THIS POST IS CONTINUED FROM PART 101, BELOW--
Ayurveda wrote down 6200 year ago in Charaka Samhita that the olfactory organ has another function-- the absorption of prana from the air and magic gas NITRIC OXIDE production .
If you breathe through the mouth all the time, as many Chutney Marys and Pickle Johns who wear tight T shirts do , you are cheating yourself of all this free energy.
Modern physics parrots Vedas ( penned down 7000 yeara ago ) that all matter is empty space made to behave as solid by the polarities of energy whirling inside. All of this whirling in the vacuum of infinite space, making the appearance of matter, is according to natural laws.
The whirling energies are still there creating the appearance of matter. Yet, something more is operating to bring the matter together into an intelligent expression – an intelligent and evolving system. This something else we can call prana (life force)
Prana means “first unit” or “first manifestation.” Yoga regards the manifestation of all matter as a manifestation of prana, and therefore “intelligent.” Indeed, all that exists, all that is born of energy is an expression of prana.
Below: Einstein stole from what was written in the Vedas 7000 years ago
Matter and energy are interconvertible— this was stolen from the Vedas by Jew Albert Einstein. Matter only appears; otherwise there is no such thing as matter.
At the quantum nano level , nothing is solid. Even the solid rock is a pulsating energy, even the solid rock is as much energy as the roaring ocean.
Your body is energy, your mind is energy, your soul is energy. Then what is the difference between these three? The difference is only of a different rhythm, different wavelengths, that's all.
The body is gross energy functioning in a gross way, in a visible way. If all these three energies function in harmony, you are healthy and whole. If these energies don't function in harmony and accord you are ill, unhealthy; you are no more whole. And to be whole is to be holy.
Consciousness is energy, the purest energy. The mind is not so pure; the body is still less pure.
Below: The contents of this video below--are all part of Vedanta penned doon 7000 years ago.
The body is much too mixed, and the mind is also not totally pure. Consciousness is totally pure energy. Consciousness is the highest form of energy.
And when all these three energies function together, the fourth TURIYA arrives. The fourth is always present when these three function together. To know the fourth is to know the divine.
The divine is when you are an organic orgasmic unity. The divine is not when you are a chaos, a disunity, a conflict. When you are a house divided against yourself there is no divinity.
In Turiya there is the absolute awareness . It is the experience of ultimate reality and truth. In Turiya, the self does not think, feel, or do, but rather observes thought, emotion, and action capable of truly understanding the totality of the universe.
Turiya has no limits and no endpoint. It is infinitely transcendent, which means its potential is forever expanding. You are now a unique individual and you are a vital part of a larger universal life force that transcends everything on earth..
Reality and truth become more clearly defined, allowing you to perceive that which lies above, below, and beyond the human experience.
This utterly quiet, peaceful and blissful state is the ultimate aim of all spiritual activity this highest state is not affected by Maya The Waker, The Dreamer, The Deep Sleeper and The Observer.
This happens when the soul is at high frequency due to lessening of karmic baggage.. The kundalini rises from Mooladara chakra to Sahasrara .
Turiya is freedom from the limitation of the other states . You experience detachment and joy . Turiya Consciousness is the ultimate goal of spirituality for here you know what freedom is all about.
Below: OM crop circle several miles long and several miles wide --which appeared overnight
The DOT is BINDU
The dot, point, or bindu of OM symbol represents the fourth state, the absolute consciousness, which encompasses, permeates, and is the other three—this is Turiya. (Silence after A, U, and M of OM Mantra) .
Piercing the bindu finally allows one to attain the highest experience, and this comes after following the process of Kundalini Awakening. Turiya is regarded as synonymous with videhamukti, liberation without a body. .
In tantra there is a beautiful concept which explains how the interaction of consciousness with prana ( energy ) manifests as creation. Not only does this apply to cosmic events but to our own personal life as well, because each individual is a complete universe unto himself.
Tantra says that before the universe and galaxies came into being, the inherent potential of creation existed in hiranyagarbha, the golden egg or universal womb of creation. This is represented by bindu, which means 'point'. It can be likened to a seed with infinite potential. From this tiny point of light, the entire creation unfolds.
The word consciousness has often been confused with the individual mind, but the individual mind is only the tool of consciousness. That capacity which enables us to be aware is more than mind; it is consciousness.
The pranic body is fuelled by the chakras, or psychiccentres, which are subtle, high-powered vortices of energy in the body. They receive and store the cosmic prana, and act as transformers to step down the level of energy, so that it can be used by the different organs and parts of the body.
They also act as switches for illumining the higher facultiesand dimensions of consciousness. The chakras have been discovered by Maharishis. They have been seen, not by physical dissection of the body, but by psychic introspection.
From the knowledge of these centres, the great science of kundalini yoga has developed, which is concerned with awakening the chakras.
They correspond to the nerve plexuses in the gross body. Beyond the six are two other centres of awakening: bindu and sahasrara, whose perception is acquired only at significantly evolved states of consciousness.
Each chakra vibrates at a particular rate and velocity. The chakras at the lowest point of the energy circuit operate at a lower frequency. They are grosser and create grosser states of awareness. Chakras at the top of the circuit operate at a higher frequency and are responsible for higher intelligence and subtler states of awareness.
The different systems of yoga, especially hatha and kriya yoga, systematically purify, rebalance and awaken the chakras individually and also as a whole. When the chakras are properly prepared by such practices, the pranic level is higher and more stable, and there is little difficulty in awakening and experiencing the transmission of prana.
Bindu means 'point'. It is the point of creation where oneness first divides into multiplicity, the ultimate point from which all things manifest and into which all things return.
Within bindu is contained the evolutionary potential for the myriad objects of the universe, the blueprint for creation. Bindu is the gateway to shoonya.
It is located at the top back of the head, at the point where Hindu brahmins keep a tuft of hair called shikha— Aryan Kerala Namboodiris keep this tuft to the side of the head flowing in front.
The petty minded white invader ridiculed the Hindu hairstyle—what does he know !
Bindu is represented by a crescent moon and a drop of white nectar. The tantric texts describe a small depression or pit within the higher centres of the brain which contains a minute secretion of fluid.
In the centre of that tiny secretion is a small point of elevation, like an island in the middle of a lake. In the psycho-physiological framework, this tiny point is considered to be bindu.
The moon at bindu produces amrita, the life-giving nectar, and the sun at manipura consumes it. This means that during the course of life, the drop of nectar produced at bindu falls down to manipura, where it is consumed by the fire element. I will have to give a more detailed explanation of the Chakras now.
Due to this process one suffers from the three ailments of vyadhi, disease, jara, old age; and mrityu, death. Yoga and tantra employ techniques by which one is able to reverse this process, so that the amrita is retained at vishuddhi, or sent back up from manipura to vishuddhi, and then to bindu. In this way perfected yogis have experienced immortality.
The first manifestation of creation was nada or sound, and bindu is also the point where the original nada emanates.
Bindu is associated with anandamaya kosha. When bindu is awakened, the transcendental sound of Om is heard. Bindu is very important in prana vidya and in many higher yogas.
The seven chakras cannot be seen by the sight sense of the common man.
Every animal has a strong Muladhara chakra- the seat of survival. Criminals and homosexuals have an active muladhara chakra.
Each of the SEVEN chakras correspond to the SEVEN astral layers – where your soul will shoot up to after death on being cremated.. It corresponds to the rainbow colours VIBGYOR . The colour of Muladhara chakra is RED.
A criminal’s or homosexual’s aura will be red , ridden with black holes. The Jivan mukt sage’s aura wil have all 7 colours –vibrant—enclosed in a golden sheath.
Ancient Maharishis with 12 strand DNA and king sized pineal glands could see your aura from far –he could judge what you are worth , without a written or oral exam.
Each of these 7 chakras are associated with a specific colour, organ, gland, mantra and frequency. The lowest is Muladhara at the base of the spine, and the highest is Sahasrara at the top of your head.
The Muladhara encircles the mysterious divine potency called Kundalini, which can be raised by Yoga and meditation, chakra by chakra, till it reaches the Sahasrara.
Again kundalini can be raised only if your soul frequency is high—which means your karmic baggage is less and your ego is less . A overwhelming bliss is felt , which mystically represents re-integration with Atman or the eternal essence of self. With awakened Kundalini telepathy is possible.
Chakras can then send out information carrying Soliton waves, which do not attenuate. The Indian sage has exploded into a space of consciousness in which inner awareness is spontaneous. Cosmic consciousness is an intellectual enlightenment or illumination, an undescribable state of moral and intellectual elevation, a feeling of amazing bliss.
When your perception opens up you can talk to ancient trees like banyan tree . When meditating if tingling happens in your body, it means some rearrangements are taking place in your energy.
The aura is created and nourished by the energy brought in through chakras. A chakra that rotates anti-clockwise is a ‘closed’ chakra--not conducive to the intake of energy. Normally the chakras spin very fast, sucking the universal energy into our body.
However, as we grow older we develop negative patterns of thinking and living that slow down of some or all of the chakras and sometimes even impede their direction, causing an energy imbalance that results in various diseases.
You can feel the influence of the chakras with the help of a pendulum, as it will start rotating on its own under the influence of any of the chakras when brought near that chakra’s field. When these chakras are not spinning at their optimal speed, their respective characteristics can be adversely affected.
Trying to suppress or deny emotions freely often results in blocks in the corresponding chakras--so do not hide your emotions from yourself, even if you decide for some reason to hide them from others.
Chakras contribute to your Aura. When you hold a copper lota with Living water inside , like the ancient Vedic sages your aura get modified.
Kundalini starts its ascent towards the head center after responding to the vibrations from the 'light in the head.
Introversion is neccessary for self-realization. Inner attention magnetizes “spiritual light” into the pineal gland.
Human thought is the result of suspended action, and the pineal gland inhibits the immediate discharging of thoughts into action. This inhibition causes us to look inward and to deeply ponder our actions and reactions.
When an area of quantum coherence collapses, an instant of consciousness occurs.
The real nervous system operates by means of synaptic messages. The virtual one operates by means of the quantum effect of tunneling (particles passing through an energy barrier that classically they should not be able to climb). The real one is driven by classical laws, the virtual one by quantum laws. Consciousness is therefore driven by quantum laws.
Remember, chakras dictate all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual processes that take place in your body. Every chakra is a transmitter cum receiver antenna.
A vedic sage with 12 strand DNA and a king sized pineal gland , with chakras on overdrive and golden aura , can do wonders. There is a difference between a sage and a saint.
A healthy clean aura means a healthy body. The human aura is egg shaped. Auras can also be diagnosed with the help of quartz pendulums or with sensitized hands.
This is very different from canonisation of saints by Vatican. Even the Chinks who died in Tiannman square are saints , as they have been canonised by the Pope. It is all about toeing a line.
Politics and spiritual stuff are like oil and water--they do NOT mix.
Sanatana Dharma does NOT alow any Hindu guru to dabble in politics the way the FAKE guru Sri Sri Ravishankar does.
The Bija mantras are one-syllable seed sounds that, when said aloud, activate the energy of the chakras in order to purify and balance the mind and body.
When you speak the bija mantras, you resonate with the energy of the associated chakra.--as mentioned in the Jabala Darsana Upanishad in 5000 BC.
Ham, Yam, Ram, Vam and Lam are the panch bhoota mantras. The five elements evolve from the five tanamatras (principals); earth from gandha (smell), water from rasa (taste), fire from rupa (sight), air from sparsha (touch) and akasha from shabda (hearing).
When sounding the bija mantras for the chakras we are connecting with the different elements. The connection with the element is created by the tongue position in the mouth and by visualising the shape of the element when sounding the mantra.
The Muladhara chakra ( root ) hangs outside your body as a spiral between your thighs , just beneath your scrotum.
The location of muladhara in men is at the perineum, midway between the genital organ and the anus, and about two centimetres inside. In women, it is located at the posterior side of the cervix, midway between the vagina and the uterus.
Brahma Granthi ( perineal knot of brahma ) is located at the base of the spine between Muladhara Chakra and Svadhisthana Chakra where primitive brain functioning like the “fight or flight reflexes” guarantee survival.
"When the Brahma granthi (in the heart) is pierced through by Pranayama, then a sort of happiness is experienced in the vacuum of the heart, and the anahat sounds, like various tinkling sounds of ornaments, are heard in the body." Hatha Yoga Pradipika. 4.69
The Brahma Granthi is related to the physical body, to the world of names and forms.
It is known as blockage of Brahma because it holds our consciousness at the level which is related to the desires of the physical dimensions like sensuality, sex, procreation and the instinctive urge to survive which cannot be transcend.
Once this blockage is removed from the realm of consciousness and energy, instincts of the deep rootedness and energy are released. The kundalini or primal energy is thus able to rise beyond mooladhra and swadhisthan without bogged down by the attractions to which our consciousness is hooked.
As long as this Brahma granthi knot remains intact, the energy located in this area is blocked. Prana shakti awakens the moment this knot is undone. Infinite energy and spiritual experience emanate from muladhara.
Muladhara is associated with annamaya kosha and the earth element. In psychological terms muladhara is associated with the unconscious mind where the most primitive and deep-rooted instincts and fears lie. It is therefore the gateway from the lower to the higher life.
Muladhara chakra may be seen in a state of meditation as a deep red lotus flower with four petals. The red petals are seen in meditation because of electrical discharges, which emit light particles in this region.
The pattern of the four petalled lotus is formed due to the relative proximity of the discharges. Thus the chakras are also known as lotuses. Each chakra has a different number of petals, which indicate the level of pranic intensity in that particular region.
The bija mantra, or master key, to muladhara is LAM.
The 72,000 subtle channels rise from the base of the spinal cord at the pelvic plexus (muladhara chakra) and spread throughout the body like veins through a leaf of the pipal tree (Ficus religiosa)
The bija mantra, or master key, to muladhara is LAM.
First chakra —root chakra--- kidneys ,adrenaline glands — Red resonance –base of spine-- material worldly issues— safety, prosperity, motivation-- 194.18 Hz . Blockage- Addictions, compulsions, fear, indiscipline. Seat -Will to survive
When properly produced, the sound LAM excites the nadis (subtle channels of energy) in the first chakra and creates a lock that prevents the downward movement of energy. LA is the sound for the earth element and MM is nada-bindu, the primal cosmic sound from which the universe manifested.
Repetition of the bija mantra LAM deepens concentration, giving awareness and inner strength. Its vibrations create a passage inside the Brahma Nadi. Brahma Nadi, is the subtle channel through which the Kundalini, when awakened moves from Muladhara to Sahasrara Chakra.
The element associated with the Muladhara Chakra is Earth. The square is the symbol for Earth. It represents the four directions and the four dimensions.
The element associated with the Muladhara Chakra is Earth. The square is the symbol for Earth. It represents the four directions and the four dimensions.
Muladhara is the seat of primal energy, kundalini shakti. In philosophical terms the concept of muadhara is understood as moola prakriti, the transcendental basis of physical nature. All the objects and forms in this universe must have some basis from which they evolve and to which they return after dissolution.
This basis is called mula prakriti, the original source of all evolution. Mooladhara, as mula prakriti,is therefore responsible for everything that manifests in the world of name and form.
Swadhisthana means 'one's own abode'.
It is located at the coccyx, very near to mooladhara, and is also responsible for the awakening of prana shakti. This centre is the storehouse of all the latent samskaras and impressions, which are considered to be the substrata of individual existence.
Therefore, it forms a karmic block, making it difficult for the awakened prana to pass through this area. In psychological terms, swadhisthana is associated with the subconscious mind and is responsible for drowsiness and sleep.
It is also related with the reproductive organs and the sense of taste. The desire for pleasure, especially in the form of food and sex, increases when this centre is activated.
These desires can become an obstacle to the awakening of prana at this level. In order to pass through this centre one needs to develop willpower.
In relation to the three gunas, or qualities of nature, mooladhara and swadhisthana are predominantly influenced by tamas or lethargy, dullness and ignorance.
Swadhisthana is associated with pranamaya kosha and the water element. It is represented by a lotus flower with six vermilion petals.
The bija mantra for this centre is VAM.
Second--- Sacral Chakra --- SWADHISTANA-- located just below navel, adrenaline glands, uterus reproductive system , spleen, circulation - hydrocortisone epinephrine/ — Orange resonance—abdomen--desires—pleasure , sexuality healing, 210.42 Hz - same frequency as the Synodic Moon, which is the time of the full moon. This tone stimulates sexual energy and supports erotic communication, also good for woman's cycles and for disturbances of the glandular and lymphatic . emotional aura is 18 inches from body. Systems, associated with feelings and emotions. Blockage- emotional problems , sexual guilt, impotence, frigidity. Seat- Creativity, feelings, nostagia, first impressions
Manipura literally means 'the city of jewels'.
Located behind the navel in the spine, its development is very important for success in the pranic science, as it is the storehouse of prana.
This centre is associated with heat, vitality, dynamism, generation and preservation. Manipura is often compared with the dazzling orb of the sun, without which there would be no life. As the sun radiates light and energy, so manipura radiates and distributes pranic energy throughout the body, regulating and fuelling life's processes.
Manipura is predominantly influenced by rajas - activity, dynamism, strength and will. This centre is associated with pranamaya kosha and its element is fire. It is represented by a bright yellow lotus with ten petals.
Its bija mantra is RAM.
Agni is the god of fire and the acceptor of sacrifices. The ram is the vehicle of Agni. The ram is the carrier of the bija mantra RAM. The sound increases the digestive fire, which enhances assimilation and absorption. It contributes to longevity, the main goal of a person motivated by this chakra. The nature of fire is to move upwards and the repetition of this mantra, when produced properly helps the upward movement of the Kundalini.
The fire element in the navel region aids in the digestion and absorption of food, which supplies the whole body with vital energy. The fire element is related to hunger, thirst, sleep, lethargy and radiance (ojas). The triangle is the symbol of the fire element. Visualisation of a triangle of bright redcolour in the Manipura Chakra helps the aspirant in his/her spiritual evolution
Third--- Solar Plexus MANIPURA --Chakra . pancreas. nervous system, liver, stomach consumption of biofuel / — Yellow resonance --- —individual power—vitality, self esteem, calmness, emotional stability 126.22 Hz - same frequency as our solar systems central star, the Sun. The Sun is the transmitter and receiver of energies between Earth and the Cosmos. It is the zero point or the point of stillness between Yin and Yang, and all cycles. This tone advances the magical and the transcendental. Mental aura concerned with thought. Amber. Concern ego/ element fire Blockage-- anger or a sense of victimization, poor self esteem, alcholism, weak will. Seat- Self esteem, power, authority, self control
Vishnu Granthi: Second knot. It covers the area between manipura, anahata & vishuddhi chakras. It is also known as the navel knot.
Manipura sustains the physical body is a practical way. The food we consume is converted into energy and distributed through the body. the process of converting matter into energy, a form which can be used for maintenance and growth of the body, is a function of manipura.
In the same way, anahata sustains the mental structure in the form of emotions which are intense expressions of subtle energy. The raw, unrefined and unadulterated energy can manifest as anger, hatred, jealousy and so on. This energy is the force which sustains the manomaya kosha or mental body and the pranamaya kosha and the pranamaya kosha or pranic body.
Vishuddhi, the all pervading space energy, sustains the Vijnanamaya kosha or energy body and the anandamaya kosha or spiritual body. So the sustaining aspect of all our human dimensions is governed by these three chakras which vitalize, feed, nurture and balance the subtle bodies. This is the function of the Vishnu granthi.
Once the Vishnu granthi blockage is removed we begin to draw energy to sustain ourselves from the universe and not from the localized centers of body like lungs. Tthe energies of the body become harmonious with the energies of the cosmos. The interaction between the individual personality and the cosmos begins to happen naturally and spontaneously.
Anahata means 'unstruck' or 'unbeaten'.
It is the seat of anahad nada, the cosmic sound, which is experienced only in the highest state of meditation. This sound is unstruck, because it is not caused by any external form of friction nor can it be heard by the ears, mind or psyche. It is transcendental sound, which can only be perceived by the pure consciousness.
Anahata is the heart centre and is responsible for the awakening of refined emotions. The person with a developed anahata is generally very sensitive to the feelings of others. This centre relates to the sense of touch and its awakening bestows the power to heal others either by touch or by radiating energy. Many people who perform miraculous healing do so through the agency of anahata.
The heart centre is the seat of divine love. It is here that emotion is channelled into devotion. Vishnu granthi, the second psychic knot, representing the bondage of emotional attachment, is located here. When this knot is opened, one becomes free of all selfish, egoistic and emotional attachment, and attains mental and emotional control, equilibrium and peace.
Anahata is associated with manomaya kosha, the mind and emotions. At this level one becomes free of fate and takes control of one's destiny. Hence, the symbol of kalpataru, the wish-fulfilling tree, is also found at this centre. When this tree starts to fructify, whatever one thinks or wishes for comes true. Anahata is located behind the heart in the spine. Its element is air and it is represented by a blue lotus with twelve petals.
The bija mantra is YAM.
Fourth--- Heart Chakra ANAHATA --thymus gland , heart -lymphocytes immune , endocrine system, circulation system / —— Green resonance—relationships—love, balance, compassion--. 136.10 Hz (Cosmic OM) - The HEART fork is tuned to the OM vibration This tone promotes deep relaxation and sedation. It is the frequency that influences the soul. It is relaxing, soothing, balancing and sedative. The sitar and tambura music are tuned to this keynote. It is the frequency of the soul. Astral aura. Stone-- Emerald. Grief—lack of empathy—criticism—loneliness—shy. Concern social/ element air- -Blockage-- Inability to relate, suspicion, sleep disorders, high BP problems, Asthmas Seat --Love, healing, emotional bonding.
Vishuddhi is the purification centre and is known as the fountain of youth.
According to tantric philosophy, amrita or the nectar of life falls down from bindu into this chakra, generating vitality, health and longevity. In the yogic texts it is stated that with the awakening of this centre all diseased states can be reversed, and even an old person brims with vigour.
When vishuddhi is activated cool, sweet drops of nectar drip down into the throat, causing a feeling of blissful intoxication. The ability to neutralize poison, both internally and externally, is also associated with vishuddhi. At this levelall the poisonous and negative experiences of life can beabsorbed and transformed into a state of bliss.
Vishuddhi is associated with vijnanamaya kosha and initiates higher mental development. It is the centre for receiving sound vibrations and acts like a transistor radio, allowing one to tune into the thoughts of others, whether close by or far away. When vishuddhi is purified, the sense of hearing becomes very sharp, not only through the ears, but through the mind.
Vishuddhi is located behind the throat pit in the spine and is associated with the thyroid gland. The element is ether or akasha. By meditating on vishuddhi, the mind becomes free of thought, pure and empty, like space. Vishuddhi is seen as a violet lotus with sixteen petals.
Its bija mantra is HAM.
Fifth--- Throat Chakra VISHUDDHA thyroid metabolic balance , lungs—— Blue resonance—communication, self expression , creative power - 141.27 Hz - The THROAT fork is the same frequency as the planet Mercury. This tone supports the speech center and all forms of communication. Spiritual aura concerned with divine will. Stone--Turquoise. Tied to creativity and communication. Feels pressure when you are not communicating your emotions properly. Blockage-- Inability to express self, thyroid problems. Seat- awareness, creativity
Ajna literally means 'command' and is the monitoring centre, also known as the guru chakra.
It is the point of confluence where the three main nadis, energy channels: ida, pingala and sushumna, merge into one stream of consciousness and flow up to sahasrara. During deep meditation, when all the senses have been withdrawn and one enters into the dimension of shoonya, or void, guru or the higher consciousness guides the aspirant from ajna to sahasrara by issuing commands through this centre.
Ajna is the centre of mind and represents a higher level of awareness. It is also known as the eye of Shiva, the third eye or the eye of intuition, which gazes inward rather than outward. It is often called divya chakshu, the divine eye, or jnana chakshu, the eye of wisdom, because the spiritual aspirant receives revelation and insight into the underlying nature of existence through this centre.
Ajna is the doorway through which one enters the psychic or astral dimension. When this centre is developed one acquires psychic powers. Direct mind to-mindcommunication takes place at this level.
At ajna lies the rudra granthi, the knot of Shiva. This knot is symbolic of attachment to the psychic personality and to the siddhis which accompany the awakening of ajna chakra.
It effectively blocks one's spiritual evolution until attachment to psychic phenomena is overcome and the knot is freed. The trigger point for ajna is located at the eyebrow centre. It is known as bhrumadhya and is an important focal point for the practice of meditation, concentration and visualization.
"When the Rudra granthi is pierced, and the air enters the seat of the Lord (the space between the eyebrows), then the perfect sound like that of a flute is produced." Hatha Yoga Pradipika. 4.75
Rudra granthi governs ajna and sahasrara chakras and represents the transformation of an existing form, idea or concept into the universal aspect. here there is a breaking away of the old, the ego awareness, the "I" Awareness, the mental awareness, the physical awareness and an evolving of the sixth sense or the eye of intuition, as the third eye of Lord Shiva.
Rudra Granthi or third knot covers the areas of Ajna and Sahasrara chakras. It is also known as forehead knot.
These three knots prevent the free flow of prana along chakras and prevent the arising of kundalini.
All the three gods ( Brahma/ Vishnu/ Shiva ) takes the test of the sadhaka before they give the way forward.
The sixth sense and beyond is the state where the omniscient nature of consciousness is experienced, where the past, present and future become known. With that omniscient awareness in hand we move on to Sahasrara, where the final merger of the individual soul or atman with the universal, cosmic soul, takes place.
The development of ajna is very important for success in pranic science. Prana can never be experienced in the form of light unless ajna is developed to some extent. The vision of light is usually seen first at ajna or bhrumadhya, or in chidakasha, the space of consciousness, which is directly associated with ajna.
In the practice of prana vidya, ajna acts as the control centre for the distribution of prana. If the vision of light at ajna is well developed, one will have no difficulty in visualizing the raising of prana and its movement throughout the body. Otherwise, the imagination must be used until the actual experience develops.
Ajna is associated with vijnanamaya kosha. It is located at the top of the spinal cord in the mid-brain and corresponds to the pineal gland. The tattwa or element is mind. This is the point where the mind changes from gross to subde, from outward to inward. Ajna is represented by a silver lotus with two petals.
The bija mantra is OM
Sixth/ Third Eye AJNA Chakra - pitutiary gland, hormones which control other glands, brain / — Indigo resonance—third eye-- wisdom—clairvoyance, imagination -- 221.23 Hz - The 3RD EYE fork is the same frequency as the planet Venus. This tone promotes a great flow of love energy and inner harmony. Spiritual aura concerned with divine love. Stone--Blue sapphire. Concern archetypal/ element light. Blockage- poor memory , denial, endocrine and hormonal imbalances. Seat-Vision, psychic perception
Sahasrara is the seat of supreme consciousness, located at the crown of the head.
Actually it is not a psychic centre at all, because it is beyond the realm of the psyche. Sahasrara is the totality, the absolute, the highest point of human evolution, which results from the merging of cosmic consciousness with cosmic prana.
The experience of cosmic prana is the aim of the science of prana. Once mahaprana is experienced, one no longer needs to practise techniques. Transmission of energy will take place spontaneously with a thought, gesture, word or look.
Sahasrara is the master key that controls the awakening of all the chakras from mooladhara to ajna. The chakras are only switches; their potential power lies in sahasrara. When the kundalini shakti reaches sahasrara, self-realization or samadhi dawns.
At this point, individual consciousness dies and universal consciousness is born. Sahasrara is infinite in dimension, like a huge radiant dome. It is visualized as a thousand-petalled lotus, unfolding from the crown of the head in all directions into eternity. Sahasrara is associated with anandamaya kosha.
The beej mantra is ALL or AH
In Sanskrit the word ‘Sahasrara’, means thousand, so the Sahasrara Chakra is the ‘Lotus of the Thousand Petals’ and is located four finger-breadths above the crown of the head.
When the Kundalini is raised up to the Sahasrara Chakra, the illusion of the ‘individual self’ is dissolved. According to the scriptures, the Sahasrara Chakra is the seat of the self-luminous Self, the essence of being. The sounds associated with this chakra are AL and AH
Seventh/ crown chakra SAHASRARA / pineal gland seat of biorhythm — Violet resonance—spirituality—bliss, higher consciousness, enlightment -- 172.06 Hz - The CROWN fork is the same frequency as the Platonic Year, which is 25,765 years. It is the time the axis of the Earth takes to complete a full rotation or precession like a top. The tone supports cheerfulness, clarity of spirit, supports cosmic unity and is anti-depressive. Spiritual aura concerned with divine mind. Stone--Diamond. Materialism—spiritual disconnection. Concern Universal Blockage-lack of self understanding and direction. Seat- oneness
Sahasrara is different from the other chakras in constitution and effect. When the kundalini shakti reaches this level, it does not belong to the realm of the animal or human awareness, it is purely divine.
Sahasrara is located at the very top of the head and its functions are associated with the pituitary gland. It is the thousand-petalled lotus leading into eternal, infinite, supreme existence. It is the seat of pure consciousness.
Mooladhara is the abode of kundalini shakti, and when it rises to sahasrara, where energy and consciousness remain together, illumination dawns. Then, under the influence of ajna, the force created from the meeting of these two is redirected down so that one experiences heaven on earth.

OUR VEDAS DESCRIBE COSMIC CREATION AND DISSOLUTION AS BRAHMAs EXHALATION AND INHALATION.
Consciousness expands into manifestation, and then it contracts back into nothingness, expands again, and then pulls back.
The entire universe is nothing more than a cosmic exhalation and inhalation process
The etheric chakras have two distinct functions. The first is to absorb and distribute prana, to the etheric and then to the physical body, thus keeping these alive.
The chakras act as transformers … they are energy centers, gates and transformers Light can be transformed into electrical energy. Then electrical energy can be transformed into mechanical energy or into heat. This is why energy centers can be compared to energy transformers.
Human beings have a visible physical body - which we can easily see and touch. They also have subtle bodies - which are not normally seen by the physical eyes. These subtle bodies may be seen by clairvoyants or by very sensitive people.
It can be described as a luminous body that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body, emits its own characteristic radiation and is called the aura. The human bioelectric field can be seen by using the Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV) photography. It can assess the human bio-energy field and provide useful information regarding the state of the person.
Using this modern technology it is now possible to know and verify what yogis and others have said for millenniums – that “a Body of Light” which in esoteric terminology is called the aura surrounds the “Physical Body”.
The word “Bio-Plasmic” comes from the word “Bio” which meanslife and “plasma” which means the fourth state of matter and is different from the component of the blood – known as blood plasma.
UN-WELLNESS OR DISEASE REVEALS ITSELF FIRST IN THE ENERGY BODY -
BEFORE IT BECOMES PERCEPTIBLE IN THE PHYSICAL BODY. THIS IS WHERE ANCIENT AYURVEDA SCORED OVER MODERN MEDICINE ..
These etheric rays and energy field serve as a protective shield against germs and unwanted or abnormal energy. Sick people usually have holes or cracks or breaks in their outer energy information field ( aura )
The nervous system contains the central and autonomic nervous system. The central nervous system consists of the brain, twelve pairs of cranial nerves, the spinal cord, and thirty‐one pairs of spinal nerves.
The cranial and spinal nerves spread throughout the body. These nerves send out and send in to the brain pain and motor impulses. Prana flows throughout these pathways. It also flows through all the 72,000 nadis, or energetic pathways, which have been studied by ancient maharishis
Only six of them are the most important of all. They are called the ida, pingala, sushumna, brahmani, chitrana, and the vijnana. Among these six, three are even more important than any others. These are centered on the spinal cord, wrapping upward.
Sushumna is the central pathway moving straight down the middle of the spine and is the moment when both nostrils are open and operating equally.
The meditative expansion of that moment is called sandhya, a state in which the meditator cannot be disturbed by sounds, thoughts, or any other disturbance from within or without. It is a “magic moment” or “magic zone.” All three of these nadis begin in the base of the spine, in the root chakra, or mudladhara.
When the ida and pingala criss‐cross back and forth across the spine, intersecting with the sushumna, these intersections are the chakras. Five of them are on the spine and the uppermost two are in the head. The ones in the head do not have the criss‐cross action from the nadis. The ones on the spine do.
The ida, pingala, and sushumna are the three main nadis, but multitudes of other nadis radiate out from the chakras as well.
Scientists have attempted to compare the nadis to what we know about modern anatomy, but they do not correlate as exactly as scientists would like. Even though nadis bear a terrific resemblance to the nervous system, they cannot be detected through dissection. They are part of the energy body, which supports the physical body.
The physical body is built around the energy system of the nadis. The nerves belong to the physical body and the nadis belong to the subtle body, two different systems indeed.
The techniques of pranayama are designed to bring the central nadi, the sushumna, into primary function, rather than the ida or pingala dominating the functions of prana flow. With activation of the sushumna as the primary flow for prana, the yogi experiences freedom from the human condition, and joy.
By opening up flow of the sushumna, the yogi raises kundalini, the sleeping serpent, from the root chakra, the mudladhara. This kundalini energy, which is very powerful, passes through and blows open each chakra.
The resulting states of consciousness, represented by the thousand petalled lotus, the crown chakra at the top of the head, is considered the highest state a person can reach in the human form. It is union with cosmic consciousness, beyond time and space, and also called shakti. The person merges his individual self, soul, or atman, with the cosmic soul, or Brahman.
Controlling breath and nerves results in controlling the mind, and controlling the mind results in freedom. According to yoga, disease is the result of imbalance and blockage in the flow of prana.
The Swara yogi believes that by changing the pattern of breathing, one can transform the personality. When the mind is disturbed, the breath is disturbed and vice versa. By making the breath deep, even, and smooth, the mind relaxes and thus the personality changes, or the physical disease goes away.
One of the aims of yogic breathing, the practice of pranayama, is to regulate this unequal flow of breath through the nostrils, bringing balance between them, and having both nostrils equalized in their flow.
This equalization devitalizes the ida and pingala and opens up the blocked sushumna nadi. Equalizing the flow of breath in the left and right nostrils brings health, balance and harmony to the mind and body.
In Meditation Turiya is the highest state of mind possible. It is the seventh level of breath awareness in meditation. Since the beginning of life, the child learns how to move, not how to be still. The yogi learns how to be still. It can take many years to learn how to be still.
Most teachers of meditation teach the student breath awareness before leading the student to more advanced methods of meditation. Deeper states of meditation simply cannot be reached without awareness and control of the breath. The mind identifies with the outer world, and in order to be aware of that which is beyond the mind, perfect stillness and tranquility must be achieved.
The first thing to become aware of is the breath. Many people wonder why their meditations are not more powerful or deep, but usually it can be traced back to the fact that they are not, nor have ever been, aware of the breath. Awareness of the breath is the first movement of the mind inward.
The following is a series of steps inward in breath awareness:---
1. Find a comfortable posture.
2. Develop calm, serene breathing.
3. Develop a calm and steady mind.
4. Control the conscious mind.
5. Control involuntary processes and the unconscious mind.
6. The mind becomes aware that it is conditioned by time, space and causation. Train it to become aware of the now, an essential part of understanding eternity.
7. Turiya is attained, the highest state of bliss, peace, happiness, and wisdom.
The mind forms habits, ruts that it uses for thought processes. Meditation is not about allowing the mind to wander aimlessly, but harnessing the mind and making a conscious effort to coordinate the body, the breath and the mind.
In guru/ shishya traditions, the teacher waits until there are signs in the student of body/ mind stillness and serenity of the breath. When the student has successfully stilled the mind and body, more advanced states are taught.
Breath awareness prepares the student for higher levels of consciousness. A one‐pointed mind is absolutely necessary before meditation can truly take place. Just closing one’s eyes and trying to think of nothing is not meditation. That is preparation for meditation. Pranayama is the doorway to true meditation.
Sushumna is the name of the central nadi. It is also the name for “joyous mind.” There are techniques for developing sushumna, which is the prerequisite for true meditation.
1. Concentrating on the bridge between the two nostrils
2. Doing pranayama exercises and using the jalandhara bandha
3. Meditating on the chakra system
Jalandhara Bandha should be practiced after the practice of asanas and pranayama and before the practice of dhyana or meditation. In both the classical texts Gheranda Samhita and Hatha Yoga Pradeepika, Jalandhara Bandha is classified under the section on mudras or the psychic gestures.
Even though Bandhas are technically not same as mudras, both are clubbed together as they induce a certain channelling of energy in the body which is conducive for higher practices of dhyana and Samadhi. Once it is mastered, it is done along with pranayama and mudras and before the practice of meditation.
How to do Jalandhara Bandha (The Chin Lock):--
Assume the meditative pose like Padmasana or Siddhasana. Keep the spine straight.
Place the palms on the knees and make sure that the knees are firmly touching the floor.
Close your eyes and relax the body. Breathe normally.
Now inhale slowly and deeply and then hold the breath.
Contract the throat muscles and bend the head forward so that the chin touched the chest. Adjust the chin position so that it rests between the two collar bones in the pit of the throat.
Straighten the arms and press the knees down with the palms to create a kind of locked position. The shoulders are slightly hunched forward to make sure the arms stay locked.
Hold this position for as long as you are comfortable. Remember the breath is held inside. Do not strain or overdo the holding of breath. Beginners should hold the breath for just few seconds. Later it can be increased to a minute or more depending on your capacity. Experienced yogis however, can maintain the chin lock for three minutes or more.
To release the lock bend the arms, raise your head and exhale out. Come back to the straight position and take few normal breaths.
Repeat the process as many times as you feel comfortable.
Once you have mastered the Jalandhara Bandha with breath held inside, you can experiment with the breath held outside. This requires a little practice and should be achieved slowly without straining. Hold the breath outside for just few seconds initially. Later you may increase it to minute depending on your capacity.
Experienced practitioners can even hold the breath outside for two minutes or more. But this has to be done with caution. One should not feel any suffocation while holding the breath either inside or outside. Release the lock when you feel the slightest discomfort and breathe normally. The duration of the practice should be increased very gradually.
Kumbhaka or holding of breath should not be practiced by those suffering from high blood pressure. Hence they should not do the practice of Jalandhara Bandha. Also, those suffering from cervical spondylitis and heart diseases should avoid Jalandhara Bandha. Stop the practice if dizziness or vertigo is felt.
The Gheranda Samhita says that the Jalandhara Bandha can be perfected in a period of 6 months and that it gives psychic powers or siddhis to the practitioner.
The Jalandhara Bandha effectively closes the air passage and blocks the flow of air. This is used in the practice of Kumbhaka or holding of breath by yogic practitioners.
Jalandhara Bandha presses against two important glands – the thyroid and the para thyroid glands. These two glands regulate the body metabolism.
The throat region is the seat of the Vishuddhi Chakra. Jalandhara Bandha helps to activate the throat chakra. When activated, it is said to give immortality. The Gheranda Samhita says that Jalandhara Bandha gives victory over death.
Here meaning of death is not the death of the body. Rather it means that the yogi can control the physical changes that happen in the body. It can mean that an anti-aging process is achieved by activation of the Vishuddhi Chakra. This is the meaning of immortality in this context.
A fluid called Amrita or nectar falls from a center in the brain called Bindu Visarga. This nectar falls through the throat and gets burned at the Manipuraka Chakra. Yogis use the Jalandhara Bandha to prevent the nectar from going down the throat, thereby attaining immortality.
Jalandhara Bandha prevends the prana Shakti from moving upwards. When practiced with moola bandha, it can create a lock of the prana (upward moving energy) and apana (downward moving energy) in the body. The two energies mix and awakens the navel center or the Manipura Chakra.
Jalandhara Bandha is one of the three yogic locks that have to be mastered before attempting the Maha Bandha or the triple lock.
The three paths are also known as ganga (ida), yamuna (pingala) and saraswati (sushumna) after the three most important rivers in India, the last being an underground flow.
In the pranic body, they converge at ajna chakra.
Pingala is also known as the surya, or solar nadi, and ida as the chandra, or lunar nadi. Ida and pingala indicate time, while sushumna is the devourer of time, since it leads to timelessness or eternity.

BELOW: EVERY SHIVA AND DEVI ( KALI / DURGA / PARVATI / BHAGAWATI ) HAS THE PARIKRAMA ( PRADIKSHANA ) STONES AS BELOW..
THE BASTARD JEW ROTHSCHILD GOT IT GROUND OFF ALL OVER INDIA..
THIS TANTRIC SYMBOL REPRESENTS THE CREATION OF THE UNIVERSE
Through uniting with Purusha ( Shiva ) , Prakriti ( Shakti ) gave form to his spirit and created the universe. (we are talking about CREATION OF THE COSMOS here - not street side sex as figured out by small minds).. When the insentient Prakriti comes in contact with the sentient Purusha , the universe evolves. Purusha symbolizes consciousness, the masculine principle. Prakriti symbolizes the feminine principle, the activating energy. Shakti is manifested by Shiva only during creation and is withdrawn into himself at the end of creation. The union of Shakti with Shiva by Kundalini rise is the liberation of seeker from the cycle of endless birth and death.

THIS IS A MOST IMPORTANT COMMENT … TRUTH MUST PREVAIL..
A SHIVA LINGAM IS A BLACK STONE FROM WHICH YOU, ME, ANIMALS, TREES ETC TOOK BIRTH...
IT IS A STONE WHICH GAVE DNA TO THIS PLANET...
VERILY IT IS SHIVAs PLALLUS WHICH GAVE THE SEED ( SEMEN )..
GOOGLE FOR " NASA DNA "
WHY IS THE POST BELOW ITEM NO 2 ON PAGE ONE AMONG 13 MILLIONS POSTS AFTER NINE LONG YEARS ?
Shiva explained the secret of KAAL CHAKRA to his wife Parvati in Amarnath cave as per BULLSHIT legend… The eternal cycle of Life and Death; Birth and Re-birth; Formation and Dissolution is called the Kaal-chakra or the 'Wheel of Time'…
BUT HEY --BOTH SHIVA AND PARATI ARE COSMIC ALLEGORIES…
JEW ROTHSCHILD DILUTED SHIVA LINGAM..WHERE ONLY SHAPE MATTERS AND NOT THE MATERIAL..
TILL THE WHITE INVADER CAME TO INDIA THERE WAS NO AMARNATH PILGRIMAGE...
IT IS A MINDLESS LIE THAT THE LINGAM GROW AND SHRINKS WITH PHASES OF THE MOON. ..
THE ICE SHAPE IS A STALAGMITE ...THIS IS PURE SCIENCE ..
IN THE FAKE BIBLE – ( JESUS NEVER EXISTED --BUT WAS A SAGE FROM KERALA NAMED APOLLONIUS OF TYANA ) THEY CREATED THE HOLY SPIRIT…THE WHITE BIRD WHICH GAVE MARY “IMMACULATE CONCEPTION”…
AT THE FIRST COUNCIL OF NICE WHERE THE ROMAN EMPEROR CONSTANTINE THE GREAT COOKED UP JESUS AND THE BIBLE, THEY CREATED THE “HOLY GHOST “ A DOVE..
Read all 5 parts—
All four FAKE Gospel accounts refer to the baptism of Jesus by John at the Jordan River (Matthew 3:16; Mark 1:10; Luke 3:22; John 1:32). Luke says, “And the Holy Spirit came down in a bodily shape, like a dove on Him.” Because the Holy Spirit is just that—spirit—He is not visible to us. On this occasion, however, the Spirit took on a visible appearance and was doubtless seen by the people. The dove is an emblem of purity and harmlessness (Matthew 10:16), and the form of the dove at Jesus’ baptism signified that the Spirit with which Jesus was endowed was one of holiness and innocence…BLAH BLAH ….
SAME WAY JEW ROTHSCHILD COOKED UP THE BIRD NONSENSE FOR AMARTNATH CAVE..IN THIS CASE PIGEON EGG .. WHERE ONE EGG GAVE BIRTH TO TWO PIGEONS..
THE WHOLE AMARNATH PILGIMAGE IS BASED ON A SLIMY LIE OF TWO PIGEONS..
YOU SEE WHILE SHIVA WAS TALKING HIS HEAD OFF , NARRATING THE SECRETS OF THE COSMOS , HIS WIFE PARVATI FELL ASLEEP.
SO WHAT – DIVINE HELP IS AT HAND…
This egg was considered neither living nor non-living. Two twin pigeons inside the egg heard the secrets. After looking at those hatched eggs, Lord Shiva blessed the two pigeons with the boon of mortality and thus those pigeons are always there…
The local muslims release about 50 white pigeons and the STUPID Hindu pilgrims as soon as they see two of them cry -- APUN DHANYA HO GAYA
During Moghul rule JEW Aurangezeb collected JIZYA tax from the naïve Hindus…
THE FAKE PANDIT INSIDE THE CAVE ALSO KEEPS TWO PIGEONS WHOSE WINGS ARE CLIPPED—THEY CANT FLY AWAY—ON A LEDGE INSIDE THE CAVE..
SANATANA DHARMA CANNOT SUSTAIN SUCH LIES ANY MORE… THE GREAT RELIGION DOES NOT ALLOW MONEY TO BE MADE OUT OF FAITH…
WHY DO WE HAVE EBER RICH GURUS LIKE SRI SRI RAVISHANKAR AND SADGURU JAGGI VASUDEV ? HOW DID THESE ROGUES WHO WERE BORN IN IMPOVERISHED HOMES BECOME SO RICH ?..

QUOTE: Maa Parvati questioned Lord Shiva about the beads of head( Mund Mala) around his neck. On being insisted by Maa Parvati about Lord Shiva’s necklace of skulls, hesitant Lord Shiva replied “whenever you are born I add one more head in my beads.” which implied that each of those skulls was a symbol of different life of Parvati.UNQUOTE
