that we have one; it is useful and even necessary to have an ego in order to function and live. The problem arises when the ego believes it is the Self. If all we do is in service of the little self, our life will be sorrowful. When we serve our higher Self, liberation becomes possible.

Placing your ego on the back burner is the first step in realizing one’s potential, having a happy family life and living in harmony with society. What ego calls love is actually possessiveness that can turn into hate within a second.

Human love is limited because ego and selfishness is contained in it. The ego thrives on others and lives on attention . Human ego demands personal recognition and wastes energy in resentment if it does not get enough.

The underlying emotion for the ego is fear, the fear of being a nobody. There is always a sense of insecurity around the ego even if on the outside it appears confident , perfumed and powdered. Ego strengthens itself by diminishing others.

Today Bollywood starlets go abroad take pictures and come back to India—they pay money to get their holiday pictures published in major newspapers –FACEBOOK is just NOT enough—they want the whole world to know.

Ego is insanity of the human mind. Unhappiness is an ego created mental cum emotional disease. The chatter of the ego continuously disrupts the natural state of well being. Stress is from within the mind , not by external threat. Ego creates suffering without recognising it.

You have a problem if you allow your ego to supersede your common sense.

SANATANA DHARMA HELPS YOU TO BURN YOUR EGO—LEST IT CLOUDS YOUR CONSCIENCE

PURE AWARENESS DESTROYS EGO NOT BY COMPRESSING IT TO ZERO – BUT BY EXPANDING IT TO INFINITY.

BRAHMAN IS THE SHORTEST DISTANCE FROM ZERO TO INFINITY

Upanishads gave us the science of the self, which helps man leave behind the body, the senses, the ego and all other non-self elements, which are perishable. The Upanishads tell us the great saga of this discovery — of the divine in the heart of man.

The Upanishads tell us the great saga of this discovery — of the divine in the heart of man.

.Adi Shankaracharya ushered in a new way of looking at our world, at our experience in/with it, by introducing the relative and absolute view of the Universe. When he talked about the infinite and time less nature of the Universe, it was not in the sense of endless duration, but in the sense of completeness, requiring neither a before nor an after.

When he referred to Unity of self he was not talking of putting two things together, but he used the term to mean utter absence of all plurality in the real Self. The western world had to wait until the beginning of twentieth century to arrive at those amazing concepts.

Adi Shankaracharya gave credence to an individual’s subjective experience. He placed personal experience and intuition above all the other means of cognition. He said a person’s experience could not be disputed. He declared, “Intuition is not opposed to intellect. Reality is experience. Realizing the Supreme Being is within ones experience.”

He recognized the underlying oneness and the infinite nature of the universe.

He asserted, “I am not the mind or the intellect not the ego. I am the blissful form of the Brahman.”

Adi Shankaracharya redefined the relation between the Man, World and the Universe. He said they were One. Duality, he said, was an error in perception.

Shankara valued reason, encourages spirit of enquiry, gives credence to subjective experience and therefore to freedom of ones thought and expression. He suggests intellect is not opposed to intuition. He asks us to take the small ego out of the equation in our day-to-day activities of life.

He implores us to recognize the essential unity of all beings and their oneness with the infinite space-time continuum. He explained, the Universe is the manifestation of the Supreme Being.

4000 years ago when the white man was clubbing down animals and eating raw meat, and doing grunt grunt for language in damp caves , Adi Shankaracharua pondered about the source, nature, foundation, scope, validity and limits of human knowledge.

THERE ARE SO MANY MANDHA BUDDHIS WITH ZERO EGO — YOU TEAR UP HIS PASSPORT IN HIS PRESENCE , HE WONT REACT– THAT IS A MEDICAL CONDITION –AND THIS PERSON DOES NOT GET MOKSHA

PEOPLE WHO WILL ATTAIN MOKSHA ARE FULL OF WISDOM AS THEIR SOUL IS NOW AT THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY —

HE IS LITERALLY BRAHMAN ON EARTH. HE WILL BE CREATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE . HE WILL LEAVE A PRICELESS LEGACY. HIS DEATH WILL BE MOURNED ..

WHEN THE MANDH BUDDHI WITH LOW SOUL FREQUENCY AND POOR AURA DIES -ON THE OTHER HAND—ALL WILL SAY “GOOD RIDDANCE “

Rothschild converted autistic moron Ghanshyam Pande into a Hindu god

We the people ask Gujju No 2 Modi, to work for Bharatmata not his Jewish deep state masters.. As soon as a ruler from a foreign country reaches India Modi goes hoppety hop and takes him to Sabarmati Ashram, where he is made to spin charka with Rothschild’s agent Kathiawari Jew Gandhi’s portrait with halo around the head in the back ground..

The foreign ruler is forced to make a positive comment in the visitors log book.. Then Modi takes him skippety skip to Rajghat where he has to pray to Gujju no 1 Gandhi and again make a positive entry in the visitors log book. .

Then the foreign ruler is taken by Modi to the ostentatious Swaminarayan temple where Modi lies that Swaminarayan ( Ghanshyam Pande )  who died 193 years ago, a fellow with Down’s syndrome ,who died two centuries ago  is a Hindu god..

Sorry All Hindu gods are cosmic allegories except Vishnu avatars Rama/ Krishna? Ayyappa.  Only Vishnu has avatars.. Rothschild converted mortal Ghanshyam Pande to God (for his rich crypto Jew diamond lobby Indian agents) , a fellow who died 191 years ago..

Both Modi and the foreign ruler then pour holy water on the golden idol of Ghanshyam Pande ekatta to religious chants..

You have no idea how these crypto Jew Marwaris and Jains screwed Bharatmata.. Most of them do diamond trade in Antwerp and Dubai today..

They build the opulent Akshardham temples with Ghanshyam Pande as a god inside.. Modi lies when he calls Ghanshyam Pande a Hindu god..

After Rothschild left India in 1947, his assets became benami –with crypto Jew Marwaris/ Palanpuris/ Kathiawaris / Jains acting as mere fronts.. Ever wondered why Jains are jet set rich while Buddhists are cattle class?

In the Hollywood movie SLUM DOG MILLIONAIRE Anil Kapoor asks the hero, why wrote the song ‘Darshan doh Ghanshyam”..  The 4 answers to chose from were all Rothschild cooked up and backdated fake heroes..

SURDAS/ MIRABHAI/ KABIRDAS/ TULSIDAS—  ALL 4 NEVER EXISTED.. The correct answer would have been a Bollywood Hindi film lyricist Gopal Singh Nepali, 1957 film Narsi Bhagat, directed by Devendra Goel

Our own PM Modi sponsors every fake God and hero cooked up by Jew Rothschild.. Modi lied that Rothschild agent Ghanshyam Pande ( of Indian Jew diamond traders ) a fellow who died 191 years ago is a Hindu God..

Hindu Gods are all cosmic allegories except 13 strand DNA mortal avatars of Vishnu Rama/ Krishna ? Ayyappa.. Drohi Modi would take foreign rulers to Akshardham Temples and make them pour water on Ghanshyam Pande’s golden idol.

Rothschild created the FAKE Swaminarayan sect where inside the super opulent Akshardham temples ( funded by Indian Antwerp / Dubai diamond mafia Kathaiwari/ Palanpuri/ Marwari Jain Jews ) have idols of Krishna , Radha and the fake Rothschild cooked up god Ghanshyam Pande, an autistic fellow who died 190 years ago..

Modi does propaganda for Ghanshyam Pande calling him a Hindu God

Wanna see Hillary Clinton and John Kerry praying to Ghanshyam Pande?

Sanatana dharma does not allow aarti songs in vernacular..  Only sanskrit mantras are allowed.  And krishna does not dress up in that loud garish manner. tell that to Hillary Clinton..

JEW ROTHSCHILD KICKED ADI SHANKARACHARYA ( 2000 BC ) FORWARD IN TIME ( 820 AD ) BY 2800 YEARS –AND CONVERTED EVEN HIM TO A BHAKTI MOVEMENT CHARACTER

Jew Rothschild’s historians LIED that Bhakti movement was a revival, reworking and recontextualisation of ancient Vedic traditions

In Sanatana Dharma the six virtues are Sama, dama, uparati, titiksha, SHRADDHA and samadhana

Your willingness to know the unknown is shraddha

If your mind is fixed, and says “That’s it. I know it all”, that is ego. The more you know, the more will be the feeling that you don’t know.  Recognition of the unknown is Shraddha.

Shankara describes ShraddhA as unwavering faith in the statements of sruti and guru ( a true teacher will only quote from authoritative srutis)

Sraddha determines the texture of our impressions (vasanas) in us, which, in their turn, command our view-of-life. Our desires, thoughts and actions are charted by our view of life.

Naturally, an individual’s physical activities, .psychological behaviors and intellectual make up are all ordered by the type of Shraddha he has come to maintain in himself and if the Sraddha is of the wrong type, the entire expression of his personality in all walks of life and in every field of endeavor, can only be ugly.

As his inner disposition, so will be the man. The more an individual identifies himself with his physical sheath, the more crystallized becomes his ego, under the influence of his inner disposition.

Our conscience tells us what is right and what is wrong. Mostly we know very well what we should do, however, our egoistic desires generally show themselves as stronger and drown the voice of conscience within us.

BRAHMACHARYA HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ABSTAINING FROM SEX

Brahmacharya means purity of speech, of body, and of mind –being a righteous person.

“Jahi satrum mahabaho kamarupam durasadam” —Kill this powerful enemy, passion, by the observance of Brahmacharya” (Bhagwad Gita -Chap. III-43).

PASSION MENTIONED ABOVE DOES NOT INVOLVE SEMEN AND OJAS BULLSHIT .

IT HAS MORE TO DO WITH TEMPTATION, GREED , CRAVINGS , INDULGENCE IN SENSE OBJECTS , AVARICE , SELF RESTRAINT AND EGO.

THIS IS FOR PURIFICATION OF NADIS IN WHICH FLOWS PRANA.

When intuition guides and illuminates intellect, balances and restrains the ego, that which the wise men called “true intelligence” rises

Protein scientists will NOT understand the 72000 nadis.   Nadi literally means ‘flow or current’.  In the Nadis are NOT nerves but energy rivulets composed of astral matter through which consciousness flows.   Like the chakras ( energy transducers ) they are not located in the physical body, though nerves of the physical body can be considered as their corresponding physical manifestations.

Prana ( life force energy ) flows through the Nadis .  When the Nadis have become purified the aura of the yogi increases as can be detected by a Kirlean camera.  The other signs are  lightness of the body, brilliancy in complexion, increase of the gastric fire, leanness of the body, and along with these, the absence of restlessness and ego.

Yoga calms down the amygdala

The amygdala can mistakenly misfire messages of danger creating a chronic state of anxiety and panic.

Individuals that suffer from low self-esteem compensate by inflicting physical harm onto others.  Rage  makes him blind to the truth and he is unable to accept what’s sensible and correct.  A threat to our ego and threat to our physical being is all the same to our amygdala.

The amygdala triggers your emotions faster than your conscious awareness.  The unique “speed dial circuits” of the two almond sized nuclei within your brain are the first to react to emotionally significant events. These organs protect you from harm by interpreting subconscious hints of danger to trigger lightning fast responses.

The amygdalae react to negative events in many ways, including activation of your sympathetic nervous system. The results cause you gut wrenching turmoil.

While it takes around 300 milliseconds for you to become aware of a disturbing event, the amygdalae react to it within 20 milliseconds! Sadly, the knee-jerk responses of these organs cause you to overreact to the world around you.

While you may forget a compliment, your amygdala will never forget a slight.

The Amygdala Hijack is considered to happen in any situation when our emotions take over our intelligent thinking. This includes outbreaks of rage.

The Vedic HUMPED cow has a secret. It has a SURYA KETU NADI which humpless cows do NOT have.

The Vedic cow is an evolved animal. It does NOT have a shred of EGO.

Put any other animal in the middle of a road– like a truck come hurtling towards it, posing pain and instant death.

The cow does NOT expect to be harmed by humans–it will NOT run away.  A cow knows how to kick other animals on their asses– real good.

The ancient Maharishis had written that the HUMPED cow is the only divine living being that has a Surya Ketu Nadi (vein connected to sun) passing through her backbone.  Surya ketu Nadi, on interaction with solar rays produces gold salts in her blood.

Nothing what the ancient Maharishis wrote has ever been disproved by modern science –unless it was poison injected by the white invader.

Ancient scripture state that “Suryaketu” nadi on cow’s back absorbs harmful radiations and cleanses atmosphere. Mere presence of cows is a great contribution to environment.

Next time when you are in extreme distress try hugging a HUMPED Vedic cow.

When I accompanied by wife to the FAKE Udipi mutt Sri Krishna temple they had a HUMPLESS Jersey cow and calf inside the temple .

I gave the pujari a piece of my mind,  with my wife producing deep scratch marks on my arm, which bled for a long time.

JEW Sigmund Freud, who greatly influenced the field of psychology, believed dreaming was a “safety valve” for unconscious desires.

Sorry THIEF and PERVERT Freud , we had enough of all our sex and ego theories– think again ! You have NOT understood the Vedic theories from which you dipped abundantly.

Note:  Jew Sigmund Freud wanted to be cremated NOT buried– shows the deep impression Hinduism had on him. He was afforded access to original Vedic Sanskrit texts by his sponsors JEW Rothschild, the owners of British East India Company. The monopolized media made a super hero out of him.

“OM”-  is the Beej Mantra of Ajna chakra 6 (third eye/brow)

The pravana, OM is the source of all sounds and is connected with anahata nada, the primal cosmic sound. The third eye plays an important role in the piercing of the third knot, Rudra Granthi. When Rudra Granthi is pierced, individuality is dropped, the old ego awareness is left behind and the experience of unmanifest consciousness emerges at the Sahasrara Chakra.

A maharishi had unbound compassion for anything living. The outside world could not produce any change in his Self, as the rivers flowing into the ocean cannot disturb its immeasurable and bottomless waters. The great ethical virtues, such as humility, unselfishness, purity, kindness, kinship, lack of ego and greed  all adorned him like shining jewels.  He did not actively seek them- they clung to him

“The one who renounces his ego, who is liberated from arrogance, jealousy etc. , who performs actions without harboring likes/dislikes, is called a Jeevan – Mukta (liberated while yet alive) by wise men.”–          Mahopanishad (2/50)5000 BC

You cannot be deemed a Jivanmukta unless you have the noble qualities for it.

Such people have sterling virtues like conscience, lack of ego,  gratitude , lack of desires- selfishness- greed- jealousy- anger- and fear, unlimited compassion,   respect for universal laws,  raised consciousness and humility —- ( which yours truly does NOT have though I hold a rare Moksha Jatakam ).

The conquest of ignorance, ego, attachment, and impulse brings about liberation (moksha) for the individual. The one who is a slave to impulses and tendencies (vasanas) is devoid of wisdom.

Jivanmukta  is one who is devoid of likes/dislikes, sorrow/elation and whose intellect is divine.”-Mahopanishad (2/57)

A jivanmukta is one who does not see anything separate from the Self.   The Realized Man has transcended all destiny and is bound neither by the body nor by its destiny. His actions are cosmic movements and not the instincts of the sense of egoism.

A jivan mukt had unbound compassion for anything living.

He did not actively seek them- they cling to him.

Bliss clings to him, not vice versa.

If the physical body of an individual were compared to a computer, the atman would represent the electricity that operates the computer.  Without atman, the human body is insentient.  In a human body atman is the source of the mind, intellect and ego sense.

Chidananda Rupa Shivoham Shivoham…Mano Buddhi Ahankara Chitta NinahamNacha Shrotra Jihve Na Cha Ghrana NetreNacha Vyoma Bhoomir Na Tejo Na Vayu Chidananda Rupa Shivoham Shivoham…I am not the mind, intellect, ego, or memory.I am not the eyes, ears, nose, tongue or skin.I am not the earth, wind, fire, water or ether.Indeed, I am consciousness-bliss, I am Shiva.

A HINDU IS CONSIDERED HOLY WHEN HE SHEDS HIS EGO.

Hinduism propagates meditation and spiritual prctices like vrat , as a form of releasing human ego. A VRAT is a self resolution.

It is about accepting some rigid self discipline and sticking to it. Ancient sages did severe penance to release their inherent ego. People when they want to even TURN OVER A NEW LEAF , do a vrat as a ritual. It is a thousand times more stronger than a bullshit new year resolution.

Sabarimala is this planets no 1 pilgrimage centre  because the pilgrims have to take a vrat for 41 days—fasting, abstaining from bad thoughts and lust, wearing black coarse clothes , being barefooted, eating vegan food,  praying in temples twice a day after taking bath in cold water, not shaving or using make up, having a spirit of gratitude , honesty , ahimsa, charity and brotherhood.  Sabarimala pilgrims sleep for 41 days on the floor without pillows.  Sabarimala pilgrimage is a great leveller.

The left brain lobe is the home of his ego.  It is the nature of ego to take and that of spirit to give.

Since leadership is of spirit, the ego powered men can never be good leaders–they can never rise over the post of a mangy manager.  It is the nature of the right brain (sub-conscious )  lobe, to be accepting and free of judgments.

Ego makes a donkey think that he is THE champion race horse.

Compulsive liars are driven by egos feelings of insufficiency.. Ego will force them to make life difficult for others—for they feel the need to put people in their place or get into one-upmanship games.

Their ego makes them unwilling to admit that they know zilch about a subject in a meeting—the equivalent of the ear trying to tell what it saw and tasted and smelt, in a bulldozing manner.

They brood endlessly on their petty grievances, never held before them any vision that might have lifted them out of themselves. They substitute their thinking capabilities with their loud cynical talking capabilities.

Ego cannot distinguish between a situation and their interpretation and reaction to that situation. Cooperation is alien to ego except when there is a secondary motive. The ego becomes the grit in the system that gets in the way of authentic meaningful communication.

Their self-talk is the mouthpiece of ego, Their inflated, overbearing egos create rules for rules’ sake. They complicate procedures , squash good ideas and keep good people down.

Egoistic people are unable to listen to another person’s view without feeling threatened. Their ego makes them take everything personally. They mistake a short memory for a clear conscience and are miserable within.

Many people carry large amount of unnecessary baggage, both mental and emotional through out their lives. They hang on to the old emotion to strengthen their identity.

There is always a sense of insecurity around the ego even if on the outside it appears confident , perfumed and powdered.

As per Sanatana Dharma , when ego disappears , bliss enters.  Only a man devoid of ego can shift the veil of MAYA ( illusion ) and witness the resplendent light beyond..

38 trillion cells form the human body—all of them work in harmony ,without ahankhara  , the sense of you and me  ( individual ego )

do you know why pm modi deliberately ignores my blogposts — because i dont give him his much needed ego massage .

HEY APCO MODI–YOU WILL EVER GET AN EGO MASSAGE FROM VADAKAYIL. BE ABUNDANTLY CLEAR ABOUT THIS.

SOUL MATTERS , PART 22—Capt Ajit Vadakayil

THIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART 21, BELOW–

Moksha (liberation) is the state of non-ego, where “I” vanishes and one stands free from all desires, actions and consequences in a total state of oneness.

We are bound to this material world through attachment, desire, and the inability to see or experience the oneness of all life.

Maya (illusion) is both the psychological separation between ego and the universe and the psychological filter that colors all of our experience.

Maya is our rearview mirror memories, conceptions, judgments, and biases that present a distorted sense of reality.    These impressions of past experiences become superimposed or projected on current experiences creating a false reality.

 Maya reinforces the ego

To achieve moksha, maya must be cast off and anava (ego) must be dissolved.

Through the use of awareness we can slowly begin to see our projections, desires, attachments and judgments for what they are. Once these distorting factors become conscious, they are able to dissolve and unblock the way to a direct experience of reality. When we become liberated from the illusionary world of maya.

Ego is one of the projections of maya that makes us forget or become unable to perceive that reality

“On the basis of this misconception which ties together the hearts of the male and female, one becomes attracted to his body, home, property, children, relatives and wealth. In this way one increases life’s illusions and thinks in terms of ‘I and mine.” ” Bhagavat Purana 5.5.8

“When he renounces all desires and acts without craving, possessiveness, or individuality, he finds peace. This is the place of the infinite spirit; achieving it, one is freed from delusion; abiding in it even at the time of death, one finds the pure calm of infinity.” Bhagawat Gita 4000 BC

It is wrong to say that Hinduism is “world renouncing,” , rather it places much emphasis on accepting our temporal needs and meeting them in a graceful and dignified manner, rather than denying them.

The aim of every form of meditation is to still the mind, or you cant purify it and get rid of deep rooted negativities , which affect your health and even give you severe migraines.

Meditation  is a surgical operation of your subconscious mind to remove and discard negativity / ego and improve tolerance, grace and kindness.

If your mind is fixed, and says “That’s it. I know it all”, that is ego. The more you know, the more will be the feeling that you don’t know. Recognition of the unknown is Shraddha….

This is not blind faith like is SINGLE MESSIAH, SINGLE HOLY BO RELIGIONS…

It is based on accurate reasoning, evidence and experience. Then only it can be lasting faith. Then only it can be perfect, unshakeable faith….

Mental static and ego can get in the way of tapping into intuition. Intuition bubbles up from within and can be overwhelmed by old mental or emotional “tapes” . Intuition gone wild becomes “jumping to conclusions”. By going too far out on a limb , you risk misinterpreting the situation and start harming others. Intuition should not be overused.

Barren women leaders are usually ego-driven, graceless and power-hungry , whose decisions benefit only a small group .

Motherhood and related compassion/ spirit of sacrifice is a god given thing .

SELF REALISATION happens when you shed your EGO, develop COMPASSION , have a sense of GRATITUDE and follow the LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE –

— all this lessens your KARMIC BAGGAGE.

Sanatana Dharma has never allowed a Hindu to be selfish and leave out society or even flora/fauna from the equation.   The questions of “Why me?” and “Why not me?” arise in the minds of JOHN GALT type of ego driven selfish individuals.

A Hindu knows , it is impossible to be selfish and happy –as he is programmed to use his conscience. A Hindu family is happier as relationships have never been hinged on selfish reasons.

No Hindu woman will divorce her LOSER husband because he lost his job . LOSER concept is not a Hindu concept.

Caring is what made a Hindu a vegan.

Communism was designed by Rothschild for selfish atheists –and this is why wherever Communism went bloodbath and corruption followed.   In Sanatana Dharma we do NOT run after happiness like the white man, rather we allow happiness to overtake us and alight on us –we know it happens when we deserve it.

We cannot control our past samskaras because they have been automatically created as a result of our past actions.   So how do we  stop our past samskaras from controlling us?

The answer is found in the practice of YOGA which reveals that the way to break the karmic cycle is to interrupt the cycle at the VRITTI level.   Patanjali defines Yoga as thus:   Yoga is the restriction (control) of the modifications of the mind.

In the  opening verse of the Yoga Sutras, CHITTAVRITTI refers to the various thoughts (or thought-forms) of the mind, which are classified into five types: —

(1) thoughts about truth, i.e., analysis of wisdom; (2) thoughts based on incorrect perception; (3) thoughts which have no basis in reality, for example, ‘day-dreaming’, verbal delusion (talking to oneself in one’s mind or vocally, but making no sense, i.e., having no basis in fact), and uncontrolled imagination; (4) the dream-sleep state of mind; and (5) memories.

By practicing the eight-fold (Astanga) YOGA, comprised of YAMA, NIYAMA, ASANA, PRANAYAMA, PRATYAHARA, DHARANA, DHYANA, and SAMADHI, one attains the highest state of consciousness and is freed from ignorance and egocentricity (which are the cause of one’s pain and suffering).    Fake yoga gurus teach that two toes, two knee caps, two palms and two tits by gravity touching the ground form ashtanga—   AIYOOO IPPIDI NAAAN PAAKKAVAI ILLAI . TEEE HEEEEEE …

Vasana is the cause of restlessness of mind and ego. It is the Vasana in the mind that causes attraction towards objects and brings about bondage; with the disappearance of Vasanas, bondage naturally vanishes. It is the Vasana that is at the bottom of all your miseries and troubles and your desire to attend PAGE 3 parties

If you destroy egoism (Ahankara, this false little ‘I’) and control the Indriyas (the senses), the Vasanas will die by themselves.

Samadhi or blissful divine experience arises when the ego and the mind are dissolved. It is a state to be attained by one’s own effort. It is limitless, divisionless and infinite, an experience of being and of pure consciousness.

Negativity , ego and greed steals your happiness.

7000 years ago Kerala maharishi Patanjali wrote his Yoga Sutras. Kaivalya Pada- (34 sutras). Kaivalya literally means “isolation”, but as used in the Sutras stands for emancipation or liberation and is used interchangeably with moksha (liberation), which is the goal of yoga. The Kaivalya Pada describes the process of liberation and the reality of the transcendental ego.

According to Bhagavad Gita, The subtle ( pranic )  body is composed of mind ( manas ) , intelligence ( buddhi ) and ego ( ahankara ) , which controls the gross physical body

The practice and philosophical application of yoga into our everyday life help bring all the koshas—body, breath, mind, wisdom, and spirit—into harmony, promoting overall health and bringing you closer to self-realization and an absolute fullness of being

The 5 koshas–

Annamaya. The annamaya kosha is the physical sheath that composes the outer layer. …

Pranamaya. The pranamaya kosha is the vital energy, breath, or life force sheath. …

Manomaya. The manomaya kosha is contained within the annamaya and pranamaya koshas. …

Vijnanamaya. …

Anandamaya.

The vijnanamaya kosha helps develop clarity and inner reflection as you learn to detach from your thoughts, ego, or sense of self.

Vijnanamaya encompasses intuition and intellect. It can be thought of as the witness mind, or that aspect of our consciousness that is not entangled in what we are doing or thinking, but rather, acutely aware of what we are doing and thinking.

Vijnanamaya kosha is awareness, simply put. When you’ve reached the point in your yoga practice where you are much less distracted by random thoughts or occurrences and much less caught up in the anticipation of the next posture, you find that you are more able to feel the pose.

You know what is happening in your body and your mind as you settle into the posture, noticing the nuances. This awareness is achieved when vijnanamaya kosha is properly developed.

Once we are able to fully engage vijnanamaya kosha, we will experience a deeper peace in our lives that comes by way of freedom from thoughts, actions, and speech that does not serve us.

Vijnanamaya kosha (the psychic body) is the dimension of our personality which is operating on the astral plane. This is the body experienced during dreaming, out of body experiences, and the various types of psychic phenomena.

A person who attains moksha will melt his ego. The ME and what is in it for me vanishes and he stands free from all desires, actions and consequences in a total state of oneness.

We are bound to this material world through attachment, desire, and the inability to see or experience the oneness of all life.

Maya (illusion) is both the psychological separation between ego and the universe and the psychological filter that colors all of our experience. Maya is our memories, conceptions, judgments, and biases that present a distorted sense of reality

Through the practice of yoga, we seek to create the tools to consciously and willfully “pierce the veil” of maya and see the transcendent nature of reality

The conquest of ignorance, ego, attachment, and impulse brings about liberation (moksha) for the individual. Without jnana, there can be no moksha.  Jnana is always revealed in spontaneous utterances.

When the sensual desires are blowing strong, the  jnana-lamp cannot burn. Yoga destroys destroys all impulses and urges towards the sensual world. Yoga and jnana are like oil and flame.

The oil is yoga and jnana is the illumining flame of the lamp. Even if at the last moment of his life one is able to realize this  jnana , he is certain to be liberated from the cycle of birth and death.

This is why almost all atheists cry out to god just before they die. This is the time hypocrisy goes for a toss.

Ego structures are the primary cause of our bad karma; i.e. they are responsible for the “bad” behaviour that generates bad karma. Animals do NOT have ego. This is why animals do NOT have karmic baggage.

Schrodinger wrote:  “Vedanta teaches that consciousness is singular, all happenings are played out in one universal consciousness and there is no multiplicity of selves.”“the stages of human development are to strive for Possession (Artha), Knowledge (Dharma), Ability (Kama), Being (Moksha)”

“Nirvana is a state of pure blissful knowledge.. It has nothing to do with individual. The ego or its separation is an illusion. The goal of man is to preserve his Karma and to develop it further – when man dies his karma lives and creates for itself another carrier.”

97% junk DNA will be activated by cosmic rays and star dust raining from meterorites, after Dec 21st 2012.     The process is on.

Our DNA can be READ or “rewritten” as a textual (and acoustic) genetic code . DNA behaves as a liquid crystal.  DNA has soliton waves effects.

THIS FOUL LIE OF SEMEN WAS INJECTED INTO OUR SCRIPTURES BY FAKE MUTTS AND THE LYING WHITE HISTORIAN.

ROTHSCHILD USED VIVEKANANDA AND GANDHI TO SPREAD A FAKE MESSAGE.

HINDUISM IS NOT CATHOLIC CHRISTIANITY WERE PRIESTS DO NOT MARRY.   IN HINDUISM A PRIEST MUST MARRY AND HAVE CHILDREN .

Let me quota a verse from Rig Veda (10:129), Nasadiya Sukta downloaded 400 centuries ago and penned down 7000 years ago in Sanskrit….

कामस्तदग्रॆ समवर्तताधि मनसॊ रॆत: प्रथमं यदासीत् .सतॊबन्धुमसति निरविन्दन्हृदि प्रतीष्या कवयॊ मनीषा ॥४॥..

KAMAstadagre samavartatadhi | manaso retah prathamam yadasit |..sato bandhumasati niravindanna | hrudi pratishya kavayo manisha || 4 ||—- “In the great cosmic mind all pervading.. Vibrations of KAMA sprout from conscious thought.. The seers who have searched within with wisdom.. Have witnessed the conscious equation between matter and energy”..

The theory of Purushartha determines the values and a measuring-rod according to which human actions are to be performed or avoided. Dharma is the foremost Purushartha , the rest being Artha, Kama ( this is not sex ) and Moksha.

The Purusharthas serve as pointers in the life of a Hindu.. Dharma is considered the first of the Purusharthas because without it, Artha and Kama can easily become self-destructive.

However, Artha and Kama, when balanced, also serve to support your Dharmic Path and eventually your outward Dharma leads you to inner Moksha.. Dharma is knowing that Kama and Artha are means and not ends. Dharma is responsible for order, regularity, harmony, control, predictability and accountability. If Dharma is ignored,

Artha and Kama profit and pleasure respectively lead to social chaos. If Artha and Kama are consumed within parameters of Dharma, he shall not feel miseries.. Dharma provides direction to the acquisitive and emotional drives in man Dharma brings about harmony between temporal interest and spiritual freedom.

It provides a code of conduct through which man has to conduct his day-to-day life.. We have been brainwashed by Judas Indian stooges ( of the white invader to believe that AHIMSA is the greatest virtue – so that the invader can rule by trampling over all Indian aspirations and sovereignty..

Today in climate change conferences Modi just capitulates to the white Jew who holds the Nobel Prize carrot in from of him. Bhagawad Gita does NOT agree with this passive meek surrender . We Indians have a DHARMIC duty to the motherland –our WATAN..

I encouraged open minded spirit and kicked the asses of defensive ego laden fools.  Mediocrity was faced with helping hands.

A team cannot afford to have one trick ponies— unless that trick is worth it ( like Delap ).

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2010/05/to-do-delap-to-innovate-capt-ajit.html

A true guru for ABHYASA  ( super mentor cum super coach )offers HOPE which is oxygen for the spirit.    This way hardwork becomes self imposed..  This way the hardest taskmaster is own conscience.

A guru does only what is required – abhyasya is NOT about going through the motions. Sails are adjusted to use the wind—no bullshit effort is made to change the wind.

A guru does NOT sweat the small stuff.  He shows grace under pressure.  He does NOT lose sight of the big picture. No energy is burnt in the fires of ego.

As a coach he is out the watch for cliques within the team. His hand does NOT shake when he amputates those entities which are harmful to team spirit .  What ought to be prevails over what must be.

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2010/12/mentoring-at-sea-capt-ajit-vadakayil.html

In a gurukul trust rules over control.  Excessive control snuffs creativity.   In Sanatana Dharma there has never been a RULE BOOK like single holy book religions.

Jew Rothschild tried to push in a FAKE rulebook named Ashtavakra Gita , pushed by FAKE Gurus.

Control by micromanaging is replaced by integrity , commitment and conscience.  There is never a call to surrender dignity by a guru.  When too many rules exists time and energy is wasted in enforcement.

I was in charge of teams on board ships for 30 years—I was a Vedic mentor more than a martinet ship captain .

In a team anybody can challenge the status quo with respect.  This is encouraged and rewarded if it leads to excellence.  The team is filled with capable men and NOT yes men.

The guru does NOT get threatened or belittled by a point of view. The guru is supportive not coercive and this encourages people to step outside their comfort zones.

Though a guru is treated like god, he wields only legitimate power on his own volition. He makes all feel wanted -nay great.  Truth and tact co-exist. The only aim of a debate is progress—never victory or scoring brownie points.

Things which matter the most is never at the mercy of things which matter the least. The guru adds fuel to the fire of motivation. He  has the ability to bring out the best. The comfort zone is not an allurement to anybody. The ability to persist in the face of setbacks is valued.

In Sanatana Dharma books did NOT have the names of authors on it.  It is amazing that works continued after death of preceding authors—this is the true mark of greatness and grace.  A great work never ended with someone . Conscience dictated , leading to an ongoing legacy.

Credibility comes from deeds and NOT words. The terrain counts, NOT the map.  A team is a forum for ordinary men to achieve extraordinary results—we all know that a single genius cant send a rocket to Mars, right?

What do you seen in modern teams –all enmeshed in faalthu activity traps, right? You see mob mentality , right?

In a good team, nobody craves the limelight. Vision from the guru , inspires and empowers too. Every change is anchored culturally and rooted in shared values.

Change never involves causalities of war. Attitudes are caught, never taught –this happens when the guru is a leader with spirit..

Quality is built in, NOT inspected in. The playing field is tilted for none. Corrective action has time frames .No battles are won at the expense of losing the war.

The team loves the guru because he is STRONG and not a mean jerk.  He does NOT punish anybody for being honest. Freedom of though is guaranteed.

The power of observation is NOT considered as being cynical. Disobedience is perused for inherent virtue. Mistakes made in good faith is condoned lest they become crimes.

Difficulty arouses the whole team, rather than depressing them. No ambition is laid on the miseries of mankind .

Getting along with each other is a valued skill. Time and energy is made for things that matter .Time wasted in recharging energy is NOT considered as wasted time.

When commands are wise it is followed cheerfully. The team loves to learn from a competent leader who knows more than them and have better skills. No soccer team will argue with a Maradona as nobody needs to tell them that he holds legitimate power. .

The team loves a guru who gives them an adventure in life . The antidote to despair is action. A sense of humor helps the team maintain perspective. The team helps each other reach their potential when the guru is not around.

A guru with spirit does NOT place undue reliance on slimy lawyer logic.   Innovation is proactive , never reactive. In Sanatana Dhrama culture and guidelines are values never rules.

A GURU DOES NOT ASK FOR LOYALTY BOND ON 100 RUPEE STAMP PAPER.

The dice is cast without rattling it for ages. In  the team all are asked to be self starters. The guru has the ability to spot talent and convert it to performance. Talking parrots are allowed to talk. Sundials are NOT kept in the shade. Nobody is a POW to tradition.

Quality is a joyful face track without a finishing line. Every moment is freshly minted. Nobody lets yesterday take up too much of today. The most dangerous enemies are indifference and lack of enthusiasm. The guru is ratified in the hearts and minds of the team .

Nobody is addicted to self pity—all can romance the stress. Nobody judges the present by jaundiced eyes of the past. All are involved in team branding and NOT personal branding . Maturity is defined as the ability to focus on things that matter . The team takes their sunshine wherever they go.

LIKE THE QUINTESSENTIAL ARCH, THE MORE PRESSURE PUT ON THE TEAM, THE STRONGER IT BECOMES.

THE ETHICS PROGRAMME IS NOT ABOUT PROTECTING THE REPUTATION OF THE GURU ( UNLIKE THE ITALIAN WAITRESS AND HER DUMBO SON ) , RATHER IT IS ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING

CIVILISATION HAS ADVANCED BY EXTENDING THE NUMBER OF IMPORTANT OPERATIONS WHICH WE CAN PERFORM WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT THEM.

Fast typists do NOT know how their fingers fly on the keyboard.   Expert drivers  day dream while driving on busy road, yet the car is safe.

Champion TT players do NOT think how to retrieve a full blooded smash , their body does it.

In a state of flow, self consciousness disappears. You are too involved in the activity and your ego takes a backseat.  You feel connected to something larger than yourself. You are on the crest of a intuitive high.

It is a paradox, that in this state of flow, by letting go, you strengthen your self. You don’t lose mental energy in how you appear to others. Time flies and your sense of time gets distorted.

THE HALLMARK OF FLOW IS THIS FEELING OF SPONTANEOUS JOY- NAY- RAPTURE.

Prana is responsible for vitality and energy and the processes of respiration, circulation, digestion, excretion etc.

Prana lives in the heart along with past desires and egoism. The different modifications of this prana, results in ten principle types of pranas

The word yoga is derived from the root yuj, which means to unite or to join together.   The practice of yoga leads to the union of the human with the divine – all within the self.

The aim of yoga is the transformation of human beings from their natural form to a perfected form.

Yogic practices originated in the primordial depths of India’s past.  The inner attitudes and disciplines were given orderly expression by Patanjali.

Yoga stills the chattering mind affected by fear, ego, greed, anger , lust , jealousy, hate, stress, indignation , insecurity , impatience, retribution, bitterness , anxiety, etc.

Western medicine can only numb your mind. .

When the mind is calm it can reflect objective reality without its own subjective distortions.

The traditional yoga lifestyle strives toward the goals of asceticism, which seeks to zero-out all desires, attachments, emotions, and ego clinging.   The goal of yoga is essentially to cause the mind to become like zero.

The goal of meditation (the central feature of the yoga) is to zero-out thoughts, to zero-out the mind and realize the true condition of reality… zero.

“He who contemplates on sunya…is absorbed into space…think on the Great Void unceasingly. The Great Void, whose beginning is void, whose middle is void, [and]whose end is void. . . By contemplating continuallyon this, one obtains success [enlightenment].”  – Siva Samhita

In the Katha Upanishad, yoga is likened to a chariot in which the reasoning consciousness is the driver, and the body is the cart.  Mastery of the body is thus achieved by control of the senses.

Karma Yoga is the Yoga of action which purifies the heart and prepares the heart and mind for the reception of Divine Light or the attainment of Knowledge of the Self. But this has to be done without attachment or egoism.

The karma yoga of The Gita is a unique philosophy of action and it declares that nature has given the right of action to man only and the right of the result of action is under the authority of nature. But the action is a duty of man; therefore he should perform actions without the desire of fruit.

Ayn Rand brainwashed young minds , it is perfectly moral to be selfish . Young American rich girls would throw away a broken doll rather than giving it away to a poor black child.

She is responsible for young Americans DUMPING THEIR OLD PARENTS in old homes . Now Maggi Noodles is telling Indians to give Noodle packets and kettles to parents so that they can live alone.

The EVIL philosophy Ayn Rand laid out in her novels was full of  hyper-egotism, power-broker worship and anarcho-capitalism.

SHE PREACHED THAT THERE IS GREAT VIRTUE IN EXPLOITING VULNERABILITY AND BREACHING A TRUST IF IT COULD HELP YOUR CAUSE.

Ayn Rand’s book Atlas Shrugged is taught and distributed to students in many western nations

Rude, dismissive, vain and self-infatuated to the point of obtuseness — she names Atlas Shrugged as the only great American novel . Ayn Rand loved to throw around the word “parasite.” If you aren’t a psychopath greedy hedonist billionaire, in Rand’s eyes you’re a parasite.

Jewess Ayn Rand’s real name was  Alice Rosenbaum.

She converted THIEF international banksters into world ICONs.

The RUDRAKSHA MALA with 108 beads is placed over the middle finger and flicked by the thumb.  The index finger is not used, as it represents the ego, which must be transcended to achieve self-realisation.

The mala retains some of the energy of the mantra, and hence the same mala is used for a mantra. Hold the mala with your right hand, resting beads on your middle finger.  The count begins from the first bead that is next to the big dividing bead.  The dividing bid should never get passed.

Gheranda Samhita is a 7 tier yoga:–

Shatkarma for purification    Asana for strengthening  Mudra for steadying     Pratyahara for calming     Pranayama for lightness    Dhyana for perception    Samādhi for isolation

The white invader has kicked forward Gherand Samhita by an amazing 6600 years –thank god that they did NOT claim to have written it like our Vedas .

Gherand Samhita which means Gherand’s collection was recorded as a conversation between Chanda Kapila and Gherand in which Chanda Kapila asked Gherand to impart him knowledge about the physical discipline of Yoga that would lead to knowledge of the tattvaas (truth).

Gherand responds by saying that there are no fetters like those of illusion, no strength like that which comes from the discipline of yoga, no friend better than knowledge and no enemy greater than ego.  Just as by learning the alphabet, one can read, similarly by practicing yoga one can obtain knowledge of the truth.

Different pranayams, 3 forms of meditation and 32 asanas (poses) are mentioned in the Gherand Samhita.

Gherand says that the body should be purified and strengthened and the exercises that lead to this purification and strengthening can be put in the following seven categories:—

1. Purificatory- through the shat karmas or six steps

2. Strengthening-through regular practice of asanas/poses

3. Steadying-accomplished through mudras

4. Calming-through pratyahar

5. Lightness of body-through pranayam

6. Perception-through meditation

7. Solitude or isolation-accomplished through Samadhi

The definition of conscience is: an inner feeling or voice viewed as acting as a guide to the rightness or wrongness of one’s behavior. Conscience is the silent voice of the soul, which is unable to be heard by anyone else.

If someone that is very close to you places their ear against your head, they will not be able to hear it. However, when the voice is witness to a wrong act, it shouts, torments, does not let us sleep and makes our head weigh a ton.

BUDDHISM HAS CONVERTED SHRADDHA TO SADDHA ( SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW )KARMA TO KAMMADHARMA TO DHAMMA

HEY, HOW ABOUT SOME HUMMA THROWN IN FOR GOOD MEASURE?

A JIVAN MUKT IS IN A TURIYA STATE—HE IS NOT A SAINT—HE BECOME A SAGE

A saint is a very ordinary guy.. A sage is the extraordinary being. A sage does not dream, because he has no polarity. He’s just a witness.

A SAGE HAS NO EGO. WE BURY HIM . THERE ARE NO SEEDS INSIDE HIM TO BE BURNT BEFORE HIS SOULS MERGES WITH BRAHMAN

TURIYA means “consciousness minus thinking” . It represents consciousness free from material influence or supreme consciousness . In Turiya there is the absolute awareness . It is the experience of ultimate reality and truth.

Actions do not create karma (good or bad) when performed by an individual in the state of Moksha or liberation. Such a person is called “Stithaprajna”.

A JIVAN MUKT IS THE ULTIMATE IN INTUITION

Intuits are able to see possibilities and alternatives that aren’t immediately apparent. Your inner knowing comes from first your instincts, second your intellect, and third from your intuition. My blogs help in arousing your inner voice and honing your intuition.

If we expereince the world in which we live as being holistically and intricately connected, feel we are part of what is around us and engage with it in an open, receptive and nonjudgemental way, we become more intuitive and creative.

Intuition helps you stay in the present, like what is advocated in the Bhagavat Gita. Intuition is not pseudo-science . It is an essential psychological function like thinking, feeling and sensing. The divining power of intuition comes from our inner self. It arises from very rapid processing of bits of information that are stored in our subconscious.

Intuition thinks in terms of metaphor, feelings, pictures, and the spatial whole and doesn’t fit neatly into the cause-and-effect model. It is about trusting your own integrity – trusting your gut, trusting your heart.. .

Your intuition will not force you to do things that are truly wrong for yourself or other people in contradiction with the laws of the universe. Intuition is listening to the inner voice or heeding the promptings from within.

Intuition is a ability to cut through the thickness of surface reality . Intuition and confidence go hand in hand. Your sub-conscious which operates a dozen times faster than your conscious mind has picked up on signals that your conscious mind has not yet processed.

We function through partial information, and intuition gives us an overview, a whole sense of things. Intuition acts like a bridge between your logical reasoning and the sum total of your experience-based knowledge.

Intuition is a knowing, a sensing that is beyond the conscious understanding — a gut feeling– flashes of spontaneous thought that are done apparently without relating to facts or logic. Intuition is fast, based on pattern matching.

The divining power of intuition comes from our inner self– very rapid processing of bits of information that are stored in our subconscious. We cannot command our gut feeling to use it at will. It just surfaces spontaneously when certain circumstances are present. Intuitive insights suddenly appear as ideas or feelings.

Intuition is now an EQ competency. It’s considered something necessary to successful living, and something to be respected and valued. Intuitive decisions are NOT guesswork . Intuition has an important role to play in decision making . Intuition is not limited to opinions but can encompass the ability to know valid solutions to problems.

Intuition usually shows up in the areas where you have passion and talent. By logic that we prove, by intuition we discover. Intuition is a sudden and inexplicable knowing. It lies at the roots of spontaneity, humor, creativity, inspiration, and even genius.

Intuition has its own unique language for communicating with you through touch, sight, taste, sound, and smell. As you pay attention to your senses, you’ll begin to understand the “vocabulary” of your intuition.

Traits often found in those with high intuitive intelligence include– an awareness of one’s personal value system, a healthy awareness of one’s own feelings, an ability for self-direction and self-management, a powerful level of self-trust, a desire for innovation, a refined knowledge of one’s strengths and weaknesses, and a high degree of self-regard and freedom.

Mental static and ego can get in the way of tapping into intuition. Intuition bubbles up from within and can be overwhelmed by old mental or emotional “tapes” .

Intuition gone wild within a IDIOT becomes JUMPING INTO CONCLUSIONS .

By going too far out on a limb , you risk misinterpreting the situation and start harming others. Intuition should not be overused and that too by IDIOTS.

It pays to remember — The subconscious responds to stimuli, not pressure.

We have heard athletes describe the phenomenon of BEING IN THE ZONE.  The frontal lobe is that part of the brain that allows us to be in the PRESENT MOMENT.

Resistance to change has always been the human problem, and this resistance comes from our fixed ego aspect.

Our true self wants to evolve and change.  Kundalini awakening is a growing phenomenon and when it happens we cannot turn it off . Kundalini transformation has the purpose to dissolve the last elements of your ego and enlighten you in the body.

Man has awareness of time and space, and he has an ego. He can think, he can know that he is thinking and he can know that he knows that he is thinking. This is because of the evolution of ego. If there is no ego there will not be double awareness.

Animals do not have double awareness. If a dog is chasing another dog, it is under nature’s compulsion. It doesn’t know it is chasing and the other dog doesn’t know that it is running. It runs because instinct compels it to.

That is why it is said that kundalini is sleeping in mooladhara chakra. It can’t progress beyond this point unless it is pushed and prodded . Sometimes it even ascends to swadhisthana or manipura via ida or pingala nadis to find it blocked only get angry attack these centres and to return to mooladhara again to sleep.

However, once the shakti goes beyond manipura chakra via sushumna nadi there is no going back. It is the inner aspect of that nerve complex which carries all kinds of sensations and is immediately connected with the testes.

In both the male and female bodies, there is a vestigial gland at mooladhara chakra which is something like a knot.  In Sanskrit this is known as brahma granthi; the knot of Brahma. As long as this knot remains intact, the energy located in this area is blocked. But the moment the knot is opened, shakti awakens.

It is only when the individual awakens to the possibility of divine consciousness, to a greater force and purpose than that of instinctive animal life, that the brahma granthi begins to loosen. Consciousness begins to be liberated from the root center as the individual’s aspiration awakens. Just because mooladhara is situated near your asshole , this does not make it an impure center.

All   the   passions   are   stored   inmooladhara, all the guilt, every complex and every agony has its root in mooladhara chakra.  Man’s life, his desires, his actions and his accomplishments, are controlled by the sexual   desires,   and   whatever   we   do   in   life   is   an   expression   of   that   lower   chakra . Our lower samskaras and karmas are embedded there, as in lower incarnations, one’s whole being is founded on the sexual personality.

When mooladhara awakens, a number of phenomena occur. The first thing many practitioners experience is levitation of the astral body. One has the sensation of floating upward in space, leaving the physical body behind. This is due to the energy of kundaiini whose ascending momentum causes the astral body to disassociate from the physical and move upward.

HOMOSEXUALS WHO REVEL IN ANAL SEX CAN NEVER RISE BEYOND THE MOOLADHARA CHAKRA— THEY ARE DOOMED – THEIR SOULS CAN GO ONLY TO THE FIRST ASTRAL LAYER, TO BE RE-INDUCTED AS PROBABLY A LEPER OR IMPOTENT MAN IN THE NEXT LIFE

THE REASON WHY THERE ARE SO MANY WHITE HOMOSEXUALS ( ANAL SEX PARTY ) IS BECAUSE THEIR ANCESTORS WERE CANNIBALS

It is only when you reach anahata chakra that you become a yogi.

Up until then, whether you are in mooladhara, swadhisthana or manipura, you are a yoga practitioner.

In anahata you become a yogi because you are completely established in yogic consciousness and you depend solely upon the power of your own consciousness rather than on anything that is external or concerning faith..

If the consciousness awakens in anahata, but you do not know the powers of your mind, or you possess negative, pessimistic attitudes, dark approaches to life, apprehensions, fears and many other negative mental tendencies, then you will immediately fall prey to them.

If this happens, you risk the possibility of falling back from anahata.  And if you fall from anahata, there is hardly any chance of making a second start. To avoid a downfall at this point, it is necessary to always remain as alert as the antelope, which is sensitive to each and every sound.

The Anahata chakra awakens refined emotion in the brain and its awakening is characterized by a feeling of universal, unlimited love for all beings.  Just   as   the   sun   removes   darkness,   love   removes ego. These two can never coexist. When kundalini is established in anahata there is absolute devotion and even a confirmed atheist will change.

Anahata is the seat of human love and the seat of divine love. One obtains complete emotional balanceand the ability to communicate externally as well as internally.

Voices or sounds coming from other realms may be heard, and buzzing or humming sounds and the music of a flute may be experienced. The sadhaka may become an insired poet, artist or singer.  He may manifest clairvoyant /clairaudient or psychokinetic ability.

A person who is in anahata is generally very sensitive to the feelings of others and his sense of touch is strongly developed.  He also has the ability to heal others, either by touch or by generating his own spiritual energy to other people in order to effect curative changes. Many people who perform miraculous healings do so through the agency of anahata chakra.

Synchronicities are utterances of the soul, as they contain, are an expression of and unite the opposites. Synchronicities are soul-making in action.

Synchronicities occur when we step out of the personal dimension of our experience and access  the archetypal dimension of experience. If we are absorbed in and identified with the person-alistic perspective, we person-alize our experience, imagining we exist as a separate person isolated from the space around us.

We thus become entranced into a particularized point of view which develops a seemingly autonomous life of its own and becomes a self-reinforcing feedback loop, a true “self” fulfilling prophecy.

To become identified with the fixed reference point of the separate self limits our freedom, entraps our creative potency and hinders our compassion.

To the extent we recognize the dreamlike nature of our situation, however, we step out of a person-alistic and reductive viewpoint based on linear causality (i.e., the perspective of the illusory skin-encapsulated ego) into a more archetypal perspective in which we find ourselves playing roles in an eternal, mythic and divine drama of incarnation.

BG 3.43: Thus knowing the soul to be superior to the material intellect, O mighty armed Arjun, subdue the lower self (senses, mind, and intellect) by the higher self (strength of the soul), and kill this formidable enemy called desire.

The Upanishadic method of introspection for  the withdrawal of ego from the outer world of sense objects to the inner world  of the Self for the purposes of curbing desire oriented tendencies and thereby  achieving Self-discovery is commended

Krishna advises Arjuna to conquer desire with this understanding of the  superior power of the soul, though it is difficult to achieve. Krishna points  out that a man of discrimination and dispassion will be able to achieve this by  increasing his Sattwic quality and by appealing to the indwelling Presence, the soul through introspection/ meditation. This controlling of the lower self i.e. the mind with  the knowledge of the Higher Self is termed here as ‘restraining the self by the  Self’.

The ultimate goal of practicing yoga is to achieve transcendence and to break this cyclic existence. Dharana, dhyana, and samadhi are the three states that prepare one toward this transcendental goal.

These three together is called Samyama (sam meaning total and yama meaning to control).  Samyama means complete mastery over the psychic process or complete control of mental concentration.

The ego is broken either by internal self-analysis or by objective concentration. Both ways are equally applicable and effective.

It is the ego that prevents us from concentrating ourselves on anything, because the ego has a notion of the variety of things, and a need for appropriating various diverse characters for its own satisfaction. And inasmuch as we are preventing this kind of contact and satisfaction, it resents all forms of concentration of mind.

Samyama is the greatest synthesis of human consciousness, the synthesis of three: dharana, dhyan, samadhi.

Attention leads to concentration (dharana).Concentration leads to meditation (dhyana).Meditation leads to absorption (samadhi).

EGO LADEN, BASTARD ,  “SON OF A BITCH” MEN HAVE GONE HOME AFTER LONG BLOODY WAR, TOTALLY DEVOID OF EGO-  SAMAYAMA VIA THE BACK DOOR.

EGO LADEN CRIMINALS ON THE DEATH ROW ALWAYS LOSE 100% EGO IN THE FINAL 24 HOURS .. THEY KNOW THE GAME IS OVER

JIVAN MUKTS HAVE ZERO EGO.

The PARADOX is that suffering caused by the ego eventually destroys the ego. When ego disappears , bliss enters.

Murderers in the death row have in the last few hours experienced the ego less state and the deep joy and peace that comes along with it.

Even Saddam Hussain agreed to wear the black hood on his head without protest before he was hanged , in front of several people —under normal circumstances he would have spat on the man who suggested it to him.

Placing your ego on the back burner is the first step in realizing one’s potential, having a happy family life and living in harmony with society.

Ego strengthens itself by diminishing others..

Ego is insanity of the human mind. Unhappiness is an ego created mental cum emotional disease. The chatter of the ego continuously disrupts the natural state of well being. Stress is from within the mind , not by external threat.

Ego creates suffering without recognising it. Many people carry large amount of unnecessary baggage, both mental and emotional through out their lives. They hang on to the old emotion to strengthen their identity.

EXTREME TRAUMA IN WAR CAN LEAD TO SAMYAMA VIA THE BACKDOOR— SUCH IS THE TRANSCEDENT PARADOX OF THE HUMAN MIND.

MANY TRAUMATISED WAR VETERANS , CAME HOME , JUST HAPPY TO BE ALIVE , TOTALLY DEVOID OF EGO. . THEY HAVE STEPPED THROUGH THE FEAR BARRIER.

THEIR WIVES, CHILDREN AND FRIENDS WONDER— IS THIS THE SAME GOLD DIGGIN’ , EGO LADEN , MEAN SON OF A BITCH, WHO LEFT HIS HOME FOR WAR A YEAR AGO?

WHEN YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL IS ACCRUING BAD KARMA DUE TO INHERENT EGO, GREED , JEALOUSY ( NEGATIVITY ) –ONLY SAMYAMA CAN SAVE YOU

SAMYAMA is like the surgeon’s scalpel, the razor sharp tool of discrimination that is used for the deep introspection, which eventually uncovers the jewel of the Self, in the core of our being.

Samyama has happened via the backdoor.

Ego laden SONS OF BITCHES have come back from a bloody war liberated from negativity —  CROSSING THE PAIN BARRIER  gave them Samyama.

Sometimes SURVIVAL AGAINST ALL ODDS give you Samyama via the backdoor.

Samyama ( transcendence ) is a state of being or existence above and beyond the limits of material experience

Witnessing requires you to be in the moment and to see things as they are.   It enables you to respond with greater skill, intuition grace and wisdom.

The witness is the silent,  peaceful centre of your being.   It is from this perspective that you view your mind, the eternally changing, thinking, emoting, feeling, remembering, desiring part of you.

There are various types of transformations, such as nirodha parinama, samadhi parinama, ekagrata parinama, dharma parinama, lakshana parinama and avastha parinama.

These are the terms used by Patanjali to indicate the types or kinds of transformation which the mind passes through in its processes of concentration, meditation and samadhi – which is samyama

Adi Shankaracharya wrote 4000 years ago, that samyama is a means for Jnana-yoga (path of knowledge) to achieve the state of Jivanmukta

THE DEEPER FORM OF RENUNCIATION IS INTERNAL RENUNCIATION WHICH IS THE SAMYAMA WAY.

IN THE INTERNAL FORM OF RENUNCIATION THE SEEKER DOES NOT FEEL THE NEED TO GIVE UP THE WORLDLY OBJECTS THEMSELVES, RATHER THE ATTACHMENT TO THESE WORLDLY OBJECTS.

SAMYAMA is a means to reduce karmic baggage

The last three rungs of Yoga: Dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi are the final three rungs of Yoga.

Dharana: Concentration is the process of holding or fixing the attention of mind onto one object or place. Attention leads to concentration (dharana)

Dhyana: Meditation is sustained concentration, whereby the attention continues to hold or repeat the same object or place. Concentration leads to meditation (dhyana)

Samadhi: Samadhi is the deep absorption, wherein only the essence of that object, place, or point shines forth in the mind, as if the mind were devoid even of its own form. Meditation leads to absorption (samadhi)

When the mind is under control (vashikara), then that mind can be used as an instrument to explore the subtler components of the mind field, including the samskaras themselves, which are the deep impressions driving KARMA

Once the mind is reasonably stabilized and clear , the deeper process of Yoga can begin. The mind eventually becomes like a transparent crystal , and is a purified tool for the subtler explorations of the gross and subtle levels. Such a mind can explore the whole range of objects, even the smallest or largest

The experience and repeated practice of pranayama thins the veil of KARMA, which usually clouds the inner light, allowing that to come shining through

Pratyahara is the withdrawal of the senses (indriyas) of cognition and action from both the external world and the images or impressions in the mind field . The senses are said to follow the mind in the same way the hive of bees follows the queen bee. Wherever she goes, they will follow. Similarly, if the mind truly goes inward, the senses will come racing behind.

Once the inner light dawns through samyama , it is used to examine the stages of subtle objects, whether normally veiled or far away. The finest discrimination finally leads to liberation

Samyama on the samskaras brings freedom: However, to the yogi doing samyama  on these deeper samskaras themselves (deep impressions), there comes increasing clarity about the way the samskaras have clouded the self-identity and obscured Self-realization.

Thus, these past identities are not reinforced, but are attenuated  and set aside. They are not seen as self-identities, but as incorrectly perceived false identities. This leads to lesser bondage and greater freedom.

Attainments and obstacles: As with the other subtle experiences this is seen to be both an attainment and an obstacle, and is set aside with non-attachment . By making samyama on previous thought-waves, one obtains knowledge of one’s past lives.

Samyama on one’s tendencies and habits will lead one to their origins. Consequently one gains deep knowledge of one’s past. Through the direct perception of the latent impressions (samskaras) comes the knowledge of previous incarnations.

Samskara is known as “residual potency” also. When all Vrittis or thoughts die away, the frame of the mind remains with the Samskaras. This is termed the Potential Mind.

In Vedantic parlance, it is called Antahkarana Matra. A child is born with his Samskaras. A child is born with his past experiences transmuted into mental and moral tendencies and powers.

By experiences, pleasant and painful, man gathers materials and builds them into mental and moral faculties. The earthly experiences are worked up into intellectual faculty. The mind evolves through the impressions received from the universe through the senses.

It will take many bodies till it gathers the complete experience of the world. Every man is born with his inborn or inherent Samskaras and these Samskaras are embedded, lodged or imprinted in the Chitta.

All Samskaras lie dormant in the Chitta as latent activities, not only of this life but of all previous innumerable lives from Anadi Kala (beginningless time). In human life, only those Samskaras which are appropriate to that particular type of birth will operate and come to play.

The other kinds of Samskaras will remain concealed and dormant. The nature of desires and thoughts depends upon the nature of your Samskaras.

By doing a pilgrimage to Sabarimala ( proper  41 day VRAT ) , past soul samskaras causing phobias and persistent vices in current life are burnt.

https://ajitvadakayil.blogspot.com/2018/11/5900-year-old-sabarimala-this-planets.html

The aim of a Sadhaka is to fry out or burn or obliterate all these Samskaras through Nirbija Samadhi. Sadhana consists in wiping out the Samskaras. Breathing, hearing, seeing, feeling, tasting, smelling-all cause Samskaras or latent Smriti in the mind.

The world enters the mind through the eyes, ears, tongue (speech) and old Samskaras. If you remain in seclusion, you can shut out the first three doors. Through Vichara (right enquiry of Supreme Self), you can destroy the fourth route.

Then, Jnana (Knowledge of Self) will dawn. A Jnani is without Samskaras. They are fried out by Jnana. No doubt, the force of the Samskaras remains in the Antahkarana. But they are harmless. They will not bind the Jnani.

This knowledge of past samskars and the ability to heal them (or in Yog terminology, ‘roasting of seed samskars’) is something that helps one to move ahead.

Where ever light of awareness falls, the darkness of ignorance disappears. We might be facing a lot of demons in our day to day life. Our fears, phobias and self limiting beliefs and blocks (whether known or unknown) keep us from living our lives to the fullest potential.

There is no gap between the present experience and the formation of a Samskara in the subconscious mind. A specific experience leaves a specific Samskara. The memory of this specific experience springs from that particular Samskara only, which was formed out of that particular experience.

Samskara is known as “residual potency” . When all Vrittis or thoughts die away, the frame of the mind remains with the Samskaras. This is termed the Potential Mind. In Vedantic parlance, it is called Antahkarana Matra.

All Samskaras co-exist in the mind. The Vrittis slowly subside and leave traces in the mind. These traces are the Samskaras. From these Samskaras springs memory. If you have Yogic vision, you can vividly notice the marvels that take place in the mental factory of an individual, how the Vritti arises in the mind-lake, how it subsides and how a Samskara is formed.

You will be struck with wonder. Samyama over these Samskaras brings out the direct knowledge of the residual potencies. A Yogin brings into direct consciousness the previous life-states by getting direct knowledge of their Samskaras.

Such knowledge can hardly be acquired in Universities or in Single Messiah holy books .  A Yogin of Sanatana Dharma alone can impart this knowledge to deserving aspirants.

THIS IS WHY I SAY, —

IF ALL RELIGIONS ON THIS PLANET COMBINED IS ONE DROP OF DIRTY STINKING VERMIN LADEN WATER,   SANATANA DHARMA IS THE ENDLESS BOTTOMLESS PRISTINE BLUE OCEAN..

Past life regression is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover what practitioners believe are memories of past lives or incarnations..

At the Sanyasa stage, after the age of 75 till death , the man is supposed to be totally devoted to spirituality , taper off his ego , and increasing his soul frequency. He must renounce all attachments, desires and responsibilities .  He is now solely concerned in lessening his karmic extra baggage and his sole concern is to attain moksha

“Midlife is the time to let go of an over-dominant ego and to contemplate the deeper significance of human existence.”  C.G. Jung

Yoga is control of the mind, restraint of the mind-stuff. Patanjali says-yoga is chitta-vritti-nirodhah. As a word, vritti means literally vortex (of consciousness), or “circular activity with no beginning and no end”.

What the mind serves up are the images designed to entertain consciousness. the mind never sees ‘the thing in itself.’ Mind is immaterial when compared with matter but it is a subtle material when compared with consciousness.

Since mind is an object for a subject (mind or thoughts can be known), it is considered non-intelligent or inert. Mind is not self-revealing. Mind has its seat in the physical brain, during the waking state, mind gains experiences of the physical universe in and through the vibrations of the brain.

It is mind’s function to act as a limiter to the vision of the self/consciousness so that the experience is experienced vividly. A mind without desire becomes calm and serene.

A disturbed mind cannot execute any action with efficiency. Thus renunciation is the goal to be reached through abandoning the anxiety for the enjoyment of the fruits of actions.

When a man performs his obligatory duties without the spirit of doership and selfishness, his mind is purified and becomes fit for Self Realization. General anaesthetic, which switches off consciousness, does this through quantum means, measured by changes in electron spin. all biological systems are quantum mechanical, being composed of atoms and thus subject to the quantum theory of atomic structure.

Cosmic consciousness takes place in Sahasrara chakra. The human brain is still in an organic state of evolution toward higher levels of consciousness. With elevated consciousness you develop wisdom is discriminating between right and wrong..

The Jiva enjoys the world of objects through sense organs and mind. Consciousness never directly illumines any object but when reflected upon mind and intellect It becomes Intelligence in which the sense objects become illumined.

The Jiva, using the mind along with sense organs, enjoys the sense objects such as sound, touch, taste, smell etc. True happiness of human beings lies not in the possession of outward things but in the fulfillment of the higher mind and spirit, in the development of what is most inward in us. It may mean pain and restraint but it will lead us to joy and freedom.

Pursuing the path of creative action a seeker drops the bulk of the vasanas, desires. His mind becomes purified. His intellect becomes sharp. He rises to the path of knowledge and acquires spiritual values. Work becomes worship, by aligning the mind through the performance of activity, to the consciousness of the Self.

This change of attitude towards work removes drudgery in work.. The quantum physicists know of the observer’s conscious awareness of the characteristics of the physical objects under experiment.

The static collapse caused by minds affect the quantum-mechanical states of physical systems and the objective, observable properties of the cosmological world as well. The basic notion of the relationship between mind and matter is participation rather than interaction ..

The conscious man of high soul frequency has a body-soul duality that is an extension of the wave-particle duality of subatomic particles. both dualities participate in the element of subjectivism in explaining reality.

This element of reality represents the philosophical aspect but has been neglected by contemporary cosmologists, who focus on the results of observation.

The metaphysics of this duality can be derived from the laws of nature. quantum computers have shown to have the ability to perform processes that conventional computers cannot, which reminds us of how our brains can achieve things that are far beyond artificial intelligence.

Every ancient indian village held court, without written records under it, the tree being the sole witness.  under this tree people do not tell lies.. . instant justice was provided under the canopy of this majestic sacred tree of wisdom.

banyan tree is the last of plant life forms.. after that the soul takes next re-birth as low animal forms..  same way conscious elephant is the last of animal life forms.. after that the soul takes next re-birth as human… this is why our hindu temples have banyan trees and elephants..

A SANYASI DISENTANGLES HIMSELF FROM THE REFLECTION OF THE TREE BY CUTTING IT WITH THE WEAPON OF DETACHMENT..  THE ENTANGLEMENT OF THIS MATERIAL WORLD IS COMPARED TO THE REFLECTION OF THE BANYAN TREE..

WHEN IT IS SAID THAT A PERSON KNOWS THE VEDAS, IT IS ASSUMED THAT HE KNOWS HOW TO CUT OFF ATTACHMENT TO THIS MATERIAL WORLD. .

if one knows that process, he actually knows the vedas.. the purpose of the vedas, as disclosed krishna is to cut down the reflected tree and attain the real tree of the spiritual world..

a banyan tree is a tree that does not grow out of the soil. it grows out of its own branches. the seed alights on the branch, germinates from there and produces handing roots that invade the soils to grow into a new tree. .

after a couple of centuries the host tree does not exist any more, like how the human race changes form.. krishna says that the mystery of the aśhvatth tree is not easy to understand for the embodied souls, as they are deeply entangled in the continuous cycle of life and death…

because the banyan tree spreads out laterally and ‘drops’ roots that form into trunks, it is almost impossible to determine the original trunk of the tree. ..

SIMILARLY THE WORKINGS OF THE MATERIAL WORLD ARE SO COMPLEX THAT IT IS VERY HARD TO KNOW THEIR ORIGIN. .

a soul situated within the complexities of this incomprehensible tree remains trapped… all existence beyond the tree is forgotten, and he is fully enamored with the tastes of its fruits and berries..

The pranamaya kosha is the “vital sheath” .. The pranamaya kosha, which is connected to the five motor organs (excretory, urino-genital, feet, hands, and vocal organ), contains our urges for survival, reproduction, movement, and self-expression. It provides us with enthusiasm and motivation for all we do.

Most of us are dominated by the vital body and its deep-seated urges, which are necessary in order for us to remain alive. The vital body is the home of the subconscious ego, which harbors our various fears, desires, and attachments.

Most of us spend our life seeking enjoyment through this kosha in the form of sensory pleasure and acquiring material objects.

People with a strong vital body are able to impress their personality on the world and often become prominent in life.

Pranamaya kosha is the vital life energy which organises the body parts and provides movement for mental and physical expression. It allows the invisible indweller, our True Self to be able to animate in the external world.

Pranamaya Kosha, regulates the physical and mental energies through the Chakras and Nadis. To connect with this layer we practise the fifth and sixth branches of yoga Pranayama and Pratyahara, control of the breath and control of the senses, respectively.

Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. In Sanskrit, prana means “vital life force”, and yama means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with the prana, thus, pranayama is a means to elevate the prana shakti, or life energies.

Without a strong spiritualized pranamaya kosha, we lack the energy to do our practices in an intense and sustained manner.

During pratyahara the two poles of time and space begin to separate from normal conscious perception. In dharana they reach their opposite position. In dhyana they begin to move closer together and in samadhi they meet again at the nucleus. Then the explosion takes place and awareness of the mantra is left behind in the reality of the finite mind.

Thus consciousness breaks out of the limited, individual experience represented by HAM SO into the cosmic experience of OM  ( charlatan Sri Sri Ravishankar lifted this bullshit SO HUM hyperventilation from here )

The techniques of yoga restructure the internal body system so that prana can flow freely without blockages. The quantum of prana has to be increased so that it becomes powerful and vital. Only in this way can we awaken the dormant areas of the brain. This is where swara yoga becomes essential.

Tantra is related to vijnanamaya kosha. The tantric practices act as a catalyst . All energy is inherent in matter. In the same way, vijnanamaya kosha is inherent within you but it is hidden in you like butter is hidden in milk. You have to separate it; you have to release your vijnanamaya kosha.

Vijnanamaya kosha is the realm of your unconscious mind or psyche. It is a world of signs and symbols, colours and lights. And your unconscious is a part of the collective unconscious.

It is directly linked to the collective unconsciousness or hiranyagarbha, the cosmic womb, that holds everything that has ever come into existence or is waiting to come into existence. It is the cosmic storehouse to which the unconscious mind of each and every individual is linked.

That is why when you have experience of vijnanamaya kosha you become intuitive, because you begin to perceive things which belong to the four dimensions of time, the past, present, future and beyond that to eternity.

To awaken vijnanamaya you have to transcend the influence of mind and intellect. The easiest and quickest way to influence the analytical mind and logical intellect is to provide it with a set of practices that defy all logic.

According to yoga and tantra, this really works you can easily use the practices of yoga, such as asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, pratyahara, dharana and dhyana, to awaken vijnanamaya kosha

A KOSHA , USUALLY RENDERED “SHEATH”, IS A COVERING OF THE SOUL ACCORDING TO VEDANTIC PHILOSOPHY.

There are five koshas, and they are often visualised as the layers of an onion in the subtle body.

The five sheaths summarised with the term Panchakosha are described in the Taittiriya Upanishad (2.1-5) 5000 BC From gross to fine they are:

Annamaya kosha, “food” sheath (Anna)

Pranamaya kosha, “energy” sheath (Prana)

Manomaya kosha “mind” sheath (Manas)

Vijñānamaya kosha, “discernment” or “Knowledge” sheath (Vigynana)

Anandamaya kosha, “bliss” sheath (Ananda)

According to Vedanta the wise person, being aware of the subtle influences of the five elements within each kosha, ever discerns the Self amidst appearances.

Dharana practice requires a preliminary mastership in certain aspects of prana energy control.  This is why when someone sits to meditate without first doing pranayama , he cannot be successful even though he may imagine for himself in peace happiness and light.  Dharaṇa means single minded focus. The prior limb Pratyahara involves withdrawing the senses from external phenomena

Pratyahara makes the mind calm. Dharana steadies the mind. Dhyana makes one forget the body and the world. Samadhi  brings infinite Bliss, Knowledge, Peace and Liberation.

Svadhyaya Yoga begins with a practice of pratyahara. We turn the awareness inward and focus on the state of inner being. We observe the anna maya kosha (the physical), the prana maya kosha, (the pranic body), the mano-maya kosha (the emotional and intellectual bodies), the jnana maya kosha (the intuitive body).

Here is a 7000 year old Patanjali Yoga sutra..  Cockeyed Trisha Shetty thinks Yoga is gymnastics. For a Noel prize childless traitor Modi and lap dog Ajit Doval are on her side.

2.29 — yamaniyamasanapranayamapratyaharadharanadhy anasamadhayo-a-shtava anggani –  Patanjali Yoga sutra 5000 BC

Although asana, pranayama and pratyahara are separate entities, they depend on one another for expressing the hidden aspects of yoga. These stages, which enable the seeker to heighten in the art of yoga, are called progressive sadhana.

Moral injunctions (yama), fixed observances (niyama), posture (asana), regulation of breath (pranayama), internalisation of the senses towards their source (pratyahara), concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana) and absorption of consciousness in the soul (samadhi), are the eight constituents of yoga.

Again, the eight limbs of yoga ( ashtanga ) , prescribed by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.  : 5 yamas, 5 niyamas (yamas and niyamas are social, moral and ethical guidelines), asana (physical posture), pranayama (breathing techniques), pratyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (absorption).

The involutionary path of renunciation necessitates pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi. This inward journey disengages the consciousness from external objects. To be proficient in yoga, yama and niyama must be observed carefully all through the yogic sadhana.

The  art of making the mind introspective or turned inward upon itself is through the Yogic Kriya, Pratyahara (abstraction).

In a world of information overload, the yoga practice of pratyahara offers us a haven of silence. This is what we do at the Vadakayil Kalki ashram.

Pratyahara is defined as “the conscious withdrawal of energy from the senses.”

Most of us know this state; when you’re in it, you feel like you’re at the bottom of a well. You register the sounds that occur around you, for example, but these sounds do not create disturbance in your body or mind. It is this state of nonreaction that is called pratyahara.

You still register input from your sense organs, but you don’t react to that input. There seems to be a space between the sensory stimulus and your response.  You are in the world but not of it.

As we learn to see beyond our ego, we connect to a much greater energy source than our individual soul and tap into profound vitality and ease.

The practice of pratyahara enable you to respond  instead of  reacting kneejerk powered by ego.. Pratyahara means remaining in the middle of a stimulating environment and consciously not reacting, but instead choosing how to respond.

Pratyahara is the key to the relationship between the outer and inner aspects of yoga; it shows us how to move from one to the other. Just as a healthy body resists toxins and pathogens, a healthy mind resists the negative sensory influences around it.

If we say someone has a ‘big ego’ or is ‘full of themselves’ this essentially means that they identify a little too closely with their story, their body and their grossest level of being.

It’s not the ego itself that’s the problem, it’s our over-identification with, and attachment to, the story that comes with it.

We confuse our soul, our true self – the most pure essence – with the ego and we get pushed and pulled around by the storms of the mind, also known as ‘Maya’.

A sannyasi will never have road rage..

Pratyahara provides a bridge from the outer practices of yama, niyama, asana and pranayama (from the gross) to the inner practices of dharana, dhyana and samadhi (to the subtle).

The energy freed from focusing outward, freed of the desire to act and to collect information can be wisely channeled instead to the realization of who we really are, which is pure consciousness.

Pratyahara is a tool for taking control of our lives and opening up to our inner being.  Pratyahara is not an escapist  attempt to flee from difficulty, to escape by withdrawing into thought.

2.54- – svasvavishayasanprayoge chittasy svaroopanukar ivendriyanan pratyaharah Patanjali Yoga Sutra 5000 BC

Withdrawing the senses, mind and consciousness from contact with external objects, and then drawing them inwards towards the seer, is pratyahara.

Now the mind is able to concentrate and the senses no longer pester the mind for their satiation. They lose interest in the tastes and flavours of their respective objects, and are drawn back from the external world in order to help the mind in its inner quest. This is pratyahara. This is the basis of the path to renunciation. As a bird cannot fly if one of its wings is cut off, so is it in the case of the sadhaka. The two wings of yoga are practice, from yama to pranayama, and renunciation, from pratyahara to samadhi. Both are necessary for flights. Then the yogi dwells in his soul, perceiving all things directly, without the intrusion of citta – the conscious faculty.

In ordinary everyday life, consciousness helps the senses see the objects of the world with thoughts of acquisition, rejection and resignation. They become hypnotised by them, and are drawn outwards, towards pleasure. In pratyahara, the senses are directed inwards, towards the realisation of the soul. Pratyahara is the withdrawal of the mind from its contact with the senses of perception and organs of action; then its direction is towards the soul.

The relationship between the mind and the senses is justly compared to that of bees following the queen bee. If the queen bee moves, the others follow. When she rests, the others rest. They do not function independently from their queen. Similarly, when the mind stops, the senses, too, stop working. This is pratyahara.

It is the beginning of man’s return journey towards his Maker. It is the science of restricting the senses by depriving them of that that feeds them – the external objective world. It liberates them, by denying the supply of nourishment in the form of desires and their fulfilments.

Through over-stimulation and misuse, the organs of action lose their power and are no longer capable of stimulating the organs of perception or the mind. Owing to the force of past impressions, one continues to ache after renewed sensation. But one can never be satiated. This spawns unhappiness and dissatisfaction.

Here lies the true role of pratyahara, the fifth aspect of yoga. When the senses withdraw themselves from the objects and imitate, as it were, the nature of the mind-stuff, this is pratyahara. Withdrawing the senses, mind and consciousness from contact with external objects, and then drawing them inwards towards the seer, is pratyahara.

When the mind is withdrawn from sense-objects, the sense-organs also withdraw themselves from their respective objects and thus are said to imitate the mind.  The restraint of senses occurs when the mind is able to remain in its chosen direction and the senses disregard the different objects around them and faithfully follow the direction of the mind. When the mental organs of senses and actions (indriyas) cease to be engaged with the corresponding objects in their mental realm, and assimilate or turn back into the mind-field from which they arose, this is called pratyahara, and is the fifth step.

Pratyahara means literally “control of ahara,” or “gaining mastery over external influences.” It is compared to a turtle withdrawing its limbs into its shell — the turtle’s shell is the mind and the senses are the limbs. The term is usually translated as “withdrawal from the senses,”

At the stage of pratyahara, the consciousness of the individual is internalized in order that the sensations from the senses of taste, touch, sight, hearing and smell don’t reach their respective centers in the brain and takes the sadhaka (practitioner) to next stages of Yoga, namely Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (mystical absorption), being the aim of all Yogic practices.

Indriya pratyahara involves withdrawal of senses, or sensory inputs into our physical being, coming from our five senses, namely organs creating a sensory overload, and hence hinders collection of the mind, as in Dharana, the next stage of Yoga.

Most of us suffer from sensory overload, the result of constant bombardment from television, radio, computers, newspapers, magazines, books etc. . Our commercial society functions by stimulating our interest through the senses. We are constantly confronted with bright colors, loud noises and dramatic brain washing sensations.

We have been raised on every sort of sensory indulgence; it is the main form of entertainment in our society. The problem is that the senses, like untrained children, have their own will, which is largely instinctual in nature. They tell the mind what to do. If we don’t discipline them, they dominate us with their endless demands.

We are so accustomed to ongoing sensory activity that we don’t know how to keep our minds quiet; we have become hostages of the world of the senses and its allurements. We run after what is appealing to the senses and forget the higher goals of life.

Pratyahara is an important limb of yoga for people today. The old saying “the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak” applies to those of us who have not learned how to properly control our senses. Indriya-pratyahara gives us the tools to strengthen the spirit and reduce its dependency on the body. Such control is not suppression (which causes eventual revolt), but proper coordination and motivation.

Prana pratyahara- control of our senses requires mastery over the flow of prana, as that is what drives the senses.  Unless our prana is strong we will not have the power to control the senses. If our prana is scattered or disturbed, our senses will also be scattered and disturbed.

Pranayama is a preparation for pratyahara. Prana is gathered in pranayama and withdrawn in pratyahara. Yogic texts describe methods of withdrawing prana from different parts of the body, starting with the toes and ending wherever we wish to fix our attention — the top of the head, the third eye, the tip of nose, heart or one of the other chakras.

To stop the scattering of valuable vital energy of the body or prana, we need to seek control over its flow, and harmonize it. This is done through various practices including bringing the entire focus to a single point in the body. These two lead to the subsequent two types of pratyahara, the Control of Action or ‘Karma pratyahara’, which entails not just control of motor organs, but also right action or work, and Karma Yoga, surrender of every action to the divine and performing it as an act of service.

We cannot control the sense organs without also controlling the motor organs. In fact the motor organs involve us directly in the external world. The impulses coming in through the senses get expressed through the motor organs and this drives us to further sensory involvement.

Because desire is endless, happiness consists not in getting what we want, but in no longer needing anything from the external world.  Just as the right intake of impressions gives control of the sense organs, right work and right action gives control of the motor organs. This involves karma yoga — performing selfless service and making our life a sacred ritual.

Karma-pratyahara can be performed by surrendering any thought of personal rewards for what we do, doing everything as service to God or to humanity. The Bhagavad Gita says, “Your duty is to act, not to seek a reward for what you do.” This is one kind of pratyahara. It also includes the practice of austerities that lead to control of the motor organs.

For example, asana can be used to control the hands and feet, control which is needed when we sit quietly for extended periods of time. This leads to the final form of pratyahara – the Withdrawal of Mind or ‘Mano pratyahara’, which is practiced by consciously withdrawing attention from anything that is unwholesome, and distracting for the mind such as by withdrawing attention from the senses, and directing it inwards .

We take in sensory impressions only where we place our mind’s attention. In a way we are always practicing pratyahara. The mind’s attention is limited and we give attention to one sensory impression by withdrawing the mind from other impressions. Wherever we place our attention, we naturally overlook other things.

We control our senses by withdrawing our mind’s attention from them. According to this  Yoga Sutra: “When the senses do not conform with their own objects but imitate the nature of the mind, that is pratyahara.” More specifically, it is mano-pratyahara — withdrawing the senses from their objects and directing them inward to the nature of the mind, which is formless.

The mind is like the queen bee and the senses are the worker bees. Wherever the queen bee goes, all the other bees must follow. Thus mano-pratyahara is less about controlling the senses than about controlling the mind, for when the mind is controlled, the senses are automatically controlled.

We can practice mano-pratyahara by consciously withdrawing our attention from unwholesome impressions whenever they arise. This is the highest form of pratyahara and the most difficult; if we have not gained proficiency in controlling the senses, motor organs, and pranas, it is unlikely to work. Like wild animals, prana and the senses can easily overcome a weak mind, so it is usually better to start first with more practical methods of pratyahara.

Pratyahara is related to all the limbs of yoga. All of the other limbs — from asana to samadhi — contain aspects of pratyahara. For example, in the sitting poses, which are the most important aspect of asana, both the sensory and motor organs are controlled.

Pranayama contains an element of pratyahara as we draw our attention inward through the breath. Yama and niyama contain various principles and practices, like non-violence and contentment, that help us control the senses. In other words, pratyahara provides the foundation for the higher practices of yoga and is the basis for meditation.

It follows pranayama (or control of prana) and, by linking prana with the mind, takes it out of the sphere of the body. Pratyahara is also linked with dharana. In pratyahara we withdraw our attention from ordinary distractions. In dharana we consciously focus that attention on a particular object, such as a mantra. Pratyahara is the negative and dharana the positive aspect of the same basic function.

Many of us find that even after years of meditation practice we have not achieved all that we expected. Trying to practice meditation without some degree of pratyahara is like trying to gather water in a leaky vessel. No matter how much water we bring in, it flows out at the same rate. The senses are like holes in the vessel of the mind.

Unless they are sealed, the mind cannot hold the nectar of truth. Anyone whose periods of meditation alternate with periods of sensory indulgence is in need of pratyahara.

Pratyahara offers many methods of preparing the mind for meditation. It also helps us avoid environmental disturbances that are the source of psychological pain. Pratyahara is a marvelous tool for taking control of our lives and opening up to our inner being. It is no wonder some great yogis have called it “the most important limb of yoga.”

We should all remember to include it in our practice. One of the most common practices for Pratyahara is Pranayama, wherein we automatically withdraw from the external and bring our focus inwards towards our breath, as connection with the external senses and stimuli are all severed gradually. At the advanced levels, the currents which pulsate through the nerves and even the involuntary muscles are turned off by the practitioner.

This may also be accomplished through Pranayama or breath-control. Pratyahara or abstraction is that by which the senses do not associate with their own objects and imitate, as it were, the nature of the mind-stuff (Chitta). The senses are assimilated in the mind which is rendered pure through the practice of Yama, Niyama and Pranayama.

The mind becomes more calm now. The nature of the Indriyas is to have always connection with the objects. Where the vision is turned outward (Bahirmukha Vritti), the rush of fleeting events engages the mind. The outgoing energies of the mind begin to play. When they are obstructed by the practice of Pratyahara, the other course for them is to mix with the mind and to be absorbed in the mind.

The mind will not assume any form of any object. Hitherto, the Indriyas were following the mind like the other bees which follow the queen bee.Pratyahara itself is termed as Yoga, as it is the most important Anga in Yoga Sadhana. This is the fifth rung in the Yogic ladder. The first four rungs deal with ethical training and purification of body, mind and Nadis.

Now with Pratyahara, proper Yoga begins which eventually culminates in Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. Hence in Kathopanishad also in Part VI, Sloka 11, you will find: That firm control of the senses, they regard as Yoga. Again in the same Upanishad it is stated in Part IV, Sloka 1: The Self-existent created the senses outgoing, therefore, one sees outside and not the Atman within. Some intelligent man, with his senses turned away from their object, desirous of immortality, sees the Atman within.

From the practice of Pratyahara, comes the supreme mastery over the senses.Worldly persons enjoy with Raga and Dvesha. The Yogi, will not become a slave of the Vishayas, as he is a maaster out of his own free will. The Indriyas cannot grasp the objects even though they are placed before them. This is Indriya Jaya.
