The individual soul has become impure through cravings, desires, egoism, pride, greed, lust and likes and dislikes. The Supreme Soul brahman is Infinite, Omniscient and Omnipotent. It is an embodiment of knowledge and bliss.

 

A jivanmukta is one who does not see anything separate from the soul.   The Realized Man has transcended all destiny and is bound neither by the body nor by its destiny. His actions are cosmic movements and not the instincts of the sense of egoism

 

“The one who renounces his ego, who is liberated from arrogance, jealousy etc. , who performs actions without harboring likes/dislikes, is called a Jeevan – Mukta (liberated while yet alive) by wise men.”-          Mahopanishad (2/50)  5000 BC

 

As per our Hindu scriptures a human being is essentially an atman clothed in a physical body. The Sanskrit  word atman, means “God within,” is usually translated as soul, self, or spirit.

 

Atman or soul is immortal and divine.  Therefore, an individual is potentially divine and eternally perfect. There are two states of existence associated with atman: the bound state and the liberated state.

 

In the bound state, atman is associated with a physical body. As a result of this association, atman is subject to mãya, which causes it to forget its true divine nature and commit evil deeds in the world.

 

The powers of maya are two-fold.  As cosmic ignorance, maya deludes the atman into forgetting its own true nature.  As creative energy (shakti) of Brahman, maya is the material cause of the universe.  In the liberated state, atman is said to have attained moksha  (spiritual perfection) and consequently enjoys union with God.

 

When your ego powered mind is chattering like a monkey or the angry sea, you miss the truth.   Truth can be communicated only in silence. For this deep silence you need to have harmony between the mind, body and soul.

 

Shraddha means unwavering faith in the sacred scriptures or shastras and in the moral codes they contain as well as in the atma ( soul )…

 

The shastras are designed to ensure the peace and prosperity of the world and the spiritual perfection of mankind..

 

Happiness is FREE. It is about filling up the space deep inside, or gratification of the soul.   Freedom from unnecessary want ( to keep up with the Joneses ) is the greatest liberator.

 

Such liberated people are NOT found in PAGE 3 parties – they will NOT curtsy to kosher Prince Williams and his wife Kate at the Taj like Shobhaa De.  All things of great value are absolutely free, given an received in silence without an audience

 

Moksha does NOT make your soul extinct, rather this ball of energy within you merges with the mother field from which it has taken off on a long and difficult  journey. 

 

It is true home coming. 

 

It is now the  final end of anymore earthly sojourns for your soul.

 

The Hindu scriptures tell us  that the energy body of Atman is ‘na jAyate’ (never born), ‘na mriyate’ (never dies).

 

Remember you are immortal—  you were born with the stars , at the beginning of cosmic creation.  Your cadaver/ body is like a pair of jeans , you discard on death .

 

The Sanskrit  word atman, means “God within,” is the soul.. We do Namaste to the soul of the other person.

Free will is our soul’s consciousness-light.  The essense of spiritual life is to use your freewill the right way. 

 

Spirituality trains your mind to think—  it does NOT ask your to memorise past events or cooked up facts, like religion .  It makes you vigilant and guards you against negativity.

 

Sanatana Dharma is all about spirituality, it is NOT a religion. The west have puked out their religions- they  come to India  ( or Bali )  for spirituality.

 

They are curious—what is the wonder of Sanatana Dharma that it could NOT be extinguished by 800 years of slavery under Islam, Christianity and Judaism.

 

Plants and animals get killed or die as part of the grand plan of evolution of soul.     They will be humans in due course of course with samskaras ( soul impressions ).

 

Ganapathi is in charge of the Muladhara bandhana and NO expansion of consciousness is possible without his express permission. 

 

Ganesha’s KARMA ADHYAKSHA sets the wheel of Karma into motion- he knows every subtle thing of your mind and past deeds.  Ganesha decides if the animal soul should enter a conscious body.

 

The law of karma does not apply to insect, animal or plant life, where the soul’s promotion to higher life forms is automatic.  

 

Animals like humans are NOT exempt from fate .   BrahmAn decides fate by factoring in past samskaras

Translation

BG 3.43: Thus knowing the soul to be superior to the material intellect, O mighty armed Arjun, subdue the lower self (senses, mind, and intellect) by the higher self (strength of the soul), and kill this formidable enemy called kama ( NOTHING TO DO WITH SEXUAL LUST )..

Yoga, is the union of the individual soul with the Supreme Soul.   Just as camphor melts and becomes one with the fire; just as a drop of water when it is thrown into the ocean, becomes one with the ocean, the individual soul, when it is purified, when it is freed from lust, greed, hatred and egoism, when it becomes Satvic, becomes one with the Supreme Soul.

 

Yoga was devised to meet all the deepest needs of the soul.  Vedanta was seriously preoccupied with the structure of the human condition.

Yoga is a discipline which enables man to discover his true Nature.   According to Yoga, man’s essence is spiritual; and his true nature may be described as freedom.

Bhagavad Gita emphasizes self-discipline and control over the senses as essential techniques of a yoga that it defines as the “balance” of the individual and universal consciousness.

 

Maya is not false, it only clouds the inner Self and principles that are real.

 

Under maya’s influence, the atman, (the soul) mistakenly identifies with the body. When you look into the mirror , what you see is NOT  you. Your face is like your shirt. YOU are the soul within.

 

Thus the illusioned soul spun identifies with the temporary body and everything connected to it, such as race, gender, family, nation, bank balance, and sectarian religion.

 

Under this sense of false-ego (false-identity) the soul aspires to control and enjoy matter. However, in so doing he continuously serves lust, greed, ego , jealousy, fear  and anger.

 

WHEN EGO AND IGNORANCE IS SHED MAYA ALSO SLIPS OFF –YOGA IS A TOOL

 

There is NO western chemical DRUG for thinks like lust, greed, fear, jealousy , ego— only Yoga can handle it.

 

Where is the life we have lost in living.. Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?  Where is the knowledge we have lost in information? Hark again to the Upanishads:--

“There the eye goes not Speech goes not, nor the mind. We know not, we understand not, How would one teach it?”

 

Our ancient Sanskrit scriptures are summits of thought on mankind and the universe, designed to push human ideas to their very limit and beyond.

 

They give us both spiritual vision and philosophical argument, and it is by a strictly personal effort that one can reach the truth. 

 

These graceful sages  gave us the science of the self, which helps man leave behind the body, the senses, the ego and all other non-self elements, which are perishable.

 

These ancient writings  tell us the great saga of discovery — of the divine in the heart of man. The sages had depersonalized themselves in the search for truth. 

 

We can study the graceful conflict of thought with thought, the emergence of more satisfactory thought and the rejection and unlearning of inadequate ideas.

 

Hypotheses were advanced and rejected on the touchstone of experience and not at the dictate of a creed. Thus thought forged ahead to unravel the mystery of the world in which we live.

 

I have watched hundreds of hours of evangelist TV –where  pastors rant about sin.  They convince the viewers that they are all sinners and only Jesus or Pope and his minions can save them. And of course you have to repent.  They put FEAR in you.

 

“Repent,” urged Peter, “and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” (Acts 2:38).

 

Frightening people with sin and threatening them with eternal damnation is meant to keep people in line. Religion is often about getting people to conform to the beliefs and mores of those who run the religion- a lot of them homosexuals and pedophiles.

 

We would be better served if our religions could uncover, cultivate, and support our capacity for justice and kindness, rather than harp on our failures and brainwash you into FEAR .

 

Religion is an institution established by man for various reasons. Exert control, instill morality, stroke egos, or whatever it does.

 

Organized, structured religions all but remove god from the equation. You confess your sins to a clergy member, go to elaborate churches to worship, told what to pray and when to pray it.

 

In India spirituality is born in a person and develops in the person..  Sanatana Dharma extends to all facets of a person’s life. 

 

Spirituality is chosen while religion is often times forced—because you are born into the religion of your parents.. .

 

True spirituality is something that is found deep within oneself. It is your way of loving, accepting and relating to the world and people around you.

 

It cannot be found in a single holy book place of worship or by believing in a certain way.

 

There are dozens of religions and thousands of denominations—there is only ONE way to spirituality. Religion is for those who are asleep.  Spirituality is for those who are awake

 

Religion is for those that require guidance from others.  Spirituality is for those that lend ears to their own inner voice and conscience .

Hinduism insists that you use your own conscience, which is the greatest task master. Religion has a dogmatic and unquestionable assembly of rules that need to be followed without question. 

 

Sanatana Dharma steeped in spirituality  invites you to reason it all, to question it all and to decide your actions and assume the consequences

 

Single messiah religion threatens and terrifies. Spirituality of Sanatana Dharma gives you inner peace

 

Single messiah religions speaks of sin and of fault.   Sanatana Dharma encourages “living in the present” and not to feel remorse for which has already passed – Lift your spirit and learn from errors.

 

Religion represses humanity, and returns us to a false paradigm.   Hindu Spirituality transcends it all and makes you true to yourself

 

Religion is instilled from childhood, like the milk you did NOT want to drink.  Spirituality is the food that you you seek, that satisfies you and is pleasant to the senses

 

Religion is not God.  Spirituality is infinite consciousness and all that is – It is brahmAn.

 

Religion invents and cooks up.  Indian spirituality discovers.  Religion does not investigate and does not question- nor is any devotee allowed to question.  Spirituality requires you to question everything.

 

Religion is based on humanity, an organization with military type rules from a book of law.  Indian spirituality is divine, WITHOUT rules

 

Religion is cause for bitter division.   Hindu spirituality is cause for harmonious union

 

Religion continues the teachings of a RIGID sacred book,  Spirituality requires sacredness in books within the fold .

 

Religion is in charge of the “to do”.   Spirituality is in charge of the “to BE”

 

Religion is a dialectic soaked in rigid ethos. Spirituality is truth and  logic

 

Religion feeds the ego. Spirituality burns ago – it makes you transcend

 

Religion is to continue adapting to the psychology of a template—to jump into the bandwagon . Hindu spirituality is individuality.

 

Single messiah religions live in the past and in the future.  Hindu spirituality lives in the present, in the here and now.

 

 

Religion lives in the confinement of your memory.  Spirituality is LIBERTY in AWARENESS.

 

The major difference between religion and spirituality is one of believing versus being and experiencing.

 

A religious person accepts a certain set of hardcore beliefs as true and observes a certain set of ridiculous rituals , lumped down throats .

 

A person of the Christian religion believes Jesus is God’s Son and observes baptism and Communion. A person of the Muslim religion believes Allah is God and observes Ramadan and salat.

 

In contrast, spirituality is the fact of being spiritual and is usually evidenced by the act of doing spiritual things.  Self imposed praying, meditating, reading scripture, and giving to a charity are all things that a “spiritual” person might do.

 

Religion usually promotes a creed and has a defined code of ethics; it is tangible.   Spirituality exists in the nebulous realm of the undefinable. 

Because of this, an increasing number of people in postmodern Western culture view spirituality as good and religion as bad.  Freedom and ambiguity is IN today; slave mentality dogmatism is OUT

 

Single messiah religions makes you bow on terms and timetable which is NOT your own –   Hindu spirituality sets your free like a bird – to choose what you want on your terms and time table—subservient to NO mortal past or present.

 

Organized religion tells you what to FEAR and tells you dire consequences. Hindus spirituality makes you aware of the consequences but does NOT allow you to focus on the fear. . It shows you how to act on love and not on fear, it shows you how to control fear and use the best of it.

 

Organised religion arm twists or brainwashed you to believe truths etched on rock – Hindu spirituality slows you to discover truths. .

 

It lets you Connect With Your Higher Self and see with your own mind what truth is because the truth as a whole is same for each one of us. It lets you believe in your own truth through your own perception of your heart.

 

Single messiah religion makes you dependent and a potted plant –  Hindus spirituality makes you independent. . Happiness is always found deep in ourselves and only we are responsible for it. Divinity is in us and that is why we are always worthy. You can never be a piece of shit

Organised religion applies severe retribution method at the hour of judgement – Sanatana Dharma applies Karma.

 

Single holy book religion armtwists you to follow someone else’s journey –  Hindu spirituality lets you strike your own path and discover truth our your journey by experience. There is no true religion or spirituality without fairness , compassion , gratitude and love.

 

Organised religion by hindsight has been the cause of violence, wars, discrimination, bigotry, pain and suffering, all of which are a long way from kindness, compassion, comfort and spiritual reassurance.

 

AND WHAT TYPE OF RELIGION IS IT, WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO GET OUT OF THE FOLD BY APPLYING APOSTASY LAWS OF DEATH ?

Spirituality highlights qualities such as caring, kindness, compassion, tolerance, service and community.  What type of compassion is it where someone will exploit your vulnerability to make you convert. People have now seen through all this.

 

Religion is defined by its tradition and teachings, spirituality is defined by what is real in our own experience, arising from an inner search within ourselves, the finding of our own truth.

 

.Organised religion has always bred separation WE versus YOU — my religion vs. your religion, my God is the only real God, my ethics are better than yours, etc. — Hindu spirituality sees all people as equal.  In Sanatana Dharma we are spiritual beings whose purpose is to awaken to our true nature.

 

Spirituality places an emphasis upon the well-being of the “mind-body-spirit,” so “holistic” activities such as meditation and yoga are in use . In contrast to religion, spirituality has often been associated with the interior life of the individual.

When we look at history in the Bible, we see that God created a religion for the nation of Israel at Mt Sinai after they came out of Egypt (Exodus 19)..

Only spirituality holds the path to wisdom. A spiritual person is the one who understands the meaning of one’s real self- the divine within.  Commies tried to brainwash and lost .

 

 Spiritual practice is the only means of acquiring mental comforts and peace.  Chemical medicines cannot address FEAR, greed, jealousy, ego , guilt , despair , negativity etc.

 

Spirituality has nothing to do with the social system.   It is entirely an inward concept.  A spiritual person is one who always remains calm even in difficult situations.  He doesn’t have any complaints at all.

 

He always bears a smile and tries to make others happy.  He is unshaken by the worldly joys and sorrows and he believes that everything happens in life for a reason.

 

Hinduism is a way of LIFE.  The white man comes to India for life management lessons, when he gets mentally and physically derailed. He leaves  India happy and centred- no longer a slave to his surroundings..  he now understands that without spiritual development , man is without love or positive emotions ( affection, care, respect, sympathy ) . 

 

Without positive emotions man cant be happy. He now understands , that the purpose of life is to be happy. Happiness must alight on him like a butterfly, he cant chase it.  

 

He now knows how to live in peace with things he cannot change.  He understands the laws of karma and that man alone is the architect of his destiny. He knows that inaction is worse than no action at all.

 

Faith and trust are the seeds which bring the sweet fruits of success. Faith is about “ can do”  think “ it is possible”  it gives you new energy. Faith is the bird which sings when the dawn is still dark.

 

He now has will power,  to carry on the fight.  This springs from self esteem,he knows the divine is within him. Nobody can make him feel small without his own consent.

 

This is liberation—ladies and gentlemen.

 

Only a liberated man has the maturity to evaluate himself , his own performance and behaviour.  To be successful you must be exited about life.   Life is a festival only to those who live with enthusiasm.

 

A liberated man knows that failure to hit the bulls eye is never the fault of the target.   Unlike what is tom tommed by the BENAMI media , a Hindu does NOT believe in  predetermined destiny –it is the is the only refuge of weak minds.  Lord Krishna said we must take responsibility for our failures and be in the moment.

 

India is the happiest nation on the planet.  The white man sans spirituality wonders how a poor black man can be happy . 

 

For a Hindu the ultimate luxury is a happy home where inmates laugh together.   Laughter is a tranquiliser with no side effects. 

 

 

You are responsible only to yourself. No order is higher than your own intelligence.

 

Creating guilt in you is the oldest trick of all religions. A happy person carries his own temple around him. Repressed sexuality causes almost all diseases.  A man of awareness never reacts and so is unpredictable.

 

Eliminate the needless wants of life. Never feel shy to show feelings.

 

 

You must allow life its freedom. All perfectionism is a deep ego trip. Never betray a trust.  Get along with people. Use soft words and hard arguments . Laugh, have fun. Most of your pain is self chosen.

You are in this river of life only for a short time on a raft–very soon 100% , you will plunge down the waterfall and die.  Enjoy the fish you caught–don’t keep fishing like a moron –for you cant take it all to your grave.

 

Don’t be in awe of death and demean life on the  raft.

 

YOU CANT BANISH THE DANGERS , BUT YOU CAN BANISH YOUR FEARS.

Brahman is the ultimate, both transcendent and immanent, the absolute infinite existence, the sum total of all that ever is, was, or shall be.

 

The word Atman means the immortal perfect Spirit of any LININGg creature, all beings, including animals and trees.Ātman is a central idea in all the Upanishads, and “Know your Ātman” their thematic focus.

 

These 7000 year old  texts state that the inmost core of every person is not the body, nor the mind, nor the ego, but Atman – “Soul” or “Self”. Atman is the spiritual essence in all creatures, their real innermost essential being. It is eternal, it is the essence, it is ageless. Atman is that which one is at the deepest level of one’s existence.

 

Patanjali, in the Yoga Sutras, provides an excellent explanation of the suffering, its causes and the remedy. He describes five kinds of kleshas (sufferings) which are all caused by our ignorance of not knowing our true identity. We suffer because we allow our negative ego (ahamkara) to take over our intellectual capabilities.

 

Patanjali also tells us that suffering that has not yet come can and must be avoided  –

हेयं दुःखं अनागतम् – heyam duhkham anagatam (sutra 2.16).

 

Patanjali, in subsequent sutras, goes on to explain that the suffering is caused by ignorance and it is up to us to eliminate this ignorance through the practice of the eight limbs of yoga.

 

The third sloka of the second chapter of Patanjali’s Yogasutra , explicitly identifies Five Poisons ( panchaklesha):

 

अविद्यास्मितारागद्वेषाभिनिवेशाः पञ्च क्लेशाः॥३॥

 

Avidyāsmitārāgadveṣābhiniveśāḥ pañca kleśāḥ

 

These five (pañca) Kleśa-s or Afflictions (kleśāḥ) are:-Ignorance (in the form of a misapprehension about reality) (avidya),egoism (in the form of an erroneous identification of the Self with the intellect) (asmita),attachment to pleasure (raga),aversion to pain (dveṣa),

 

IN OUR PURANAS WE READ ABOUT PENANCE AND BOONS .   IT IS A MESSAGE ABOUT STARVING THE EGO TO FEED THE SOUL.
